i used Expert plumber about three or four times the first two times they were OK the last time I asked them to come out to fix my toilet leak they charged $165 and then we ask him to come back out and look at my toilet because it was still leaking they wanted to charge me 85 more dollars or tell me that I needed a new toilet they were rude they were rude they were very rude will never use them again.  Also got a very high quote for water valve gauge they were so rude

Rude and unprofessional. They will upcharge once the job is done. Had to hire another plumber to come in and fix their mistake.

Nikki replaced a large section of broken sewer line for us, at a reasonable price, then went above and beyond to resolve some surprise issues she found along the way. She was here on time, true to her word, and the work quality was fantastic. Thank you so much Nikki!

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I had a slab leak that was flooding my living room. Another company charged me $79 to tell me it would be $5,900 to $6,900 to fix it. RMC Plumbing came out for a free estimate and clearly explained the process for an alternative to jackhammering my kitchen tile. My leak was fixed in a few short hours at my convenience for about 1/10 of the price of the other company. I am beyond thrilled and would -- and will -- highly recommend this company.

Cameron, the owner, came out to assess my plumbing issue. Communicating with him was easy and effective. When he arrived he asked a few questions and then checked everything out. Turns out my septic just had a lot of rain water and nothing needed to be done. Cameron said the issue would resolve itself, and so far it has. Cameron didn't charge me a fee for his diagnosis. He treated me right and gained a customer. Thank you Cameron!

Darrel came out & repaired my underground water leak( which I dug up)& did an excellent job. The price however was very expensive $429 for 1 hour of work. I requested a quote on another item and it was 3  times what I thought it should be. Buyer beware!

Brother Plumbing! When I had an issue with my HVAC drain, they came out within 10 minutes of my initial call, and had the problem fixed less than an hour later. The technician not only went out of his way to diagnose the problem, but also provided me with information about how it was installed improperly by the HVAC company so I was able to recoup some of the expense of the damage done. As long as I live in the Howe/Van Alstyne/Sherman area I will be using Brother Plumbing exclusively.

Don was awesome. My mother in law had a hot water leak in the slab. One company said the only way to fix it was go thru the slab at a cost in the 5 figures and we would have to wait a week We saw Don recommended on neighborhood app.  He came out after dinner, gave  us a much better option that did not involve going thru the slap. He came the next day and it ws less than 1k. He was awesome and explained all the options prices and let us choose.  Great guy

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

I was not only pleased with the service and scheduling and was extremely amazed at the gentlemen that did the service. He showed up at 3:30 pm with a 106  degree temperature and repaired our water leak.  When I asked him if he was going to do the work today in tis heat he said I didnt drive over here for nothing and he immediately went to work. Its hard to find people like that in todays world. Job well done.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.

This is my new go to plumbing company.  Had water line break on a Friday and new system installed and up and running Monday.  They showed up quick on Friday when I called and assessed the issue and had a plan of action.  Great people, reasonable prices and did everything promised.  I highly recommend this fine company!

I have had them out before to do a line clearing.  Took about an hour and it was $460.  That's fine.  I am well off enough that it's not a big deal.
But...
When I call to have you come out a few months later to price gouge me on changing 2 shower valves and a toilet ball stem, because I'm willing to pay it, you don't even show up. No phone call or text.  No email. Nothing.  Til about 4:35pm. Appointment was for 12-4 with a $65 service fee.  They call at 4:35 to tell me Good news, we have a tech in the area to take your service call. Well it's too late.  Do you want to reschedule?
Well, if there is no service charge then sure. Oh, no we can't do that, but if you change your mind give us a call back.
Uh...no thanks.  You lost out on easy money and could have charged the full amount or maybe more but no no no. You couldn't even do common business protocol. That's too bad.  I'll call Belkeys! Lol.
