I had a problem with two outside circuits.  I set up a time for service   over the phone. Service man was prompt and curteous.   Problem was repaired in an hour.  I would definitely use Street Brothers again for any electrical need.

I am really pleased. I needed some hardwired smoke detectors replaced and some outlets fixed. Thomas was super nice, reliable, efficient, and did great work that cost way less than two big companies were gonna charge.  I'm keeping his card and will call him again if/when I need electrical work done.

All Affordable was prompt, friendly and professional with respect to my drywall repair job. Clean, courteous, communicative. Mike and Dave rock!

My experience with electrical plus has been fairly APPALLING.

After spending almost $2,000 to get our 35 year old electrical panel replaced, they did not attach the ground wire to the panel for the whole house. I had to hire another master electrician to come spur-of-the-moment during a kitchen remodel, he discovered this problem and showed it to me, I took pictures, and then he fixed it while fixing other things. Electrical Plus, claims it's a 2-second fix. That's nice, but it has nothing to do with taking responsibility for incomplete work that could have allowed my young children to be electrocuted because the whole house wasn't grounded. No matter what they say, incomplete work is incomplete work. When I called, and emailed, starting the day I found this out, I got no responses. I had to make a statement that I would report them to the state for incomplete work before I finally got a response. I also paid $200 for an inspection, that they didn't bother to follow up on and make sure it happened. They like to say it's not their fault because they can't control the inspectors, which has nothing to do with follow-up. Plain common courtesy customer service. I ran client service departments for 20 years. I know exactly what good customer service looks like. On top of all that, the person who responded from electrical plus to my emails, argued with me through 13 emails without ever taking responsibility, and only offered back $50 out of the $2000 for the inconvenience and said he did not believe me that the wire wasn't grounded in the first place. I don't appreciate being called a liar. As I repeatedly said, the inspection didn't happen until I followed up myself, after the master electrician fixed electrical plus's mistake. They would not have passed the inspection, had I not paid more money on top of the total to electrical plus for someone else to fix their mistake.

I only asked for 10% back. It's not an inconvenience to my family if someone gets electrocuted, especially a small child! Here is a sample of the kind of customer service electrical plus offers with their work. Buyer beware!

Hooking up the ground wire takes 2 seconds and I don't believe that we had not hooked it up.  If we had failed the inspection, we would have come back to fix it for free.

So, I think that 10% back is unreasonable.  I am only offering the $50 for the inconvenience factor.

Cory has been back multiple times to do more work for us and he continues to be affordable, knowledgeable, kind and quick.

They came, provided an estimate, and completed the work on time and neat as a pin. No added costs and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Brandon electric.

Excellent customer service.   This will be my go-to electrican from now on.    They are very professional.  Arrived at the promised time.  Did the work as quoted at the very fair estimate,   Cleaned up.  Very courteous. Can't ask for better service.  Did a great job!  I will be hiring them again for my next project.  And I'm picky about vendors.....

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

Josh installed my garage Tesla charger decently. This was during COVID-19, with social distancing/masks mandated.
He did an OUTSTANDING job!!  The install was perfect, and his communication about timing was perfect.
He was professional, courteous, respectful, mindful of all regulations, and timely.  Everything one could want in a contractor.
I would absolutely hire him again, as I am hoping I can for a Tesla Powerwall installation soon.

Farryn has been one of our go-to electricians for quite a while.   So, I was sad to hear that they've been sold to W. M. Henderson.  Getting through for an appointment took an extra step or two.  Once everything was set there were no problems

Technician arrived on time, he was polite, thorough and patient. Even wore foot coverings to protect our floors.  

I'd still call them again.

POPS Electric is the best!  Kevin and Chris were here twice this week.  They initially came out to fix a minor problem and immediately saw that there was a deeper issue and they worked around my schedule.  Their work was efficient, clean, and detailed.  They explained everything that they were doing which made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands.  This is not the first time we have used this company and it will not be our last.  I wouldn't trust anybody else but POPS electric.  Even the girl in the office was pleasant!

Way over Priced. $5,000 to $8,000 just to to run electric to an above ground pool. No thanks, I'll keep looking.
