Very satisfied. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Had an electrical outlet that was sparking, and needed it looked at. Glenn was here in about an hour and made the repairs, checked everything out, got full power restored to the entire house in short order, and explained what had happened & what he did. Will definitely call G&R Electric again for my electrical needs :).

I took the master electrician code course to get deeper into the National Electrical Code.  Harry DeLoach is an excellent teacher and has a systematic approach to understanding the electrical code.  His knowledge is overwhelming; he knows the material inside and out.

Since that time, we have had many conversations on code interpretation, trouble-shooting, and customer service...in other words Harry makes himself available to his students even after they've completed his classes.

Long before I took Harry's class I was Philadelphia's top-rated solo electrician on Yelp ...so believe me when I tell you that Harry has something positive to offer everyone.

I have used several contractors in the past for home renovations but none of them have been as proficient as Rogelio. This round of work included ceiling and floor molding, setting up a bathroom exhaust, fireplace work, paint and sparkle work. Across-the-board everything was done excellent. The reason (in the past) I continued to use different contractors is because perhaps my expectations were too high and I was unsatisfied but in this case my expectations were met. I almost forgot to mention that his prices were also cheaper than all of the competitors I brought in. He exceeded my expectations at a fair cost. Try him, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Mom blew a fuse yesterday running the air conditioner, then microwave her coffee for lunch. Not sure what to do. Called around her neighbors. Her heater guy Bill Silk suggested Holly Electric. Called and text him. He texted back immediately. Great!  However, he couldn't get here till 8/11. Between 9 & 11 am. So I ran an extension cord front another outlet still working in the dining room to the air conditioner.
They provided excellent service and support for the situation. Recommend this service to anyone.

Michael was friendly and explained what he was doing each step of the way.  He was great at trouble shooting, identifying the problem (why the front side of my house power was out) and most importantly he FIXED IT! within a reasonable time & at a reasonable cost.  

He was also able to come out the same day I called, which was awesome considering all others were putting me at least 2 to 7 days out.  I would definitely recommend him and will definitely use again in the future.

I had a variety of electrical issues, circuit for my dryer cutting off, floodlights not working, patio outlet broken, and entry light needed to be replaced. They did a great job.

Found Chris on my neighbood site called next door. I sent him a message and he quickly responded. Even though electricians have a busy schedule he found out I had no hot water so he came out the next morning and hooked up my water heater. What I thought was a simple  job turned into a big headache but Chris didn't panic and took care of the job and also stuck to his estimate(1/2 price from other estimates) even if it was more work. He installed new breakers and ran line  down to my basement. Chris is courteous clean and professional. I will definitely use Dunryte electrical for any future electrical upgrades or issues. Thank you Chris!!!

I called Bob about a problem with a circuit breaker. He could have easily made a service call out of it, but instead he told me how to fix it over the phone.

I will definitely call him again, when some really does need fixing!

Prior to calling an electrician, the first thing I did was to check the Better Business Bureau - Raynor Electric was nearby, and, more importantly, had an A+ Rating. The plug near the refrigerator was broken and we had an extension cord running to a good outlet - not an emergency, so we let it slide for awhile.
Then, a few months later, more electrical problems - I called Raynor Electric, and was fortunate that they had an opening not far in the future.
I am sure that the entire company is excellent - however, we were lucky to have Matt come to diagnose and repair the numerous problems. Due to my comfort level after realizing that Matt truly was excellent at what he does, I added in a few more items that we have been meaning to get to.
To add some icing to the cake, Raynor has all of the employees clean up after themselves, wear booties over their shoes to not add extra dirt to my house - he even put a mat over my mat on the outside - I do believe my house was cleaner when he left than when he got here.
I only wish there were more stars to give - they not only met my expectations, they far exceeded my expectations - I now know that I have an electrician to call the next time something goes wrong - I will ask for Matt, but I'm sure the rest of the people are great. Not an easy task to have an A+ rating at the BBB.

This is a larger electrical company. They used our house as an employee training center and we had a few unexperienced new electricians doing the work with one experienced professional electrician supervising. So they use the better employees for commercial jobs and train their new employees on residential jobs. I will not get into the details of their work, but would recommend if you decide to use this company that you explain to them that you do not want your house used to train their new employees.

For the premium price we paid we did not get premium service.
