I have used this company on two occasions and I couldn't be happier with their service.  They do excellent work for a reasonable price. They were communicative and highly professional.  Jay, you are the best!!!  Highly recommend.

My AC stopped running yesterday afternoon. Called Adam's thinking the worst. They had someone out early the next day. The tech wasn't here 10 mins before figuring out the issue was a small part on the outdoor unit. Replaced the part, had cold air blowing, signed and out the door all in under 45 mins from arrival. Kowledgeable, honest and price was amazing! Def will be using again!

We had a water leak on the main line post meter at our home. We have a very long water line and could not pinpoint the source of the leak. Regan came out a few days earlier than we had originally scheduled and found the leak under our driveway within the first hour he was there. He saved us a ton of money in being able to spot fix the problem as opposed to replacing the entire line. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation!!

Great service, experienced plumbers, great work.  In the past I have either had overpriced or poor work-- requiring return visits.  So grateful to find a good local plumber and a family business too.  They are the best, wish I had found them years ago.

We needed our heat pump replaced and a mini split installed and Jesse did a great job of helping us. He explained everything and even did an involved test to check and make sure we were getting the right size for our house. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

My husband is in heart failure and we needed a simple plumbing fix that he might usually be able to do.  We reached out to three plumbing companies and heard from Michael Shaver right away.  They came out the next day, fixed the issue, and charged a fair rate.  We also like that they are from Bethpage that is a small community very near where we live!

This was the worst experience I have EVER had with any kind of business, in any kind of field. These guys should not be in business. We hired them to install our septic system, and they LITERALLY took 8 months to do a 2 day job, They prevented us from moving into our house. They called the city and complained about us just to try and keep from having to do their job. They are lazy, incompetent, and rude, and yet they had the audacity to speak to us as if we're idiots. They cost us so much money, angst, stress, time. They basically ruined our lives for about 2 months. I wish to God I'd never hired them. When our system was finally installed, it was red-tagged, despite the fact that they had started over with a new field, and had their hands held by the inspector throughout the process. NIGHTMARE!!!

The tech didn't show up in the time frame I was given.
Was supposed to call and let me know what was wrong never did, then
tried to charge me $200 just for coming out, when I had asked what the servce call fee was i was told the tech had to come out first and look at the unit.

Highly recommend.  Tom is a great plumber and an honest guy.  I have had him out to my house several times to attend to various plumbing issues.  His prices are very reasonable too.

I had Martin Plumbing in Smyrna, TN. install a tank less water outside my house. This tank less water heater has been nothing but a headache and Martin Plumbing did not install this properly and would freeze up on cold days. I contacted Martin Plumbing and they will not return my calls and they don't want to admit they talked me into a outside water that does not work properly. The outside unit has not been installed properly and you can see it is not secured to the outside wall the way it should be. There excuse for not calling me back was the unit did not have a warranty for this install. They talked me into installing this outside my house. several other plumbers I had do repairs on this tank less water heater asked why did Martin put this unit outside. I would not recommend Martin Plumbing for anything they do.

Don't ever go with this company. Very lethargic and worst customer service. If your warranty company assigns any job to this company, ask for an alternative plumbing company.

Don't even respond to my phone calls.  
My warranty company Select Home Warranty assigned a plumbing leak job to this company, Plumber showed up on 15th of January and spoke to me about the water leak on my 2nd floor master bath and said that he has to cut open the dry wall on the first floor ceiling to get access and fix the leak. He also said that he will talk to my warranty company for the approval. Today is 20th. I check with my warranty company and their department did not even receive the diagnostic and repair estimate from this company. Because of this delay, the water seepage in my first floor ceiling has worsened and I am left with no alternative.

I called them several times at 615-200-8320 and left multiple voice mails but in vain.

We started using Lee Company in the late 1990's but I am done. We have had a few issues over the last 2-3 yrs but most recently they were a no show for our fall/winter maintenance appointment for the second time. This also happened last year but I excused it being 2020/Covid. Last week my time block was 10-12 and at 11 the office called to say they were running behind and it might be a few minutes past 12 before they arrive. She told me a technician would reach out. No one did. We have the maintenance plan and a priority line to call but I repeatedly called only to be on indefinite hold. I eventually requested a call back and after finally speaking to someone around 2:30, the lady said I would be next on the schedule and again a tech would reach out. After waiting all day, no one bothered to show up or call. I emailed Lee Company that night, no reply. I called the office again 2 days later to make sure my maintenance plan is cancelled and requested to speak to a manager...still waiting. Lee company has become unreliable and inconsiderate of their customers time. We also have work/life commitments. Unprofessional on every level.

This company was sent out by our warranty company on 2 separate occasions. On the 2nd occasion the technician that came out actually LIED to the warranty company about what the problem was so that she didn't have to fix it. My husband was in the room with her when she let the warranty company know the issue (a covered issue) but in her final report she called the repair something other than it was and has caused us a week of phones calls trying to get it fixed. The warranty company is horrible too but the issue started with this plumber.
