Just had someone out for a service call.  First, he didn't call ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. We are in a global pandemic and he had no protective gear at all. As I began telling him, through my Ring doorbell, that I was uncomfortable having someone in my home under these circumstances, he just walked away, got in his truck and drove off. Of course there is no human being to speak to, as all numbers go to voice mail.

After contacting several plumbers for quotes, Heathco was the quickest to respond and was able to provide a quote. Jeremy arrived on time and was able to finish work as promised. I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. They were quick to respond and fixed the problem. The rate was a pit on the pricey side, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I would recommend them.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

Skyler was very professional and explained everything so that it made sense to me! We had a couple small leaks. He went to 2 different stores to look for a part that was needed. When they didn't have it Darrell stepped in and hunted it down. In the meantime I had some flooding happen and called them back. Skyler was able to come back and find what the problem was and brought the part and finished the original job. This company is now on my speed dial!

I'm very happy with their service from beginning to end. The guys who came out to fix our gas leak and slow outside spigot were friendly and fixed the problem quickly. They were even great at working with our Shepherd who is very protective of the house.   She ended up hanging around them and wanting to play ball; that's a good sign when people can win your Shepherd's affection in a few minutes. I had a great experience with this company and the price was very fair. I wouid definitely use their services again.
