Established in 2016.
Flo Pro LLC opened for business in 2016, Owner Ron Sanchez Jr. has been in the business for over 10 years, running a satellite office for his family's Plumbing and HVAC business. We are a young company but our technicians have years of experience in residential and commercial service and construction.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Ron and Erin Sanchez are the owners of Flo Pro LLC. Ron is a licensed contractor and possesses the New Mexico MM-98 Contractor's License as well as many Journeyman Licenses. Ron is the Field Operations Manager and visits every service call personally. Erin is the Business Manager and possesses a Bachelor of Business Degree from Anderson School of Management from the University of New Mexico. Erin is the friendly voice that you will hear on the phone when you call for service.

Let's begin with who shows up to work at your house. It's always a gamble letting someone you don't know inside your home that being said Ron and Erin are probably some of the most decent, professional and hardworking individuals you will ever do business with. They showed up on time did a quick survey of the area in need of work, figured out what was needed and got the job done. A few hours later I had a new water heater with all new connections, drains, straps and most importantly hot water. I got at least 4 other quotes and there's was the best for the job. Includes a two year warranty so thats a plus all others only offer one year. Would definitely recommend Flo pro for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Amazing company, great service very professional, reasonable and responsible.

Prompt service and friendly staff. They were able to diagnose the problem with my furnace and offer suggestions on basic maintenance. Accommodated my schedule and were able to come out the same day. Cheaper than TLC and more convenient.

Ron and Erin are quite a team! Our disposal was leaking and Ron came out the next day and replaced it with a new disposal. Then the stainless steel basket was leaking in the sink, so Ron and Erin came out again and replaced the basket. When they say they are coming at a certain time, Flo Pro delivers! Fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service at its best! Thank you Flo Pro!

I needed my furnace problem diagnosed and Flo Pro came out same day and accommodated my schedule. My furnace needed replaced and Flo Pro installed it on their day off so that we could get heat ASAP. They are very affordable, honest and hard working. I am very pleased with my new furnace and the work they did.
