Had a plumbing issue over the 4th,  Tanner was great, before coming out he gave me a few steps to try to fix myself.  The self fix didn't work, Tanner arrived quick, fixed my issue and even gave me a discount.   Looking for a great plumber. Call Above and Beyond.

Max did a superb job restoring the Cararra marble in the kitchen and butler's pantry, which had been abused for 8 years (stains, pitting, chips, bad epoxy jobs). He repaired the chips and polished away the myriad stains to a gorgeous shiny glow.
Most importantly, he was prompt, professional, polite, and managed expectations beautifully. The cost was on the mark for the work done and I highly recommend M Restoration and Repair.

Pipes leading into my water heater began leaking and I posted on yelp projects and Cameron, the owner of Blue Diamond Plumbing was prompt with connecting with me. Cameron was so open in communicating with me and explaining to me the process of the service he provided. It ended up being my recirculating pump that caused the leak initially. Aside from his great professionalism and satisfaction guarantee, Cameron was so accommodating in his work with me to my schedule and needs. I am so thankful that I found his services and will recommend him to friends and revisit his services in the future!

We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

Mark Ondras will be one of the best plumbers you can find..his prices are fair and he cares about you like his own family..he doesn't charge you by your zip code like some do. Be tolerate of the storm just text him as voicemail is full..everyone looking for a plumber..these guys have become our new essential workers.

Indeed, we were having a main water line to the house broken by aliens (AT&T contractors), and a leak has continued to fight our checkbook since August, doubling our appreciation for the running water two times compared to last year. When our patience and money started running out, we began looking for a plumber.

As a first generation native Texans, our first choice was a company with the name Texas Blessed Plumbing. It was a pure blessing to meet Matt Edwards and his team. He found a problem and not one. The water pipe was not only damaged at the location of installation of the fiber wire of AT&T but, seems, common sense contractor warriors were trying to hide the damage and did even more damage to the pipe.

Matt was able to provide us with a smart and cost-effective solution, and did everything possible and impossible to replace the pipe fast and professionally - in less than 24 hours.

Accurate Leak & Line was referred to me years ago and I have recommended them to clients numerous times. Their work is excellent and their fees are very competitive and fair.

About that Lifetime Warranty:  Our local franchise went out of business before we noticed problems.  I called the headquarters several times. No one ever answered my calls or returned them. I emailed them multiple times without ever getting a response. I called the franchises closest to my house which told me they couldn´t help (in their defense, each of them are 4 hours away and not responsible for the original work).

I saw on Olshan´s website that they advertised a 4+ star rating from a company I had never heard of.  I went there and told my story... and my review was pulled because Olshan disputed it! After not answering/returning my calls and emails, they had the NERVE to dispute my review. After a back and forth with that rating company where I had to provide multiple pieces of evidence that I was a real customer with a real issue, my review got restored to that site.

The whole experience left me thinking that they are not honorable.  I would advise others to seek help elsewhere.

We called them to our house to replace our compressor that had been going bad for the past week or so.  This was in June of 2012.  They sent two salespeople (a male and a female) who worked in tandem to give us a very scripted sales pitch.  They offered us on the spot no interest financing (which was actually a VISA credit card application) and they told us they would install a top-of-the-line compressor later that same day for $4,884.  We signed on and agreed to have the work done.

About 4 hours later their truck and installers showed up and installed a Goodman compressor (never heard of it).  It worked well, but it was definitely NOT the top of the line product I was promised.  I did some research that night and discovered that Goodman brand compressors are a value level and VERY inexpensive.  I was getting quotes from $1,200-$1,800 (installed).  I had another A/C company tech come to the house and give me his opinion.  He told me I got ripped off big time.

I called A#1 Air and spoke directly with Sherry Green (owner) who called me back immediately after I left her company a strongly-worded voicemail saying I wanted the unit uninstalled and I also wanted a full refund.  She was very apologetic and offered to cut the price in half ($2,400) on the spot.  I said absolutely not.  She then said she can go down to $2,000, but that is her final offer.  I accepted it, as I did not want to rely on her company to come back out to my house for anything ever again.  If they were pricing their products fairly, then why would they drop from $4,884 to $2,000 so quickly?

A#1 Air is a total scam company.  I advise that you look elsewhere for your A/C repair needs.

We could not have gone with a better company. The technicians sent out to install our new ac unit were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Affordable financing was a huge bonus and their no pressure consult was assuring. We will definitely be using this company again anytime we need ac assistance.
