Best Plumbing Services in Albuquerque, NM
We tried to get our toilet to stop rocking. The bolt broke off when we tried to tighten it. When we removed the toilet we discovered that the toilet flange was completely rusted. We got the referral for Ramos Plumbing from our neighbor. They arrived exactly as scheduled and gave us an estimate. They happened to have a break in their other jobs so they were able to do the work right away.
We figured since they were already in there they could replace our leaky shower valves. Both jobs were completed quickly, efficiently, and no mess left behind. They were so courteous. We are extremely pleased.

Friendly owner who does the work himself a lot of the time. Very competitive pricing and excellent service. Plus they do it all, so no matter if the toilet is clogged or I want to install refrigerated air, I just call Tom!

Had Doms remove and replace our water heater, bathtub valve, toilet valve and make a new garden hose spigot. As always, Don was timely his work good quality and he beat other proposals by about 10 percent.
Big job or small I can recommend Doms.

Antonio was great! Got a text way before scheduled time that he was on his way. Upon arrival I explained the issues then he went into attic, while up there he explained things that could be going on. Very happy with Antonio and Day and Night Plumbing.

They did some extensive warranty work for a D R Horton home in Ventana Ranch. Their workmanship was excellent. They were thorough and professional, and cleaned up any mess that they made. The job called for excavation and other than a little dust, you wouldn't even know they were there. They offered a 1 year warranty on their work (unfortunately, D R Horton received the warranty, and wouldn't pass it along to the homeowner). I highly recommend this company and its' employees. A pleasure to do business with.

$450.00 over the last month to accomplish very little and do a poor job on what they did get done. Cooler start up very haphazard and had to be redone by another company. Under sink plumbing leaky. Disposal they reinstalled mysteriously had a dime in the grinder they had to come back to remove (and charge for another house call). Check and restart hot water heater incredibly expensive...won't call them again.

I found out about Ridge Top Plumbing through local referrals in the East Mountains on Next Door. I am so glad that I did! I had two leaking faucets on the outside of my house that needed to be tended to right away. He got everything taken care of, from shutting off the main water supply to running to the local hardware store for supplies. He showed up on time, was a pleasure to deal with, and was very reasonable in his prices. I will be using him for future plumbing projects, as well. It's nice to know that we have someone local like Ridge Top that is professional and dependable. Thanks, Again!!!!

We called this company because it was recommended to us to install an air conditioning unit. They installed it but said they would comeback to install hail guards (after getting paid). They never came back & after several attempts to contact the tech via texts and phone calls he never bothered to call or reply to our messages. (He's the actual owner of this business)
It is very unprofessional for this kind of business to tell us something getting paid and never to be heard back again.
The unit was very expensive and we found out we later we could have saved 1,500 calling another company. It was a hard lesson to learn but I know to be very cautious and called several companies before deciding. And never to call this company again.

I wish I read these reviews before hiring Rob at Lobo Lawn to add a pressure reducer to my front yard drip station. The water pressure was 100 psi and irrigation tubes did burst very often. I found his name on NextDoor (I don't see recommendations oh him anymore now) He came by the end of August 2020 and recommended adding a pressure reducer to the system. Asked for a flat rate of 450/- which I agreed.
After digging the whole system out, he invented a valve problem and said that he would fix the valve too for a total of $815! Unfortunately, I had no option as there was a big hole in the front yard and the whole system was taken down to parts and pieces. So agreed and he added a pressure reducer and changed the valve with one year warranty. The total time he spent on this was 2:15 hours.
In a week's time the tubes were bursting again. Recently I called him for a water leak from the station/valve he changed. His one year warranty is still valid. When I called him, he answered after two days (I even forwarded him a copy of his receipt with 1-year warranty), came checked out and said it is not something he fixed and it was hard for him to recognize me! LOL
His receipt has my name and address and, I showed my drivers ID for name match. He still didn't think it was him who fixed it! He made me realize there are several @@@artists in this profession, I will not call this again. Very disrespectful and dishonest. Overcharged. Does not fix things. Misleading price quote and does not stick to his warranty. His name tells his intention-Avoid!

My father, a WWII veteran, called to have two water heaters replaced. One was leaking badly and needed to be replaced immediately. He is hard of hearing and can't always understand on the telephone, but lives at home and is mentally very sharp. He was told by the person on the phone, after discussing that he wanted a very common and simple water heater replacement, that they couldn't even look at his job for two weeks and recommended he call someone else, and told him they didn't want his business. He called TLC, and they came out the same day and fixed the water heaters the next day. I cannot recommend Reddi to anyone that is offended as I am by the way they treat senior citizens, and the hearing impaired.

What a waste of $700. I was a fan for years, but I'm so disappointed now. After they didn't show up 3 appointments in a row in November, they finally came out and charged a huge amount for what they now call a small fix. I had just left town long term when they fixed the furnace. I asked about the guarantee and by phone they said 1 year. I told them to go ahead since I was out of town and I trusted them. They replaced my programmable thermostat for a super cheap one that won't shut off. I only noticed now that I'm back here to see the work. The flame is on a full, high blast and the house is sweltering, it won't turn off. Tenants didn't notice during the winter but now it's been burning huge amounts of gas even though the thermostat has been off 2 months. Now Tony and Mike say it's only a 90-day guarantee for such a small fix which cost me $700. I'll have to pay weekend prices to have them fix their faulty work. I should have gone with the company my tenants found, the estimate was way lower. But I trusted Marathon and wanted them to do the work since I was out of town. They didn't stand by the warranty that the woman told me about on the phone and they will never have my business again.

Oscar Lira did not finish the work agreed upon after he was paid 90% of the amount. He did a horrible job on the work that was started and stole from my property. Going through the legal process to make sure that he's not able to do this again to anyone else. Has several complains with the better business bureau.
