ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Herb is a second generation Plumber. His father kept his sons busy in the summer learning a trade that would take them into their adulthood. Herb carried on the tradition and taught both his sons the trade, starting the new line of 3rd generation plumbers. Herb prides himself on honest and quality work. Not only has Herb been serving the Heights area for plumbing and heating needs, Herb is an upstanding, contributing citizen in his community.

We had a commercial leak due a sewer back. We could get anybody to come out, he came told exactly what the problem was and charged a fair price

We had a problem at our rental property; a pipe burst. We shut off the water, and called this plumber. They were very pleasant on the phone. This is why they get one star. An appointment was scheduled for the next day during the afternoon, in which someone needed to wait at the house. We did this, and the plumber never called nor showed up. Even the next day, no calls. We ended up ordering a part online and fixing it ourselves.
I do not recommend this plumber, because they are flaky and obviously don't care. Wasted our time!

I called around for a few weeks to get a plumber, and Herb's was the only one that called me back with a decent time frame. I highly recommend this business as they were right on time and fixed our issue right away (even for an old house).

Easy appointment scheduling for a not-so-big-but-big-to-me job. Prompt, courteous efficient and fairly priced. This is my new plumber!! Thank you for fixing my kitchen sink today in Cleveland Heights!! You are top on our list!!
