This company lies to people pin Las Vegas. Please go somewhere else. I have attached message between owner MIKE and I . He's very rude in phone after he got his payment he lies about his warranty . I will be reporting to business bureau, taking him to court will be doing everything to have his business close . He doesn't deserve to be in business. He can go back to his country to practice such kind of lie business

PS : he reinstalled a new faucet bought from Home Depot and after he got his payment he tells me it's defective. But here he's saying it got broken . Wish I could post our phone conversation in yelp .How does it make sense ?? Can't you say it was defective before you re- install??  LIER in every way.

You are saying you don't work for sink ? ( I have saved from here for my future reference) lier I hired you because my kitchen sink was leaking .

You are practicing fraudulent business. You can't fool Americans. Dude this kinda business might be possible in your country not here .

I had a main line leak (under the front yard) and Star 5 did a great job.  When I called they came out the next day and verified the leak.  Crew came out the next day and did a beautiful job of replacing all the pipe, etc.  They went under sidewalks and curbing to do as little damage as possible--and cleaned up as best possible when they were done.  The next morning, dry-wall guy came out and re-drywalled the ~10' hole in the garage and re-textured.  I threw a coat of paint on it and it looks brand new.  Nice Bulgarian guys.  A pleasure to work with.  Highly recommend.  Photos are during, then after (but before I painted).

Stan the Man was quick, knowledgeable and friendly.    Im the curious type that likes to watch and ask many, many questions.   He answered them all.   He did not come in aiming to replace the water heater, but instead first asked if the breakers were checked, then proceeded to check source voltage.    Step by step the correct way.  He then said the water heater was ok but (I dont remember) some electrical parts were corroded on it, and gave me some options.  
Very happy, got the hot water back same day, fixed fully the next.

I'm glad I found this company. Mike came over 7pm, the same day I asked for quote. He explained to me what needs to be done under my kitchen sink. Had to open the drywall and do re-pipe. He quoted me a fair price. His guys came over few days later to do the job (he was willing to do the job the next day but my work schedule didn't let me do that). Mike is happy to educate you about the whole process. He showed his previous work and took pictures of before and after job. You can tell he wants the job done correctly the first time. He made valuable tips and recommendations. The day of service, his guys came over ON-Time. Halfway before the job is done, Mike stopped by to check his guys work (He even flushed my water heater and the pressure from my hot water faucet is so much better now), he stopped by again after the job is done to check the finished project and made sure everything was done right.

This guy's are professional and mike is very knowledgeable. I definitely will recommend this company. They are well equipped and fast.

I had lots of questions and it didn't bother him at all to answer those questions. He is happy to help. Mike and his company are the best plumbers in las vegas. The fact that he stopped by to check if the work is being done right shows you great service and care.

I've got quotes from other plumbers and they are over-priced, charges you for in house estimate, doesn't try to make it work with your schedule and not even half equipped and experienced as star 5 plumbing. This guy's doesn't turn you away even if the job is small.

I was having a horrible time after we were diagnosed with slab leak. I called and met with many plumbers. Then I called Star 5. Mike the owner answers the phone. Mike answered my questions and sent Stan out within a few hours. Stan is a great guy and the performed the most extensive inspection of anyone I met with. I got my estimate and was really impressed. I got to say that Star5 was the most helpful, most prompt, and put me at ease. My nightmare was over. And the price was great. These people really care about the customer.  Eagle Lake.

I called Star 5 Plumbing for an estimate to install a tankless water heater that I had ordered online. Daniel called me 30 minutes before arriving in the window that the company had given me.

The estimate he had given me was the lowest out of the 3 plumbers that came to give me an estimate.

Unfortunately the soonest they could schedule me was on Monday(it was Friday) and that was totally understandable since they already had appointments. I had been out of hot water for days already while I awaited my tankless water heater to arrive...I needed hot water ASAP and wanted to find someone sooner so I told Daniel that I would call him back. Daniel left but he knocked on my door 5 minutes later and said he is able to switch with another technician and come first thing the next day since I need hot water urgently...

I had him come the next morning and he installed my tankless heater and even finished an hour earlier. Mike also came from the office to make sure that everything went smoothly.  

I had a question the following day about my tankless water heater and Mike had Daniel call me back right away.

I would definitely recommend Star 5 Plumbing and use them again.

Did a re-pipe on my entire home, finished on time, no problems, drywall, popcorn ceiling and all.  These guys a GREAT!

It wasn't after the second or the third time I was cut off by the Star 5 Nissan van that I decided to write a review. It was after the fourth time that I found it fitting.

I don't know how else to say it but because you drive like an asshole Iqould expect that your work is similar. Rushed with no concern for others.

These gentlemen were great.  Alex and his father installed a new hot water valve on my water heater.  They did a great job and I was very happe with
the end result.

We just had a hot water tank replaced and from contact till when the job was done was less than 24 hours.  The European gentleman who did the work was excellent at explaining code items to us like earthquake straps and pans that we were unfamiliar with. Then when he finished the tank we added an extra job of the tub and he completed that also!!!!! His work was excellent and he was a pleasure to have around. I would recommend him anytime!!! And the price was better than most quotes we had.

We had two other plumbing companies come out prior Star 5 Plumbing to assess why our hot water heater wasn't working.  Those two companies were a joke.   One didn't pay attention to the main reason their were their and the other said nothing was wrong.    Star 5 Plumbing was on time, professional, reasonably priced and made our hot water heater issue go away by installing a new unit.   Thank you Star 5 Plumbing for doing the job right

Star 5 Plumbing did a great job replacing the 2 toilets in my house. Before they came I asked Mike which toilets he would be installing through my home warranty company. I didn't like the reviews of the brand, so I asked Mike if he could use another brand instead. He said he never had anyone ask him that before, but 5 minutes later he called me back & said he found 2 Gerber toilets. Those reviews were fine & I've been very happy with them. Not one issue since then. The installer (Tom, I think), was very knowledgeable & thorough with everything he did. My home builder had cut the floors around the original toilets, so the new toilets didn't cover the same area. Tom covered up the exposed area as much as he could, instead of just leaving it bare. I really appreciate everything Star 5 did.

Great service! Was referred to Star 5 Plumbing by the warranty company for a water heater issue. Mike was very helpful and sent a tech out first thing the next morning to evaluate and had the replacement complete (and the hot water flowing) by the following day.

I started my DIY pandemic task of replacing my kitchen faucet.  It took about an hour to remove the old faucet because of 10+ years of use and corrosion.  I then examined the water supply valves and discovered that they wouldn't turn off, therefore they needed to be replaced.  I shut off the water to my house with the intent of replacing all of the valves too.  After struggling with the compression nut for 20 minutes, I realized I needed a professional plumber.

Using Yelp as my guide, I contacted a highly rated company that was able to send a technician(s) in a reasonable time period.  When they arrived, I was shown a sheet of paper with specific prices which included a charge of $99.00 per each water supply valve and was then quoted an hour labor to install the faucet, which totaled approximately $450.00.  The price seemed very unreasonable, so I declined.  The technician wanted to charge me a $49.00 trip charge, which I wasn't told about when I scheduled the estimate.  He said their dispatchers were new so he didn't charge me for the trip.

I then called Star 5 Plumbing and spoke to Mike.  I described my plumbing issues to him and he gave me an approximate estimate on the telephone, which was significantly less money than the first estimate.  He then said his technician, Stan would arrive later this afternoon, between 2 PM and 3 PM.

Stan arrived in the given time period.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  The wife and I immediately felt comfortable with him.  He looked at the issues and immediately began to address them.  In less than one (1) hour, the three (3) water valves were replaced and the new faucet was installed.

Stan cleaned up everything and ensured that there was nothing leaking before he left.

From start to finish, Star 5 Plumbing was outstanding.  Mike was pleasant and informative on the telephone and Stan was unbelievable.  

If you need a plumber, call Star 5 before you call anyone else!

I recently purchased a home in Las Vegas which I discovered had a leaky shower drain.  I called Star Five Plumbing out for a quote and the response was prompt.  They carved out time over the weekend to repair it for us as to not delay the further mold remediation related repairs that were slated for the following week.  Tom did an excellent job, was on time and had a very pleasant personality and demeanor.  I will keep them on file for any future plumbing needs!

Woke up to a burst water heater, these guys came the same day, and replaced the whole thing. They don't fuck around and that's what's up. They got the job done.

Had main water leak coming from somewhere.  Called another company and after a week, they were not responsive with an estimate.  Decided to call Mike at Star 5 on Tuesday and he sent a tech within 3 hours.  Problem identified, estimate given (very reasonable) and work started the next morning.  Mike the owner came with Chris the tech to verify all work that needed to be done.   Chris was very knowledgeable, clean, neat and knew what he was he doing. You can tell when someone has passion for their work.  Within 4 hours, Chris had the line rerouted, cleaned up, closed drywall holes and it looked like he was never there. Did a great job.  Should have called Mike from the beginning and this week long saga could have been over in 2 days.  Thank you Star 5.  My new go to plumber!

This plumber was called for a backup in the sink and tub. They arrived on time and cleared the clog very quickly.  It was much better than dealing with the plumber the home warranty company sent out before.

We have have used Mike several times for repairs and upgrades for Rental Properties out in Las Vegas. He has always been fair about his pricing and does a good job. If you own Rentals In Las Vegas this Is the person to trust.

These guys Mike & Nick are the very best. They definitely deserve 5 stars. I would never call any other plumber

Our water main broke in our backyard, of course it was in the evening. [email protected] arrived at our house within 15 mins, fixed the issues enough to ensure we have water in the house for the night. He was quick, professional and had a great personality.  Thanks Mike for taking care of us so quickly

Old Republic Home Warranty contacted them for our Water Heater- they came out the same day, the technician quickly assessed the situation and within 24 hours of getting Authorization from our Warranty plan we have a new Water Heater.
Plamen was dressed appropriately, he updated us by text when he was running a few minutes late and was super professional.
He installed the Water Heater with care, new straps and a new pan. Very happy with the way we were treated and how he explained tips to help increase the life of our Water Heater.
They will be our first call when we have some additional work to be done.

Old Republic Home Warranty contacted them for our Toilet repair- I received Chris as my technician. He was scheduled the next day to come and assess. He explained to me in short detail what needs to be done. He said he had to wait to get approval from  home warranty but will promptly reschedule. We were heading into the weekend but come Monday he was right back in and got the toilet all fixed up. Something that i thought would take at least a couple hours to repair he did in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and came in with a mission and completed it. hahaha. He was a good guy. I wish we had a lot of them. There's not a lot of reputable companies and people anymore and i'm hoping to keep these guys on my list to go to even when i don't continue with my home warranty.

Star 5 Plumbing works miracles!  I had a really bad leak in my Main Water Line.   I called Star 5 for an estimate, along w/ a couple other companies.  Star 5 came out the next day, did very thorough troubleshooting,  gave a great estimate and started the job a few days later.  Alex was my estimator, he was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Tom, the head guy on the job, was also super nice, respectful and very talented.  They dug up my yard, had to cut into drywall in my garage, replaced the piping and put everything back where it was, all in less than 1 day!  You wouldn't even know they were here!  Other companies quoted me way more and said the job would take multiple days.  Cleary Star 5 Plumbing knows what they are doing.   Thank you Tom and the rest of the team at Star 5 Plumbing!

The Star 5 team was excellent!! Daphne the receptionist was so friendly over the phone, answered calls almost immediately, answered any questions we had, and called us back promptly with answers when she didn't have them. Mitko came in diagnosed our problem within five minutes and promptly sent the report to our home warranty company, resulting in all parts being covered. On the day of service, when Mitko got held up with another job, Daphne asked if we could reschedule and when I let her know that that wouldn't work for us. She let the team know and another technician was at my house within an hour. Stan was very efficient and installed our new valves and disposal within 45 minutes. I will be requesting this company for all of our plumbing needs to our warranty from now on!

They deserve 6 Stars. These guys are professionals. They fixed a slab leak and were minimally invasive to my walls and left the house as clean as when they arrived. I highly suggest this company.

I must share my extremely disappointing experience with Star 5 Plumbing, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my old water heater broke down, I decided to hire them to install a new one on my property. Unfortunately, the decision to trust them turned out to be a costly mistake.

First and foremost, the new water heater they installed has been nothing but trouble. It keeps shutting off, leaving my household without hot water, and causing immense inconvenience. Naturally, I expected them to rectify the situation promptly, but that was far from the case.

When I contacted Star 5 Plumbing to report the issue, they sent out their technicians, only to charge me for multiple visits to diagnose the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy workmanship, they tried to pin the blame on external factors, such as fumes from paint or coolant in the garage. Despite our efforts to thoroughly clean out the garage and remove any potential obstructions, the water heater continued to malfunction.

Throughout the process, their excuses and lack of accountability were infuriating. It felt like they were merely trying to delay finding a solution while racking up additional charges on my end. The sheer lack of professionalism and customer care is astounding.

To make matters worse, they have now informed me that I need to replace the faulty water heater with a new one, which I must pay for yet again. It's unconscionable that I should bear the financial burden for their incompetence and inability to install a functioning water heater in the first place.

I am appalled by their disregard for customer satisfaction and their apparent desire to squeeze every last penny out of their clients, even if it means performing subpar work and leaving them high and dry.

As a customer, I expected Star 5 Plumbing to stand by their work and make things right when faced with an issue. Instead, they have proven themselves to be a deceitful and untrustworthy business. Their conduct raises serious questions about their ethics and intentions.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of Star 5 Plumbing. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial burden of dealing with a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

In conclusion, my experience with Star 5 Plumbing has been an absolute disaster. From the problematic water heater installation to the subsequent lack of accountability and transparent attempts to charge me for their mistakes, they have demonstrated an appalling level of service. Star 5 Plumbing? More like 5-star Plumbing!

The 105 degree days in Vegas have been grueling, but after my water heater resigned in protest, I appreciated having to merely endure a lukewarm shower rather than one that would have clattered my teeth and chilled my bones.

Being a top-notch interweb gumshoe, I was able to pinpoint the failure. Being a city boy with a complete lack of handy skills, I could proceed no further.

So I called Mike. Mike, the owner of the business, is on point. I called him at 7 in the evening and was forwarded to his personal number. He answered, listened to my description of the fault, asked me several questions, provided me with a ballpark estimate, and asked me to text him some photos and other miscellaneous information. I did so a little later and he again responded within minutes.

The following morning, he got an early start and quickly notified me of his availability. I asked him if he could show up relatively late in the day and he was able to accommodate. He arrived with all his equipment, diagnosed the problem, provided a fixed price for his labor, and promised to return the next day with the replacement part, which he also told me was still under warranty.

Note: most water heaters come with a 6-year warranty. Check your serial number against the manufacturer.

Note: I called 5 other businesses, a mix between plumbers and electricians -- 3 refused to provide quotes, and 2 gave me higher estimates.

Terrible company.  Rude employees and very unprofessional. I would not trust them, you are better off finding another company that is more affordable and professional.

We had a major leak in our house due to a poorly routed AC condensation pipe. Star 5 Plumbing did an amazing job rerouting the pipes and making sure the exit point on the outside of our house was symmetrical with the other pipes. When things took longer than expected and were more difficult they didn't charge us more. They were professional, clean, punctual, covid conscious, and quick with the repair!

Are you serious? Now they're vacuuming! These guys are just freaking awesome!!!

Okay, rewind to last week when I found some warm areas in my kitchen tile - too warm for December. Turns out we had broken water lines under our slab in several areas and would need to reroute our pipes. This meant several days of cutting holes in the walls, a half day with no water, pipes rerouted, and drywall repairs - ugh!!!

Based on the advice of a friend, we called Star 5 Plumbing. They came out and gave us estimates based on three different scenarios. Since we planned to stay in this house for a long time, we opted to have all the pipes rerouted. They were out first thing the following week, showed up on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Having this kind of work done to your house is expensive and inconvenient, but Star 5 Plumbing made it much less stressful!

Tom knows exactly what he's doing, excellent job, always on time and very clean afterwards . Highly recommended if you have plumbing problem

On April 6, 2021, Star 5 Plumbing technician flooded my second floor bathroom.  He was just supposed to replace valves.  He left one open, turned the water on outside and explosion of water was immediately everywhere.  My child was passing by the bathroom and told me that there was a water fountain coming from the bathroom.  

This company was proud to be top of the line because of their customer reviews.  I just got around to doing this review because I'm still haunted by that day.  I can only imagine how many customers they've messed up with whom hasn't had the time to write their review nor want to re-live the horrendous mishaps.

Absolutely wonderful service by this company (Daphne who called me to confirm the appointment was just so lovely and friendly!) and by the plumber they sent out, Alex, who did a great job on the tub/shower diverter replacement we needed in one of our bathrooms and the replacement of an old hose spigot on our patio! Alex not only called when he was on his way, he arrived early and replaced and repaired everything very quickly, efficiently and professionally! He was very friendly too and definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend! Very pleased with this company's professionalism and service!

I have used Mike and his company 3 times. They were sent out through my home warranty company. They installed a new faucet to my washing machine and did a great job so I hired them to replace my bathtub fixtures at the end of 2019. The technician they sent did not correctly cement the stopper to the pipe and over the next year, every time I took a bath it leaked into the ceiling of my neighbors garage. When Star Five came out to inspect what was leaking, the guy realized what the issue was, and I could see his face when I explained one of their technicians installed the bath fitting. I called Mike and did not get any kind of apology or admission of fault, he just replied 30 day warrantee!! I had to repair my neighbors ceiling at my own expense. So beware. I can understand a limited warrantee, but surely they should carry liability insurance.

Mike is professional, friendly, cost effective, and works fast.   I have nothing but great things to say about this company.  I will be recommending these guys all the time moving forward.

Don't let the name fool you!  I was not impressed.  He grabbed my home warranty out of my hands while I was looking up coverage for my water heater.  The day after the water heater was installed, there was a smell of gas.  I called him and he said this was normal for a few days.  He also said he was pretty sure there wasn't a leak but didn't offer to come and check, and also that other people also complained of the same thing....that should have been a hint to me.  A week later I still smelled gas so I called the gas company.   They said there should absolutely be no smell of gas. They were out at my house within 30 min and found two places on the water heater that were leaking gas!  Seriously?!!!!  Yup.  Truth be told.

My house is on a septic tank so I Called Star 5 Plumbing to fix my backing up pipes( wich I have to clean every year) . They were able to schedule me the very same day because they knew what is it to have a septic issue.. Great customer service, they new exactly how to fix the problem. I'm extremely happy with their service. I can fully trust them , and that's the only company I'll call if I need plumbing service. Thank you Star 5 Plumbing!

They came to fix the leak on the main line (from sidewalk to the house) and I was very impressed with the service.  With all the digging that they had to do on the yard and the holes in the garage,  when they were done you would've never thought they were there. They did it in a day and left the place clean.  The workers were very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them!

My property management company sends out Star 5 Plumbing.  They are very responsive and contacted me within hours of my request.  It was easy to schedule and they came within my timeframe.  Very friendly and professional.

This isn't exactly a review from me just yet. Last week Nick repaired my hot water heater which is only 2-3 months old and the lower element had become covered with calcium. He replaced it as soon as he got the element which was the next day, July 3, 2018. Sadly, on Sunday the water heater quit working again. My home warranty company said to call 5 Star directly and they sent them a work order. Yesterday afternoon I spoke with Mike and set an appointment for today between 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. It is now 1:45 pm and no one has arrived for the appointment. I left a voice mail message at 12:50 pm asking when they might be here. If you're going to be delayed please call the customer and let them know. Right know I am sad that I have wasted so much of my day waiting and haven't even had a response to my message.  Cold showers suck!

Great service! Very impressed with the work they have done at my house after I had a water leak that increased my monthly water bill from $ 40 to $ 450. Mike and his team came quickly to solve the problem and have done an extraordinary job.

5 Star!!!! We originally used them for a hot water leak under the slab in our home. They worked with us on our cash out offer with our home warranty company and beat every competitors price. The owner is awesome and all of the plumbers were amazing. We also hired them to fill in some dry wall holes in our garage and in our home. Amazing work and they even fixed a hole I patched poorly years ago, no extra cost. Can't say enough about the people at Star 5.

Most people run to write bad reviews about companies. My Choice Home Warranty company first referred me to another company.  They didn't sound right.  So I asked for another plumber, they referred Choice Home Warranty.  The plumber came out, knew what he was doing, fixed the problem with one part and accepted my $45 payment as payment in full.  It went smoothly and professionally.  I definitely will recommend Star 5 plumbing and keep them on my go to list.

My water heater bursted on a sunday morning. I messaged them via Yelp and got a reply within minutes! Make sure to ask for a quote and send photos** I did! the owner kindly walked me through what needed to be done, answered all of my questions and cleared my concerns. I made an appointment for 9am Today- the tech show up ON TIME! (I very much appreciate the attention to appointment times!) Nick- my technician, was very personable. He explained my heater was still on warranty and made the entire process a breeze. This is the real deal guys, they will not overcharge you for unnecessary things, they work with you and fix all thats needed. I will definetly continue business with them! If you own a house you already know how difficult it is to find someone that wont rip you off or pushes you to buy things you dont need. Thank you Star5!! :)

These guys are top notch. I needed a replacement valve for a new dishwasher , messages the company via yelp and Had a verbal response and estimate  with in 25 min .  They sent out a gentlemen ( joe ) about 1.5 hrs from my Initial contact . I cannot say enough about these guys .. bravo bravo .
