Great service. Received a couple quotes from Yelp bag not only were they the best price for the requested service, they had numerous options and very flexible with appointment dates and times. Easy to communicate with and very punctual. The service tech, Luis, was very professional and let me know what to expect during the service call. Asked him to look over my a/c and he found a couple of spots that needed some servicing and provide a great quote for the additional work. Over very happy with the service and price. Will differently use again and highly recommended.

My air conditioner went out last night, and soon it was 95 in my house. Found these guys online, gave them a call, and a very friendly technician was here within an hour. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. The air came right back on ice cold. Very thankful and appreciative of this company and their excellent service! 5 stars!
Jonny on the spot come over to look at my heater/AC, as the owner contacted me about what happened in May.
Owner Johnny was a really friendly, knowledgeable and honest man.
First thing he did before coming into my home is put on shoe booties, never have I ever had someone show that much respect.
He looked at my AC and furnace fixed the problem we were having with the heat not coming on. Now I have heat.
He apologized for what happened in May, and seemed like a man that cares about his business and his customers.

honest and on time. In the end the problem with my ac had three possible causes. He ruled out one by looking in attic. The other two we had to wait for line to defrost. And if the line froze over again that means low Freon. But if AC works fine after that that means it was just a dirty furnace filter. And that's the one it was for me. So keep your filter clean. If your line freezes over turn off unit until defrosts 4 hr to be shore. And try again with clean filter.
The two gentlemen came out on time and we're very friendly. I needed to have my dryer vent blown out and cleaned which they did a terrific job. I asked them to look at my washer because it had a funky odor, and even though they don't work on the appliances, they agreed to pull the back off and check it out. They ended up draining the water, and it was so funky, that everyone had to run out into the garage because of the hideous STENCH of the disgusting water that came out of the washer.
The gentlemen put the washer back together again put it back in place. I was fully prepared to pay for the washer but they didn't charge me a single dime for the extra service. In a world of crooks, rip offs, goons and lousy service. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Johnny On The Spot, tI have a newfound hope that there are good and honest people out there. Johnny On The Spot is wonderful to work with! So I'm leaving this review with the highest recommendations for Johnny on the spot.
If you need help with your heating air conditioning, dryer vent/duct cleaning, give these folks a call. They're the best in the business, and I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a great company to work with. First, they were able to come out and install my system the day after I called. This happened in July, so you can imagine what a relief that was. Second, they gave me a great price on a nice Trane AC. The installation took only one day and the system has run great ever since.
That doesn't mean there weren't some problems along the way. But when John, the owner of the company, found out about it, he was all over it. He resolved an issue that had been overlooked within three days. And then he went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole for any inconvenience I had.
I don't make recommendations often, but I don't think you could find a better company to do business with.
Husband and I decide to replace our old and noise air conditioning this past summer with johnny on the spot air conditioning and we have been very impress with and quality of unit trane . My new furnace did not fit in that whole in my ceiling going to the attic ,the technician that was out at my home was very friendly going over my options over replacing my unit he did make me aware that they will have to make the whole bigger and they have reputable dry wall company that will repair it at no additional cost . long story short me and my husband have been in and out of town have not been home alot and after they installed our unit in the summer we had reschedule we told johnny on the spot when we get back in town we will schedule for the dry wall to get fix .Well 6 months later we our finally back in town called johnny on the spot (thought they were going to give us a hard time cause it has been few months that has past by) gave us no problems said they will have dry wall company out in couple of days ,dry wall company came repaired by whole in the ceiling looks great johnny they kept there word I didnt have to pay a dime . Super happy !!
I called John to come over to my house and check on the heating unit, since my home is now 10 years old. He dumbed it down for me and explained different parts and aspects of each unit. He was professional, quick, and efficient. All of his employees go through background checks too. (HVAC is the most common trade learned in prison.) Finally, his company has a maintenance program for air conditioning units which puts those customers at the top of the service list if a unit malfunction during the upcoming summer months. His program is better than what I'd get from any home warranty company. I strongly recommend AMI for your HVAC needs.

I had my Aircondtioning and furnace replaced last week and cant tell you how pleased I am with the service I received! From the on time start to the end Andrew and his crew were professional and respectful of everything they did. The price was great too. Im extremely glad I trusted Johhny On the spot to do the work on such a big investment!! I would highly recommend this company!!
I called Johnny on the Spot, suggested by NV Energy & I was glad that I did. Hector came to my Condo & suggested that I needed a new A/C unit & heater & gave me what I believe to be a great price (Senior Price) to replace my 23 year old units......could not be happier that I made this choice to replace both units - works great. Next week the inspectors will be out to inspect their job & I'm sure that it will pass with flying colors.
Both Hector & Reggie & all of their crew were very professional & did a great job, even cleaned up after the job was completed, cleaned the area very well. Looking forward to using Johnny on the Spot as needed .

We had two heat pumps that were 25 years old and struggling to keep up on hot days. We decided to check around and get proposals for new systems. Johnny on the Spot was the quickest to respond, and provided a quote for new Trane heat pumps. Joe was very thorough and low pressure, and the quote was very reasonable for high end, very efficient units.
They showed up at exactly the scheduled time, very polite, very knowledgeable, finished on schedule, cleaned up after themselves, answered all of our questions. The units worked great and continue to run perfectly. No issues.

Highly recommended company. I received four quotes from four companies to replace to two A/C and furnace units. Very competitive price and thorough during install. So far so good! They came out the next day the first time I called them and provided photos of what was going on with the AC combo unit. The provided options. We waited to replace the system as it was the heater that went, and we wanted to get one more summer's worth of use from our 21 year old system and we wanted to see if NV would have a rebate. When the AC went kaput in August, we knew it was time to replace. They came out, free of charge, and finagled the system to get it working while we waited for the new system. They didn't raise their estimate like the other companies did and honored the estimate from the beginning of the year. They could have raised their prices 4k like the other companies but didn't. They've always been out when they said, they've always called in advance, and they've always followed through. I love that they care about our home enough to wear booties on our floor. Honestly, nobody wants to pay out for a new AC but when your unit is 21 years old, you know its time. JOTS was honest, reliable, dependable, and followed through on their word. Having lived in Nevada for over 23 years and dealt with many AC companies, we know we are dealing with a trustworthy company that will do what they say and not swindle their customers. Their rebates were thousands better than NV Energy, and they took the sting out of buying a new unit. Even the thermostat is nicely on our wall and placed in such a way that we don't have to paint. Everything was expertly installed and it looks very nice. Finally, their warranty on parts and labor was the best we found.
Johnny on the Spot replaced one of my 20 year old AC units. Their work was professional, timely and fairly priced. With the purchase and installation of the new unit I was given a complementary maintenance visits for both of my units for two years. As a former facility manager I know good work when I see it. The maintenance on the condensing unit outside was exceptionally thorough and comprehensive. They also graciously installed my new filters with no hesitation. I really appreciate the work that Bryant and the other technicians have performed. At the end of my two year complementary service I was so pleased that I asked for a five year maintenance contract and again was able to get a very fair price. It is reassuring to know that my AC units are in the hands of such capable and friendly people.

We found this amazing AC company two years ago when we replaced our AC unit with a Trane system. We researched different local companies and discovered Johnny on the Spot had Trane certified technicians.
From the first encounter with them setting up the purchase and delivery of the new system, we found them all to be very efficient and customer service friendly. The office personnel were so helpful and responsive to our needs for scheduling etc. The day our unit was installed it all went as planned, no delays, no problems. We have asked for our twice yearly service checks with them and once again, no complaints. Techs are knowledgeable and very courteous.

Johnny on the spot was a lifesaver. My worst nightmare, I traveled from Phoenix to Las Vegas with my mom and we got to the house and no AC. I spoke with John at Johnny on the spot and explain to him that I had needed to bring my mom to Las Vegas from Phoenix and we're here at the house and its 111 degrees and she's elderly. He said let me see what I can do. He had someone out here in less than 2 hours. Jose was the tech and he did his analysis and solve the problem quickly and was on his way. I truly do not know what we would have done if we could not have gotten the AC fixed today. Thank you you have no idea how much you have helped my mother and I.
I called this company to recharge our three AC units with Freon gas as we have to do each year. I asked them how much they charge per pound of Freon but I was told that the technician will come and tell me how much they charge. I told them that that makes no sense since all other companies provide a price per pound and than charge for how many pound they will use to fix it. I requested that the technician would call me and tell me how they charge, because it look like they will make their prices from top of their hat. I was told that somebody will call me and week later nobody did. When I call their office again they gave me the same story as first time. I would be VERY concerned to call this company that has no pricing just coupons to get their foot in your door and charge what ever they can get away with.

Had a small water leak from my air conditioning furnace and called AMI. Joe F came out to inspect the damage and told me that I needed new coils, new condenser and a new pan, he stated everything is rotted out, I was thinking WOW this might be expensive.Joe went to his truck to get his price book and said its going to be $5000.00 to fix it.I told him I don't have that kind of money and he said we finance.
I smelled a rat and called another air conditioning company that came out a hour later.The owner Gregg said all it is that your PVC pipe is clogged.He cut the pipe and all this debris came pouring out of the pipe.He then reconnected the PVC pipe and said OK I'm done. He charged me $65.00 for the repair! The air conditioner furnace does not leak now.
AMI is a RIPOFF and preys on the home run. Joe lied right to my face trying to get $5000.00 for a $65.00 repair.
Please do not use this company, they are liars and RIPOFFS.

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. In 1918 my a/c stopped working and I called JOTS and made an appointment with a technician. Jose Diaz was the technician who arrived at my door. He was neatly dressed in a JOTS uniform. The white shirt for this position caught my attention especially because of the flag on the arm of the sleeve. I was in the military during the Vietnam war and I respect servicemen who serve our country. When I am at Starbucks or Barnes and Noble I say to them I appreciate your service and pay the tab. You should see the gratitude on their faces. I do the same for police officers. That is why I do not understand why Colin Kaperneck does not stand for the flag and has policemen are pigs on hi socks. They have protected him. Your staff respects your service. Jose and I agreeid to have a motor put in the a/c.

Last year a a/c went out on the weekend in the heat of summer. Since I was a loyal customer you were JOTS.
Again Jose was the technician sent to resolve the issue, per my request. He suggested they take the old motor and put in one a/c and buy a new one. Good idea and We agreed to a new purchase.
The home was built in 2007 and I have an old a/c so I called JOTS and Jose came. A rapport and trust had been established. He recommended a new one just to be safe. This was not a surprise. I had retired after 20 years and was working for Lyft until March 14. He quoted a price and then gave me loyalty discount. I then gave him 4 $50 coupons expecting him to say that he could not accept them because of the discount. Surprise - he accepted them. I was a little hesitant and he said that the prices may increase. He then added that I could finance for 1 year with 0 interest. Banks are willing to let you make no payments for 3 months and pay them with the 4th month. Does that really help. We sealed the deal for 3 consecutive years. WIN What's Important Now. A win win situation for both parties.
On his way out he told me that JOTS would provide filters. Another surprise. I had planned to go purchase them.

Being old fashioned I was pleased to see that none of your staff had tattoos or piercings. Nate and Phil installed 2 light fixtures in my closet and Phil put Yelp on my phone. I sat in the back yard and noticed how Andrew and Nate were communicating with Phil and then Phil would communicate with me. Good team. Phil will also be a valuable employee.

I had Jordan Ito from Johnny's out at my house yesterday for my winter check up on the 2 HVAC units. I purchased them from Johnny so Jordan knew what to do. He spent ~ 1 hr on the roof doing the job. I could hear him working on the units & felt the furnace coming on. That told me that he was really doing something productive & not just going through the motions pretending to look busy. After that, Jordan changed out the two indoor air filters that I provided.

Since we bought our home we've had to do quite a few repairs and updates. This has been my favorite company that I have dealt with.
Josh and Jose spent the day replacing my furnace in the attic with a positive additude. I love that I received curious calls before arrival, plus they showed up on time. Speaking of their employees, everyone that I interacted with was very friendly. A nice bonus, I didn't have to worry about who I was letting in my door because they conduct background checks. Also, they give cash and military discounts, $50 coupon, $25 gift card or discount towards repair for referral, $150 visa card or discount for referral of unit replacement, and one year free maintenance for a review. Lastly, they guarantee not only the parts but the labor too. This one is a keeper!

They came over the same day and fixed our AC unit. I'd recommend them. They were fast and efficient.
AMI did a great job. Our air conditioner went out and they were able to come by the next morning to diagnose the issue. The unit was 14 yrs old (we knew it probably should be replaced) , but they gave us our options to repair or consider replacement. We decided to replace.
These guys were on time, professional and thorough. They explained everything and they do the extras - like replacing all the connectors and valves so that some stupid small part won't be the cause of a hot house in the future. They worked all day in a hot attic and still cleaned up the area around the attic access like it was their mom's house. Good guys, good work. Nice to find an AC repair team you can trust.
Just like getting a bad toothache on Christmas Eve nite my HVAC quit on a cold Friday morning. The thermostat was low sixties and no amount of cranking produced a buzz, it was DOA. After hearing my neighbors tales of woe from different companies, I called Johnny On the Spot after seeing them install a unit next door. Immediately I got a call and visit from Bryant. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and gave me a thorough explanation with pictures of what was going on with my 20+year old unit. It was time for a replacement. Bryant explained several units he could provide and did not try to pressure me or up sell me into a high price unit. Decision made we proceeded to set the install date for the following Monday (a holiday) no problem because I got Andrew, Gabriel, and Jayden. I hit the jackpot and these guys are hard working, professional, efficient, thorough, and timely they really handled their business. They tested the unit and showed me how to operate it properly and I'm writing this review in the warmth provided by my new HVAC unit. Don't be afraid to pay for quality because you will always be happy with Johnny on the Spot!
This company deserves the great reviews they have on this site. I wanted a tune-up and check up of my entire HVAC system. They showed up right on time at the beginning of the 2 hour window and got right to work. They checked everything, took temperature reading of the vents throughout the house, and told me my system is in good condition. They then cleaned the inside and outside units and cleaned up after themselves. They noticed and fixed the condensation line that was not insulated. I also had them install a smart thermostat. All in all, Bryant and Frank did a great job, kept me informed of what was going on, and were very friendly and polite. I also requested they send COVID vaccinated personnel which they did and they also kept their masks on the whole time. Great experience and I will hire them again for tune-up yearly.

I have used AMI twice now. Once when I purchased my home, John came out and was very honest, didn't try and up sale me, like past HVAC companies in the past. He was very Through crawled in all kind of tight spaces, told me my system was good. I used AMI again when I had new floors put in my home and the contractors didn't cover up the air ducts, causing debris to be circulated through my home. I had a new born baby that was getting congested from all the debris in the air. I called AMI and got Joe this time, super nice guy, cleaned my ducts and coils, problem solved, no more sick baby. These guys are awesome, I have referred them to my friends and family, so far no complaints. It's hard to find honest Havac companies in this town. But these guys are the real deal.

This company is awesome! I have gone through several companies over the past two decades in Las Vegas, and I often felt they were more focused on upselling or were lazy and didn't want to bother putting in the effort.
Johnny On The Spot had fair prices, did not try to upsell, and I now am enjoying the cool airflow from my new system.
I felt comfortable enough leaving them alone in the house throughout the day. The company is responsive to phone messages and was a joy to work with. Duran and Anthony did an exquisite job, and ultimately I felt good about giving them my money at the end of the day. That's how it should be!

My technician Jordan was efficient and qualified.. We had a minor hiccup in what was to be done at that visit, However; it was neither one of our faults and once it was addressed with the dispatch office it was immediately rectified and resolved.. I have even become a member with the company and am confident all my needs will be met from here forward.. Andrew and his crew came out to install our new Trane Air Conditioning Unit. Him and his crew was very knowledgeable knew what was required were very professional answered all our questions. We just bought a home, and the way it seemed it WASN'T taken care of, we wanted to do the air/vent cleaning. I have no idea if they ever did one at this house, so we wanted to check all the boxes.
Mason and Luis were super friendly and professional. Great conversations and worked around our electricians, like they weren't even here. They worked for about 2 hours, making sure they cleaned every vent and cleaned up after their messes. Wearing shoes covers, so no water or mud got inside the house. Great guys!!
Their prices beat out all the rest, at only a little over $200, and it was worth it.

These guys are reliable and flexible. My AC was malfunctioning and I was able to get an appointment same week. I was also able to move the reservation when my schedule changed and they were very accommodating!
They sent out Bryant who was very prompt and showed up at the very start of the time window they gave me. He is very professional with a friendly demeanor. He diagnosed mg problem quickly and was finished fixing everything in half the time expected.

We used this company to replace two air conditioning units. They did an adequate job. There was a problem with the dampers that needed to be fixed. They gave us an ridiculous quote to resolve the problem. We used another company (Sun Country) and they worked diligently to resolve the issue for less than half the quote from Johnny on the Spot.

I found this company by asking my neighbor who just had a service with JOTS.. she told me she very happy and satisfied with there service and she was right ! My appointment was between 6-8 . I got a call and they were able to come over earlier . Thank god because it was 110 outside and very hot in my house . The tech was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsale me anything . He explained to me what it was and what I needed to have done . And why if I didn't get it done I could have major repairs , mind you I have not had any kind of service on my A/C in 10 years ! . My air conditioner broke in the spring of 2019 after getting a few quotes from air conditioner companies we decided to go with Johnny on the Spot. We were very happy with the installation of the new air conditioner. Fast forward winter 2021 our furnace stops working. We of course call Johnny On The Spot to come out and inspect the furnace. We were told by the technician that the furnace needed to be replaced it couldn't be repaired. A representative from sales arrived and gave a price of $3500.00 to install a new furnace. I told them that I wanted to think about the quote that we would get back to them. We were going to move forward with purchasing the new furnace but before we did I wanted to get a 2nd inspection. I contacted Infinity Heating And Cooling the technician came out on time very professional advice that the furnace didn't need to be replaced a part needed to be replaced. He replaced the part and the furnace is working with no problems. I will never trust Johnny On The Spot again. The cost of the repair was $324.00. WARNING to consumers get a 2nd opinion.

Great job doing regular maintenance on our 20+ year old furnace. In the past other companies tried to scare us into buying a new unit because it is older. Our condenser has been pretty loud lately so we wanted to find a professional to check it out. We have a lot of high winds here that blow dust and first around so we figured it was because of debris. I asked around for a couple of quotes and Johnny was the most thorough in figuring out what I needed and was affordable. We had a new home A/C unit and furnace installed on March 8, 2023. Preventative as the home is 17 years old and we didn't want to risk any problems during the intense Vegas summer. The entire process was exceptionally smooth with this company, from the estimate provided by Jose' to the installation crew led by Hector and Erich to the inspection done via video phone by Andrew with the Clark County Inspector. All work was performed exactly as described during the estimate, which was the lowest among the 3 we obtained, and the crew was extraordinarily careful and clean during the installation, hauled away all parts of the old system, and cleaned up so the house looked as good as it did when they arrived. Speaking of arriving, they were here at the time they said they would be, and the job was completed within 40 minutes of their prediction as well. There was no attempted upselling or add-ons, and they provided us electronic copies of all permits, receipts, and warranties, and even registered the system with Trane for us, which enabled the extended compressor warranty from 5 years to 10, then provided us verification of that. This company was everything they presented themselves as being and more. We were far beyond satisfied and highly recommend them for residential A/C and heating needs.

I have used Johnny on the Spot for the last three years ( 2017-2019).Their technicians are friendly,skilled, and care about the customer.The regular seasonal inspections for Furnaces and A/C units have been easy to schedule and reasonably priced.Appointments are in a 2 hour window and a friendly ,courteous,and,skilled tech arrives as scheduled I was most impressed last year with the service given when our main A/C unit quit in the middle of a Friday afternoon on a very hot summer day.I had just been discharged from a medical rehab facility and was stressed when we returned home to find our main A/C unit was not working.A technician came out to our home on a Friday evening emergency call and recommended a replacement A/C unit compatible with our heating unit at a very reasonable price.Early the next morning a crew arrived with the new unit,installed it within 2 hours and carted the old unit away.We certainly appreciate both the service and pricing of Johnny on the Spot.

I been without air conditioning for a few days. Myself (tenant) and the homeowner were coordinating quotes. She spoke to the owner of company. He came back with the best quote, warranty, service, product and price. She went with Johnny on the Spot. They did an excellent job removing the old unit and replacing it. I would recommend this company for anyone's a/c needs. Jose and Andrew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My hat is off to anyone who works on top a roof in 109 degree weather. Deserves 0 stars. Horrible service from one of their technicians. Diagnosed the issue as a bad transformer left the property for 10 mins returned to say they didn't want to do the job without any suitable reason as to why. To me seems like he didn't want to be in the crawl space bc it was a little tight and he was slightly overweigh...Its Vegas and literally hundreds of other options you should choose from...

Had a tech come out to check my unit under my home warranty. Looked at unit and said fan was installed wrong. My claim was denied. I tried to talk to tech though my wife And he wouldn't get on the phone. Trying to get unit fixed cause I have a 1 year old in the house. She had to put on speaker phone for him to tell me I needed a whole new unit cause it would be to much to repair. I called and spoke to John who told me that he didn't fully diagnose unit cause warranty denied claim. Also told me it was denied cause my plan came active Sunday and they where called on the Monday after. After talking to warranty company and we both called join with no response I called from home number and answered first time. Seems if it ain't cash customer service sucks. $95 later a new fan unit works fine.
I needed a new A/C and and looked at many companys and decided to select Johnny on the spot and glad I did. They were prompt and the Technician was excellent. When I had a minor problem that needed attention they came within 2 hours after making the phone call. I would highly recommend them and hope i will not need them in the future but if I do I know I can count on them.

We got 4 bids , We did our research and came to the conclusion that Trane Units are Arguably the Best . We only called Companies with good Reviews. The Difference with JOTS is we got the upgraded unit .( Multi Stage Both AC & Heater) They threw in Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Blow out & 2 Years Service Maintenance For Free. They also beat everyones price for a Regular Trane Unit by 2K. We also knew they were Certified Trane Techs. From the install to when the Inspector came out it went smooth. At one point we had 5 Techs at the house working. I would recommend this Company.
I'm so happy with Johnny on the Spot and Jordan! They were on time, thorough and I felt safe and my heat is ready for the winter! When I asked Jordan to change my filters, he was very helpful, and now I don't need to get on a ladder! I will definitely call them in the Spring to do it all again. They are now my go to service company!!!

They did a fantastic job. They respond quickly, showed up on time, they were professional, answered all of my questions, didn't leave a mess, and made sure I was satisfied and that everyone was in working order before they left. I don't know what else you could ask for.
Early this year (2018) we interviewed four local HVAC installers to replace our 25 year old air conditioner and furnace. The highest SEER system quoted by three of the installers was16, limited by attic space. Fortunately we then met James and Reggie with Johnny On The Spot, and after a careful study of our attic space, a 20 + SEER Trane system was chosen.
In mid January, the install crew showed up right on time, professional and courteous, and they were careful to keep our home clean when they finished.
We are now into June, and the outside temperatures have been in the triple digits for the last few weeks. The system is working perfectly. It is much quieter, and has lowered our electric and gas bill. Also, unlike our old system (set temperature would vary +- 2 degrees), when we set the desired indoor temperature on the thermostat it will hold that setting all day without variance.

Early this year our blower unit up in the attic was vibrating so I called our home insurance co. They sent a local hvac company who came and looked at the unit just to say it's working fine. Which is a lie because the unit was literally shaking our house and inefficiently cooling our downstairs area. He collected the easy $60 for the visit. Fast forward 6 months and the ac and blower broke. Called insurance again to complain and this time sent AMI to do the job. Joe did an excellent job with our AC and blower unit repair. We called Johnny on the spot when it was 117 degrees out in June 2017. They quickly came over and showed us that our 20 year old air conditioners could be patched up but that whenever the heat got ridiculous again the same thing would probably happen. We decided to replace both of our units and couldn't be happier, our monthly electric bill is considerably lower and we can even turn it on from our phones so that we walk into a cool home after a long day of work in the vegas summer heat. We would definitely and have recommend Johnny to anyone that asks!
Had a problem with the air/heating system and the home warranty sent out AMI tech Jorge. He told me it was one thing and the home warranty company another. I called Elite plumbing, heat and air out and it was none of what he said it was. I had the thermostat replaced and the system is working great. It was a total waste of time and money for AMI to come to my house, what a rip off. I have reported this company to the home warranty company. Do not waste your time.
My Heating and A/C units were over 20 years old and I did not expect them to last forever. At the same time, I wanted to choose when I would replace the system, rather than be under the gun one August when the temperature was well over 100 degrees. I contacted several HVAC companies and listened to their presentations. I committed to each one that I would be making a decision and targeting October for the installation. Not only was Johnny on the Spot the best price for the best system, they did not try to over sell what I needed and they were the only ones who stayed in touch with me until I made a decision. The day of installation, the crew showed up on time and finished early. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. After the installation, they called to schedule the drywall repair company to make repairs. They also scheduled the inspector to certify everything was installed correctly. Yesterday, the inspector showed up and gave me the seal of approval. He said that I chose the best manufacturer - Trane - and predicted I would lower my power bill as well as get years of good reliable service from my system. I would highly recommend this company and what they have to offer. In today's market, it is very difficult to get great service and the option of working with a company that follows through with their commitments. Very easy and satisfying transaction.

From James - who came out for the initial inspection and was our main contact through estimates and negotiation on the price. To demo and install (Hector, Luis and Erick) to securing inspection approval and closing out the permit with the city (Andrew).
We replaced 3 entire systems (gas furnace and high efficiency condensers). Demo and install took several days the crew diligently put in long days (9 to 10 hour days). Everyone was courteous, polite and professional. They even had to install a new air return for one system since the existing one was pinched and wouldn't provide sufficient air.
Supervisors came to the site several times during install to ensure everything was going smoothly and correctly.
They even came out post install to deal with some grate rattling now that we're heading into summer and running the A/C more at no charge.
We wanted a Trane system and Johnny On The Spot provided a lower estimate than another company, but it wasn't just the price. Throughout the process, they were never pushing or trying to upsell us. They are also an authorized dealer/installer of Trane systems.
All in all, I would highly recommend Johnny On the Spot. There are plenty of HVAC options in Las Vegas, but this is a professional company with dedicated workers who are interested in doing the job right.

I am so grateful for this company. I had no problem getting someone out to my house to fix my water heater. It was fixed within an hour. Johnny On The Spot srsly saved the day.
My dryer isnt working so i called a tech to look at it. Tech said dryer is not broken but dryer vent is clogged. I just had it cleaned 5mos ago and the co that cleaned it said that it was normal to be clogged by 5-6 months. Thats y i reached out to other co and found Johnny on the spot. John explained to me well the process and was able to sched me right away. Luis took pictures of the vent from the roof and from the wall by the dryer. I am very happy with the outcome and will recommend them.
My HVAC was blowing cold air and had to be replaced. I got several quotes and these guys had the best price for higher rated equipment. They also had the best warranty 10 years for manufactures parts and labor. They were very prompt and handled all the follow up details, including the inspection and drywall repair and kept me updated by text and email every step of the way. I hate having to spend that kind of money but it was necessary. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is the price because I certainly didn't want to spend that much money and it was way more than I expected but that's the price everyone's charging these days and will start charging even more.

I recently had Johnny On The Spot install two new high efficiency Trane HVAC systems and I can't say enough good things about them. It started with James coming out to survey my house and give me a quote. He patiently answered all my questions and never pressured me. I had also had a few other vendors come out and Johnny's price ended up being the lowest but the old saying you get what you pay for does not apply here as the quality of service during the pre-sale and install phases was top notch. The install team was very professional and courteous. The install took exactly as long as James told me it would and everything looks very professionally done. I would definitely use them again in the future. I can't wait for the summer to see what my power bill will be!

Hi to everyone who had their Air-con died here in Las Vegas in the summer with average temperatures hiting 110* ??? Last month in June 2022 my Aircon Died after 18 years. Immediately I got on the Internet to find a company that can install a New Air-Con System & Heating System and immediately the next day I had 5 Companies come and give me 5 different bids starting at $16,800.00, $14,900.00, $12,780.00, etc. and finally James with Jonny On The Spot gave us a Bid matching Apples to Apples versus the Competitors for $ 10,400.00 and set up Financing with Wells Fargo Bank and installed our New System within 24 hours and thereafter came back and cleaned all the ducts and had the County come and verify the overall installation. James and the overall team of Jonny On The Spot goes beyond expectations and I/we give them a 10 STAR ++++ !

If I could give more stars for John and his company I would. Had the best experience with them recently when my outdoor AC unit exploded. (They can do that by the way--no one in the AC business has ever seen or heard of it, but it happened)
I called up my home warranty company the day it happened, and as soon as they sent me the email confirmation I called up John at AMI (it's who the warranty assigned me) and told him what happened and asked if he could come as soon as possible to check it out. He said he could come the next day, and arrived right on time.
It was a short visit, as he just took some pictures and said it wouldn't be able to be repaired but needed replacement. He said he would put the order in that day and that it was up to the warranty company to order the part and let him know when it was ready to be installed, and that it usually takes a while. I told him about my 8 month pregnant wife and if there was anything he could do to expedite the process that would definitely be a plus.
Not sure if it was anything he said or did or if I got lucky, but he called that next morning that the compressor unit was ordered and ready for pickup and that he could come by that afternoon to install it. Then he called a few hours later and said he'd like to install it sooner if possible.
He and his assistant moved the burned out old unit and installed the new one. He replaced some of the copper line, and replaced the insulation around the copper line going to the house and installed a new power shut off. He did all this just for my home warranty service call fee, whereas other guys might try to charge for these little add ons. (my parents are dealing with another home warranty and service company and not having an experience like mine).
I even called him a few days later because I had some questions about the thermostat and he took the time to talk me and when he was in the neighborhood he even stopped by to check up on things (even though everything ended up working great)
Overall every experience with John and AMI was top notch and I recommend him to anyone that needs any service of any kind. He told me he believes in quality and it certainly shows in his workmanship and professionalism.

Call them now! Never had service this amazing! After shopping around for a bit online, sent a request for service before stepping onto a 2 hour flight, responded while I was mid-air, and tech came to my home before I landed.
Jordan was polite, thorough, went above and beyond to explain everything and double check his work. He showed up wearing booties and a mask without even being asked.
Their service charge is the best I've ever seen, and I am so happy to now have a go-to heating/ac company to call for my homes in Vegas.

Johnny on the Spot's team was amazing! I had Brock and Mason stop by my place to clean the dryer vent out of a new house I bought. I got communication when they were headed my way and they were able to work around my busy schedule! I expressed that I had work and wouldn't be back until 6 pm and they were able to come promptly after that and put in a special note to come after 6. This just shows the company is geared toward excellent customer service.
Mason and Brock were cleanly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what they had to do and I'm so thankful for them. They wore booties and brought a vacuum up to clean up dust, they left the laundry room clean and the vent cleaner!

I have added a screen shot of their stated policy for your reference. Not all companies cheat. There are plenty of review platforms where you can ask, but Yelp is not one of them. Show him the document you are giving to people and ask him if that is ok. Have them put it in writing and then simply add it to your pictures. In fairness, I have never used this company, but was considering it until I determined I couldn't trust the reviews.
I thought Yelp didn't allow for businesses listed on Yelp to solicit let alone pay for reviews. Here another customer posted a review with this picture saying that Johnny on the Spot is not only actively asking for reviews, but actually paying for them. Lets see what Yelp does. I had the opportunity to work with this company for my HVAC replacement needs and could not be happier with the service I received from both James and Dena. James was knowledgeable and prompt, and provided timely follow up to my questions. Dena was an angel with her exceptional customer service. Will definitely consider this company again the future.
Wow, what a great company, they just installed a new AC unit in my house and solved some issues as to cooling certain portions of the house. If you want a professional and cost effective company give them a call.
Service was requested via yelp, so my request was sent out to 5 other HVAC companies. Johnny On the Spot was the first to respond (on a Sunday night) and the first to show up on Monday morning! I just replaced my a/c unit in June 2020 but no cold air was blowing out of the vents. On Monday morning, I was sent a text stating that a tech, Brandon, would be heading over to my house to diagnose the problem. The problem was a bad starter motor. It was replaced, and I opted to join their comfy club which includes an a/c tune up and a heating system tune up in preparation for the winter... amongst other things like a 20% off discount on services and a waived service call fee for future concerns (a $49 value). While we were waiting for the a/c to cool down the house a bit, Brandon went ahead to do the tune up on our a/c unit. He was in uniform, very professional and communicated well. He also wore shoe booties while in my house, which is a plus bc I cannot stand shoes on my carpet. I'll definitely be calling them for all of my future HVAC needs.

Showed up, took care of business. Very nice youngsters did a great job, offered to go above and beyond, offered to help me drag my belongings upstairs, I didn't let them. Only the price is incredibly low, but each vent is $25 each for deep clean. I just got the basic cleaning. No dust anywhere now. Happy Happy Happy

We just had Johnny on the Spot replace the heating and A/C system in our home. Everyone we worked with was outstanding. Jose did a great job putting our bid together and spent time going over it and answering our questions. Andrew, Jayden and the crew of installers were very professional, hard working and respectful of our home. They made sure everything was running properly, explained the systems and answered our questions. We had bids from multiple companies in the area and Johnny on the Spot was the best in terms of price and discounts. We had worked with them in the past, so we did not hesitate to have them take on this major system replacement. I would highly recommend them.

AMI was absolutely amazing when it came to fixing my AC. They were so professional, and the customer service is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever encountered. AMI fixed my AC in an appropriate amount of time based on the problem, and their rates are better than the competition. Most importantly AMI was knowledgeable! My heat went out on Sunday and I called, they were out within 2 hours and had me up and going in a short time. They returned on Monday with the part so that it didn't happen again.

I had a great experience with Johnny on the Spot. After buying an older home, we realized right away that the air ducts were in serious need of cleaning. I reached out to several companies for quotes, and Johnny was by far the most helpful and responsive. He answered all of my annoying questions, then offered to send out a tech for a free consultation. The office called me when the tech was on the way and he arrived on time. The tech, Josh, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and even offered to get on the roof and check my coils on both units to make sure they didn't need to be cleaned as well. Thankfully, they did not need cleaning, but he was offering to throw in that service, which I appreciated. Once he inspected our ducts, he showed me the available packages but he did not try to upsell me at all, which I truly appreciate. I hate feeling pressured by salesmen or technicians to pay more for things I don't need. He was very efficient about cleaning the ducts, which were frankly, disgusting, and I also had maintenance performed on the units so I'm ready for summer! The pricing was reasonable, too, right in line with other companies and cheaper than a few. A great experience all around and I will call them again for maintenance. Highly recommend Johnny on the Spot!
They are amazing. When another company fixed our air conditioner Johnny on the Spot was the best price and they come back to make sure everything works the way it's supposed to! Not many companies follow up (unless they charge you) but this company does because they care about their customers and care about their good name! We've recommended them to many neighbors and no one has regretted using them. Fair prices and exceptional customer service!
John and his team are simply amazing. It's nice to finally find an honest heating and air conditioning company here in Las Vegas. John actually took the time to explain exactly what was going on the proper maintenance plan to keep my new units running efficiently for years. I was so impressed that I signed up for the bi-annual maintenance plan. I can tell you it's a very good investment for anyone wanted to avoid that Ac breakdown when it's 110 degrees outside. Plus if you join his maintenance program you get PRIORITY service if your unit does break down during the summer when all companies are slammed. Definitely give these guys a call if you haven't tuned your unit yet this year...btw they also clean air ducts which will be next on my list.

Great services tech who came out to clean out our dryer vents. They even noticed that our vent flap was jammed and helped forced it open.
Luis and Cassey were the technicians that came to my house and they did an amazing job. They were friendly and professional and left everything so clean I was very impressed.

We have a maintenance contract for service on our heater and air conditioner. Johnny On The Spot came out to service our heater last week and in doing so discovered that we had some major parts that were failing. They gave us a quote for repairs, but since our unit was over 20 years old we asked for a quote on a new heater. The quote we got was very fair. We were surprised that they could come out the next day to replace our heater. The supervisor had some suggestions for installation that would make our heater even more efficient. The installation went great! It far exceeded our expectations. There was some drywall repair that was needed after the installation and Johnny On The Spot took care of that too. In fact, the drywall company came out within two days to make the repair. All work by everyone involved was very professional. We recommend Johnny On The Spot for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!

I can't say my experience with Johnny On The Spot was painless because it wasn't free but they sure took out the sting. Their technician was thorough and took the time to explain the situation with my air conditioner system. He assisted with choosing a unit that fit my needs and my budget. A team came out and did a professional job installing the unit. Respectful and fair quality service is what I received.
Dependable, professional, and fairly priced! Our AC was 22 years old and it was time to replace. We were leery at first but after reading reviews decided to give them try. The reviews were correct we couldn't be happier, and neither will you.
Talk about Johnny on the spot!! Our A/C went out last night. We have two units. One is down and the other is on its last leg. They are 17 years old. Our home warranty company (Old Republic) connected us with AMI. It's Memorial Day Weekend, 3-day holiday, the unit went out on Saturday night. It's 100º outside and was 85º in our house and climbing. Very bad situation. I called John and left a message. He called me back in 15 minutes and had one of his techs (Joe) out here in another 20 minutes. The AC that was not working well is now fixed and our house is cooling. They gave us a great quote to replace one or both units. I HIGHLY recommend John and his crew!! They were our saviours today!! :)
Numerous ads finally prompted me to phone Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to get a free estimate on a new a/c unit for my 18 year old Henderson home. Within one hour of my call to Dina, Joel Ramirez rang my doorbell. Joel spent the next 30+ minutes examining my current equipment and carefully explaining all my options about replacing my 3ton York equipment with a 4ton Trane system. I told Mr. Ramirez that would be comparing the quotes and included services to 2 other providers before I make a final decision. I was very impressed with the professionalism and detailed information I received from Mr. Ramirez BUT, he made a LARGE mistake by overlooking the size of my return vent. it needs to be enlarged when going from a 3ton to 4ton system. That's why I am going with another a/c company that says they have much more experience and this oversight by JOTS was all the proof I needed.

We arranged for a duct cleaning. We requested the most comprehensive (most expensive) service for the cleaning. The technician that completed the job was polite, helpful, and professional. This was not my problem. My problem was when the job was completed. After the cleaning was done, my vent filters were inspected by the technician. The filters were dirty and needed to be replaced, but we already knew this. When we initially called this company to set up the service we were told that our filters would be replaced upon completion of the cleaning. The technician did not change the filters. He simply inspected them, told me they were dirty and needed replacing, and then he proceeded to place the DIRTY filters back into the air vents! We just paid almost $300 for duct cleaning, and the job is completed with dirty filters? Am I missing something????? When I asked about this, I was told by the technician that the company was unable to transport all the filters needed for each job, so mine could not be replaced today. I wish we were told this up front when arranging the service, so we could have bought new filters and had them ready for the technician to replace on the day of service. This was extremely frustrating!

Thanks, You came through. At 110 degrees our old air conditioner went out. We called our insurer Old Republic and they had AMI come out the next day, Thurs. They reported the problem Fri. Picked up the new condenser Mon. Put it in Tues. morning.
Normally it takes 5 business days to get the condenser, however because of the heat and company concern they did it in 2 days. Thank again. I highly recommend both AMI and Old Republic ins. Thanks Harvey

We haven't gotten our AC serviced since we moved into our home in 2019. They came out quickly and on time. I was very grateful they were able to fit us in at the last minute. The professional that came to service our unit was very knowledgeable and ever efficient. He came into our home wearing booties and took his time making sure our unit was working properly and completely cleaned out. And for just $49 dollars for the tune-up, or you can opt in for their service plan, my uncle is an AC tech in CA, and let me tell you, he said it was a STEAL OF A DEAL, and for the amount of work done I could have been paying a lot more. They even offered to change out our filters. However, we just changed them out a few days prior to the visit. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend.
