TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE KNOWLEDGE!!!!
I was referred to Helton's from my home warranty company for repair of my mini split A/C unit.  The first appointment, the technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 11am.  I made it clear to the scheduler that I had an appointment that could not be rescheduled at noon.  The technician finally arrived at my home at 11:30am after several phone calls.  He had zero knowledge of mini split systems and was not shy about admitting that (why would they send this tech in the first place?).  He gave it a brief look over (seriously just a look. no touching or taking things apart) and said it seemed to be working fine.  I asked several questions regarding the general operating system of this unit, all of which he was unable to answer.  He then asked for a check.  
Three days later, the compressor froze and spewed ice all over my room.  My home warranty company again referred me to Helton's.  I spoke with the scheduler and set up an appointment for the following day between 8am and noon. At 12:00, when I still hadn't heard from a tech, I called.  I was told that they tried calling my home warranty company to let them know that they don't have any technicians with knowledge of mini split systems, but were on hold for too long so gave up.  NO ONE FROM HELTON'S BOTHERED TO CALL ME (the customer) and inform me that my appointment had been cancelled and they would not be sending anyone out. RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME.

Eason recently put in a tankless hot water system for our house, and I was very pleased with their work, with the system they brought to us that actually has a phone app to monitor everything, and the fact that when I had a problem they helped me immediately fix it on the phone.  Excellent people who did a great job.  I recommend!

We have had several pin holes leaks in our water pipes from 1995. Once we discovered another active leak we decided it was best to replace the existing pipes. Mr. Rooter came out immediately to give us a quote. The quote was equilivent to other quotes. The guys were quick and professional. They were willing to come the next day, but due to our schedules we set it for the next day. They finished in one day, and we could not be more pleased. When leaving They were concerned enough to mention we should get hose bibs, or wrap the outside water spighats to protect them from the cold pending cold weather. The peace of mind is priceless and would definitely recommend this crew. ​

We are so grateful for Arty! A trustworthy guy who did a great job servicing and installing our A/c units and hot water heater almost 2 yrs ago now. We highly recommend him. He took his time to explain what was going on with our hot water heater and was able to help us get a few more months out of an old unit. Then when it was time to replace he discounted the fee we had already paid.

He even came out to help me change a battery on the wall thermostat because I had no idea how. Such a nice guy!

Jeff has done an incredible job each time I've hired him. Professional, curtious, knowledgeable, all at reasonable rates. Installed a water filtration unit, serviced my hot water heater, installed 2 bidets, fixed my sink and toilet, and answered every question I had, thoroughly. He's def my go-to guy !! :-)

Wes and his Dad have worked at my house for 10 years and they are great plumbers.  They respond quickly, repairs are reasonable, fixed all my issues, highly recommend...

This place is filled with a bunch of drug addicts, they're quick to lie about nothing just to make their next dollar. Not really a costumer friendly place they'll tell you one thing then do the complete opposite. Wouldn't recommend no one to them at all.

Great service! Parthenon got our new HVAC unit installed within 3 days of calling for service! We have used Parthenon for plumbing as well. Will use again.

Contacted Bellevue 1st for a gas water heater replacement thru a neighbor recommendation. Definitely glad I did!

Arrived at house when they promised, quote was fair, and remarkably did the job the same day!

Actually required what turned out to be a minor follow up the next day and came over immediately and performed the adjustment.

The company does okay work, but every job they do for you they charge you $5.00 for gloves.  There is definitely some sketchy pricing with this company.  They also did a $1500 job for us for a filtration system.  Six months later we had issues and sent them to look at it, and they told us that that system should not have been put in as it wasn't big enough for the building.  However, they had no interest in paying for it as soon as I told them that it was their company that installed this.  They have some nice workers in the office, but some poor project managers.  They don't give two shits about the customer, just their profit

Called the other day for a slow draining kitchen sink.  The lady on the phone was so sweet and worked with me on time scheduling.  The tech's came out the next morning and snaked the drain.  The charge was reasonable and the techs were professional and friendly.

Was given a window between 12-2, at 200, I hadnt heard anything so I contacted the office. They said they didn't know where their guy was but said they could contact him if I wanted. Heard back at 230 that could be there at 330 but had to leave at 400. Just an absolute embarrassment of a business.

I would give them negative stars if I could.  My heater stopped in the middle of the night. The tech they sent out looked at it and told me it was very bad. He'd need to replace wires and a couple of parts and that might not fix it. I asked for an estimate of that. He went to his truck and came back without a written estimate and told me it would be $600.  Then proceeded to tell me that my unit was 10 years old and I should really consider just replacing it.  I declined the repair telling the tech I needed to research my options before deciding. I called a co-worker to ask for advice and was told the tech was crazy. (I had sent him a photo of the damage in the unit) My co-worker came to the house to look at the heater. Are you ready for this?  $30 dollars in parts and 30 minutes and it was fixed.  Yes, $30.  The tech from Donelson Air Service Experts was going to charge me $600. And he was going to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced.  I called the office to speak to a manager.  The lady on the phone insisted on getting my information before locating a manager for me so I complied. Of course when we were done the manager was conveniently not availalble. Nor did he return my call.  The only recourse is to share my story and make sure others are informed about the lack of expert service.   Always get a second opinion.  I've heard many horror stories similar to mine since yesterday.  They need to change their name. They are not experts at service,

It took a month to finish a job Ron was hired for - that should have taken two days.  During the times he was at the site we found him napping in his truck, leaving the site a mess (left us without a toilet for 3 days), and he was habitually late to the site by two hours.  

Ended up hiring someone else to finish the job.

While service calls are answered promptly and technicians are courteous and fairly knowledgeable. repairs are extremely overpriced. I also question the quality of the products sold. Our unit is exactly 4 years old and has already required 4 repairs. This current unit, purchased from Mid-State, has been highly disappointing compared to our previous unit (installed by our contractor) which lasted 25 years. At the rate this unit is deteriorating, we'll be lucky if it lasts another 5 years. I will not purchase another H&A unit from Mid-State, and neither will I contact them for any future repairs, repairs which experience has now taught me are sure to come.

This company does not hold to their word of doing a job. Did not bother to call back after repeated inquiries to when would they start work. Their motto is you can count on us!.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
