Great work from this company! They have come out twice and helped us in an emergency. Very prompt.

Well, for once a home repair company showed up exactly when they said they would be there, did what they were supposed to do, and charged me exactly what they said they would charge.  While this *should* be the norm, it is not, and Dawkins Plumbing is not the norm. They are far better than any other plumbing service I have ever used and would recommend them to everyone.

I've had Brooks Plumbing come out twice for various projects. One of the projects was more of an emergency where we needed someone right away, and they were very accommodating. The other was for smaller things like water pressure. They make sure to look for the simple fixes first before trying to up sell you. I've found them to be prompt and honest. I love working with local family businesses and would recommend them for any project.

Terry and his son are the best you could ask for in plumbers.  This father and son business is honest, affordable, quick and quality!  They have been out to our home twice for various plumbing issues through our home warranty.  Both times, they fixed the issues without further repair needed.  One time, another company was called out first.  They tried to tell us the issue would not be covered under warranty, but they would be willing to fix it for $325!  I called the home warranty company and requested Plumbing Plus.  They were out the next morning and the issue was fixed in under an hour (and covered!!).  I can't recommend these 2 highly enough!  We have found the plumbers we will use!

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.

They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.

Taking pics of my A/C  or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

Simson came to repair a gas pipe that I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes he was at my place. There was an awkward smell in my house of the gas. When Simson came, he told me that the gas pipe has become loose. He checked all the connections after the repair to prevent any kind of risk. He was very experienced and generous. He further told me the precautions to be necessarily taken under such circumstances as it can be dangerous if not overcome at right time. Thanks a lot Simson for your help.  Appreciate your work and the company's!

Fantastic! We had a persistent clog in the line from the house to our septic tank. Braun came out and quickly discovered the problems! Turns out the old pipe was a 3 pipe, and should've been a 4, it also had a couple of 45° angles in it, and someone years back had tried to snake it with a 1/2 piece of pvc which had snapped off inside and was creating a terrible clog. We helped dig it out and chatted. He's very mellow and personable and humorous! He was pretty booked, too, but managed to squeeze us in after another job, which was great, especially considering it was right before a major week-long snow storm. We'll definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing situations that come up. He's reasonably priced and knows his stuff. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommend.  Installed a unit for our bonus, mud and laundry room areas, as well as air duct cleaning and air scrubber install on our main home unit.  Did a fantastic job, extremely helpful and respectful through the entire process.  Always got the sense that he and his team truly wanted to do the best thing for their customers.  Their knowledge of available products that fit our needs really helped in making the best decisions for my family and the quality of air we breathe in our home.

Since purchasing our home in 2018, we have used Scott Emerson Plumbing and have been very satisfied.   Scott is particularly good at renovation projects, which require a higher level of planning than simple new construction installation.  His prices are fair, and he responds quickly to service requests.  Highly recommend!

BIG Dan's can handle anything to do with your HVAC unit, plumbing and electrical that will be handled in a VERY professional manner that won't cost you an arm and leg! I know first hand of his professionalism because we've had the pleasure of Big Dan's work!!

Very happy with Benjamin Franklin plumbing service. This is the 2nd time we have used and both experiences were great.

New Water Main-
They came out quickly which is what we needed and replaced the water main. The disclosure was definitely not as described- We were told they would do their best to avoid the sprinklers. Not only did they chew them all up with tractor, the main unit was ruined. We were then told by Surfin' Plumbers it is not a big deal, probably only $200 or $300 to fix it. Right.......We had to then spend $5k to redo the sprinklers after they finished.
We were then told to call as soon as the sprinkler job was completed and they would come right out. They didn't come out til the next day after a thunderstorm and major rainfall causing more of a mess. A large decorator type rock was buried in the hole and covered over. Needless to say it was a headache and frustrating. Assuming for a small job they would be fine but I would not trust a thing Robbie says.

Came out to look at a dripping shower head. Tighten two handle screws and left.
Got a bill for $165.00. They said that this was their minimum fee.
Will be looking for another company in the future.
