Best Plumbing Services in Albuquerque, NM
We tried to get our toilet to stop rocking. The bolt broke off when we tried to tighten it. When we removed the toilet we discovered that the toilet flange was completely rusted. We got the referral for Ramos Plumbing from our neighbor. They arrived exactly as scheduled and gave us an estimate. They happened to have a break in their other jobs so they were able to do the work right away.
We figured since they were already in there they could replace our leaky shower valves. Both jobs were completed quickly, efficiently, and no mess left behind. They were so courteous. We are extremely pleased.

We recently hired Dom to run an outside gas line to connect our grill. He was quick to respond when we requested information via Yelp, and we promptly scheduled a time for him to give us a quote. His pricing was very competitive, and he completed the work on schedule without any complications. I would highly recommend working with Dom!

Mike and his crew are thorough and professional. When our water heater went out he fit us in same day! They do solid work for very fair prices. They are so kind and funny, the not only do great work but are a pleasure to interact with. We are lucky to have such awesome plumbers in our beautiful city. They are the people I call for all my homes plumbing needs!

I called and left a voicemail. Called back within 2 hours. (And if you need any work done to your house in NM that's already a plus!) Brian came out for the appointment ON TIME! He was very friendly, informative, and gave a reasonable price for his work. I would definitely use him again.

I hired AC&R Plumbing in Albuquerque, NM. The owner gave me a competitive quote, so I selected him and his company, he said he was licensed to do the Electrical and Plumbing to finish out my swimming pool project. He lied and was not licensed to do this type of work, nor were his people. He requested half the money upfront to purchase materials and stole it all. I requested a refund, and he would not return calls. Do not use this company!!!!

Came out to work on a heat pump, came twice did not seem to know what he was doing said he would come out again in a week after he asked someone what the problem was charged me $265.00 bucks never came back and blocked my number from calls, I guess this was a good thing as he probably would have messed it all up!

We called this company because it was recommended to us to install an air conditioning unit. They installed it but said they would comeback to install hail guards (after getting paid). They never came back & after several attempts to contact the tech via texts and phone calls he never bothered to call or reply to our messages. (He's the actual owner of this business)
It is very unprofessional for this kind of business to tell us something getting paid and never to be heard back again.
The unit was very expensive and we found out we later we could have saved 1,500 calling another company. It was a hard lesson to learn but I know to be very cautious and called several companies before deciding. And never to call this company again.

Do not hire this man(Rob), or do anything with his business. He is extremely dishonest and he will steal from you. He will not complete the job and he will overcharge you no matter what. Read the other reviews. I hired him to fix a sprinkler leak. A job that should have been $100 or less. He stopped in the middle of the job and demanded over $500. He refused to finish the job unless I place $500 cash in his hands. I stood up against his pressure tactics and sabotage and refused to pay him such a huge amount. He left without reconnecting the lines that he disassembled and stole one of my tools. The man(Rob) is over 70 years old. He has no employees or helpers. He lacks the energy for any work. He talks on the phone all the time, dealing with financial crises. He has no verifiable office and may be living in his work truck. I recommend that Yelp and Google business ban this man and his business from advertising on their platforms forever because he has been hurting lots of people for a long time.

Charged me full price for a job they did not do, so I had to pay a second plumbing company to come out and do the job that same day (TLC Plumbing did a great job). Then said they would credit that money I had paid to another job I needed done, but they only gave me a partial credit. Total bait and switch move, since they didn't mention the partial credit until after the work was done. While doing work at my house they busted the brand new lines to my Swamp cooler and refused to fix them when I called and told them. Poor customer care, poor business practices and not good plumbers.

What a waste of $700. I was a fan for years, but I'm so disappointed now. After they didn't show up 3 appointments in a row in November, they finally came out and charged a huge amount for what they now call a small fix. I had just left town long term when they fixed the furnace. I asked about the guarantee and by phone they said 1 year. I told them to go ahead since I was out of town and I trusted them. They replaced my programmable thermostat for a super cheap one that won't shut off. I only noticed now that I'm back here to see the work. The flame is on a full, high blast and the house is sweltering, it won't turn off. Tenants didn't notice during the winter but now it's been burning huge amounts of gas even though the thermostat has been off 2 months. Now Tony and Mike say it's only a 90-day guarantee for such a small fix which cost me $700. I'll have to pay weekend prices to have them fix their faulty work. I should have gone with the company my tenants found, the estimate was way lower. But I trusted Marathon and wanted them to do the work since I was out of town. They didn't stand by the warranty that the woman told me about on the phone and they will never have my business again.

Oscar Lira did not finish the work agreed upon after he was paid 90% of the amount. He did a horrible job on the work that was started and stole from my property. Going through the legal process to make sure that he's not able to do this again to anyone else. Has several complains with the better business bureau.
