Bodie replaced my tankless water heater. His quote was competitive with other quotes I received and he did the job for me right away so I wouldn't have to go through a holiday weekend without hot water. He is really friendly and his work was excellent. Highly recommend!

I called this guy's plumbing for a new swamp cooler, got an estimate for 6812 model. Days later, I asked if they can install ASAP if they can. They came , I felt great.
However the invoice I received later on was a lower quality /cheaper model, not the one I was told and paid. There was a $200 deduction and final was $3,344. I called them wondering why a different model was used? Lori said you wanted us do it earlier and we did NOT have that model. I replied : then you should let me know first . And she became rude and threatened : she Could take the cooler down.
I also missed the $300 PNM rebate. Customers need to know what they get before any installation.

I worked with this company on two commercial projects. They are be one of the two best commercial plumbers in the area. They executed complex designs, did top quality work, and corrected errors quickly and professionally. The company has an ethic of quality that every worker shared.

No avaliable staff for 3 days. Roto-Rooter cleared sewer line clog the same day in less than 30 minutes.

They have been very professional and have fixed multiple plumbing issues that I have had at my home. When they do a plumbing job, I know that it'll be done right. My only complaint would be that sometimes they are a bit pricey.

I called in a non-working furnace on Wednesday 2/28 to my home warranty. Called Ashcraft the next day. Told that the woman who knew how to pull warranty requests was out for the day.
RED FLAG #1. There only one person who knows how to do that?
Technician came over. He immediately told me that home warranty was always a problem and rarely said yes.
RED FLAG #2. Why was he so anti-home warranty?
He looked at the unit. Moved the thermostat back & forth. Furnace never clicked on. He said gas solenoid was bad. I never claimed to be an HVAC tech so good. Furnace bad. He told me on Fri noon that he couldn't turn it into HWA until Mon. It wasn't turned in until Wed.
RED FLAG #3. Why did it take so long? He already said the furnace was no longer made but he was going to look up parts? And it took him until Wednesday afternoon to do that? And I had to call them three times?
They call me to tell me that HWA (Home Warranty of America) has refused the bid. I got mad at HWA and called them. Only to be told that Ashcraft had turned in a bid that included 20 hours of labor. Ashcraft's Ronnie (the supervisor I spoke with) told me the price they quoted was 2200 (give or take a bit.).
RED FLAG #4 The tech REFUSED to give me his quote via voice mail or email. As in didn't want to be able to be proven a liar.
So HWA sent out another company (whom I will be also reviewing glowingly.) That tech LIT THE PILOT LIGHT. That's right, he lit the pilot light. The supposedly bad gas solenoid pushed gas right through and the heater came on. I am now sitting in a warm home after 10 days of being cold. 10 days.
So I called Ronnie at Ashcraft who told me he was there with the tech. I could hear the tech in the background saying, It's a magic chef. I didn't want to work on it. I told Ronnie that he never even tried to light the pilot light. His tech responded It's a Magic Chef. So basically, the Ashcraft tech did not do his job AND tried to rip off my home warranty company.
Ashcraft refused to refund my $75 service fee.

Had a main sewer line blockage late on a Friday, nothing draining. arranged for 1st thing Saturday. Joe showed up bright and early . He started quickly snaking the drain and got blocked about 80' out. I went into the house and had lots of noise in the furthest bathroom . I told Joe about this at which point joe determined the cleanouts we were using where installed backwards and not pointing towards the street. After a bit of searching we located an older cleanout that was going the right direction. Joe moved all the Equipment and started again at 188 ' it hit the blockage and it cleared!! Joe worked his tail off and still had a great attitude .Vicky the dispatcher was also very pleasant to deal with. I will use A-1 again and recommend them to friends. Thanks Joe and Vicky

I've used East Mountain Plumbing now on three (3) different occasions. They are reliable, show up on time and have expert plumbers on staff. Their rates are reasonable and they perform quality work.

The technicians at this business were nice and courteous but Richard the owner of the company was very unprofessional. I had a major re-plum needed at my house and the job was awarded to this business, I needed the work done fast but still got a few quotes. These guys came in with the most reasonable price. After the plumbing was done we noticed that there was a leak under the bathroom sink. He had a drywall contractor who was not there doing the plumbing try and tighten the line. Three weeks after this job was complete we noticed that the hot water was not working that well and some of the flooring near the water heater was wet (which damaged my floor). We opened the area where the water heater was and noticed that the supply from the water line was not tightened all the way and had been leaking for a few weeks. After realizing this I called Richard and left him messages to call me as soon as possible. I didn't get a call back till the following day. A tech called and asked me what the problem was and I told him what the issue was. I asked him to please resolve the problem because the water heater would not stay on due to the fact there was no oxygen getting to the burner. The tech said he would be fine fixing the issue but needed to get a hold of the owner to get parts. Well to no avail the owner did not answer his phone and the part was not purchased. Later that evening I got a call from the owner and told him what the problem was and he came back at me with this wasn't his problem and he would not do anything about it. He also told me a few other things but I will leave that out of this post. Bottom line is I wouldn't recommend these company to do anything for anyone especially when they can't even warranty a job they just completed.

Who NOT to Call with Plumbing Problems. . . . . . .
Recently, my father had some plumbing issues with one of his bathrooms. We called a septic company to drain the septic, the bathroom seemed to work okay, but continued to occasionally back up. With the holidays approaching and family coming to visit, we needed this taken care of so we called Ken's Plumbing & Heating Enterprises. We explained the problem and they sent out a technician. When the technician arrived, we immediately showed him the trap to the bathroom, which was slightly rusty. Instead of messing with the rusted trap, he proceeded to snake the toilet as well as snake through the roof. The total cost came out to $250.00. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix our problem and we continued to have issues with the bathroom. The morning of the 31st (1 day later), we called Ken's Plumbing & Heating, again, and they told us that they do not warranty septic, drains, and/or their work. In addition, because it was New Year's Eve, we would be charged a holiday charge (double pay) to have a technician out to re-service the repair they never fixed the first time. Since when has New Year's Eve been considered a holiday? Anyhow, I explained to Ken's Plumbing that we never told them it was a septic/drain issue, we called a plumber to take care of the problem and they didn't. They stated that they probably could not get ahold of anyone. Basically, we were SOL. Our issue needed to be taken care of so we called Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter immediately came out fixed the problem and used the trap, which was pointed out to the other tech at Ken's Plumbing but he disregarded. Not only did Roto-Rooter charge us less and warranted their work for 6 months, they fixed the problem the first time. My father is an elderly man and has many health issues. I feel that Ken's Plumbing & Heating Enterprises came out, did not do their job, charged for the service, and then refused to come back out to correct what they were paid for. How can a company not warranty their work (I can understand if it was a month or even a week later, but a day)? Long story short, if you have ANY plumbing problems/needs call someone who warranties their work, who will do it right, and not be rude!!!!!

When we found Winsupply, my pregnant wife and I were extremely excited. Showroom looked great and they had large selection of amazing product to choose from. Our sales person, Valentina, was amazing. An extreme pleasure to work with. Or so we thought. We received our order, which was everything for the kitchen and two bathrooms, complete renovation, and the only thing that was correct was the kitchen faucet and the bathtub. My wife and I were extremely adamant about the bathroom fixtures being matte black and the sales woman ordered all stainless steel. The kitchen sink was suppose to be center drain but we received right drain. We asked for 2 bathroom sinks and she ordered one. Almost the whole order was not entered correctly. Serves me right for trusting a charismatic, what we thought was a very diligent and caring sales person and not going over all the product codes with a fine tooth comb when we made the purchase. On the order form, there is only the product code with no description of the product. I just assumed she entered them correctly. So needless to say it was all our fault for not entering every product code from the manufacturer on the internet when we got home to make sure everything was correct. At no point was it the sales persons fault according to them. Then they tell me it will be an extra $600 if we want the stuff we thought we were ordering in matte black. I'm returning everything minus the tub and the rough in stuff because all that has already been installed and taking my business elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do the same. We are no longer able to move into our new home before my wife has our second child due to this negligence. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Do Not hire these guys. They never finished the job and left their garbage on my patio. I cannot believe the lack of integrity they displayed. Save your money for a professional that will do the job right the first time.
