I called regarding a leak in my ceiling. They let me speak to a specialist, He explained the process, The next day they came, with masks on, immediately found the problem and fixed it. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I wish they did more than plumbing.

I have had a bathtub converted to a shower and it looks beautiful. Very little mess or inconvenience was created in the process. I  also have had repairs done to some appliances with similar good results.

My Realtor gave me their name as a reference for a Plumber. They came out and even though we bought the wrong size Toilet to put in, they looked at my sink to see if I could install a Garbage Disposal, New Dishwasher & talked about Water Softener. Super Professional. Joe is going to come back out once we return the Toilet and get a new one.  Really Impressed! 1st Times I used them.

Second time was just as great! Joe came out and installed Garbage Disposal, new Toilet in Master and new Faucet in Kitchen. They clean up and do a really good job.  I appreciate knowing that the job will be done right be nice pleasant Plumbers.  I waited 2 weeks because they are quite busy. There's a reason they are so busy.  Kathy is very efficient answering phone calls and calling back.

After bad experiences with various other plumbing companies including a national, larger one we called Ruben at Total Plumbing. As in most cases, when you need a plumber, you typically need them right away. Given that it's July 3rd and with the holiday baring upon us we thought for sure we were in for a wait. Not at all! Ruben not only provided same day service,  he was here within the hour. The best news was when we described to him our issues, he immediately knew what the problem was and presented us with a solution along with an estimated cost. We were quite impressed with his knowledge. He was extremely professional and courteous.  Everyone should have on call those folks who we may need services from on hand at all times. Those include an electrician, lawyer and absolutely a qualified professional plumber. Ruben at Total Plumbing is just that. As of this moment, we have by default fired our previous plumber. Seriously, save this man's number because when a pipe breaks or something goes wrong, water flow and damage has no prejudices and will not wait for slow service arrival or unqualified personnel. We had a rupture on one of our faucets outside.  It started to leak inside our bedroom.  I had to shut the water off to avoid further damage.  I called and they were very busy but managed to squeeze us in after hours.  Chris came in and was able to replace the pipe that was broken and did it in no time.  Because of his great work we were able to turn our water back on and not have to wait days for the repairs.  

I will use them as my plumber from now on!!

So my water heater blew the other day. Flooded my garage. Not a good day at all. Until I called Jim. He had a very tight schedule of appointments booked that day and he made no promises he could come by. But he did squeeze me in. He removed the old unit and restored my kitchen water then came back the next day to put the new unit in. His work ethic is amazing. He's professional and his work is top notch. His prices are extremely reasonable. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Just as an FYI, he does not take credit cards.

Excellent and friendly service!  Arrived quickly and exactly when he said he would to come and resolve a line clog.  Very reasonable price!

We scheduled Eric through Sears Home Warranty and he provided us with the timeframe of 12-4. He called at 1:02 saying he would be there in 40 minutes. We arrived home at 1:37 and waited for him or one of his workers to arrive but no one ever did. When I called him an hour and half later he said that he waited outside of the gate and no one was home. He never gave us a courtesy call to even see where we were or notify us that he left and was not going to service our AC. When I called Eric he was rude, and said he didn't have the time to call people and let them know they had arrived. I informed him that not only was pay lost for missing work but there are two toddlers who are left in 90 degree heat without air conditioning because  he couldn't just provide a call. He was still extremely rude and uncompassionate about the situation. I do not recommend the company.

Easy to set an appointment and the service provider was polite and efficient.  The final bill was on the low end of the quote which was very reasonable.  I will definitely use them again.

Completely professional and extremely affordable!  Priced well below top competing companies with a better response time, very experienced plumbers!

The concrete under our floor tile was cracking, causing tiles and grout to crack like crazy.  Lee came out from Ram Jack and reassured us that the house was not falling down into a sink hole (or something horrible), that indeed our house had not shifted.  He is honest, completely reliable and spent quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the problem. He discovered it was an ongoing problem and that running our radiant heat at a high temperature had exacerbated it.  He recommended monitoring the problem for the moment, keeping the heat down and getting into expensive repair only if necessary.  Thank you Lee of Ram Jack for being a true professional!

In 2014 Custom Plumbing and Heating was contracted to repair a sewer connection at a home we were buying.  In 2015 we discovered that the repairs were done incorrectly per inspectors and another contractor.  We repeatedly contacted Mel Martinez, owner of Custom Plumbing, to correct the problem.  He refused to return calls, emails, voicemails.  He came on sight without identifying himself and removed, without permission, the faulty plumbing connections.  We had the faulty work repaired and he still has not even bothered to return a call or email.  

Warning. You would be making a huge mistake to engage this company to do anything for you.   Our experience is that their work was faulty, they don't stand behind it and refuse to communicate or make any attempt to correct the issues.

Horrible work and horrible ethics. Oscar Lira did not finish the work agreed upon after he was paid 90% of the amount. He did a horrible job on the work that was started and stole from my property. Going through the legal process to make sure that he's not able to do this again to anyone else. Has several complains with the better business bureau.
