Eason was the second plumbing company we used in Murfreesboro.  Let me just say i'm so glad I found them.  Very professional, they get the job done, and you can trust theyre not going to overcharge or upsell.  I had them out recently to fix a leak and was pleased with the service and price.  Will use them again next time for sure.

We have had several pin holes leaks in our water pipes from 1995. Once we discovered another active leak we decided it was best to replace the existing pipes. Mr. Rooter came out immediately to give us a quote. The quote was equilivent to other quotes. The guys were quick and professional. They were willing to come the next day, but due to our schedules we set it for the next day. They finished in one day, and we could not be more pleased. When leaving They were concerned enough to mention we should get hose bibs, or wrap the outside water spighats to protect them from the cold pending cold weather. The peace of mind is priceless and would definitely recommend this crew. ​

Austen was immediately responsive to my A/C emergency on the hottest day in recent middle Tennessee history.  He not only quickly diagnosed  and fixed my problem, he also undid some of my own self-maintenance errors.

He then did a solid maintenance service on the downstairs unit and was on his way.

Jeff has done an incredible job each time I've hired him. Professional, curtious, knowledgeable, all at reasonable rates. Installed a water filtration unit, serviced my hot water heater, installed 2 bidets, fixed my sink and toilet, and answered every question I had, thoroughly. He's def my go-to guy !! :-)

I highly recommend SOS plumbing. They are prompt, courteous, professional and most importantly get the job done correctly the first time. I had them out to fix a few issues a couple weeks ago. Today I had a leaky kitchen sink that wasn't part of my original fixes from a couple weeks ago. They were fast in coming out to repair. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

This place is filled with a bunch of drug addicts, they're quick to lie about nothing just to make their next dollar. Not really a costumer friendly place they'll tell you one thing then do the complete opposite. Wouldn't recommend no one to them at all.

It's hard to trust plumbers but Parthenon is great! I had a couple of lines that were clogged up. The tech gave me a 2 hour window and was there promptly in the first 30 minutes. The price was very fair to clear two drains, it was working like new, AND he cleaned up over himself before he left. Will be using for all plumbing and HVAC needs in the future!

After having a handy man come out and attempt to snake our kitchen drain unsuccessfully, we finally found Bellevue First.  Jason came out the very next day and fixed the problem (that other places told us was a long shot) in under an hour.  He was polite, explained everything thoroughly, worked efficiently, and fixed a pipe that our handy man broke (we had no idea). Highly recommend!

American Plumbing provided me with prompt and excellent service. I called on the prior afternoon and I was their first stop on the following day. The plumber explained everything to me as he researched the issue and suggested repairs. The best part is that no out landish and unnecessary repairs were recommended. The prices were reasonable and I will use them again.

I heard really good reviews about this company so I had them come out to replace an outdoor faucet, unclog a shower drain and fix a toilet that kept running.  The technician was here on time but was here for about 3.5 hours.  He was at his van the majority of the time talking on the phone or smoking.  He even came out from under my crawl space smoking a cigarette.  My house smelled like smoke.  It took him 5 minutes to unclog the drain and about 10 minutes to fix the toilet.  I believe it took him about 1.5 hours max to replace the outside faucet.  Also, when he turned the water back on, he had it at the max pressure.  I thought our pipes were going to explode when I put the kids in the shower that night.  He billed me for 4 hours and charged me $675.  Yes, you read that right.  I called other plumbers after that and they told me it is about a $300 job.  I have emailed and called the company several times to discuss this and they will not call me back.  I would definitely not hire them to do any work on my house.

The actual work was good, however the service was horrible. The first day, Michael, the plumber was almost two hours late, today he was over two hours late. While there were storms today, what was his reason for being so late the first visit?

When he arrived on Tuesday, he stood in the front door way. We had already given up on him coming and let the cat roam around the house. I asked him to please close the door three times and he ignored me.  The fourth time, after I asked, he finally decided to shut the door after I started to reach around to shut it.

The concept of shutting the door must have evaded him again. He let the storm door flap in the wind and it broke off the frame. I discovered it was broken when I heard something hitting the side of the house near our patio and found the bottom of the door had broken away. He never said anything about this to us, even when I commented on it and tied the door shut with a yoga strap until I can get someone out here to replace it.

The young woman who answers their phone does not want to hear complaints and hung up on me mid-sentence when I called to see if he was coming this morning. I messaged them via FB. No response.

It was later this afternoon when we noticed he'd left the heavy lid off the water meter/on-off valve.  A fitting coda for dealing with someone we will never hire again.

Called up for an emergency visit on Wednesday and he arrived just a short 2 hours later. I was very happy with the prompt turn around in service! Cody was professional and knowledgeable when he visited. There was an issue that we needed a plumber and Cody was able to get one over the next day. Additionally Quentin the plumber arrived prompt and was friendly!
He was able to fix the issue quickly which we were so grateful. 5/5 stars for the company and the two employees. Very happy we called and will continue to use them for our ongoing services.

These guys aren't at all easy to deal with. They refuse to set appointments and think they can just show up whenever works for them. They also aren't very friendly. There are far better options out there IMO.

We had an excellent experience with Mid-State. They were prompt and courteous both on the phone and in person. Our HVAC went out late on a Wednesday, I called them the next day, had someone out to discuss our options. No pressure whatsoever to buy a new system, but we decided that's what was best given our 11 year old system that the previous homeowners had already done some repairs to. We had a brand new one completely installed by 1pm Friday. Our installer Danieal was particularity impressive--very detail oriented, and did several things I wasn't expecting based on our contract to make sure our system was running as efficiently as possible.

This company does not hold to their word of doing a job. Did not bother to call back after repeated inquiries to when would they start work. Their motto is you can count on us!.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
