Have used On Time for several years now and always have great things to say. This last one is when my water heater went out on a Sunday morning. I called to setup an appointment and Nick walked me through to make sure the water heater was completely turned off and how to drain it. He came out the next day and was going to replace and that is when we found allot of water damage. After the restoration company came out and cleaned everything up Nick came back later that night to setup the water heater so I could have hot water (been without it now for 3 days). I am now coordinating with him to remove the water heater so the guys can finish the repair work on the walls and stand. Would highly recommend this company.

Amazing company! Called tonight because we almost gave up after hours of trying to repair an easy toilet supply valve leak. Any company would have overcharged us for an easy repair like this but they walked us right through one last thing to try ourselves... and it worked! Very honest company. Good guys. Called them, they came out when they said they would. A defective water heater installed by another plumber was still under warranty. On Time communicates well with customers and seems to be very flexible in scheduling. I'd use this company again.

Called Nick today to ask him if he was available to help me fix my leaking shower, he gave me a time & estimated price, and then he gave me the solution to the problem that i was having. Took his advice & my problem was solved! Goes to show that this man is a true customer oriented professional who truly values his clients. Not all plumbers are the same! Next time I need something I can't tackle on my own, Nick will be the plumber I call.

Just a word of caution.... You are going to fall in LOVE with this company. I have had such a great experience with Nick and his crew. We are remodeling a house and they have been so helpful and reassuring. So far they have:

Replaced the laundry room valves
Installed a new sink in the garage
Sold me a water system (which I love!)
Moved a gas line
Removed a gas line and old gas fireplace
Diagnosed and fixed a sewer issue (that was an adventure)
Removed a tub (waiting for the replacement)

I have my plumber for as long as I live in Vegas :-)

I don't even know where to begin. It's a long post so I'll start by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH NICK!!!! Not only did you save me money, you saved me from losing my mind lol. Please everyone keep reading. Don't go to any other plumping company I highly recommend this one and I'm very picky and honest!

The new year is not starting off good I'm already dealing with so much then my shower breaks and here I am thinking I can fix it. I went to Home Depot to buy a new cartridge and the sales person told my just wiggle the old one and it should come right out. WRONG! It broke in half! I finally call another plumber coming out to look at it, he then tells me I broke it, this can't be fixed. I was about to cry.

I don't like to give up so I went at it again and took me 1 day to remove the old cartridge, I mean everything and it was not easy! I felt accomplished. Finally I put the new cartridge in and of course it won't go in so I put more oil that came with it and slowly it goes in. Finally towards the end it stops and now the cartridge won't completely go in, I figured I don't have to put the pin back it's only 1 inch, I was wrong. Turn the water back on and water kept splashing everywhere after hours of banging and water all over me and my bathroom, I gave up. The next day I was able to push the cartridge all the way in with lots more banging and pounding then broke somehow broke my Phillip screwdriver. Finally put the pin and turned the water back on and this time success water isn't spraying everywhere I thought I did the job. Putting everything back together I was happy then the knob wasn't working it kept turning and turning water on the shower head was not turning off. Took everything out again and slowing touched the pin and it sprayed out, pin fell in side the hole in the wall. At this point I'm ready to cry so I said screw it I'll call another plumber.

I found Nick on google called him after hours and he replied right away, he was very friendly, sweet and professional. He sent someone to my house early morning and the plumber himself was also sweet and friendly. It only took him less than an hour to fix. Called nick to thank him and he even lowered the price because I've been through a lot. Moral of the story is don't to it your self CALL A PLUMBER CALL NICK I could of saved money since I bought two cartridges because I broke one, I wasted 2 days not eating, not spending time my kids and stressing myself out. All that was $100 bucks and 30 mins of their time. Again thank you so much Nick I can relax now and spend time with my kids, thank you!

I just wanna say what an awesome job they did. We needed an emergency plumber and we called them in the morning and we're super helpful, they came out of their way to make sure they took care of our issue as soon as possible. It's been quite some time where my home has experienced issues regarding our garbage disposal and water pressure throughout the house to the point where it bothered us enough to find a plumbing company to help us fix the problem.

I looked through several options and came across On Time Service Plumbing. I called them and Nick answered. He asked us to describe the issues we were experiencing and tried to help us figure out what the issue could be. Nick offered to come to our house to give us a free consultation.

Once he arrived, he took a moment to listen to our problem then proceeded to look at our Pressure Regulator Valve and garbage disposal. He was pretty confident that both items needed to be replaced in order to get things working again.

Nick and Zachary (in training) came back the next day bright and early in the morning with all the necessary parts for replacement. They were very precise and clean with all their work they did and made sure that everything was running smoothly and properly prior to leaving.

Nick is extremely knowledgeable and was very communicative in all aspects such as time he would come by, if he would be early, answered additional questions/ concerns that I had.

Today is the day after all services were completed and we couldn't be happier. We have now used everything and our garbage disposal no longer backs up into the sink when running the dishwasher and our water pressure throughout the house has increased tremendously.

This man has a contract with Sears/ Cross country service contract.
He tried to charge me $700. Above what my home warranty paid...so he said. I was sick with the flu. It was a Sunday, when our hot water tank broke. I called my home warranty they told me I had to use this guy.
Called and once they found out about my service contract they didn't seem to want to deal with me. He told my husband ALL the items on the list were required to be up to code. He promised me a Bradford hot water tank and installed a RUUD. He old me it was so high because I had the worst service contract I could have ever bought. Yet he agreed to do work for this company at a cut rate cost so he would get more work from the company sending him work! Then when he does the job he makes the customer pay more. He told me he would give me ALL my money back on a 3 way phone call with the home warranty company. Then called me right back and told me is isn't giving me a dime back. I called the licensing board and they want me to file a complaint because he has others!! Do not use this dishonest company. Off to small claims we go!! I deserves no stars!!!

I own Maid Brigade of Las Vegas. We currently clean about 250 residents in Las Vegas. I met Nick the owner of On Time Service Plumbing when our freshman boys were playing high school baseball together. I have never been able to find a reliable plumber. I decided to try him out personally to see how they work before referring to our precious clients. I have now used him personally and more importantly in situations where our employees may have accidentally damaged SOME type of plumbing. Maybe a faucet or a toilet etc. Nick and his staff are always SUPER responsive. As i type this review at 830 at night he is helping me resolve a faucet that fell off at a clients house. This a fickle business (plumbing) as is housecleaning. Nick and his staff are life savers and make ME look great with my customers. Also the work he has done for me personally at home has been SPOT ON..Dont get me started on the tankless water heater that allows us to take hot showers ALLLLL DAY LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this company...they are a HUGE diamond in the rough ! a good plumber is SO hard to find

My husband and I were trying to fix a leaky pipe we had. After messing with it for 2 hours and getting nowhere. I jumped on Yelp to try and find help. We called and the guy we talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful! He walked my husband thru what to do on the phone and we got it all taken care of without anyone having to come out! Nick is the absolute best! We had an emergency leak on Sunday night and I couldn't find anyone to come out. Nick guided me on how to turn the water off and helped me to stop the leak. Then at 7:00 am Nick was at my house ready to tackle the problem. It was much bigger and required restoration service to come and break down the walls. Nick reaches out to the proper contacts to get me help and guided me all the way through my leakage problem. Nick is a great guy, who really cares about the customer. Great service! At 1:30 AM my water heater decided to leak tons of water all over the garage. I called a few plumbing companies on yelp and no one answered their phone even though it says 24 hours. I finally tried On Time Service Plumbing based on their great reviews. Nick answered the call and instructed me on how to stop the water from flowing out. Because he was so helpful I decided to call later in the morning to get a quote on a replacement and give them my business. Zack arrived on time and completed the job. Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to talk to. Even my parents were happy with his service and the completed job. I recommend giving them a call you won't be disappointed!

Call Nick - he saved us! Garbage disposal backed up after dinner Saturday night. Nick answered the phone even though he was on his way to his son's birthday party. He face-timed us instantly to try to problem solve remotely but when we were not able to do what he suggested he came by our house to help. He was professional, friendly, helpful and very reasonable. THANK YOU! I did not want my house to smell like corned beef and cabbage all night. Thanks to Nick the clog was removed quickly and efficiently without a mess!

We just moved to the area so we didn't know who to call so went to yelp for help. We have several other non-emergency plumbing issues with our new (but older) house. We are going to call Nick back to come give our house a thorough inspection to fix the things we know of and to be sure everything is in proper order. We highly recommend Nick and his company. I've had several plumbing issues over the last several months in a rental home that I own. These guys are the VERY BEST PLUMBERS IN LAS VEGAS!!!! They deserve more then 5 Stars but that's the highest rating available.

After a very disastrous week with out a hot water heater, dealing with a home warranty that we will be cancelling, and the very incompetent Air Pro Master that is completely devoid of customer service (don't waste you time with them), Yes! plumbing that clearly sent a sales guy instead of a plumber that was prepared to rip me off (they be the big guys in town but not really the good guys), I was at my wits end thinking to myself that this is a never ending nightmare...then On Time Service, came to my rescue and was my night in shining armor.

Not only were they prompt, service and complete job with in 12 hours of contact, they were complete efficient, thorough and nothing short of amazing. Zack was very good at explaining everything to me. There pricing is fair and competitive.

Thank you so much Zack and On Time Service. I will be calling you again when I need a plumber.

My water heater broke on Sunday morning and I woke up to water rushing in my garage. I called quite a few places on Sunday morning and Zack was the first one to call me back.

He communicated through text (which is awesome for me - I'm sure he would have talked to me on the phone if I couldn't text). After sending him a few pictures of the broken tank, he gave me a no BS all in price to fix it. He even looked up the warranty and confirmed that it was still under warranty, which reduced the price significantly.

Nick came out the next day, even earlier than scheduled after calling to confirm it was okay, explained everything, answered some questions, and quickly replaced the unit. No mess, no issues, awesome midwest guys, that clearly care about providing great service. I will recommend them to everyone and use them in the future.

*Their pricing is also great, I talked to 4 different 5-star places, and they were very fairly priced. Don't even bother calling anyone else.

Nick and Zach saved the day! Woke up to 3 toilets, bathtub and shower all backing up! Within 30 minutes they were here.
Main sewer drain was clogged and snake kept hitting something solid ... then they called for the Hydro Jet drain clearing back up and he came over immediately. Everything back to 100% within a couple of hours at a very competitive price! Definitely will call again!

We discovered a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Nick and his crew member are true professionals. 30 years in the business, you can sense ease when communicating. He's honest and knowledgeable. He walked us thru how he'd troubleshoot the leak and offered scenarios his customers experienced, just in case we needed to use our home insurance.
To our luck, it was a shower head valve that was cracked and just a simple part was replaced. He had it in his truck.
Nick asked us to use the shower for the next few days, to make sure it was just that. Followed up next day to see how things were going. We will be calling on time for any future plumbing needs.

Water Heater Leaking, call On Time Service - Plumbing @ 702-502-0003, owner is NICK. I have a home warranty-called on Saturday, NO ONE works on Saturdays. Monday came and I had the disappointment of a technician that had NO TIME, or interest to discuss the 'extra' charges not covered by the warranty, but were necessary to install a new water heater. This made an easy decision to take the 'buyout' from the home warranty, and find my own plumber. Called two plumbing companies with good yelp reviews, shared the pics, but thought the 'extras' seemed quite pricey. Neighbor recommended On Time Services so I called Nick, sent pics and he noticed the circulating valve was still plugged in--saved me $500 replacement--no one else mentioned it. Great pricing from Nick, which made it an easy choice. Nick, Sam and Marshall were 'on time', took pride in their work, very personable, and even showed us some preventative maintenance to avoid sediment buildup. I will be RECOMMENDING them to my FAMILY, as they are now my go to Plumbing company. Thanks Nick, Sam and Marshall-fantastic to take a HOT shower again!

Nick the owner answered the phone at 8:30pm PST on a Friday night, I called about my hot water heater tank leaking all over the garage. Nick walked me through the needed steps to turn off the water, until he could come help. He originally offered to come first thing Monday AM, then texted me back within minutes to set up a Saturday AM appointment. Nick came, emptied the tank, bought the new tank, filed the warranty claim for my wife and I, and overall could not have provided better service! I called On Time Service and spoke to Nick about my Hot water heater going out last night. He asked for I can send him pictures of my unit and when I did he found out that my unit was under warranty and gave me options on what I can do. He could fix my unit or I could spend and extra $200 and get a new 1 with the install under my warranty. Not only that but with this new unit I still have a warranty for 6 more years.. My water heater started leaking literally on the day I was moving out of my house. Talk about bad timing and unnecessary stress! I was referred to Nick by a friend who's used him for years, and now I see why! Nick immediately answered the phone. Within 90 minutes he was at my house for an inspection and estimate. He came back around 6 pm the same day (on a Friday no less) and him and his assistant worked until after dark to install the new water heater. The install was perfect, and they even fixed some of the not-so-great parts of the original install when the house was built. Both Nick and his assistant were incredibly no-nonsense and respectful. They texted me an estimate of when they'd return, then again when they were on their way. They even hosed down my entire driveway when the job was complete because they dripped some sediment from the old heater on it. It was SUCH a relief to have the issue fixed so quickly and by someone with such great communication. Nick is my new Vegas plumber!

Our water heater burst late one night and I found Nick and Zack on Yelp. Super nice thorough and fast service! I couldn't believe how quickly and affordably they were able to fix my problem. They showed up at my house first thing the next morning installed the new heater quickly and even came in to make sure the water worked correctly (fixing a clogged tub while they were there). I was referred through my home warranty for a hot water heater issue... It was an unusual problem with my circulation pump but they continued to follow up and do additional diagnostics until they fixed the problem. Nick, the owner, was pleasant and helpful as well as his son. Fast forward to today, Valentine's Day, and my helpless ass was having some serious problems changing out a toilet wall valve...I called Nick on the holiday and he asked me to send him pictures and then walked me through the solution without costing me a service fee. Woke up this morning with a sky high water bill and called the water district and was told that since over a month ago, we have high water consumption and that it is actually non-stop, which suggests a leak. Sure enough, after some trouble shooting. We figured out that there was a leak. We started calling people and on time was one of them. They were the only ones that actually made time to do a diagnostic / assessment within a few hours. Everyone else said they couldn't do it until the next two days. While waiting for the plumber, a staff from the water district came and told us what he thinks the problem is and told us that it was on our end. Zach from on time was very knowledgeable , polite, and honest. The quote was very fair and he didn't try to find or cause any other problems. On time service is true to their name while providing excellent service!

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. I called to set up an appointment for my leaking water heater. The company never showed up to to the appointment. When I called to find out why no one had shown up the receptionist said the plumber was on his way. The plumber NEVER showed up. The following day when I called my warranty company to assign another vendor they called One Time Service for an explanation. Their excuse was that they called me but the lines were busy all night. That lie alone discredits this company. Just off of them not showing up, no attempt to reschedule and lies are good enough reasons for me not to want them to do any work in my home.

We have had MANY plumbing problems in our home and have tried 2 other companies before On Time Service Plumbing... ON TIME SERVICE PLUMBING IS THE VERY BEST COMPANY IN LAS VEGAS!!! Walked into my garage and noticed water puddling everywhere, and traced it back to a leaking pipe where the water softener used to be. I tried tightening the bolt but it made the leak worse.

Got on yelp and came across On Time Plumbing. Nicholas answered the phone and after I described the problem, he left immediately and was at my house in less than 20 minutes.

It was clear previous plumber did a rush job and barely tightened the hose. He fixed the problem right away and even charged me less than what he quoted. His customer service was outstanding.

I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing service!

The very old gas water heater (15 years old, actually) in my home finally decided it was time to shuffle off to that great big rust bucket in the sky. Unfortunately, it decided to do so and started gushing its watery contents at 10 PM on a Wed. night, which I found very discomforting. My first instinct was to want to kick it a few times to express my anger at it, but I'd only hurt myself by doing that. The old thing was clearly beyond hope of repair at that point, so taking my frustrations out on it was not going to improve the situation.

Fortunately, my property manager was kind enough to arrange service through the home warranty fairly quickly today for On Time Service to swing by and replace that old water heater. I was very grateful to the father-son team of Nick and Zack for their excellent work, as they showed up just as promised and brought everything they needed to set me up with a new (hopefully), more durable water heater. They worked on it for at least 3-4 hours to ensure the new heater, piping, etc. was installed properly and up to code, since the old heater was neither earthquake-strapped to the wall or sitting in a drain pan like it should have been. And here I thought the earthquake-strapping was only required in California and other quake-prone areas, but what do I know about such things?

Zack reviewed all the lines, valves, and important things that one should learn in case of water heater misbehavior, so I was also thankful for their patience in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service of their water heater or other plumbing needs, as their name is very much in line with the service they provide and the work that they do. I just had to leave a review for this company and for Nick ( The owner). I was visiting my elderly parents this weekend and my mom had mentioned that the water and ice feature on her refrigerator had stopped working months ago. She had called two other plumbers and they both told her that her water line is clogged and she will have to call someone to unclog it. Mmmm, I thought that was odd coming from plumbers. So I pulled out the refrigerator and checked the water line myself. Sure enough, nothing was flowing from the shut off in the wall. I checked everything and finally decided to call a plumber myself. Nick answered the phone right away and asked a lot of questions. He talked me through a few checks and asked me to send him pictures of the connections under the sink. Somehow, he knew the water shut off for the refrigerator is under the sink. Sure enough, the valve was shut off. Once I opened the line, the water flowed to the refrigerator. Thanks again Nick for the great customer service and for trouble shooting the issue over the phone. Much appreciated.

Everyone was very professional and friendly from the moment I called! I set up an appointment which I expected would be a few days later. In fact they said they could make it out that same day. I was not prepared for such fast service but made an appt for a cpl days later. Zach came to look at a leaking toilet. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and gave me all of my options on repairing or replacing. Incredibly nice Man! No sales pitch. No you need this or else bull crap! No pressure! Just like how all businesses should be. I asked for his advice and he gave me all I needed to hear. He finished the job in less than an hour! Unbelievable all around. Nick Sr., installed a new hot water tank for me 18 months ago, service was fast, efficient and professional.
I noticed a leak from my main pressure valve were the water comes into my house and remembered how good On Time Plumbing was when I needed them 18 months ago, so I gave Nick Sr., a call Saturday late afternoon.
With the help of texting him a picture of the issue Nick Sr told me he would get to me as soon as Monday.
Nick Sr had trouble with his vehicle on Monday and despite this, he tasked his son Zack to fit me in with his own workload, due to Nick Sr having transmission issues.

I recently moved in to my house. I was getting warm water & no hot water. I called around for a plumbing service. When I called ON TIME SERVICE PLUMBING, Nick politely answered the phone. He gave me a 930am to 1030am appointment for today Nov 3 Friday. Today, he made a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. introduced himself politely.

Nick told me that the water heater is very old BUT the reason why I had no hot water was because the pilot knob was turned to PILOT instead of ON. Nick simply turned the pilot knob to ON. Because of the hot summer temp, I did not realize I had no hot water. Now, I have hot water!!!!!

Nick did remind me that my water heater is very old. He gave me an estimate. For today's visit, NO CHARGE!!!

This company was a life-saver. We called at 5pm on a Saturday after we noticed a line to our water heater had a leak and was spraying water. Nick arrived about an hour later so we didn't have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price was reasonable and Nick was very friendly and polite. Nick was a life saver! We had issues with our toilet drains moving kind of slow and water overflowed from the pipes into the front yard. I called a company who I had used before and the tech was prompt and professional, but I felt he was gouging me on the job in excess of $2,500++ for jetting.

After confirming the amount, it just didn't sit right with me. I just moved into a new house and wanted to replace all the toilets with cool looking and water efficient dual flush units. As I waited for the toilets to come in, other issues popped up like needing a new kitchen faucet, sink stoppers that didn't work, and other minor issues. When Nick and Zack came out they immediately put booties on which was great since i just had new carpets put in two days prior. They took a look at the toilets and set to work. They showed me the valves and all the corrosion present and replaced them with very high quality valves and they replaced the crappy plastic water supply with steel mesh. My dad was here helping and was an insurance agent for 37 years and asked about that as he has seen so many claims due to low quality plumbing products. He was very impressed with all their standard products they used.
The toilets were very tricky to install as they are one piece, dual flush, but they installed them without issue (reviews on toilets warned of other plumbers or DIY guys having major trouble with them) and then moved on to the faucet. That also was tricky due to the reverse osmosis system I have and the monster 1 HP disposal. They had to remove both to properly install faucet but did not charge extra, nor did they charge for the replacement they did on the RO plumber's job.
I never write reviews but these guys stood out for great prices, education they gave me on everything, cleanliness, and jist how nice these two brothers were. they are coming back out to install the third toilet when it arrives and they will be my plumbers going forward for anything I do. You can't go wrong with Nick and Zack.

Zack and Nick replaced my water heater at home a few years ago. When I need a plumber for my business my husband recommended them. They replaced the faucet and broth of the lines/ stops going to the hand sink.
They did a great job. They where timely and went above and beyond... Zack had to find our emergency shut off valve that turned out to be in the ceiling.
The sink works great and they left the area cleaner then it was before they started working.
They are super friendly and I would recommend On Time Plumbing to anyone.

About 3years ago I had a water line break in the front of my house just about my entire front yard had to be dugout and pipes replaced so I was referred by a friend of mine to call nick and Zack when I called they immediately came to my home they were both very professional and honest nick and Zack and there crew worked very late hours too repair the problem as time went on (2016) i discovered my floor in my dining room was hot and my water bill was higher than usual as I walked around the dining room and into the living room the floor was so hot I thought let me give nick a call he said he's in the area he'll stop by not even a hour later he came to my house nick told me I have a slab leek he told me don't worry your homeowners insurance will cover this nick and Zack both assured me that everything was going to be ok they will take care of all the plumbing repair my entire home had to be repiped it was a big job nick and Zack did a wonderful job and I would not use any other plumbers except nick and Zack thank you guys for helping me

I cannot praise this father / son duo enough! Had severe clog with my toilet I could just not fix. I could not sleep and was up after midnight searching for a plumber and reading reviews. I came across this one and the owner Nick actually responded to me at 12:40am! Needless to say that was my choice. We spoke in morning and he was able to have his son Zack come over after a job he was working on. Since my toilet was 19 years old I decided on buying new toilet with install instead of a quick fix! He was over by 9:45 and worked all way until 12pm! He was great and thorough!! He worked hard for those 2 hours and I was so very thankful. There are many big companies that don't help the little guy and I feel Nick and Zack being a family run business really do! I would much rather spend my money with them then some big company that changes and arm and a leg. No one wants to spend money on unforeseen problems but ultimately they need to get fixed and my money was well spent here. Highly recommend and I'm not easy on my ratings. This company deserves 5 stars and then some!

Nick and his crew came through again. See my January 17, 2017 post as well. Great service, unquestionable integrity, high quality materials and very affordable plumbing services. These guys are always on and on the scene quickly.

We needed to address a couple of leaking sink faucets and know that our builder had used poor quality shut off valves some 15 years ago (yet represented ticking time bombs for a major disaster).

Our first call was to Nick (given our previous experiences one cold, water-less Martin Luther King weekend when no other plumber would respond). Nick quoted such a very competitive rate for the work (including high quality valves/hoses) so we decided to have all our sink fixtures installed and bit the bullet on entire home's shut off valves.

FYI - these guys won't be looking around your home (in that sleazy way many plumbers/electricians do) to up-sell/cross-sell services you don't need (unless you have an immediate or near term issue).

We will be giving Nick (or one of his team ... Tony is great also) a call when the time comes to replace the water main connection (from city meter to home) -- these are starting to fail in our neighborhood.

Nick is fantastic! I only leave reviews when the service is horrible or excellent . In this case this was excellent

Not only did Nick come out to my house quickly but he was kind enough to waive the $49 trip fee given that the water heater issue is not a simple quick fix

Turns out we need either a new gas valve assembly or better option would be to replace this water heater unit due to age

We had a major leak in our main copper water pipe. Nick was quick to respond to our initial questions and came out to take a look. His repair estimate was higher than others, but included much more work that would make the fix more permanent. He was able to finish the major repairs on the same day. He and his crew were even working into the night, making sure everything was done. There was then a second visit to repair the drywall that had to be torn down to change some piping. And his drywall guy was awesome too! Made the new drywall look exactly the same as the existing one.
Highly recommend Nick for plumbing because as he often said, he does things the RIGHT way!

My garbage disposal was jammed (too much potato skins). The earliest a plumber could come out would be 3 days out. So, i started to look for someone to come sooner. After calling numerous plumbing companies, I came across True Drain & Rooter. Although he was reasonably priced his schedule was full. BUT, he did refer me to On Time Service Plumbing.
I called them and explained my problem to Nick,
who gave me instructions on how I can fix it myself.
And I did it! My disposal is working perfectly!

OTSP provided a quote before starting so you know what the cost is up front, that's a plus- but they're very expensive !
The issues I had were addressed & repaired -

With that being said you have to keep in mind you get what you pay for - so it's a wash on the cost to service ratio.

There was an issue with one of the toilets in the house and after I assured my fiancé I could find someone reliable and honest on Yelp, he let me convince him out of DIY'ing the job. Yelp led me right to On Time Service Plumbing and all I have to say is, thank you yelp!

My fiancé had an initial consult over the phone where he sent some pictures/videos of the issue and someone was at our house the very next day. Scheduling was simple, quick and flexible. Our water heater went out on an especially cold morning. So, I did a search on Yelp and one of the top companies has Water Heater Pro's right in their name with a lot of good reviews. I attempted to call them a few times but was unable to reach anyone or get a callback. I'm glad.

Called these guys next and got a hold of Nick. Nick said he would be out soon and requested images of my water heater. He was out the same day, within a couple hours in fact, and diagnosed the problem instantly. We were told we had what was considered a mediocre unit that is prone to having issues but the good news it was still under warranty. We were told we could have a brand new unit fully installed for less than half what a repair would cost.

Usually, I am skeptical when any equipment repair results in a full replacement instead of an actual repair. Seems to be a common tactic. However, I did some research, Google'd around and found One Time Service Plumbing's claims to be true. We did indeed have a bad unit.

Next day, another great guy, Zack, came by and went above and beyond. They not only replaced my unit but gave me a new Bradford White out of their inventory to get me up and running quickly over the New Years weekend. Went back to the Google and found that the Bradford was a significant upgrade. Thankful for that.

Bottom line, these guys responded quickly, were fast to act, thorough, and ended up with an upgraded unit for less than a repair would have cost from the so-called Water Heater Pro's.

Excellent service, efficient and honest. I received this number from my handiman. I was originally in a trap with ideal plumbing who had me 3 days without a water heater and attempted to price gouge me outside of my home warranty. I phoned these guys and within 3 hours I had hot water. A little pricy but the fact that they were not only efficient and honest I didn't mind paying a little more. The gentleman who installed my water heater was great. I would highly recommend these guys to do your work. Nick was so helpful and kind. I was so grateful to him for answering my phone call on a Friday night. I had some work done in my house that day, and was unaware that the pilot light went off on my water heater. I tried several times on my own, but no luck, so I called Nick's company to find out how much it would cost to get somebody to come out here to help me relight my pilot light...Nick graciously talk to me through the process step by step, through a FaceTime video call. I was able to get the water heater relit with Nicks help and thankfully i had hot water again. I'm in need of a water heater in the near future and we discussed a price for replacement, and I will be calling him for a future water heater install. Highly recommended! Spoke with Nick and scheduled water heater replacement for the following day after discovering leak. Sent pictures of water heater unit and Nick was able to provided paperwork for new warrantee and inspection quickly for new unit. The technician Zack was also great and provided friendly and quick service. He even stayed while on line with the Gas Company after the gas regulator began making loud vibrating noises after the water heater installation. Thanks for the great customer service and the follow up calls and texts to make sure everything was great.

I had a leaking water heater and a main water shut off leak .I called them and they replaced it the same day. Nick and Zack are great people to work with . They were very responsive and Zack does quality work! I highly recommend them if have you any plumbing needs!!!!!

I discovered that my main water line was leaking and called Nick to fix it. He sent Zack over that day, and Zack determined where the problem was, showed me how to turn the main line on and off, gave me a tool so I could do that, and over the next 2 days, replaced the entire line, including digging under the driveway so that they didn't have to tear up my concrete walkway, running a new line from the street to the house, replumbing the connections in the house (garage, really), and then came back to repair an irrigation leak that they'd missed initially.

They were wonderful. Some people think they're pricey, but you get what you pay for, and they gave fabulous service, were unfailingly kind and helpful, responded immediately, and cleaned up after themselves. They even took away a broken water softener I had. I'd definitely use them again.

This company is amazing I have a really great experience with them, they seem very honest, plus it is a family business so they really treat you like you are part of their family. I'll recommend this guy to anyone that is in need of a plumber.

Nick and Mike were wonderful and saved the day! Very professional, personable, and definitely on time. I'm very happy with my new sink fixture, and grateful to them for returning without hesitation to fix a last minute kink. Nick is super communicative and gives thorough and competent explanations. I have been sure to save his information for the future! Highly recommend if you need trustworthy service from two stand up guys. Mahalo!

Nick sent two of his men to fix our plumbing problems. They were both courteous and professional; they were able to fix the problem in record time.

Next time we have plumbing problems, we now know to call On Time Service Plumbing immediately for their punctual and efficient services.
