I arrived home Monday afternoon and my AC wasn't working. It was 100 degrees outside. After calling several local larger companies for help I was told they wouldn't be able to schedule me to be seen until the following week... Really?!
A friend referred me to Big Bear Mechanical. I called them and they arrived later that day and resolved the issue and got my AC running ice cold. They care about helping people. They were fast, friendly and they were affordable.  They have a customer for life with my family and I. Thank you to the team at Big Bear Mechanical!! We greatly appreciate you guys. I highly recommend  you call them first

Zachary was absolutely amazing! I ended up paying less than he estimated, he did a fantastic job, and did it fast. My dog and I also felt very comfortable around him which is always a great sign. I will be using his services again. I have no seed to seek anyone else out.

After getting quotes for a new water heater that seemed too outrageous, I was pleasantly surprised to find The Plumber. Very affordable, didn't try to sell me things I do not need and he was very professional.  Did the work really quickly and sent me an electronic copy of my invoice.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Let's be accurate. You booked me for Monday 1000. I called your technician at about 0800 to confirm he was coming at 1000.  He told me that he had been sent to Rio Rancho and would be back about 12:00 noon.  I called another plumber at 0930 and then called you to cancel with Whitehorse.  You did not or could not get to my house for a 1000 appointment on Monday.

We called desperately needing our heater repaired and they came out the same day, which was something as it is a very busy time of year.  They were professional and repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price.  Good job!!!

I give no stars and since there are only 2 shining reviews I will be the fly in the ointment. I cannot rate them on job performance because both appointments that were set up they were a no show. No calls no nothing. I am in Albuquerque and our temperatures have been over 100 degrees for the past 2 week. My A/C is still broken but at least I've found another company that is supposed to be here today. MMA Mechanical may be a really good company but they customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

We got a same-day appointment at 2:00 on a Monday when our other plumber cancelled our 10:00am appointment at the last minute.  

Marco came and was here for a couple of hours.  The cost was somewhere in the $240 range.  Snaked the drain and stuck around until we were confident it had been cleared.
I understand that this is a bit pricier than other plumbers, but I'm not sure other plumbers deliver - I JUST had this snaked out by another company, who was in and out in a few minutes.
Roto-rooter said they'll probably have to come out again because I live on the river and it's just roots, roots, roots here! BUT, part of their cost is a one-year guarantee!  If they DO have to come out again, it's covered!!

Service was professional and timely.

We recently had TLC convert our evaporative cooling to 2 AC units on our home. Carlos, Jose as well as Richard and Dakoda and their crews worked so quickly, efficiently, and competently. They were always on time and we were very pleased with their work. It was worth the cost for a job well done. Would definitely recommend these crews to anyone!

Horrible experience!  Had no choice with this as Lowe's picked the installer when I bought a dishwasher.  The installer, Kris Chavez (from D&J) did the work.  All looked fine when he left.  I then proceeded to fill the dishwasher.  While I was closing the door, I heard the sound of metal crunching.  When I closed the door completely, the bottom metal sheet fell out.  Looked like it had never been installed.  Kris came out and immediately accused me of kicking in the plate.  He claimed he never makes mistakes and refused to repair his damage.  He became extremely angry and continued to yell that this was all my fault.  There was clearly a problem with the install and D&J did nothing to fix the damage.  I called them twice and they never returned my calls.   I contacted Lowes and they will replace the plate, but I will not have this company (D&J) in my home. Lowes will have to find someone else to do the repair.  Why is Lowes using such a horrible company to do their installs?  And, why use an installer with obvious anger issues.  I won't buy from Lowes again and I will NEVER use D&J.  Horrible experience.

What a great group of people!  Our realtor recommended them for an estimate to repair our heat pump. Every single person I talked to was cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable.  They came back to service both heat pumps and Allan and Michael were fun to work with and did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Katerina in the office is just great, always cheerful and helpful. I'd happily recommend Sunshine to anyone and we will definitely use them for our PM.

After paying $850 last week to have my AC fixed and having this company come back out because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time I was called a cheap customer for disputing an additional $875 bill.  The person I was talking to claimed to be the owner and was the person who told me I was a cheap customer and refused to give me his name.  The owner told me if I wanted his name that I could drive down to get his name in person. This is not a company I would recommend.  Please don't make the mistake I did and use this company.
