Very professional. Willing to give multiple solutions for my plubing issue. Took time to point out and explain the options while answering any questions I had (at any time) throughout his work.  Any major work I need will be done through them. Couldnt be happier and the wife even loves the look of the work done. They were consistently working and got to work and diagnosing right away. Could not recommend them more. You get exactly what you pay for. Exceeded expectations

His prices are very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. On time, clean and efficient. Gave me pointers for the future. I will use him again.

We had water a leak behind the wall where the bathtub faucet knob is and Jonathan came out and fixed it.  He was very professional and on time and did excellent work.  I will definitely use him again.  Five Stars for sure!

Of course our plumbing quit working on a weekend. We called and left a message Saturday morning. David called back and scheduled a time for Sunday. He arrived early and worked diligently to diagnose and fix the problem. He's professional, personable and his rates are extremely reasonable. His number is now on our speed dial. Highly recommend - knowledgeable and honest.

I live in a home built in 1895, it has had 125 years of different plumbers and their different types of materials and all the broken remnants of past attempts of repair under it.  Every time it dipped below freezing we would spring a leak, we have spent $$$$ on repairs. We met Micheal in the winter of 21, he has been by far the best plumber I've ever met, his fee is reasonable (which is so hard to find) and after a couple of visit's he explained a plan for a real fix for our problems.
We had him out to fix a leak last Christmas and planned the big replacement! It took Micheal 2 days and I felt like he was fixing his own home, he was so thorough and pulled out all the mess! We have lived here for 4 years and this is the first winter event that has not cost us a fortune in plumbing repairs!!! Thanks Micheal you did it! Best plumber ever! Honest, kind, reasonably priced, clean, (I could go on and on)

I contacted them at 9am and they made a same day appointment for 2pm. Bobby and Bryson were polite, efficient, and gave me great options for my repair. At the end of the day, they saved me both time and money. Will be calling these guys again.

I'm a tenant in a rental property and have used tierney a couple times. The plumbers are very professional and curious, however, the lady that answers the phone is incredibly unprofessional! There was an unpaid bill from my landlord (not me) and I'm not sure they even have his phone number correct because he always calls people back and pays bills. This woman was being snarky with me. A few hours later when I called to say that my landlord called them and left a message but had not received a return call, she actually replied How does it feel? I have never had such poor customer service or someone be shop rude!

Fast, Fair, Fantastic!!  Hired Clete to replace my garbage disposal - he did a great job for a fair price.  Then I showed him a hose bib I thought I needed to replace and instead of quoting me to replace, he tightened a nut and fixed it!  What a relief!  Great guy , great service!

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first since this is a new company. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service from begining to end. You first start by downloading their app and booking your service requirements through it. The app will show multitle one hour windows for the date you want them to come. My tech, Edward showed up within the time window and sent text notifications before arrival. I had a water heater issue with the pilot light not staying on. Edward was able to resolve the issue without having to replace expensive parts. The price was very reasonable for the service provided. I will definitely use them again.

My goodness what a FANTASTIC company! Kathlyn responded extremely fast, got an appointment set up and continued to stay in constant communication throughout the process. Her team was timely, professional and extremely patient with my questions. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time...which is lovely since you pay by the hour.

Do Rite Plumbing and American Home Shield (AHS)
I have the AHS warranty that covers the work/replacement of a water heater. Ours was leaking so I put in a request to AHS and they sent out Do Rite Plumbing. Wow
They said the water heater needed replaced and that AHS would call if I had a shared cost. The warranty covers the new water heater, installation, disposal of the old unit and $250 to comply with code changes. When AHS called and said my share would be an additional $622 I was amazed that AHS would put a vendor that pads the invoice on the vendor list. The install is as easy as it gets....in the garage, no obstructions and sits on a code approved shelf above the floor.
The $622 was for a water modification and code compliance issue. There is no water modification other than what would take place in a normal installation. The code issue is a $15 plastic pan that needs to go under the heater and about a foot of PVC pipe.
In my opinion the mode of operation is to prey on unsuspecting customers and hope they just don't understand. I sold water heaters for 20 years and had hundreds of customers that installed them, and I know what the cost and labor should look like. Customer Beware.

My water heater was no longer working and we needed a replacement.  Lone Star Water services were able to replace it right away and the price was right too.  Thanks you!

Charged me $75 for the service fee which I understand but he said the leak was not from the water heater. I called another plumbing company and they said it was from the pipe behind the water heater. Waste of $75.
