Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Excellent fast and friendly service. They came right on the time they scheduled, which is something important to me and did a great job at fixing my furnace. I will be calling them for any future problems.

Super happy with the service, the ability to come and correct a big problem and having an excellent technician that really cared and ensured that the service done was done to perfection  so that there was no further issues.  He juggled around the city's workers and their issue to the one that was inside.... having to hold off on my repairs and returning later that evening after the city figured out how to correct it on their end.  To which he came back to work on it and this lead him to going back and forth to the office to get the main water source turned on to ensure there were no further leaks.  I really appreciate all they did!  Thank you

Came out on a Sunday to take care of a backup. Tech was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. He did a great job and I won't hesitate to call these guys in the future.

After 35 years of using their service regrettably have to say do not use Roto rooter .Company has washed their hands of me for daring to question the difference from price quoted in written quote to verbal price given subsequently  over phone while clarifying date job was to be done? I voiced disagreement but agreed to have job done with their version of pricing while asking for technician to return once more to go over original quote to make sure everybody on same page this time. All was good. Company then had office manager deal back the next day to advise the technician was upset with us raising our concerns about the written quote, would not be returning to reconfirm job details AND the company was no longer going to honour the contract???. Not even a call from the owner to explain the abrupt turn of events??? Again this is after using this company for 35 years!  Unbelievable lack of customer service skills and flat out cowardice from the owner for not extending me the courtesy of a call to smooth over their apparent hurt feelings.

Service was great Chris was friendly and helpful and patient.  Easy to work with and the company was responsive.

A bit pricey but the price of the quick service was worth it. Chris was pleasant and efficient. In an emergency I would use them again.
