Tom King Electric

I've used Tom King twice now (one for Tesla charger and one for breaker issues) and they've been professional and reasonable.

I've had no problems with the work they've done.

I was looking for a company to install my Tesla charger. When I tell you that they sent out an electrician THE NEXT DAY to come look at the space and quoted me a price. They also offered me a military discount on the price. The 2 technicians were 5 minutes early the day of the install. Told me it was gonna take 4-5 hours and it only took them 2-3 AND it was freezing that day! They were professional and even helped with a couple odd jobs around my house while they were there. Definitely recommend them for your Tesla charger install OR any other electrical jobs!

I highly recommend Tom King electric. The staff was on time and very professional and went above and beyond my expectations for an electrical contractor. Make every opportunity you have to use this company for all your electric needs.

It is such a relief when a business is able to help you on the day that you call. They fixed everything that was broken and for less than I expected. I wish every business made things this easy. Thank you!

I called as a potential new customer wanting to schedule services and was told by Rebecca that Jonathan was the only person that does scheduling. He would have to call me back. The following afternoon I'm still waiting for his call. I call them back and get Rebecca again. When I explain It's been almost 24 hours and I still haven't received a call back, her response was It's only been 21 hours since you called. Seriously! First electrician I've called that wouldn't schedule you right then. Come to find out Jonathan wasn't even working this week. He is on holiday break with his kids. Wow! Needless to say I didn't schedule with them when they did call because if that's their standard of service with a potential customer, what is it with an established one.

We had 2 technicians come into our new home who worked efficiently and constantly the whole time they were there.  Courtesy goes a long way in my book, and they were also considerate enough to place booties over their workboots to protect my new floors! They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I called the company due to high recommendations from another site. The receptionist took my information on my project and said the owner would call me back in a day or so. He did not. I called again on Monday, was told he was busy, and would get back with me soon. Now Friday and no response. I understand busy, I understand challenges due to covid, I do not understand being ignored. A quick phone call or email stating that they just can not accept new business right now and maybe a recommendation of who else to call would go a long way towards customer service. Contractors will not always be busy, and will depend on new customers for continued business.

Found them on Tesla.com as an approved company to install the Tesla charger in our garage. It was easy and quick. They were very accommodating with scheduling.

We have hard wired in Lutron shades in our house. We have had difficulty finding people who know how to work on them. Fortunately, i was recommended tom king electric. I have been dealing with tony king who is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and kind. He was able to help us with some tough issues. Jacob is the technician who came out each time to work on the shades. He always does a very good job. We are extremely happy with them.
