The tech was a good worker and the companies save and grace. The office was incredibly rude and did not know about good customer service. They had no patience to wait a couple of minutes. I informed the tech to begin work that was possible outside and the office did not allow the tech. I understand that there is a schedule but the whole job is a 2 hour process and could have been started. I am not impressed with who ever is making the decisions at this company.

Easy to set an appointment and the service provider was polite and efficient.  The final bill was on the low end of the quote which was very reasonable.  I will definitely use them again.
