We specialize in property management and multi-family plumbing. However, we also work in Residential and Commercial plumbing repairs as well. Our schedule fills up quickly because we are a small, family-owned and operated organization. We stay small on purpose. We want to have a small, close-knit team that knows about plumbing and treats our customers with respect.

Established in 2006.
First and foremost, Code Red Plumbing Emergency Plumbing handles all types of plumbing work. We do installations and other non-emergency work! Code Red Emergency Plumbing was first established in Las Vegas in 2006 as a drain cleaning service. Code Red became a licensed plumbing contractor in 2011. The plumbers working for Code Red have an average of 23 years experience and have worked on all phases of plumbing jobs including new construction, industrial, commercial, and service work. We have to say that there are a lot of unlicensed contractors out there trying to perform plumbing work. Be aware that this could get you in a bind, especially if something goes wrong. Contrary to popular belief, handymen cannot do any plumbing repairs at all. Being a licensed contractor comes with a lot of responsibility including maintaining a bond, commercial liability insurance, and having to report to the contractor's board.

My name is Joni and I am the new manager of Code Red Emergency Plumbing. I love the plumbing field because I get the satisfaction of helping people in need. To me, plumbing is one of the most important aspects of our lives. After all, before plumbing, disease ran rampant due to unsanitary conditions created by the lack of a proper way to dispose waste and lack of access to fresh water.
Repairing and installing plumbing is very rewarding. When someone has an interruption in their day due to a plumbing issue, we can quickly solve the problem in most cases. I understand that most people think that plumbers are there to take advantage of people in distress...However, my company's culture is focused on not taking advantage of people. We are here because we love what we do. We want to become an integral part of the community by establishing ourselves as an honest, hardworking, and trustworthy company.

DO NOT USE Code Red! They installed an allegedly new water heater 3 years ago and now leaking. They will not cover anything and will not honor any kind of warranty on the unit. They told us they would only guarantee work for 1 year.
Homeowners imagine having your entire home flooded and then being told you're out of luck, if you want it repaired by the company who installed it you would have to pay to have them fix what THEY INSTALLED only 3 years ago because the warranty is expired.
Water heaters are supposed to last about 10 years.
Our garage is flooded, drywall into house is soaked, items damaged, and all we get is well if you want to pay for a new one, we can go out there.
This is not a company you want to do business with.

Best plumbers in town hands down! Joni the owner came in personally and introduced herself and answered all questions that I had.
My disposal cracked and water was leaking all over my kitchen. I called Code Red and they were there within 20 minutes. Since this was an early call on a weekend morning, I was unsure if I was going to get a company to come out. The owner of Code Red came out personally to take care of my request. He was very professional and fixed my problem while keeping me informed of what was wrong with my sink and dispoasl. The price was very fair and everything has worked great since. I would use Code Red again for any of my plumbing needs.

I recently moved into a new house and had some sewage coming back through my drains!
I found code red on yelp, and called them. Somebody immediately answered and had a plumber dispatched in less than 30 minutes.
Eddie showed up, was very professional, and talked me through everything he was doing and found. Eddie was absolutely 100% dedicated to doing the job thoroughly and correctly, which made a world of difference to me as a new home owner. He found that the construction crew who worked on my house used the drain in a tub to put debris down (a whole different issue I could go on about) and Eddie had to spend nearly FOUR HOURS using his snake to get all of it out of there.
But in the end the problem was solved and I was very thankful. If you need a reliable plumber who will answer the phone at any time on any day, call Code red.
Jerry was awesome. He came to our house to diagnose the problem then ordered the parts necessary to fix it. When we needed new bathroom Faucets, he called the manufacture and got them for free. we would not have realized they were under warrantee without him. He waited for the Faucets to come before charging us. Besides his excellent work, he has a great personality. I will definitely use them again and tell all my friends to do the same. You can't trust All plumbers in Vegas, but you can certainly trust code red playing

I hired this company to fix an issue with my kitchen sink! The owner responded to my quote request immediately and even helped me figure out how to stop the water from leaking underneath the sink which was the issue i was trying to get a quote for! Lucas was super helpful and knowledgeable! Almost all plumber quotes were the same but i hired this company for their service even before i hired them! Really great experience and the fee was even cheaper than i expected! Plumber came the day after super nice and informative! Loved the company and will most likely refer or use their services again if needed! Highly recommended!
I think they should change the name to red flag plumbing. Was told someone would be at my home at 8:00 am for estimate on water main repair. I took off work to to do this. 8:15 no one here and no calls, texts to let me know status. Called the office and was told they would contact technician and get right back to me with status. Fifteen minutes later no call back so I call them. 'Oh, I was just getting ready to call you, whatever. Told me technician was 5 minutes away
Gets there 1 hour late at 9:00 am. Nice enough guy. Solution offered was to run a water main through my garage walls to avoid having to break up concrete, which sounded not very quality to me. Regardless, I was getting other quotes so went along with it. Was told I would have the quote by end of that day. Day comes and goes, no quote. Next afternoon call the office asking for quote. They had written email address incorrectly so gave them correct one. Was told it was just resent. 24 hours later, still waiting.
Ended up going with someone who came when they said they would, gave me fair quote the very same day and they will go under the concrete as it should be.
An excellent company with reasonable rates, a special mention must be made of Pete, who, in spite of having a terrible flu, with the help of Adam also with a nasty flu, and their well trained helpers, were able to reline my water mains, over 300 feet, encountering many huge roots, rocks, and a concrete driveway. A very professional crew, going out of their way to do an excellent job.
The management company for the house that I rent, called Code Red when we had a recent back up of our plumbing system. They sent out a technician called Brad who was great! Brad took the time to explain and show to my three-year-old curious grandson everything that he was doing and even let my grandson help him

Code Red just came out to my house to repair a broken toilet. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and courtesy in the technician who came to my house. I think his name was Luke.
He didn't try to sell me any extra products or services. He just fixed my problem and cleaned up after he was done. The price was exceptionally reasonable as I had priced the replacement parts online from Lowe's and Home Depot before deciding on getting a professional to fix it right the first time.
A few days after he fixed my toilet, he gave me a courtesy call to ensure the toilet was working and thanked us for our business. I will definitely use them for my plumbing projects in the future as well as decided to write them a good review on yelp. I'm sure you will be as impressed as I was. A+!
We were able to schedule quickly. The plumber, Brad, was on time (a couple minutes early even!!) and had all of the supplies needed to assess and replace our garbage disposal. He explained to me everything he was doing to try to get it to work again but it was clearly throughly killed. It was a bit expensive, but we scheduled the same day and had our kitchen sink working before that afternoon and not overflowing with rotten food bits. With toddlers, a working kitchen sink the same day it breaks seems worth the extra money, especially since the entire scheduling and repair was done within hours. Super happy with our experience. This is the second time we've used them - two separate problems - but with toddlers in the house, I highly doubt it will be our last. We would even request Brad again as he was super helpful, approachable, and even a bit funny.
Code Red plumbing called mE right back and didn't ask me a barrage of questions and then tell me they don't have anyone like the others I called! They asked me where I was located and was told someone will be right over. He was courteous and professional and diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under an hour. I was so scared because the toilet was over flowing and leaking through the ceiling but he was able to get it at bay and fix right away!

Our water heater broke yesterday, Code Red Emergency Plumbing offert us same night or next day. We decided the next day, since we drained the water tank already ourselves. Our technician Leal did a awesome job. He did great work and answered all my questions. You don't always get a good customer service here in Vegas, but I felt really good taken care of and we will use them again in our new house.
We had a foul smell in our business office Pecos Sunset Storage Las Vegas, Nevada since May of last year, after numerous attempts and failures to fix the problem ourselves. We contacted Tod at Code Red Plumbing. Tod was very professional and found the problem in short order. Great guy to talk to as well, will use Code Red for all our plumbing needs.

Fabulous company. So glad Yelp led me to Code Red. I had a code red with a leak in a rental. Couldn't find anyone else but CR took great care of it within an hour. I had my water heater go out on a Saturday night, called Sunday morning and they sent a technician out within two hours. Jerry showed up and had the old one out and new one installed in 1.5 hours. Super efficient service, I had called another 24/7 repair company that couldn't send anyone until the next day. Would definitely recommend code red to anyone that needs plumbing service in a pinch!
My water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. Code red answered the call in the wee hours, gave me some help right then and there to stop the leak, and they had it fixed by 9 a.m. the next morning. Fast, professional, courteous, and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing jobs.

This is my second review for Code Red Emergency Plumbing. This time it was not an emergency but a leaking toilet. They were pleasant when I called and able to send me Kylan the same day. Unfortunately the toilet was obsolete and would have been difficult to fix. So I went with a new toilet. Kylan was able to get a another super flush toilet and install it with no problems. Thank you for the excellent service! If I ever have another plumbing problem they will the the first and only people I call. Thank you.

It was Saturday morning and we noticed our waterheater started leaking throughout our garage. It was leaking through the walls and creating a large amount of damage to our home. We also had absolutely no hot water and were expecting visitors. It was on the weekend and we were not sure we could get a plumber. I had met Jim one day working out in the gym and he said that he did plumbing so on this occasion I called him. Not only did he provide us a great rate on a new waterheater he also called out some friends to do drywall repair and contacted our insurance company to help with costs. Code Red Jim not only saved the day, he has been a great friend since!
Such great and reliable service received from Code Red. Our property has called them out several time for Bristol and they've always handled our requests in a timely and professional manner. I've used them for years and will definitely continue to do so.
When a gal comes home at 9:30p on Saturday night to find more than 2 inches of water flooding the master bath and bedroom of her mid-century modern home the first sensation is, of course, panic. But then she gets a referral to Code Red and everything sorts out. They came out first thing on a Sunday morning and assessed the situation quickly and thoroughly. What made it even more wonderful was that Leal (total rock star) walked me through every single step of the process - explaining what was wrong and offering up options on ways to address the issues. The owner of the business was out of town, but he took time from his personal trip to get on the phone and reassure me that things were going to be sorted properly. Now the kicker is that I'm renting this house and what made my respect for Code Red go up a notch higher was the way in which Leal graciously stepped in to deal with the less-than-ethical landlord from whom I rent when he showed up. Leal was the consummate professional and it was clear that his intention was finding the best, most efficient and cost effective solution to what was a pretty serious issue. While I hope that having to deal with this issue is short, I know that regardless of its length I'm in the most capable hands.

Sunday morning our main water line was leaking and we had a river running down the street. We called Code Red and someone came out that afternoon. They gave us two options, a repair that would be less expensive but might leak again due to the condition of the old line, or a complete replacement which would have a full 10-year warranty. We chose the full replacement, and Monday morning there were two trucks and three guys there to do the work. By 2 pm everything was done. They restored the landscaping to its previous condition and even replanted a shrub we had removed. We're very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone in Las Vegas.
This is the second time I have used Code Red Plumbing. Todd showed up and fixed a problem that three other plumbers could not repair. They are a highly professional company that I will continue to use again! Thanks for your help!

I posted a review about the service I received and now my post is gone. So I will say again that I was having a big party with guests from out of town and a pipe started to leak and I explained my problem and someone was there under 30 minutes. It wasn't service, it was super service!
I owe Code Red plumbing a huge thanks! While cleaning my bathroom last night the knob under my toilet snapped off(old house), I guess it's called an Angle Stop, well when it broke I had a literal water cannon blasting water at me, and probably in the neighborhood of 50-100 gallons of water washed over the entire floor of every room in my house.... I was panicked and being past 8PM, nobody else was answering the phone, but Code Red did, I told them what happened and that I needed a plumber right away and in about 10 minutes Jerry showed up. We had already gotten the water to the house shut off, but he was nice enough to have checked on that even before coming to the door! He came in and while we were trying (and mostly failing) to suck up all the water from the floor 1 gallon at a time using an old carpet cleaner, he came in, checked what we needed and ran to the store to get the parts, rather than just telling us what we needed to buy and setting a date to come back out and fix it once we had the piece...I've had servicemen like that and it blows! He was gone maybe 15-20 minutes before returning and put everything together, fixing the bathroom good as new! I will keep them in mind if ever I need plumbing service in the future!
We called Code Red on Mother's Day due to a flooding we had in our home. They showed up quickly and determined that our sewer line needed to be snaked. While the technician(Jerry) snaked our drain, all of the sudden there was no longer any water coming to our home. He tried blaming it on our water meter(Water district ruled out it was not the water meter) and refused to put down the camera down the drain. He kept trying to throw different prices just to have anything done. We got a second opinion and there it showed on the camera that the sewer pipe was broken and when water was turned on it was going straight down the sewer.
Now I know that the main water line and sewer line are two completely different things and the possibility of the snake breaking through both is highly unlikely but here we are a week now with no water to our home. We had to move our 18 month old baby out and the company does not want to take any responsibility.
For anyone looking into this plumbing company just beware that they might come for one problem but cause another.
We quickly discovered the 1 1/2 main water line while having a hole dug for some large palm trees... it was Saturday. A quick run to lowes told us that 1 1/2 inch pex pipe was not a simple fix... not only did lowes not carry the pipe we needed, but the tool to do the fittings was about $2500!!! I called Ferguson pipe supply and they recommended Code Red. I gave them a call, and Jerry came out and was able to fix our busted line, and route it around the hole so that we could still put in our palm tree, within 20-30 minutes of getting the parts. Very happy, and very pleased. He went out of his way to give us extra service, and had a CAN DO attitude. THANKYOU

Code red plumbing is by far the best plumbing company experience I have ever had, I called them for an estimate for a main line replacement from the meter as I was told by another company that I needed. Code red sent out Todd to check my problem, Todd called me and said he had found the leak where the other company did not do, they did not even put a shovel in the ground, but Todd had found my leak, Todd wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty!, Todd told me he dug down deep and found my leak at the 90 attached to the ball valve, he replaced the valve repaired the leak and saved me tons of money. code Red is a very honest and professional plumbing company I plan to recommend to anyone I know that needs a good plumber. Way to go Code Red!!! You have a customer for life!

I had noticed a small puddle of water in my front yard one morning and was a bit concerned as it did not go away by the afternoon. I took it upon myself to dig in the area and found a cracked pipe. I called 5 different plumbing services for estimates and chose Code Red for their prompt responses, professionalism, courtesy, fairness in price and just overall good feeling I got whenever I spoke to any member of their team. Vegas is a tough town when it comes to anything and I felt as though where other plumbers showed up to take advantage of the situation and make a quick buck at my expense the awesome people at Code Red genuinely cared and wanted to do the job right.
The owner and his mom came to my house personally to provide the quote, they are so sweet and great people. The day of the job Brad and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled and the whole process of replacing my main water line only took a day and we had water in time for dinner! Any concerns or questions I had were always addressed promptly and with courtesy, even after the job was done and I had already paid which is really saying something about the level of customer care and service. I will never call another plumbing company again as Code Red is just flat out the best in the valley and my family are customers for life! Don't settle for overpriced YES men, PURE-ists or cut rate fly by night companies offering too good to be true deals. Call Code Red first and the get the best in the west!

We had a pipe break in the middle of the night. Tod came out super quick, fixed the problem very fast and charged an incredibly reasonable price! I'll never use anyone else again!
I've used them a few times and they never disappoint. This is my go to plumbing company for ALL of my emergency needs at all my properties.
It was Friday afternoon and we had a significant toilet valve leak in one of our office restrooms. I spoke with Joanie who immediately dispatched David. David fixed the issue within an hour of my service request. GREAT company to work with!
I love CODE RED plumbing. Tom is amazing, great customer service, friendly, and always willing to help. I have been using them at the 2 properties that I manage, for the past 5 years. There are at least another 15 properties, from the company that I work for, that use CODE RED and they are always very satisfied. CODE RED is always on time and they always have what we need even if we call them at the last minute.
I had a serious irrigation leak last week at 7:30pm and Code Red saved me. I called and explained the situation and they sent Tod to my house within minutes. We had no idea where the leak was coming from, but Tod figured it out really quickly and dug right in. I love to learn, so he let me help him by asking a million questions and holding a flashlight while he did the hard work. He came back the next morning once things had dried out to complete the job and get my water back on. He even worked with my landscaper to get the irrigation system up and running again. Honestly, Tod was amazing and Code Red earned a loyal customer.
Jerry and Clay visited us today. They did nice job in short time without leaving mess. Gus are very professional, polite, friendly showed up in time. Some days earlier they came to give us free estimate and gave us immediately price.I would call them again if any issue occured and yes I do recommend them. 5 stars, nice job!
I had to have the Gas Company come out and detect where my home was leaking gas.
After they left I called Young's Plumbing to get and estimate to repair the leak. They (Young's Plumbing) estimate the job to reconnect my grill at $850.00. This repair was for one 90 degree fitting and 2 feet of pipe. I contacted Code Red Emergency Plumbing and they where here the same day, sent Dennis to inspect our situation. Dennis called when he was on the way to my home. He came in, VERY Professional and went over what needed to be done (step by step).
I am extremely satisfied with not only the response from everyone at Code Red Emergency Plumbing but Dennis and from now on when I need or anyone else needs plumbing repairs

My water heater broke and water was everywhere! I called Code Red and they had 2 guys at my house within an hour replaced my water heater and left the area clean. The guys were nice and did a great job! Definitely recommend them.
I have never met a plumber as competent as Tom. Everything that he explained to me was in a way that I can easily understand and as a home owner I appreciate that more than words can say. If anyone calls this company and you get this plumber specifically you are in great hands thank you Code Red.

Our company always uses red code plumbing. They are affordable and get the job done. They give you estimates no extra charge. We recommended for apartment communities or even home plumbing issues.
Our house had a big back up problem and code red came out 4 times. The guy that came out was John Doe he did the same job 4 times over the span of 1 month. HE COULD NOT LOCATE THE SEWER MAIN LINE and told us to basically find it and then call them to come and check it out for the 5th time, like do I look like a plumber? If I was I wouldn't of called you guys. Spent over $700 for NOTHING. Called another plumbing company and they came out right away with their detector thing and found it RIGHT AWAY, And the best part of it was that they found the main line with the RIGHT tools for FREE. Still tipped him $100 and would've gladly gave him more if I hadn't of spent $700 for nothing. Stay away from this place. John Doe

We had to call them after we moved into our new (old) home and realized our master bathroom toilet was coming out of our master bathroom shower...We chose to purchase an old house that was a flip because of the character, we did not want a cookie cutter home. Well, not realizing that buying an old home with charm comes with old home plumbing. Even though the home was a flip, we did not do our homework and get the pipes looked at during the inspection. First two weeks in the home and the toilet backs up. Plunged it and flushed it again a few more times and it comes up in the shower grain...gross. Code Red was the only company able to send someone out on a Sunday evening, Tod was the man. He fixed the back up and we thought we were in the clear until it happened again a few days later. Tod was so great to give us his cell number that we were able to get him back to check out the problem. This time he ran a camera and discovered a leak in our old cast iron pipes. We are in the process of figuring out what to do next since we have to go through our home warranty company but Code Red and Tod have been great so far!
So, this probably would have been 5 stars up until the end.
We got a huge water bill and turned out we needed our water main replaced. Their quote was reasonable and they started work the next day. Tod was quick to reply and very nice.
After the first day of digging and breaking up concrete they realized the main wasn't where they thought it was. So at that point decided to use a locator (not sure why that wouldn't have been used at the beginning). In the end, ended up running a completely new line, took it in through the garage, through attic, and down to connect at supply to house.
We paid for the job in full and he was going to come back Saturday to fix the sprinkler lines they broke and cap off the old line into house.
***No show on Saturday, said he would be there Sunday. No show and no reply to messages on Sunday. Monday finally replied and said he would come on Tuesday. Came out Tuesday, fixed one broken line. Left multiple other sprinkler lines broken, and never capped off old line to house.
He was also supposed to quote 2 other jobs that I need done, but I guess they don't need the business. Since it took 4 days and several no call/no shows to even get one thing fixed, I'm giving up. Hired someone else to fix the sprinkler lines they broke, and another plumber will do the 2 other jobs.
If you use them, they do decent work. But don't pay the full bill until AFTER they complete the things they say they will do, or they won't get done.
I had a drip from sink faucet, they repaired it for $350, was not cheap. But the next day I noticed water leakage below the sink. I called Code Red and was given appointment for next day between 9 AM-12 , but no one showed up. I called Code Red after 12 pm and was told a plumber would call me back, but no one did. I called Code Red then at 5 pm told them no one showed up at the designated times, then no one called me, he mumbled and apologized and did not even say that he would follow up on it. Very Unprofessional, Avoid.
Tod at code red was amazing!! This is the best plumbing company hand down in Vegas. We had trouble with another companies repair and Code Red came out and fixed the issue that the other company (took weeks) said they had fixed in a matter of 40 mins! Excellent service, super friendly and amazing quality work. Thanks again!!
I am so glad other people have been well served by Code Red. I, unfortunately, was not one of them. I called because of a leak under the sink. It was a rather simple connection replacement and I was charged $240 for just 10 minutes of work and that comes
to $1440 per hour! So to say I feel royalty ripped off is an understatement.

We had four quotes come to our home, three from our real estate agent, one from here on Yelp.
Three were unbelievably bad. One of them even tracked mud into our home from a previous job he'd been on. Oops, sorry 'bout that, they said. They could have cleaned it up.
Code Red sent Chris over. Not only was he transparently forthright, but also clearly knew his stuff. The others treated our somewhat minor job as though it was a natural disaster, needing to be blown up and rebuilt. One of them even wanted to shut off our water to cut a water line, just to get a Sawzall into our drain because that waterline is in the way for a big saw.
Chris puts a hacksaw to it, cuts it off, and works around it.
The others claimed it was a three-hour minimum job.
Chris/Code Red was done in under an hour, and that was with him cutting out all the old pipe and putting together a new drainstack, inside a sink cabinet.
Chris was a joy to work with, conversant, cheerful, and filled with good stories.
He wore booties into our home, kept the work area clean, and swept our kitchen floor when he was done. He took great care to ensure no ABS shavings were left on our floor or cabinet.
THIS is what a great plumbing company looks like, IMO

Code red plumbing was great! They came to my house 20 minutes after I called with my plumbing emergency. Paul and Jerry came and were AMAZING!! They let me know what was wrong with my kitchen sink, and gave me different options that I could take to fix it and allowed me to choose the options that fit my budget. Paul and Jerry were very friendly, courteous, and professional. This was my first time using Code Red Plumbing, and I will continue to use them for all of my future plumbing work. I will definitely be requesting Paul and Jerry!!
I had them replace my water main to my house. Customer service was great over the phone and in person. They were able to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. I had some issues with rocks in the line after it was replaced and it was addressed and fixed immediately and in a professional manner. Their prices were the best in my price comparison with other local companies and they were able to complete the work while I was not at the house which was very convenient. I will use this company again for future plumbing needs.
Had a backed up drain and water everywhere, wife was upset. This was all on a weekend at 1am in the morning. I called Code Red and they had someone over in an hour. 2nd time I used them and they are quick. Going to keep using them

Incredibly thankful for this company and their service. I called from L.A. to help my senior Mom with a leak she had in her home in Las Vegas. I was able to talk to someone immediately who fit my Mom in right away. Todd came out and fixed the pipe/leak quickly, was fairly priced & very friendly & professional. We always call code red plumbing for the store I work for. They are quick to respond and send people out as soon as possible.
Today our plumber did a great job with unclogging our 3 compartment sinks.

Had a broken water pipe in the middle of the night and Jerry came out and fixed it in less than three hours. Great service and very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them!
Customer service is great, very nice and knowledgeable people. Reasonable price, I had issues with my plumbing both times on a Sunday, they were out within an hour.

They were the only company who even answered their phone on a Sunday night for our emergency ...and the tech was here in 30 minutes. He somehow managed to saw through two different walls and not wake up our sleeping toddler! He was friendly, explained everything, and never seemed inconvenienced. Even the woman on the dispatch was extremely nice. The price was fair and not overblown...I highly recommend this company!
If you are ever in need of a plumber, call TOM!!! My house flooded and he was there in a hurry! He not only helped with the plumbing issue, he helped me step by step through the whole messy process and even checked up on our family during our time of crisis. There's no way I could thank him enough for what he's done for us. I wish there were more stars to give.

Came out for a leak on master shower. The guy helped me locate the leak and then realized in locating the leak that there was more damage done than the repair required.
Didn't charge me anything for coming out.
It's nice when a business doesn't nickel and dime you for such a simple task.

If you have an emergency plumbing repair on the weekend, dont waste youre time with these folks.
I had called 2:06 p.m. on a sunday to repair a supply line to my house. I was told that a technician would call me back to tell me a specific time frame they could come over same day. The call back was supposed to be within 15 to 20 minutes, but of course no one calls back for hours.
I had also called another plumber that I have done business with in the past. They were able show up about 4:30 p.m. I finally do get a call from code red at about 5:01 p.m. while other plumber is actually getting the job done. Code red says they can come over some time tomorrow, no actual time, just some vague promise of tomorrow. I said no thanks, another plumber is getting the job done now.
Isn't that fantastic service? I have the water shut down to my house, and have no water till repair can get done. I have to wait for hours just to be told no we can come tomorrow. They could have been up front about that a lot sooner, giving me time to get some one else. Fortunately for me I had called other plumbers at the same time, and was able to get the job done TODAY. Have a family of 5 here, having water is Kinda important, and urgent to take care of. The business name Code red, and the advertising that they do 24/7 emergency calls and repairs is kind of misleading. It makes you think they are all about handling and solving emergencies for the customers, but that is not actually what happens when you call them. They could care less.
They aren't cheap but they do great work. Kirk is an experienced, skilled and trustworthy plumber.

Called to make an appointment for a plumber to come out and fix a leak. Was told they did not have any appointments till the following week. So I scheduled it for their next available. So I wait all damn day and no one shows. When I call they say I am not even on the schedule.

It's very disappointing when you wait over one week for an appointment and call the same number you saved in your phone and call it back to see why no one has showed up and you hear they have no record of the appointment. I could have called another plumber during this time.
I messaged several companies at 6am and asked for a Plumber at 4:30pm that same day, this was the only company that was able to come out the same day. The service was good, job was done, and my busy day went on.
Fellow Yelpers, you have failed me big time! All those 5 star reviews got me good. Called them on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist was a nice sounding lady and was able to send a team out in an hour. That was a huge plus for me since I did not have a lot of time to waste and need to get a leaking water pipe fixed asap since the house was closing escrow.
Two gentlemen arrived, looked at the problem and the younger guy of the two told me I needed to replace it with new piping. That is where everything went south. He told me it has to be done, by law blah blah shit and saw the for sale out in front and said if I wanted to sell the house, it HAS to be replaced so on and so forth; otherwise, we'll have problem selling the house. Dude, I just wanted the water leak to be treated, nothing more! He didn't offer any other options, but instead kept telling me I how I NEED to get it fixed with new parts and quoted me $535, which was a price I was uncomfortable with. I told him it seems like an awful a lot of money for the service provided. He then took out a book and show me the pricing and said it actually cost $600+ and he gave me the discounted priced. I don't know why in the hell I bought into his salesman pitch. Obviously, I have deep buyer's remorse or I wouldn't be ranting on Yelp. Anyways, all those things should have been red flags, but feeling pressed for time, I went with them. To this day, I still think about it occasionally and regretted my decision. So, for homeowners out there, just make sure you compare prices and don't give in no matter how bad you need to get your plumbing issue fixed!

Kylan has been amazing! He's been dealing with a major leak at my property and he has been extremely helpful. We wouldn't be able to get through it without him!
My husband and I had a plumbing issue and needed someone to come out and help us out. My husband made an appointment Friday afternoon and the soonest they could come would be next day from 1PM to 4PM. Okay cool, no problem. My husband shut off our main water and we stayed at a friend's house. Fast forward to the next day and it's now past 4PM. No one showed, no one called. We called around 3:30 to follow up. Called both numbers and left a messaged. Still....crickets. Thanks for the wasted day Code Red!

When the water supply line in the front yard resembled the beginning of the Beverly Hillbillies, up came a bubbling crude, I had to find an emergency plumber pronto. Of course, I turned to Yelp and I found the five star rated Code Red Emergency Plumbing. A contractor with all five star ratings, Good enough for me, so I called and they answered the phone right away in a very friendly and professional manner.
They promised to have someone out within in an hour! Well, they kept that promise, diagnosed the leak, gave me a price before work commenced, and had the leak stopped right away. Ron a 30 year master plumber did not dilly dally, he went right to work and did the job quickly, efficiently, and for fair price. Thank you code red, my water bill thanks you too!

We called Code Red this morning and they scheduled a time between 2-4 and showed up within that window. Jerry was thorough and explained the reason for the sewer gas smell. This company and their employees are honest ad have great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!

We replaced our aged spigot the other day but there was still a leak right at the base where the copper pipe connects to the spigot. It just so happened that a Code Red Emergency Plumbing van was only a few houses away working on some plumbing issues for our neighbor. We called the plumber over once he was done with our neighbor. Todd was super nice and accommodating. He knew exactly what to do to stop the leak. He went back to his bright yellow/red van and grabbed his tools. A few minutes later, with the right amount of muscle strength, he tightened up the connections and no more leak!! So happy that he was able to do this for us without an appointment!!
Code red was there for us when our water heater started leaking, called them that morning and they were there and done by the time I got home and had hot water! Love them. Thanks to

Very prompt and professional service! We had a backed up/flooding toilet and Code Red Plumbing was at our house within 2-2-1/2 hours of our phone call. Our technician was LeAl. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Will definitely call again
Code Red is our choice of plumbing company. They are always quick to respond and knowledgeable of any issues that we are having. I have worked with one of their techs by the name of Clay and he has always gone above and beyond while at our property.
My master bath toilet valve had broken so that it couldn't shut off. I went to fix it this afternoon and could not get the old one off. Since it was a one piece valve with the fill line attached, the line had busted from the pliers as I tried to separate the ring from the valve. Knowing this was now beyond me I called Code Red to see about getting a plumber out today since I couldn't turn my water back on until something was done about the valve.
Within an hour the plumber called from a job he was finishing up in Henderson. He was going to set me up for Monday but once I explained what was going on and that I could not turn the water back on until the valve was replaced he came out to my house immediately. At first it looked like a quick job as he was able to break the corrosion and muscle the old valve off the compression ring and put the new one on in about 10 minutes. But it turned out the old ring was leaking and it then turned into an hour to try to get it off. Finally he did it and got the new ring, valve, and fill line on without any leaks. All that was $85 (I had all the parts already) and I really wished I had cash on hand because I would have totally tipped him.
As much as I would like to name my fantastic plumber I did not get a receipt when he left. Not blaming him though, since he was pretty tired from doing his best to get this fixed.
Had an emergency last night and code red was the only company that had someone available!!
Everyone else didn't have an opening till Tuesday
Jerry called us right away and was at our house within an hour!
I didn't catch the dispatchers name but she was very friendly and very helpful!

Code Red came to the rescue when the technicians installing a refrigerator broke off the water valve connector at the wall. Nick and Jeff arrived in an hour from my call for help and were friendly, efficient, and professional. I saved Code Red's number on my cell phone, because I'll certainly call them first for our next plumbing crisis.

We have used them for our property management with AMC. I would suggest them for anyone who needs prompt emergency plumbing. They have great customer service.
I was very pleased with the responsiveness of this company and the professionalism of the Plumber! I had company at my house and the toilet in the guest bathroom clogged and overflowed. Code Red Emergency Plumbing was the only plumbing company I called that could come out right away and take care of the problem. (I called a couple of other companies who could/would not accommodate my emergency!) Ricky was the plumber who helped us and he was great! He did a great job and left everything clean. I will definitely call again when the need arises! Thank you!
