Mike (owner) is great, courteous and hands on with all the work performed. I had my deck and stairs powerwashed, repaired and stained, lots of work and looks great! Interior of 1st and 2nd floor painted, meticulously done, tried very hard to minimize the dust from sanding! Opened up my walls in the LR and DR looks awesome and airy!! My hardwood floors are 26 years old but now they look brand new!!! Happy with the end result of all the hard work and hiring him and his team back early Spring for exterior paint job of the house!

I hired L & C to replace my parents' broken sewer pipes in Staten Island.  They came over within a couple hours to give an estimate, and started the project a day later.  The team did an excellent job, worked diligently to ensure the proper pitch was set for the new cast-iron pipe, and had everything completed within several hours.  My elderly parents felt at ease with the workers and are very appreciative of the hard work L & C did.  I definitely recommend L & C Sewer & Drains for your plumbing needs.

Needed a tub leak fixed as well as the damage repaired. All done in 2 days of work. Looks as good as new.

Very responsive and easy to schedule - the time from initial quote request to service was just a few hours (on a Saturday).  Resolved my toilet issue quickly at a very reasonable rate (replaced feed valve and flapper) and the tech was friendly and professional.  Would definitely recommend ESP despite there only being a few reviews up here so far - guessing that will change soon!

I want to thank the plumbing crew at All American Sewer Service for the great job they did installing my new tank-less water heater and whole house water filtration system. My old water heater couldn't keep up with my family's hot water demand so I contacted the AASS folks. Mike the plumber helped me calculate our hot water demand and pick out the best option for an on-demand tank-less heater. We also had some issues with some water deposits around our sinks and toilets, so he recommended a whole house filtration system. Mike took the time to explain the different types of water heaters and filtration options and we are very happy with the outcome. The crew was very courteous and neat and showed up on time. They also took the time to explain how everything works. I would definitely recommend them.

Always in search of a local business, I called Pace Drain last evening around 7PM.  Frank answered right away, asked great questions to assess our issue over the phone, arrived within an hour, quickly determined what the issue was and the probable source of the washing machine drain clog.  Frank had a variety of tools and equipment available, got right to work and kept at it until the drain was completely clear, running freely and the offending sock from who knows how long had been removed.

Called this company for an emergency (heat stopped working). They came in 10 mins and was very professional. Did a great job and will definitely use them again. 5/5 stars

Met with them about installing a new sump pump but never got a follow up for quote or anything!  I have called and left many messages to hire them but they never answer phone or call back.  They seemed very nice but hard to give a good rating if you can't be bothered to call back.

Don't use them. They set up two days to come to our apt (when we stayed home from work). One day they said the tech had to reschedule. The second day they did not call to say they weren't coming. Compete waste of our time.
