Mr.Countertops made a custom white oak island and solid surface Countertops for my Kitchen remodel. Along with a gorgeous tile backslash, tile flooring, plumbing and a custom barn door to separate my kitchen and dining room. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped with picking samples and supplies.  I highly recommend them!

Needed some emergency plumbing work at my parents home while I was visiting.  Al came quickly and fixed the toilets quickly.  He also noted a possible problem with a sump pump and fixed it for us.  Very happy with his work and his professionalism.

So I moved into this house and I did not have a tub shower kitchen and my pipes were old rusting away and breaking in my basement so I found Mike the Plumber online Mike was here within 2 hours on an emergency call he completed installing my pipes and my shower unit the same day here and new pipes to my kitchen faucet he fix my busted pipes in the basement he also fix my furnace he was professional prompt polite and most of all affordable it's a minion to being able to find a plumber on such short notice was appreciated I would highly recommend him to anyone

I had very fast and helpful service. Steve was able to help sort out my problem without causing extra stress by avoiding the need to make any holes in the walls!

If i can give these guys 0 stars i would. I live in a condo in Lakewood, and i had a flooding issue where water (and cleaning chemicals) came down into my shower from my above neighbor. Had to replace a fan/light fixture and get a pipe replaced.

My neighbor called Madison Plumbing to get the pipe replaced, so 2 guys showed up to my unit to replace the pipe. First, no manners, very rude, made some derogatory comments towards my gf and wanted to get out as fast as possible. Also got into a verbal argument with maintenance staff of the building

2nd - VERY unprofessional, created a huge mess, didn't use a floor covering, entire shower has this disgusting chemical residue all over and they completely tore out most of the ceiling, which didn't need to be torn out. Now I need another contractor to come out and replace plaster on ceiling.

3rd - no heads up when they were coming by, no status updates. When my neighbor or i asked for a status update, they said we're busy right now

overall, terrible experience, i would never recommend these guys

Installed a furnace and a/c unit a couple of weeks ago. Very professional and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. I had a small issue related to their install, and they came back right away to rectify the problem....with no additional fees! Customer service is top notch and price is fair too. It is good to see someone still cares about customer service and wants to earn your business.

Steve D. was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He came out once to inspect the water heater and he was also assigned to install it a week later. The other 2 guys that came to help him remove the old one and transfer the new one were also very professional. They were quick and very quiet; while working from home I didn't even notice them moving the old and new as well as see their van and truck leave! Steve had to make some modifications, he explained why in a way that I could understand, that was very helpful. He also kept in mind whoever would be coming out in the future if there were any problems with any other appliances in that room.

Overall great service, we're very satisfied with our new water heater! Thank you!

Roto-rooter Cleveland overall was very responsive to my call. We called during the week to schedule for the next day which was weekend. On Saturday they came out to fix our toilet on the second floor where was a water leak. They quickly fixed it, it was simple as tightening some stuff that I would not know!

The price was very very reasonable and they were professionals entering into our home with shoe covers.

I asked them if Saturday considered an urgent call because some companies do that and charge extra but for them it was not an extra charge.

This company did a camera scope on a sewer drain on a rental property we own.  We live out of state.  When we requested a copy of the results (DVD/video) they said they would get back to us.  Two and a half weeks later I called back.  They said they only provide it if the customer asks for it, they didn't have it anymore and wanted another $125 to come out again!  Really?   We checked with several other companies (after the fact, of course) and every one said they either provide the DVD or send an email with a written report and attached video...and do so automatically!  Unfortunately, we allowed our long-term tenant to choose this company.  We believe it was the techs responsibility to ASK if a copy of the scope was wanted.  The tenant didn't realize they had to ask.  How ridiculous! What poor service!  Had they done the right thing, they stood a shot at a job worth thousands of dollars.  Instead, they lost our business!

I purchased a furnace and air conditioner and Jim Z was the sales person.  Andy Ferenc was very helpful in letting me know the different types of furnaces. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is in  working order. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He is a very good tech. Andy also helped me with the programming of my new thermostat.

Very unprofessional and rude.  Dismissive of your needs.  Pay me I'm the professional is his attitude.    No star is more like it.   And loves to hang up on you over the phone

We really wanted to give this company a good rating, but we have had enough. It has now been THREE times that we have scheduled for the company to come to our house and they have no-called, no-showed, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm not lying. I truly don't get it. How does a company function like this? One of the excuses they gave was that they had too many emergency situations come up and couldn't get to us. Okay, I understand that emergencies arise, but three different times and not even giving us a courtesy call? Ridiculous.

If you care about using a reliable company, DO NOT use this one.

Do Not-hire this company. You will be wasting your money and your time. I got a card from him
that says free estimates and 100% satisfaction guaranteed-he honors neither. Even his
business card is misspelled-very telling of his work and of the person. He put up a shower massage for me and tested it aiming it right at himself. No surprise he got soaked-but so did
my floor. He dried himself off-but not my floor. He could have caused me serious injury-but not his problem.  Then he told me his few minutes of work would be $75. I asked him why he did not tell me this before doing such a small job so I could have right of refusal. His card did say after all, that estimates were free-but he did not provide one. I thought maybe since the job was small, the price would be small too-but he just took advantage of the situation. I am disabled and on a fixed budget and when I asked him why it was so extremely high for so little work-he just said it was his minimum price-1 minute to 1 hour was $75 no matter what. It did not say this on his card or contract-sneaky. I paid him just to get out of my house-a person this sneaky-who knows what else he might do. I complained to the BBB-and told them of Satisfaction Guaranteed and how he does not honor that either. He is not a member of the BBB and hopefully never will be. He is not a person of honor and his work is not quality-I have already had to replace the shower massage as he installed it wrong and damaged it, just a couple of months after he put it in. Save your money and don't waste your time on this guy-you will regret it.
