Our water heater died and took down the whole system. Kris came within hours (in mask) to restore cold water and made an appointment to replace the heater. Frankly, that's all I cared about - dishes and clothes can be washed in cold and bodies at the gym. But he was super about it all and let us hang around to watch and learn.

Great service, quick work, on time abd made the whole process headache free!

Prices were very fair, much better than the other big names I've used in the past

First I'm leaving a review for the Samon's  on Menual,over the years. I enjoyed the fact that you were directed to the counter and the gentlemen would assist you in finding the correct part and if you knew what you needed you could find it yourself.
 The assistant manager was helpful, however I purchased the wrong toilet flapper twice.on my third return of course I needed the assistance, there were two young men behind the counter, one was talking to a customer on the phone and the other was on his phone either browsing the internet or playing a game. I approached him and asked him if he could help me, first off he gave me a dirty look,like you are interrupting me, my response was what??  What's the problem? I came in twice today and was treated professionally his response was I'm not a professional haven't you heard of help yourself? Never in the decades I've been to Samon's have I ever been treated in this manner! I told himif you were my employee I would fire your a$$ I don't know what make this guy so special because on my third return for a refund he was still employed, not only that my refund was not done correctly by him I had to argue with the manager and assistant manager that I was due a $14.00 dollar refund since there star employee processed the ticket wrong. I can understand that everyone has a bad day at work however he DIDN'T even try. If this is the future we are doomed!!'

Great and fast service. I had to have my A/C serviced and noticed that my kitchen faucet was fading fast, leaking and getting ready to fall apart. Jerry came out to take care of everything and was also able to return the same week to fix the faucet in addition to the A/C.

Very friendly and professional service. I have been using them for several years now and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend Dependable Plumbing, a locally-owned business, with excellent customer service and dependable employees.

Buyer beware. Outrageously expensive and do not guarantee their work. They charged me $413 to unclog a bathroom sink. They removed the p trap and snaked it approximately 15 feet. Then it was clogged two weeks later.

When I questioned them on their outrageous prices, they compared themselves to doctors and that they charge a flat rate no matter how long it takes. Two weeks later, the drain is still clogged and no reply from them.  You've been warned.

Didn't end up using Freeman's but Earl was lovely and knowledgeable. Will consider them again for another job.

It is now Wednesday evening. I had a leaking hose bib.  I called early Monday morning and was told someone would be out the next day between 11:00 and 1:00  (closer to 11).  We briefly discussed the issue, he gave me a verbal quote.  He seemed very friendly and willing to help.  He had my phone number and I gave him my email address.  

He did not show up and made no contact with me.  I understand that my problem was minor and that things can come up, but still very poor customer service.  I will not be calling again.

Fantastic service. We had an appointment to service our HVAC with an arrival window of 8  - 10 am. Mr. Cunningham was at the door at 8:00 am sharp. This is the first time I have ever seen a serviceman so prompt!  The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Derek was courteous and very knowledgable. I will recommend him to my neighbors!

Business is very unprofessional and very over priced. Contacted in for them to come out and my scheduled time was 2-4pm received a call at 3pm saying they will be here slightly after 4pm. I contacted in and left a voicemail at 5pm, and they did not show up until 6pm. Quote received was ridiculously high. Twice the national average nearly for the job, nearly 2x the cost for the same thermostat that can be picked up at best buy, $3850 for $1000 worth of material (which they say is because of labor but they already charged labor before). I contacted in for my parents as my parents are very old and can't handle the stress of contacting companies and was told this is not eligible for a military discount (even though my father is a 23 year air force vet) and its my parents house and the work is being done on my parents house. Very unprofessional and ridiculously overpriced.

I've used this business previously with no problem.  This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different.  I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly.  Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit.  I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know.  She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one.  She asked if I wanted her to get one.  I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300.  Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455.  I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product.  He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up.  I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it.  He brought the price down to $375.  THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation!  We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general.  Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed.  I have handled myself cordially and patiently.  It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed.  I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem.  I wish it had not come to this.  Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

We were so happy with this company!  Justin came out, assessed the problem with our boiler and the proceeded to fix it.  We now have working heat and hot water again!!  We will definitely call this company with any future needs for our Heating, Cooling and Plumbing needs.

Very disappointed with this place.  I do not recommend them.  Appointments repeatedly cancelled.  I have two different services booked and a warranty contract.  All the appointments have been cancelled at least once if not twice.  The service staff I have dealt with only once despite the number of appointment times that fill
My calendar.  They have been pleasant and nice.... But time is money and it is hard when they are cancelled so quickly.

I'm not sure what kind of outfit this place is, if they're even licensed etc. had them out to do some work along with my neighbor (who's roof is nexto mine) on Saturday but they left the work not finished and will not answer the phone?!

Originally I got this Rick's by calling John Moore on my receipt from fall turnover, that's when Donovan said he bought out the company.
In addition, John Moore Co in Houston knows nothing of this outfit who claims they bought out John Moore. Houston John Moore states that their NM branch closed and he knew of no 'buyout' which this Rick's is claiming business for....
Also, during the time Donovan was on this swamp cooler service call, he stayed on ground while his helper went up and down the ladder sending pics on his phone about rooftop conditions?!! Donovan spent his time mostly sitting on my bldg's plastic cable amplifier box which ended up crimping my Comcast cable wires. My internet and TV service started to get worse and when Comcast came out for a service call 2-wks later they noted the pinched cord under the lip of the cover which had been shifted....I then recalled Donovan plopping down on it and hearing the crunch as the plastic cracked under his weight. SMH

Made an appt for my toilet leak to be fixed at approximately 2:00 pm.  They were going to fit me in.  If they could not fit me in they should not have made the appointment - in my opinion.

I sat home all afternoon - took off from work for this.  I called periodically throughout the afternoon because I was held captive in my house and couldn't really do anything that would mask the phone - so I couldn't go anywhere or use the phone or...  I was repeatedly assured that they would come.  I was then told when it got to be really late - that they work until the jobs are completed.  Well of course this got me to sit there in my house held captive for even longer, don't you know.  Maybe they really do work till they are done.

Well they don't!  They just allow you to use your vacation time, for nothing.  Maybe you could have found a plumber who would have done the job, if they would have been honest and just said they were too busy.
Do they call you the next day, to make good on your wasted time.  No, they could care less.  Now I will have to find someone to do the job at overtime rates.

Don't be the fool I was - don't call a place that just is playing games.  

I don't know if they care about other customers.  I know they didn't care about me.

just really bad had to  come back 3 times just to fix a leek.  and the repair man  JEREMY reeked of smoke
