I was so pleased with Peters work.  He is a perfectionist and was able to repair a leaky toilet and replace a tub drain that another plumber said was impossible to do.  Two weeks later another bathtub had a shower lever problem, again Peter replaced the part in this bathroom over my garage.  The work was done through the garage ceiling, thereby not causing any cutting of sheetrock in the adjoining room.  His helper put the sheetrock back in place and it looks so good that we may pass on having the ceiling repaired.  From Peter to Hank to his helper, you can't meet nicer workmen, truly skilled and pleasant.
Needless to say, I now have a reliable plumber to call for any future problems and that's peace of mind.

We had a series of minor to major issues with our hot water heater and steam boiler, left to us by our home's previous owner. In particular the boiler was leaking out of almost every radiator upstairs and every pipe in the basement and the water level would drop to almost zero every two or three days. They responded quickly to our problems, did a full replace of the hot water heater, and managed to salvage the boiler, replacing all of the radiator valves and completely overhauling all of the piping around the boiler. Our systems have been working great ever since, and the team was a pleasure to deal with.

Had our main sewer line replaced.  Most responsive, best price and they did a nice, clean job.   Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant.

Peter and Hank are kind, respectful, professional, and reliable. We have had them to our house twice for helping with our heating, and they took their time explaining all of the intricacies of our heating system. I feel extremely confident in their solution to our heating problems, and would recommend them to anyone in need of an intelligent, friendly, and hard-working plumbing/heating crew!

As good as it gets!  I suffered a sewerage back-up that resulted in losing my furnace, hot water heater, washing machine, central air, etc.  Peter responded immediately.  Once the clean-up was done things rolled along very quickly.  He had to put up with a lot of nonsense from my mortgage company who essentially took over the disbursements from my homeowners insurance.  Throughout the entire process he was responsive and really compassionate.  It was a dreadful thing to live through and he was a huge support.  His work was well done, efficient and the prices were fair.  My insurance adjuster was impressed, too.

Travisano plumbing is nothing short of fantastic. They respond to client requests quickly and always follow through in a timely manner. I have been using them for the past four years and always satisfied. My most recent inquiry about my hot water heater was met with urgency. They went above and beyond, I couldn't be there to meet the plumber to replace the part but my son was home. Anibal fixed the issue and made sure my son was safe by telling him to lock the door after he left. That speaks to the level of customer service and care. I highly recommend them!!!

Had a wide range of problems happen at once and Pete Travisano took care of it all! Old garbage disposal removed, old gas fireplace converted to natural wood burner and master bathroom toilet replaced. Ran into some funky problems with the piping that he didn't have to bring to our attention but he did. Attention to detail and spotless workspace cleanup. Couldn't be any happier with service and will never use a different company.

Great company to deal with. Pete and his crew are always on time and extremely profession. Used them during an emergency when a pipe broke at my house. I called Pete and he was there within the hour and fixed the pipe at an extremely reasonable price. Will not hesitate using them again!!! Highly recommend them.

OK. We are batting 1000 here. Two visits and two successes. Returns calls almost immediately. Come quickly and when they say they are coming. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Extremely easy to communicate with. I've had both Henry and Peter come for two separate issues and they were both fabulous. We turned on our heat last week & it didn't come on. Did a little research & chose to call Travisano. They were  friendly & down to earth & came out the next day to check our furnace. Winter is coming so we wanted to make sure to get fixed whatever may be wrong now. Thankfully the furnace was fine just needed a new pump & valves. The technicians came back a few days later to make the repair. They were on time, friendly & honest, easy to talk with. Did the work quick & my house was nice & toasty again. Henry & Peter were easy to talk to & also live in town. Thank you so much!

I submitted a quote request through Yelp and Peter was in touch with me the same day. Great communication from the first interaction, solid prices and very professional. He and Henry came to my house to fix a clogged drain and to replace an outdoor hose spigot and let me know each step along the way what they were doing to ensure I was comfortable. When Peter was leaving the house, I told him that I hope to not have to call him but that should the need arise that I felt good knowing we'd be in solid hands.

We had a leak coming from the ceiling and they came and fixed the problem, I also have them change my outdoor faucet assembly. I am glade we have hired them. Thanks

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE! My laundry washer was overflowing the standpipe drain, so I had to stay at the washer to watch the drain so it didn't overflow water all over my basement floor. I tried many bottles of Instant Power Main Line Cleaner chemical, but that didn't work, so I contacted Travisano and they were able to come out within 2 hours of calling. I've dealt with a lot of contractors, but this crew is the most professional with great attention to detail I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. They were able to clear a severe blockage of construction debris from a recent renovation and get the drain flowing like new. Now, I no longer need to monitor my washer while doing laundry. Prices are great. Services are great. These guys really take care of their customers and take pride in their work. Forget the big name contractors. This small business is the best in this area! Give them a call and you will see how great they are. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

I have used Travisano Plumbing on 2 occasions.  The first time they converted a wood burning fireplace to gas at my mom's house.  They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!  They were professional, friendly, on time and honest.  They cleaned up the job area flawlessly.  They spent extra time making sure the logs were set to create a great final product.  

I also called them 2 months later when my Hot water heater failed.  I reached Pete on a Friday night and he had his crew there the next morning completing a brand new install within a couple of hours.  Again, true professionals that did an awesome job.  

These guys are a can't miss.  Crazy if you don't use them on your next plumbing job.

We recently had a clog in our kitchen sink that couldn't be cleared with our 25 ft auger. Found Travisano via Amazon Home Services. They provided a quote promptly and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, cleared the clog within the hour, and cleaned up after themselves, even taking the time to show me a couple of things with the plumbing in my old house and making some suggestions to our home care that will decrease the likelihood of flood/water damage. Highly recommend.
