Received several quotes to run a gas line for an outdoor kitchen, and Alex at Motherroad was by far the most thorough. Took the time to explain way more than I'd ever thought I'd know about gas lines, which really helped me feel like I was making the right decision. The work was top-notch. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does. Glad I went with him over cheaper options that would've left my grill (and house) starved for BTUs (city inspector confirmed).

Back in May of 2021, my husband and I made a successful offer on a house with very low water pressure. Low, as in a trickle from every faucet. The seller's agent said they would take care of it. They never did. My agent was coordinating with the city and a plumber. City said it was the plumber's responsibility, but the plumber said it was the city's responsibility. Shortly before we were due to move in, the problem still existed.
So, I took it upon myself to do some research and found All-Out Plumbing. Ron, the owner, checked it out and said he found a broken valve under one of the bathroom sinks, so it would be a simple fix. However, when his employee, Thomas, came to do the work and checked it out, he discovered that the valve wasn't the problem. At first, Thomas didn't think the house had a pressure release valve. But after some literal digging, he found it. It had been buried, which I was told should never be done with a PRV. It turns out the house used to have bad polybutylene pipes which had been replaced, and the PRV was there to keep those pipes from bursting. So, Thomas removed the PRV and reconnected the pipes. Now the water is flowing at a strong, steady rate. The total cost was $377, which I think is quite reasonable.
The original plumber obviously never thought to check underground for the PRV. Major kudos to All-Out and especially Thomas for thinking outside the box!...(and under the ground.)

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Eli at ER Water Services when my water wouldn't turn on. Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. They came back that night and replaced our pump and our water was back up and running by 10 o'clock. Eli mentioned that he comes from 3 generations of water technicians and how fast and efficient they worked proves his credentials. Moreover, they were courteous, kind, and affordable, making a desperate situation easier to handle. I highly recommend ER Water Services for anyone needing fast reliable 24hr services. Thanks so much!

I call Brad at Bill's Sewer Service first. He has cleaned my sewers many times and does excellent work every time. Now Brad has cleaned my bathroom drain for the first time and, as usual, did Grade A work. Also, I've needed difficult repairs along the way, and for those, Brad shows his engineering background and produces tidy, high quality fixes every time.

Sunday evening my furnace goes out. First thing Monday morning I started calling, R&R said they could come out that afternoon..good, we were freezing to death. The tech came, I told him what I thought was wrong, he confirmed I was correct. He left to go get the part, he called and said several places were out. He found a store that was expecting a shipment Tuesday morning. Fine. He came this morning, installed the part..zip zap was out of here! If he was here a total of 25 mins, (both days) I would be surprised. I asked for a hard copy of the work order said he would have to email it. I did get it...no info what so ever, except that he charged me 1 hour and twenty mins! No info on what the part cost. I guess they start charging when they get in the van!! Not a happy customer! I don't mind paying for work done, but please don't take advantage of me. I will never use them again, and will never suggest them to anyone. I compared this to a previous bill done a couple of years ago, $168...compared to their $327! I just have one comment, better make sure you have some vaseline around!!!!!!!!

Just found out an elderly woman in desperate need of a stopped up sewer pipe (only bathroom and sink) and a broken air conditioner (90 degree heat) in Albuquerque dealt with the owner. He was two hours late so he could charge the after hour rate. Didn't look at the drain. Didn't fix the air conditioner and charged her $150 for an estimate for a new air conditioner. What a horrible way to take advantage and pressure an elderly woman in need.

I have used the services of Pro plumbing & Mechanical for over 10 years at two of our residences. They are dependable, responsible, and knowledgeable. We have depended on them for leaking faucets, installation of new commodes, new water heater, air conditioner service, and conversion to refrigerated air.
We became aware of Pro plumbing when they were the subcontractor during our major kitchen remodel. My late husband and I noticed that not only did they do their job, they were willing to help the other subcontractors. That's when we decided we wanted to continue using their services for future needs.
Pro plumbing is professional and responsive and I have referred them to several of my friends. They provide excellent customer service.

I have used them several times for standard furnace and swamp cooler set-up, but they keep getting less and less reliable so I'm cutting them loose. At least 5 times, they have not shown up for appointments and when I call it's either they didn't have my correct phone number and so didn't come when no one answered, showed up at the wrong address (and never bothered to call), or just forgot about the appointment completely. They recently did some major work on our house and were supposed to come by the next day to collect payment and go over everything they did / test everything. They not only never showed up, but never called. It's now three days later and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm sure when we go to do the walk-through, they will also have forgotten to do one of the repairs they said they would do. Stunning lack of professionalism and follow-through.

Great service completed by a courteous and professional man. Thank you for the great communication regarding the service appointment. I will use this company again in the future.

I called Comfort Solutions on Monday (Heating issues) for a rental (winter season) they were not able to make it out until Friday. I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time (when I was off of work) but the technician arrived while I was at work (3 hours early) so the tenant let them in. I was grateful that they did make it to the rental but it was very difficult to speak to him while I was at work.
Bottom Line: Anyone using this company: Labor includes the time it takes to go get the part. I was informed that after the technician arrived and diagnosed the possible problem. I was told that they do not keep very many items in their truck, and they charge for the time to order or to go get the part whether it is at their place of business or if they have to run to a store to purchase. Hourly charge is @ $135 an hour. An hour later the part arrived. $135 just to go get the part! Technician was friendly enough the tenant said, seemed knowledgeable and fixed the problem.
I was unhappy about the charge to go get the part and the time he charged. I called to discuss with the owner for some type of discount, but they would not budge and said that is their policy whether they mentioned their pricing to us or not prior to going out.
$135 for a possible diagnosis, $135 for work to fix + $135 to go get the part and $123.63 for part (that we did not get a copy of the invoice for so I am not sure where he picked it up) plus tax for the entire bill. Tenant said he was only at the unit for a total of 45 - 60 minutes.

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything??? Or for everyone reading this I must tell you, DON'T USE MRM Mechanical!!!! Their communication is very bad, their work is worse. We hired them for a bathroom remodel. Demo was ok, but the install was a nightmare. They had a sub-contractor that put in a new sub-floor. It was ok. Then came MRM Mechanical, LLC to install a new bathtub and new plumbing for the bathtub. At least there was no water leaking but the bathtub was on a major angle (if it was a boat it might take in water). They said it's OK, the sub-contractor will come back to install the tile. The sub-contractor for the tile came back and said there was no way they could work with this tub - it needs to be level. MRM Mechanical, LLC came back, took the tub out to reinstall it (oh ya no bathroom for 5 days). This time it is level, but one end of the tub has more space from the wall, about half an inch. The tiler came back and still can't tile. Now MRM Mechanical, LLC wants out from a job they messed up!!! I am so fed up I said just go .... They are useless!! They left me with a job to complete! and they did a number on the sub-contractor, too.

Terrible service and response:
I called this morning as I saw one of their trucks marked water softener. Here is our conversation:
Me: Morning, do you service water softeners?
Lady: one moment...placed on hold....we are too slammed!
Me: What would be 1st availability?
Lady: one moment....placed on hold...disconnected
I called back and same lady answered
Me: hi we got disconnected, how far out is your 1st availability?
Lady: 2 weeks
Me: ok, what do you charge for the service?
Lady: one moment and hung up on me.
Well that's the end of me ever using that company. I'm a business owner myself and would never have the audacity for responses as such nor would I ever allow any of my team members to responded in such manner. What happened to customer service???

Contacted Keen Plumbing January 27, 2023 to have a water tank installed.
We were told it would take 5-6 days to complete the job.
We agreed on a price and the install was to begin January 30,2023.
Jeremy Keen (owner) did have install approved by the necessary county inspectors on the first day.
January 31 Jeremy hired a backhoe operator who had just gotten his backhoe the previous week and ours was the first big job. The backhoe operator ran into my tree and knocked down a large limb onto the neighbor's fence causing quite a bit of damage, saying the limb was decayed. No decay could be found on the tree.
February 1 Jeremy was to arrive by 10:30 AM he did not arrive until 4 PM spending a little time on the whole for the tank.
February 2 we were told the tank would be set up and pumping water into the house. Jeremy did not come but the tank was delivered and filled.
February 3 Jeremy did not arrive until 1 PM and he requested a downpayment to purchase supplies which we provided. The pump was not installed.
February 4 Jeremy again did not arrive until 1 PM requested another downpayment to pay an employee which we provided. The pump was finally setup around 8 PM.
February 5 Jeremy arrived late filled some dirt around the tank and requested another downpayment.
February 6 Jeremy came late in the afternoon stating he completed the job and was coming back the next day to repair the neighbor's damaged fence and have the work inspected.
Jeremy never returned until February 23rd and only because we had no water. He came for a few minutes. Prior to his arrival we discovered he had never switched the circuit breaker to allow water to be pumped from our well. He promised to have water delivered to us at no cost. He never contacted the water provider and we had to get the water delivered ourselves.
Jeremy also rarely returned texts or calls saying his phone was not working. He said he got a new phone but communication did not improve.
Jeremy did text on February 9th that he had pneumonia, but this was over a week since the job should have been completed.
Jeremy also said his father was ill on February 22.
I'm sure you are wondering why we paid for the job after reading this, that was a mistake on my part as I liked Jeremy who is a very personable fellow and seemed to be doing his best. He also had some very high recommendations from contractors he worked with, unfortunately he apparently somehow lost his skills for our installation. I still like Jeremy, but I certainly cannot recommend him.
