I called Adam on a Saturday morning after discovering to my horror that sewage had backed up into our basement and our water pressure throughout the house was shot. He came over right away and fixed both problems. He also gave me a lot of useful advice about the house which is much appreciated cuz we are clueless new homeowners. Great guy!

Jason, Santi and Jorge did a great job fixing my dads company toilet pipes. They were all very polite when they arrived and throughout the whole job. They did phenomenal work! After the job was done they cleaned up their work space and explained everything they completed step by step. My dad and I are extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them!

I was promised to have my sink leak serviced right away and they took over three hours to get here. Then I was overcharged with a total different price I was told , EVEN THE TIMING THAT GUY TOOK FOREVER IN HIS VAN TO DO SOME PAPER WORK!!! Ridiculous

Absolute disaster! It took the person 8 hours to cap off the kitchen water lines & add an ice maker water line. Brought wrong size pipes, used worn out tools, didn't put up anything to mitigate dust to other rooms from the sawdust/ Sheetrock powder, etc. Added a new lower drain that didn't need to be done as told by the plumber that had to fix this disaster. Only reason to do what he did was if I needed a garbage disposal which I didn't. Cost me $600 for nothing! Demanded 200 extra dollars over the $2000 that Home Depot charged me. Told Home Depot that the $200 was for a permit but I called the town & no such permit was taken.

All I can say is these guys are great! I had a problem with my boiler, I called at 7:30 in the morning and left a message. Within minutes Joe called me back and was at my house less than 15 minutes later. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. While he was there he took care of another issue I was having with my heating system and I am thrilled with the results. These guys are honest experts and their service is outstanding. Don't get ripped off by other plumbers who take advantage of and overcharge you, the customer. Make sure you check out these guys before you go anywhere else. Really!

Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Adam and team were able to repair the AC unit quickly and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Matthew came out to our house because I was told our a/c was broken and couldn't be fix. We were only expecting to get a quote to replace the a/c. Instead, Matt was actually able to fix our unit so we could get through the summer and then gave us a really good quote for whenever we were ready to replace our unit. We really appreciated his honesty and candor. He was very knowledge and made us feel very comfortable with the options he presented. I highly recommend using Matthew for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Awesome and prompt service. He came last minute after hours on a Sat eve to fix my stove and also gave me tips for future troubleshooting. Thanks again!

A neighbor recommended Gabe to us, and I am forever grateful. I had a plumbing emergency on the eve of a long weekend, and though he wasn't in the area, he made a special trip to Jersey City and did an emergency repair for a whole lot less than I was anticipating. He has since done a few other jobs for us. His work is stellar, and his rates are totally reasonable.

Needed to install a gas line and some outside spigots. Peter provided a very fair estimate. On the day of the job everyone showed up on time and was very respectful. After the work was completed they walked me through everything to ensure I was satisfied. If you're looking for high quality work, fair prices, and a personable crew look no further.

Absolutely AMAZING plumber!! I called late at night last night with a plumbing emergency. I have been experiencing flooding in my basement for several days. Robert was so kind; he patiently listened to my concerns and explained his recommendations. I was impressed that he could fit me in for the next day in the morning. He discovered that there was something stuck in my pipes, causing a blockage. I had planned to get the trap replaced, but he informed me that I no longer needed to after he removed the blockage. I have had at least 3 plumbers come by in the last few months, and none of them discovered the blockage. They all said I have an old system and need to get it replaced. Robert saved me a lot of money, work, and stress. I am so incredibly grateful! I would highly recommend Urgent Drain for any plumbing needs. They are affordable, kind, and knowledgeable. Better than any other plumber I've used in the area. Do not hesitate to reach out!!

$732 to install a new toilet! When their price is about four times the average, it's no wonder Roto-Rooter refused to give me a quote by phone. Instead, they made me go through all kinds of scheduling hassles only to discover their crazy pricing at the last minute from the plumber, who didn't even bother to look at the job. He couldn't find parking and so just called to give the quote without seeing the details of the job. So why couldn't that have been done from the very beginning, to save everyone the time and hassle associated with the on site visit? Because Roto-rooter has a policy of not sharing any pricing by phone, except obviously after lots of time has been wasted. Well, now you know the price without having to call: $732 to replace a toilet that YOU bought. If they supply the toilet it's probably at least $1,000.

I called Drain Doctor after my shower backed up. I had an absolutely courteous man come to my apartment and he ended up fixing everything as expeditiously as possible. The price was very fair, he didn't try to dawdle to hike up the bill like some of these other services do. They sent a technician out and he was at our home in less than an hour. They also gave helpful suggestions and tips to avoid the problem in the future.
I'm sure we will run into an issue again, I have really thick hair, but I really appreciated the kind and attentive service and will definitely call them again for any other issues that I run into.

We hired this Company to come and check our air conditioner- they charged $360 - a few weeks later we had the same problem- wanted to charge us $360 again!
We would NOT recommend this company - very unprofessional and cancelled our appointment a few times before they came!
Very unreluable

Disgraceful service. Called plumber to fix job which was attempted but unfortunately not withstanding. Paid hefty fee for this. Next he came again and left with issue still unresolved. We paid again (now twice for same job) and very next day base board started leaking. I speak to 'manager Karl' and explain resentment at paying a 2nd time with issue still unresolved. Karl not accommodating and tells me I have to pay my guy. He agreed to provide me with a credit when plumber returns to fix. So 3rd time lucky and now I need issue fixed ASAP as winter storms coming. Office tells me engineer has job first thing but would be with me around midday. I wait around all day and at 5pm he still hasn't showed. I call office and Karl isn't around (funny that) as i want to share my frustration with him once again. I'm offered no assurances that the plumber can come tomorrow at a nominated time, even after i explain I'd needed to use a vacation day today and was disgruntled following previous back and forth. What a terrible way to treat a valued customer. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for plumbing and heating needs as this company doesn't deserve your money. By the way Stan (our regular plumber at M&P) is great, just a shame those around him aren't. 1 less customer.

rude! we are an Asian household which means no shoes allowed inside the house.. and he didn't the booties with him.. if this was during covid it was protocol to have ur foot booties with u.. when I told him to take ooff his shoes , he refused and told me to get another plumber. I gave him plastic bags to wear instead, he flashed a light in the shower and said he couldn't even get parts for those and left.. no explanation whatsoever..

Always on time and knowledgeable employees. Raul A. was at our house Wednesday, June 7, 2017. He was nice and acted professionally at all times. You may find a less expensive plumber, but I doubt you will find one that is as reliable, respects your time and professional as Russo Brothers
