After contacting several plumbers for quotes, Heathco was the quickest to respond and was able to provide a quote. Jeremy arrived on time and was able to finish work as promised. I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I called Anthony at noon needing a water heater replacement as mine had sprung a major leak and flooded my garage and a bedroom.  He was out at my house in less than 30 minutes!  Not only was Anthony quick to respond but he is a master plumber, very professional, mild mannered and not pushy at all.  He was able to get a new water heater unit and associated parts and have it installed in a few hours.  He defaults to AO Smith water heaters but he will install whatever water heater your heart desires.  Anthony's price will also include a city inspection and he will set a date at your choosing for the city to come out and inspect the work.  Overall, his pricing is very competitive with the other plumbers in the area but he only accepts cash/check.  What makes his small business more special is that he is much more personable and his work is more meticulous than those big companies who come out and work as quick as possible only doing a sub-par job to make the most money.  I highly recommend Action Plumbing if you are looking for somebody that cares about their work as well as customer.

Fast affordable and straight to the point.  Had an outside sewer line clogged.  They came out quickly (they texted me to let me know they were on their way).
They unclogged it quick, charge was reasonable and all is good now.

I was able to get a appointment same day. Daniel came and assess a tub facet that wasn't working. He gave me a honest assessment and his recommendations.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

Okay, because of positive reviews, I left message on web site. Wait 24 hours, no response. So I call. I tell her I tried to contact them through web. Lady starts talking about somebody with feet up on table and things not being done, blah blah. Sounds like a nice lady, but have no confidence in their business. Said thank you and hung up. Called another plumbing company.

Tonight, in the middle of the Big Winter Storm & freezing temps of 2021, we had a pipe crack/leak and Steven was a true Winter Storm ANGEL!! He came within 30 minutes of call (even at night), fixed our leak in the dark, was super nice and didn't break the bank at all (amazing)!!!  We have already spread the word and recommended ABC to so many and will most definitely be calling again for any future needs!

AWESOME SERVICE FROM END TO END. Mark and Cam were excellent to work with - great people, very knowledgeable and solved all issues promptly. They cleaned up, answered my questions, came the day after I called, and helped me with some issues that were not brought up on the call.
