Straight forward process. I got a quick response and the total cost for the job. Unlike others who wanted to come out, then give me the cost and most likely add on additional charges. The issue was fixed quickly. Will use TeXFlex again and do recommend.

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there's no emergent problems. You can't buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they'll be who I call.

Previously had an issue with a service call I had... wrote a review about it.. then I had someone from the company.. I believe his name was (Vic) contact me and follow up on the review.. the company knew I wasn't satisfied.. they stand behind there work and there customers.. and they made it right... I would say a lot of companies probably don't do this enough.. a company that stands behind there work and customers is good by me.. I'd recommend to others looking for plumbing in the Fort Worth Area. Appreciated the reaching out and following up, thanks

Rude Customer Service! The website states call us Sure, calling after hours because of plumbing emergency. I called the number to get more information or at least get an answering machine from an office or place of business.  Instead, he picked up with a rude hello response and stayed quiet as if I called the wrong number, no mention of a business... wasn't very professional at all.  So I asked, when will you be available? His immediate response was, Don't call at this time this is my cell!  Your website doesn't specify that it's a cell phone number. I said, okay, my apologies, when Is a good time? He told me in a sarcastic tone, I'm busy anyways! Then, he hung up. As if He didn't want to help or assist me with the information I was inquiring about. Going forward, a respectful owner should treat all prospective customers in a respectful and courteous manner. Off to find the next Plumber.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

After rearranging my schedule to be available since my disposal is not working and I needed it repaired ASAP not only did they not make their appointment window but they never EVEN called to say they weren't coming or even answer their phones!  in this day and age when people are losing their jobs & SMALL businesses ARE STRUGGLING  left right and center and you try and support small businesses you would think that someone at Durham Contractors would value customer service - clearly it's not the case with this contractor

I had this company install a new two-unit H/AC system in my house about 4 years ago and have had multiple plumbing and electrical jobs done by them since then. This is a family owned and run company and everyone on staff is professional and courteous. Support small business and call these folks for your maintenance needs. Oh and my electric bills took a nose dive and my house temperature stays right where we want it after the Amana system was installed.

Had a plumbing emergency at night- washing machine flooded and the taps were stuck, so we had to shut down the whole house's water.  We had a terminally ill person there that needed functional plumbing fast so we had to get help asap and were willing to pay emergency rates for it.  These people answered and responded fine initially, and said they were coming but then nothing- never showed up and stopped responding.  24 hour plumbers my ass- this company is nothing but lying trash.  We scrambled to find a diff plumber fast but these morons had wasted so much of our time we had to transport the sick person to a relative's house.  He's passed now God bless him, and I hope he haunts these idiots.  Also filing a complaint here: tsbpe.texas.gov/file-a-c…
