Not a reliable company have techs that don't know what they are doing I have been having issues with the unit for the last 3 months and each tech that has been send out can't figure out what is wrong with the unit air flow is very low not cold enough and know I have water damage I have called the company to have the manager come out again and I was told that his car in a car shop and his not able to due any home calls Which I find hard to believe how you run a business and not have any transportation for your employees.

Terrible communication and impossible to get a hold of... every bad review is dead on with my experience... perhaps they only do well for cash customers because they don't appear to like to service the warranty claims. And have you noticed the extremes in the reviews??? People poorly review them then the review is followed by a couple paid for reviews singing their praises... yelp is a waste as long as they can pay for fake reviews... because service like this cannot be appreciated by anyone! At least hire a person to answer your calls...

Great job by Right Guys Plumbing and their service techs Brandon and Sam.  They got my water line fixed quickly and efficiently.  Thanks to Brandon for coming out quickly, being very polite, fixing everything and cleaning up the mess.  They came out the next day after the initial call to do a free estimate, then came the following day to do the work.  Came in exactly on the estimate and were able to fix up another small valve that needed a replacement for only the additional parts cost.

Highly recommended and they will be my goto for all my future plumbing needs!

I was surprised that we have honest and knowledgeable HVAC technicians here in Las Vegas! The right guys were the exactly right guys to solve my problems! I had to clean the primary condensate drain pipe on my unit and Serge has done it the same day I called him! Also my fireplace wasn't working, the gas valve was bad. I asked Serge if he can fix it. He said he needs to order the right part and after a couple of days he came and changed it! He charged me TWICE LESS then the other guy who estimated that before.
Now if I will have any plumbing or HVAC problems I will call The right guys!!!

I highly recommend The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing. Val was at my house within 20 minutes and had my AC working in just over an hour. Very friendly (despite working in my 110+ degree attic) and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough.

Last night we noticed a terrible burnt musty smell from our heated air vents.  Contacted our home warranty and they referred The Right Guys.  The service tech Ruslan showed early!  He was professional and explained everything about his evaluation of our issue.  Ruslan corrected the problem in a short period of time and was very pleasant.  I highly recommend these guys...  thanks again!

Charged me approx. $2500 for new a/c unit for out of pocket costs my warranty company said are not covered. Average is $1600.00, since I'm in real estate and have them done periodically. Then, on top of that, there was more than a week delay, for who knows what. In late August or early September! Once they get your money, it's too late to change, pretty much out of your control. I suggest you look elsewhere...

Service call went great. My upstairs ac was blowing hot and Sergei diagnosed a bad fan motor within minutes of showing up (on time I might add). Even better he had a replacement on his vehicle. Motor was changed in less than 30 minutes! Upstairs is nice and cool again. I will definitely use them in the future for sure!

So on a hotter than hades day in Las Vegas, our a/c goes belly up. Put in a few requests from Yelp rec companies and the first one to call back on a FRIDAY afternoon was The Right Guys. Val showed up in about an hour and had us up and going in quick order. Fair pricing and awesome service by a very nice gentleman. No phony and high estimates. He put us at ease immediately. And we don't have to go into a blazing weekend without a/c!!!!!! Just call the Right Guys if you need service. They are very appropriately named.

The right guys were referred to me by my insurance company because I had a leak from my upstairs bathtub they came out twice and never fixed the issue. They attempted to fix the leak but only putting silicone on the issue. I finally fired them and hired someone else who fixed the issue right away. I'll never refer or use them again.

Thank you Right guys,  I was suffering with my old ac unit for many years because it was going bad every summer in the hottest days,  Finally I was referred to this company, The checked my old ac and they said that they can actually fix it. But it's very old  And i should take under consideration unit replacement in the future,  They gave me financing option.  Now I have a new unit it cools my house very fast and quiet. I am an out of the state investor with properties in Las Vegas that had constant issues with plumbing and A/C at the properties.  Had numerous plumbers and A/C technicians came out trying to fix various issues. It is very hard to find a company who can show up on time, do the work and provide fair pricing. The Right Guys are that company. Their staff is very knowledgeable and accessible and they get the job done. On numerous occasions Right Guys were prompt, polite, professional and knowledgeable.  I wouldn't use anyone else!

Absolutely horrible. Dealing with the office is the most frustration I have had in my life. The office never contacted the warranty company, even after repeated requests by me and the home warranty company. After days of requests they finally did. The office would place you hold until you hung up. When you did get through, they would never call back. Paperwork was never sent. The staff said they did not have email and had to text? Unprofessional. It got to the point they lied to me not having a tech show up. I waited a full day no tech showed and no call to notify me. When I called to complain, they hung up on me.
It is sad because I have seen the techs work and they are good. It is the lack of office support that warns you all to stay away. No stars if I could.

I'm giving Sergio 5 stars.. not only he  explained me the problem, he even showed it. I want my air condition capacitor to be replaced but he won't do it because the capacitor isn't the problem and it's the fan itself. If you want an honest company/person to do your hvac. You definitely use them

I had a home warranty and needed a big plumbing repair. The warranty company sent this company. A man named Jason showed up to do the repair. He worked tirelessly to find the leak. It was hidden between floors and inside drywall. He found the leak and repaired it. He saved the day. Jason was a real professional. He showed up on time which is rare in Vegas. He worked very hard and didn't cut corners in his work. He cleaned up after his work. He was also very polite. I will use this company in the future for all my work.

I suggest you stay far away from this company. I use this company through a referral from old republic home warranty. They always sent out different repair people that did not know what they were supposed to do. They did not finish their job. Very unprofessional company.

Bottom line they got the job done. Home warranty kept putting a band aid on our AC unit, and it was getting frustrating and expensive. The Right Guys were the only ones to actually write the report that it was broken and finally got us a new unit,  and I'm grateful for that if nothing else.

This company was sent to me by our warranty company due to a leak on my ceiling. Plumber shows up without proper tools and makes an assumption that it's my HVAC system, not a plumbing issue. He did not even make a full inspection. After that, I called their customer service line to make an appointment with one of their HVAC techs. I was not able to talk to the guy that answered the phone, he did not let me speak or clarify the situation since he doesn't have any customer service skills.

My warranty company sent an HVAC tech with a different company and it turns out that it's not my AC, IT IS A PLUMBING ISSUE. He did a detailed inspection, even took video.

Avoid this company and save yourself time and headaches.

If you want service from someone who doesn't know how ac units work and that will start being hostile and confrontational this is the place to call. Unfortunately the technician did not speak English well so he didn't even understand well what I was talking about regarding home insurance and got mad in my face. He only knew how to refill the refrigerant and not repair a leak. Did the refill without telling what he was going to do or what else was wrong with the unit. When the dispatch called they were lying claiming they were the supervisor and lying about what I called for. The people in the main office were awesome and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

This has to be the worst outfit in the Las Vegas area.  I get an 8 to noon window for a tech to come to my residence and patch a hole, this company was contacted by Old Republic Home Warranty Ins. The tech arrive around 10 AM, assesses the 10 inch hole, takes a picture of it and say he is waiting for an P.O. from the insurance company in order to pick up the material needed from Home Depot. He leaves and never returns, no phone call, it is now about 1:30 and I call the company to inquire when the tech will be back to finish the job, I am put on hold for 10 mins, the receptionist then tells me she will call me in 5 mins, 20 mins later I get a call with an apology for the mess up on their part and ask when I can be home to let the tech in the patch the hole, I tell her I am home and have been all day, I now have a window of 2 to 6 for another tech to come and patch the hole.  Be afraid, be very afraid of these people, totally not prepared to handle the simplest of problems. I would NEVER use them again.

WOW! Fantastic HVAC company to work with! I was so hesitant searching around Las Vegas and from reading horror stories from other people around the valley about companies ripping them off! I took a step out on faith and went with my gut! Used the online quote requester from YELP and was contacted not even 10-15 after submitting! Talk about incredible timing, based on the estimated wait time of a response I was expecting an hour plus! After mentioning the yelp deal and savings of $50 I proceeded with hiring these guys! Extremely glad that I did because they were amazing in the sense that they really provided such goof information that was going on with my A/C I was so worried this would cost a fortune! Serge and Val were fantastic to work with! Look NO FURTHER! Best HVAC company is Las Vegas

To start with, the technician that works for, The Right Guys HVAC and plumbing was sent for a leak on our kitchen ceiling. He did the best he could with what he had. Not only did he not have all the tools or supplies needed to protect my countertop or anything for that matter, he didn't even have tools to cut into the drywall. I had to let him borrow ours... and it gets better, we got charged $150 for him to cut a hole in our ceiling with our tools. Lmao! This place is a joke!!!!   Talking with the technician I found out he hasn't been doing this for very long, 6 months to be exact. I felt it would be best to get a second opinion, I called THE RIGHT GUYS  to see if they could send someone that's a little more seasoned for a second opinion. Especially since the technician said, he's not 100% sure he found the cause. They said, to get another technician out we'd have to pay for the services again. Which I think is total BS. You should want to send someone to review that work especially if someone so new in this line of work.  This company needs to do better for their employees and for the customers.

Attached you'll find a photo of the technician in his socks on a yoga Matt I let him borrow. This company is horrible and has terrible customers service. Find someone else.

Please do not use this company. Horrible customer service, claimed they called when they never did. Long story short I'm without hot water for two days now waiting on them. My warranty company reassigned it finally.

That is not what happened. I was very polite to your Troll up to the point she called me a liar. She told me that she had called, I told her she may have had the wrong number and that I had my phone with me all day and I had zero missed calls and no messages. She called me liar and said it would take three or more days to replace the water heater because you would have to order one. I then said that's funny Home Depot has tons of them why not go there. Instead of calling your customer a liar she could simply say maybe I did lets make this right and take care of your problem she didn't, instead she yells at me and places me on hold until your answering machine picks ups. I left a message and of course no one ever called back, leaving my 78-year-old mother without hot water.  Maybe she should find a job more suited to her skill set, perhaps asking riddles for people to go over her bridge. I will spread the word and let every last person I come across know not to use your company.   I have had bad customer service in the past and every company has tried to make it right you obviously do not care about you name or customers.

P.S. New Plumber that my warranty company sent came out and replaced the water heater the same day.

**BEWARE** We have had The Right Guys come to service our AC eight times in the past two months. The final diagnosis was a leak somewhere. We went without AC for three days in our 100 degree heat so they could pull the unit, fix any leaks, and reinstall which they did Friday. Two days later and we awoke to two places in our newly painted ceiling where water is leaking on our new carpet. After 8 attempts: still no AC and much further damage. **BEWARE**

I made an appointment from 2-4 p.m. for today and the technician showed up to my home at 10am. I explained to him that i wasnt home but simply had to call my wife to ensure she was able to let him in to fix our air conditioners. He decided to leave right after i hung up with him to call my wife. My wife called and they told her that he would come back sometime between 3 and 5 p.m. I called them again at 5 because i still hadn't heard from them and the guy who answered the phone had an attitude like i was disturbing him and was somehow in the wrong. He put me on hold to tell me they magically rescheduled me for a new time tomorrow ( that we never agreed to and couldnt do) and that no one was coming. Terrible customer service, terrible coordination skills and seemingly extreme lack of care for the job. After reading some of these comments, im glad they wont be touching anything here.

This company was called to handle a service request via my home warranty company. At first, I thought I lucked out because the technician spent a good amount of time troubleshooting the issue. When he left, he said he needed to connect with the home warranty to either get a new compressor, or possibly a new unit.

That was ONE MONTH ago. They never called me back for anything. I have called them weekly to try and get some kind of update, and I get the same BS line each time: We're sorry ma'am. We'll have the lead technician reach out to you.

In the meantime, the bedrooms in my house reach 83-85 degrees daily and I have no resolution. Terrible customer service and communication and no action in four weeks.

Thank you for coming out and actually fixing our WPV. Our home warranty company sent a plumber out to do the same job but strung us along for 3 weeks. After many phone calls to our Home Warranty company and many excuses by the other plumbing company, The Right Guys HVC came out and fixed the problem.  It took them 3 days not 3 weeks.  Alec came out and has completed the job!! No more waiting... the job is complete!  This company is amazing and true to its word!  Thanks again Alec n Noni for taking care of us! We will definitely use your company again!

Serge promptly responded to my request and offered to come out immediately! He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, along with assuring me the rest of the unit looked perfect. He had diagnosed the issue quickly and had the part replaced and our air blowing at 59 degrees within 30 minutes of arriving. Definitely recommend these guys and will be using them for all future HVAC related needs. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience.

Do not waste your time with this company - from office personnel to repair techs - horrible customer service, rude, incompetent and totally unprofessional - was sent by my home warranty company to repair my A/C - reported lies from beginning to end to warranty company - When I tried to get to the bottom of the issue, I asked for for the supervisor or owner to call me - she said he was too busy to handle complaints, that was her job and she would not recommend sending another tech out to my home- I had to keep the same one. I called my warranty company and  insisted to have them replaced - by the way it was 115 degrees almost every day without A/C- (70 year old senior citizen) Another company was send out and started the repair immediately -  the Right Guys HVAC is definitely the WRONG GUYS

I did have a problem with this company before but had one of the owners come out to my house and fix the problem himself... he also gave me a special tool to use free of charge to get in and out of the unit when I want to change my air filters..

Supposed to show up between 9 and 1. Got a call around 9 asking if it was a gated community and he said he'd be there around 9:30. He showed up at 9:30 and asked what was happening. Let him know, and we went and turned the thermostat on to see. He grabbed his ladder and went in the attic. He was up there for about 20 minutes and he came down and said he was done. It was a bad capacitor. Rusion was very nice and friendly! Highly reccomend, especially if you're lucky enough to get Rusion!

The first company I called was Ideal Services to come out and fix my AC. Huge mistake on my part. The guys that came out made matters worse. It was a Saturday, and they said they needed a part from the manufacturer but wouldn't be able to receive it until Monday because they were closed on the weekend. I then called The Right Guys. Let me be specific, I called them at 10pm and spoke with Val explaining to him my situation, Val said he would be at my house the following day at 7:30am. I was pleasantly surprised to see a text from him 30 minutes early saying he was at my door. As soon as I greeted him I could tell he was very kind and courteous. I was also very taken back by how knowledgeable he was in his trade. Another technician, Serge, showed up shortly after. They both assured me that no matter what The problem was they would have it up and running before they left. The part I needed that Ideal wasn't able to get because the manufacturer was closed, Val was able to get. He actually had someone go to the warehouse (that was closed) and open up shop for him so he could get the part I needed!!! Sure enough, they stayed until my AC was working again. I am incredibly grateful that they were able to come out on such short notice and take on a job that someone else screwed up. As long as I am in the Las Vegas area I will NEVER use another AC company. If you are looking for qualified help that will show up in a timely fashion you don't need to look any further. The Right Guys are for you!

The only place that called me and set up an appointment same day. Here within a few hours. Told me it was just the breaker. In an out. Very nice customer service. I was not at home when he was there and he was kind enough to start. Only charged the fee to come out to the house. Its over 100 degrees outside. Thank you for working in the heat and so promptly.

Service was excellent. Sam Glusac arrived on time and went straight to work on the problem.  Tried various things to see why water in the front bathroom sinks was running properly. He decided to take faucets apart and discovered large amounts of alkaline and calcium buildup in the faucets pipes.  Clean each one and put the faucets back together. Now both are working excellently.  Thank Sam Glusac for not giving up and finally diagnosis the problem. Great job!!! Thank

The Right Guys HVAC exactly what everyone needs if they have any problems with AC or plumbing. This guys came same day as I made a request. Very polite, very professional, very fast! Fixed my problem in 40 min!

Just waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to follow up on a service call without any person coming to the line.... then waited another 8 minutes on hold to speak with them about this service call and again, no person picking up the call.. I am not certain how I can justify spending my valuable time sitting on hold waiting for a company to come out and make money on a repair call....

A suggestion to the owner of this company is that if you need more employees to take your phone calls due to all of the warranty companies that are sending you business and the Google and Yelp Ads that are generating you business, start hiring people.  If you're wait times on the telephone are not due to a lack of employees than I highly recommend that you find competent people to help run your business so that you don't lose it.

As a business owner myself, it is imperative that the very 1st thing that the public ever will experience by calling my company's is my friendly, quick answering staff and their willingness to offer great customer service!

We live in a world of automation so when we have to rely on the telephone and actually speaking to people, it's nice to know that there are companies that accommodate this.. your company is not one of them.

In the spirit of some things just happen and sometimes there are just bad days, I'm going to revisit this post after your repair man shows up to my property.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company for a hot water heater rust in water problem. Came out Friday and said that I needed to replace my expansion tank for the issue. They did that repair even though I didn't think it was going to fix what my issue was. Overnight, the water heater started leaking. Called them this morning for help to get this problem solved. The person at the dispatch was not helpful in expediting this process and gave me the runaround. Mentioned they're probably booked all day today and cannot come out until Monday. Which meant I would have no hot water for the whole weekend most of Monday. However, later in the conversation with them, they said they could maybe make it happen today if I pay for the repair out-of-pocket. As in not through the home warranty claim  Huh????
After three hours of back-and-forth calls  with The Right guys HVAC & plumbing and my home warranty I have a new company coming out to hopefully fix this problem. TheRight Guys stopped answering their phone and would not call back The Right guy's HVAC & plumbing are not responsive and do not care to help fix the problem that they might have created.  
Do not call them. If a home warranty company referred you to them ask for a different company

Unfortunately, my experience is in line with the other 1* reviews. The picture shows their 'completed work'. They have the usual poor customer service playbook, in action: my supervisor said, my supervisor is in a meeting, our phones are having issues, I'll have someone call you back (they don't) etc.... They replaced parts on my water heater but there is an error message on one of the new heating elements, which was deemed to be due to the power supply. This was not confirmed but the electrician put in a new fuse, just in case. Now they're refusing to reconnect the electrical supply unless I sign a waiver, even though the manufacturer has asked that they reconnect it and call their technical support to troubleshoot. If 'Wrong Guys' do reconnect the power, they won't call and troubleshoot with the manufacturer because their work is complete (again, the picture shows an example of their completed work). They've now left me and my family with not hot water for over 2 weeks. Save yourself a lot of time and stress - don't use this company.  My home warranty company have been nothing but helpful, as have the water heater manufacturer.

Beware:  Right Guys caused thousands of dollars worth of water damage to my home.  My warranty company assigned them to replace the angle stops in my bathrooms and kitchen.  They kept popping out.  They were plastic and the plumber told me they are not used any more.  The plumbers  incompetence caused a leak in my upstairs bathroom behind the wall that caused water to come through my kitchen ceiling. They had Brandon come and fix the leak the next day.  He explained to me what the previous plumber had done wrong, apologized and assured me they would repair the damage. They sent a restoration company out to assess the damage then lied to the warranty company to get them to cover the cost of fixing it.  Now he says I had a leak before they came out.  I would give Right Guys negative stars if I could.  Look at his responses to unhappy customers. It speaks volumes.

This company is terrible. They were the vendor for old republic home warranty and they did not install a water heater correctly nor strap or install the proper vent hood on. One day, the pilot light went off for my clients house and when we scheduled for the gas company to come out to relight it, the gas company said it was dangerous to use it in the condition it was in with improper installation, no earthquake straps, no vent hood. They came to drop off the water heater and did not install it to code. Stay away!!!

My home warranty sent this company out two days ago to repair my furnace; turns out the motor is dead. You can imagine how cold my house is. From December 5th till now ,over 5 times no one has come for the appointment, only one times has come, not only has not fixed the heating and even the air conditioning has not been used!!

Phone calls are never answered!!

Until yesterday, they told me that needed to spend over 3000 dollars for replace the new one! Winter is wasted by them. Why don't you wait until summer to tell me? ! That's ridiculous!

Do not use this company, they do a lot of lying. Horrible service and mine was arranged through our home warranty company. I have reached out to Warrenty company to not use them anymore. It has been 3 days since they showed up, took my money and broken part saying they have to get a new one and will be back. Next morning I called asking when they are coming back, was informed by Michelle, they have to get approval from Warrenty company. I called Warrenty company who then called them to find out what was going on, since they haven't submitted anything. Warrenty company called me back and said they have approval and will move forward. The next morning at 8am I called The right Guys to find out again when they are coming to fix it. Was informed again still waiting for approval. I then asked to talk to a manager. Was transferred to a Diego, who then proceeded to lie to me about me not paying them and they haven't submitted the paperwork for getting approval. I informed Diego of the Warrenty company calling them and telling them to move forward. He said he has no record of that in their system. After hanging up, I called Warrenty company again to give them the situation. They call again to Right Guys, and talked to Michelle who then transferred to someone else. They then told Warrenty company they will order the blower and condenser and contact me to come out and finish the job today. II WILL NOT hold my breath, especially since they do so much lying! I'm sure I will be calling Warrenty company and The wrong guys Monday. This will be a week process for this repair. I informed Warrenty company I would request someone else to come fix it, but they took the parts with them. Horrible company

I had a very poor experience with this company when my home warranty company selected them to come out and service my kitchen sink. I called them right away after my service request went through, on a Thursday. They said the soonest they could have anyone out would be Monday, so we scheduled an appointment between 2-4pm. Monday finally comes and I get a call that they cannot make it that day and would have to reschedule. I understand that things happen so I rescheduled with them for the next day, only they could not come in the afternoon again which is much more convenient for me, they could only come first thing in the morning, between 8-10am. I said fine and worked around their schedule because I really needed to get my kitchen sink back in working order. Monday morning I was waiting for them bright and early right at 8am. I called around 9 just to confirm they were still coming and ask for an ETA, since I had to be somewhere at 11am. The dispatcher said he would find out an ETA from the tech and call me back, he never did. Finally a few minutes after 10am I called very upset because I waited for them all morning which was inconvenient for me, and no one ever showed up during their given timeframe! The dispatcher said ok he will come now which I had already told him would not work for me because I had to leave at 10:40 for a class at 11am. I asked them to please come later in the day and he refused. They were not accomodating to me at all even though they cancelled on me and then failed to show up. So I called my home warranty company very discouraged and asked for another referral. They gave me another company to call, which I did right away, and guess what? They got me in the same day! My sink is now fixed and I am so grateful to the second company, but I really did not need the headache that this company gave me first, and I certainly would not recommend them as they are clearly unreliable.

Excellent service! Thanks Serge! I'm glad I found these guys and I will definitely call them again in the future. I highly recommended them. I requested an estimate through Yelp.com, they were the first to respond (within 5 minutes) and Serge was here in about 10 minutes. How often does that happen? Incredibly fast service right?! Fast and HONEST a/c repair and I'm very happy because today was 113 degrees! Serge fixed the problem (it was the starter unit for the compressor) right away for a very fair and honest price and I'll call them again in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.

Oh boy, where do I start? Ok so I'm a little neurotic and when my AC would run constantly but not turn off or reach 78 degrees I freaked out. I placed an online request though my home warranty, AHS. The next morning I received an email with the company I was assigned to, The Right Guys HVAC. I gave them a call at 9am. They assigned a tech between 10-12 THAT DAY!! My technician was Joel B. He arrived at 11am. Joel was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and he explained everything to me. He seemed to genuinely care that I was scared my AC would go out when I was at work and my dogs would suffer. He followed up with me later that night and the following day to make sure the job was complete. It's so rare to find someone in a service field who has to work in 100 degree be so passionate about their job. His pride in his work shows he really does care. If and when we need an AC company we will be back. Oh and Joel better still be there!!

They are the Right guys to call when you have a plumbing or HVAC problems . I have used they service for both . Always quick reply's and super knowledgeable pros.
They were available same day as I needed and more then that plumber was at my house with an hour . Had all the parts needed wit him, knew exactly what was going on and price was more then fair. Same thing for my AC . It went out and I couldn't figure anything out . Thanks to these guys my ac was working again with in an hour ( cause we all know what is it to have no ac in Vegas during the summer ) .  I've hire few companies in town to fix things in the house but honestly always felt like I'm getting ripped off , Not the case with Right guys . Since the  first time I reached out to them they were respectful and honest .
I will recommend them to everybody any time of the day !

This company sucks. My ac broke on 9/2/22  Had an appointment for 9/6/22 at 10am-12 pm. Tech didn't show up until 1:30pm. No call or text. I took off of work to be at home. On 9/6/22 made another appointment for 9/7/22 for them to come back and do the actual repair between 3pm-5pm. No calls no texts. It is now 6pm and no one is here to fix my ac. This company evidentually had no intention of showing up to fix my ac. They are a company of liars

The Right Guys were amazing.  They replaced our entire AC unit within 2 days. They were very considerate to the fact that we live in Las Vegas and it was over 100 degrees and we were senior citizens   I dealt with Michael and Tanya who went above and beyond in getting our AC fixed. Thank you guys.  They kept me updated and were always friendly. Shawn and Emilio installed the unit in a few hours under the hot hot sun.  They were terrific.  I highly recommend this company for their service, punctuality and professionalism.. BEWARE! I have been a homeowner for more than 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber. They were called to my home approximately two weeks ago for a minor job. The plumber apparently ordered the wrong part for the job, which allowed him to do only half of what was required. I was told I would receive a call as to when someone would be back to finish the job. Of course this never happened. I called back several days later for an update. After explaining to the person who answered the phone she said she would call me back with more information. She never called back either.  I finally made an appointment for them to do the second half of the job. I get a call that afternoon saying the plumber is sick (is there only one?) And they must cancel. Can I reschedule? Well, I've already been waiting for two weeks and have rearranged my day but sure.  On the day of the reschedule, the plumber is supposed to come between 4 PM and 7 PM. I get a call at noon saying he is on his way. Not four, noon. This doesn't work for me because I happened to be at a dentist appointment. When I call to explain this the person who answers the phone tells me he has to find out whether the plumber can come at the scheduled time still. Really? Not only was he rude and dismissive but I have been waiting for a call from the manager for three days. I imagine that will never come either. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and doesn't know the first thing about Customer Service. Do you self a favor and go somewhere else. There are too many plumbers in the city to put up with this kind of nonsense.

These guys are exactly the kind of company that homeowners are looking for. I had an AC unit issue and put out an estimate blast via yelp. Within minutes their on call operator responded and set up a service appointment for me within days. Actually they had a spot open for the next day but I wasn't able to accept an appointment that early so they set it up for the next day. Their service fee is $75.00 which I felt is fair especially when you factor they apply that to any service cost I may incur.
The tech arrived when they said he would. I explained my issue and he had it fixed within minutes. He also gave me some preventive maintenance tips which I can do in order to keep my AC units operating at their best. The best part......I only paid the $75.00 for this repair. No hidden fee's and add on's to my bill. Just a fair price for excellent service. I am sure I will need AC repair in the future and it's nice to know The Right Guys HVAC/ Plumbing repair will be there to help me.

So bought a condo earlier this year / was told that the water heater was new from The Right guys.. second day in  no hot water k.. after replacing the fuses and calling the right guys several  times they would not stand behind the water heater of installation.. so called home warranty and  three days later plumber shows up.. Apparently the  right guys did not put the element in correctly  and burnt it up.. Did  the Right Guys stand behind it   You bet your sweet  stars not a word .. So good luck with the Right guys!!!!

I was impressed when I received a call within a couple of hours - on a Sunday! - after reporting a plumbing problem to the home warranty company. They were ready to schedule a service call the next day and were very accommodating to our schedule. Leon fixed what he could the first trip, and then returned to repair the rest. WRONG GUYS is more like it! Rude, lazy and liars! unprofessional and totally unhelpful. How dare you work in a customer service field and have such low quality personnel. TWICE gave absolutely wrong information to my home warrenty company, causing more confusion than anything, only because they were either too lazy or incapable of locating the problem. Call 24/7 Heating and AC, they are REAL PROFESSIONALS who ran a REAL THOROUGH  DIAGNOSTICS test and found the issue with no problem, and was able to fix it. Shame on you, claiming to work in the business since 1995 and can't even spot the simplest issues!! Maybe it's time to quit the business!

So far, so awesome!

We recently moved to Vegas and purchased a townhome. The HVAC unit is on the roof and needs something like a 30-foot ladder to get to it, so our home inspectors weren't able to check it out during their inspection. By all indications, it seemed to be working fine. We bought the property sight-unseen, and move from NJ.

Once arriving in LV, and using the HVAC for a few days, it seemed that there was too small an amount of air coming out of our vents. We had 2 companies come over and inspect our unit. It turns out that the HVAC unit probably hadn't been cleaned in many years and almost the entire insides were covered in bird feathers and dirt.

The first company recommended we replace the entire thing, as trying to clean it could cause more problems. They quoted us $6k and we actually decided to go with ahead with the replacement. What we had forgotten is that we bought a home warranty, so the warranty company called someone to come over in 3 days. 6 days later, I hadn't heard from that company at all and they didn't make their appointment, due to not having a two-story ladder. The warranty company then made the call to The Right Guys to come check it out. The lady who called me from The Right Guys made sure to ease my worries and said they would definitely show with a two-story ladder and take care of our needs.

After some skepticism about there being much of an issue, Dimo hopped on the roof and checked things out. It didn't take him long to come back down with pics of the unit and it was disgusting. However, he believed that just cleaning it would allow it to function properly and wouldn't likely cause any issues down the road. He quoted us $300 (down from $400, if we did it then), so we decided to give it a try.

There's definitely more airflow! We think we are going to have them out to clean out our vents, but so far it is working great!

This is where our review is admittedly biased. As of right now, we have enjoyed each interaction, from the first phone call all the way through the cleaning. The problem may lie down the road if cleaning it does indeed cause more problems, but we will update the review if that happens.

For right now, everything is working exactly as Dimo said it would and we will choose The Right Guys for our next HVAC work!

My issue is with the office staff. I made a claim through my home warranty for a plumbing problem. When they called to schedule an appointment with me, the lady whom I spoke with scheduled my window for 2-6. When I explained that that time frame did not work, she told me that she could schedule me from 4-8 (which worked much better with my work schedule). On the day of my appointment, the technician arrived at my house around 2:30, and I was not home because I was still at work. I was under the impression that nobody would be showing up to my home until after 4. When I called to reschedule, Beth rudely explained to me that nobody should have scheduled a window of 4-8 with me because they don't do that. The office staff needs to all be on the same page in regards to scheduling. Now I have a kitchen sink that is leaking, and will not even be looked at for another 5 days. I'm sorry The Right Guys HVAC, but your first impression has not been a pleasant one.

Right Guys turned it around, got my plumbing fixed and sent a specialist over to fix the fireplace. They put in a tremendous effort and even offered to refund what we paid. They put in many hours to try to fix it so while it was a frustrating experience, I get that nothing is perfect in business or life,so I'm updating to a 4 Star (everyone loves a comeback story!)

Serge (fireplace specialist) tried very hard and was very professional. I appreciate his effort to fix the problem.

Said they would be here between 8 am and noon.  It is 12:50 pm and they still have not showed up.  Did not receive a courtesy call to say they were running late.  Finally got a hold of them through the home owners insurance company because they were not answering their business listed phone. They said they could not show up until 2 pm.  That's a total of 6 hours waiting.  Awful service and what a waste of time.

UPDATE:  So it turns out that their phone lines were down and could not call out.  Val showed up after 2 pm and explained the whole issue.  He was friendly with my kids and was professional.  First American Home Warranty was not and they will be getting my review of them later.  These are 2 different individual companies.  When you review be sure to separate the two.  Thanks Val for the clearing that up.  I highly recommend Val for your HVAC needs, and call The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing DIRECTLY.

First Call June 28. - damper system not functioning. Never heard back and the. closed my warranty request. All summer my house has been at 80-85  and barely cools down. Called for issue Sept 1. AHS sent them again, i was told again i need a damper fix. Looked at warranty request this morning and they closed it AGAIN without ordering a part  and fixing it! This heat is horrible! And they treat you condescending even though they have been paid!!!! GTFO of the business!

The Right Guys aren't so much the right guys to fix your AC. They were very rude over the phone when there was a problem with home warranty usage for payment. They took over a week to fix the AC in which the house was left over 100 degrees. No sense of urgency. Very poor communication skills. I called three or more times a day at various times with no answer. I've left messages and they did not call back. Very displeased with this company. I wish they didn't partner with home warranty. CLEAR THAT THEY DONT CARE about their customers or the comfort of their customers in the Vegas Valley where it is over 100 degrees in June.

The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing were assigned to service my hot water heater by First American Home Warranty. 3 business days later we were still without a repaired hot water heater. Every time we called The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing they never answer their phone and kept us on hold for almost an hour then finally the line will either drop or put you into a voice mail. I left multiple voice mail messages over and they never called back. After complaining to my home warranty company they tried to reach The Right Guys HVAC with no luck either. Finally my home warranty company assigned a new plumbing company and apologized for the poor service from The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing. If you get assigned to The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing I recommend you ask for a different plumbing company.

Home warranty decided to send these guys out to fix a plumbing leak which they decided to epoxy rather than fixing it properly causing the leak to get worse and further damage the home.  We called the home warranty out for a call back which they sent another company who reported to the home warranty that the issue is do to an improper repair so the home warranty denied the claim because they don't cover improper repairs.  Worst company!  Cost us thousands!

These guys are a BIG JOKE. Home warranty had sent these guys to diagnose an issue with our toilets which is visibly leaking. And they reported no mechanical issues and owner just wants to change the toilets. FIRST OF ALL YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS THE ONE THAT SAID THE TOILETS NEED TO BE REPLACED. We would have been happy if he just fixed the issue. Second of all it took you guys forever to send the report to the insurance company if it weren't for me calling you guys a bunch of times just to get things moving and now WE WANTED THE TOILETS REPLACED?! I wish I could give them negative stars.  First America home warranty called them and they took a look at my air conditioning unit with a broken motor, blown fuse, and broken compressor, replaced the fuse in 110 degree heat then left.  My ac went out 3 hours later and I had 2 legitimate companies come assess the AC and they agreed the compressor and motor were toasted and needed to be replaced.  

What a waste of money and pain in the ass.  It's not been 7 days without AC in 110 degree heat!!!!!  Avoid these guys at all costs!!

Today you do not find many workers that are polite and know what they are doing.  This was not an easy job.  The pipe was in the floor. All I can say is everyone handled my claim with speed.  The office people I spoke to and especially Nicholas gave fantastic customer service.  I would highly recommend this company.

Dont have alot of time to write a long review about what went on today between me and the service tech that came out today and the manager and or person in charge that over looks or is in charge of the service guys that get dispatched... but ill try and write most of it, this company was dispatched or chosen out by my American Home Shield Warranty, i have an issue with a evaporator, the coils and the whole side if the evaporator is rusted which is covered by my warranty policy, anyway was told by the service tech that issue was drain pan pipe being plugged, which was already unclogged and is how i was able to continue to use my ac system before he showed up so he pretty much did the same thing that was already done prior, i asked if he looked at the evap coils which ins the reason why i made a claim and said they were fine and said it had no rust! Said pan was rusty and pipe was clogged repeatedly which i knew and ended up added telling me the evaporator is aluminum and doesn't rust, which the pipes are copper and do indeed rust.. but what do i know i guess i didnt go up there and see it myself.... then he ended up leaving without saying what he found while my wife was home and ended up damaging the trim around the access panel! My wife was watching the kids and thought he was coming back with his status on the finding and didnt, she saw the damaged and tried chasing him down as he drove off, she called me and told me what happen so i called the company and was transferred to im assuming the person in charge and long story short told me the tech saw a rusty pan and cleared the pipe drain, said drain pan rust is not covered unless it has a hole in it and the insurance warranty company does not cover secondary damage so the manager  said even if they replaced it that the new pan would look rusty the same way after two weeks. So i got no new pan, i got no evap, got a damaged trim section around access panel, which later on the guy came back to put back on but now doesnt even sit flush on the corner like the rest of it, i also went upstairs when i got home and climbed up the attic and found he left two screws out and also left the casing of the airduct housing with a gap where air is escaping and attempted to put blue PCV cement on the bottom of the casing of the evap housing so water doesnt come out of it, which if its suppose to come out the drain and is not the problem apparently its not being addressed and tried to be bandaged and avoided the root cause ... ill never have them come back out to my home

Got a yelp response within minutes. Was able to set up appointment for next day. Friendly and knowledgeable service technician came at the promised time and was able to fix the A/C the first time around. Nothing more I appreciate then great communication, service, and price. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! Our AC unit was not working properly so I called my home warranty. They sent out this company. They gave me a time slot of 8-10 which they then called day of to move. The technician then called saying I wasn't home (he was at the wrong address). All of this I could have dealt with....HOWEVER, he then entered my home, ran his temp gun and said it was just hot outside, he did not even look at our AC unit. 2 days later our entire system shut down and we had to call an emergency service company to fix it.

THEN they went ahead and billed our home warranty! When I called to see if we could dismiss these charges, since there clearly was no service performed Sergio told me that the AC was working fine when his tech was here (clearly it was not) and that I didn't know the deal they had with home warranty. I feel completely SCAMMED!

Hmm...I'm not sure what the deal was with the technician who came to check the leak in the coil. I was told the day prior by the woman who scheduled the appointment over the phone the tech would call when en route to my home. No call until he's already arrived at my home but I'm at work so I'm not just sitting at home twiddling my thumbs waiting for you.  I leave work and when I meet him at my home, he was driving a ratty old van that didn't have a company logo or anything that let me know this was a professional company. I was met with a bad attitude from a technician who didn't even speak English well enough to articulate what he needed. He asked ME what he was coming for. Excuse me?? What is happening in The Wrong Guys office where your techs don't even know what they are coming out for? Poor communication! Too much confusion with this tech. I was very put off by this guy who a) called with a bad attitude b) had not a clue why he was coming to my home c) had to call the admin assistant for her to describe his process/procedure over the phone. What a mess!

They called to schedule an appointment for a home warranty claim. They told me they had to speak to my home warranty and would call me back- No one called me back. I called my home warranty and they had canceled my claim. Ridiculous- I'll replace my broken toilet myself. I would never use these people. Very unprofessional. **This review is for correct company. They never called me back and I lost a day. That's not how you run a business. Now I have another company coming out to fix my problem.

I called in the afternoon because my house wasn't cooling down past 85 degrees on the hottest day of the year, and they sent someone out that evening. The repair man, Serge, was very professional and fixed the problem promptly and at a fair price. He even called later that evening to make sure that the house was cooling off. I appreciated his honesty about the condition of my unit and his not pushing a new unit replacement when I told him that we were on a tight budget. The house is still nice and cool today. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

When other company could not unclog my drain, I called the Right Guys. They had the right equipment to get the job done.  It is hard to find a reliable plumber. I'm glad I came across the Right Guys.

This company was hired by my home warranty to repair my AC. They came out 4 months ago to do so. They supposedly fixed it after wanting $1500 outside of home warranty. I went on vacation for a week. When I returned I discovered my AC was broken again and had been running for 24 hours for an 8 days. When they came back out they now said my coils had to be replaced. They got the supplies ordered, after wanting another $1500 from me outside of the warranty coverage. When I told them we were going to go with a different company they suddenly could drop the price $550. Later they argued with me TWICE, Diego who was the one that handled it in the first place, saying they didn't say that. I had to fight with them to stand by their word. Then when they came in they didn't pick them up in the TEN day window and they were sent back. Their excuse was they couldn't get ahold of the company. Although it is local and they could've showed up. After they finally got the parts they were going to come out today to repair it again. They then called me to tell me the supplies ordered were the wrong size (blamed my home warrant although they order the parts based on what they give them) and said now they need to replace my whole furnace in order to repair it. - followed by none of that being covered, thus wanting more money from me. When I asked to speak to a manager weeks ago about the issues in the first place with them not picking up the supplies they never called me. Then this time when they sent me through to the manager for me to express my concerns he said the only reason he was speaking to me was because he was told I had specific questions. If this is just to complain I can't help you. If you have specific questions I can answer them. He then proceed to speak down to me, cut me off, and be a complete jerk. On the phone just prior to this Deigo said, I can see about getting you a refund. As if it might not happen... when they didn't fulfill the job after FOUR MONTHS. They STILL have my money.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT IT MY FRIENDS. DO NOT USE THEM.
My AC is STILL out after being out ALL summer in Las Vegas!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Water heater went out , while I was battling the insurance company Right Guys plumbing Answered everyone of my questions followed up with me. I finally just hired them directly they came the next morning installed it and even gave me an extremely reasonable price for a water heater and installation. I really like this company and I would use them again.

I hope people who see any review that isn't 5 stars  (there are VERY few) notice they involve home warranty companies.  Home warranty companies are the ones to blame for miscommunication, scheduling issues, and incomplete repairs because they don't cover everything required to complete the repair. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. American Home is the worst.  My experience with The Right Guys was as positive an experience with a business as anyone could ever have. Please note how many other reviewers state the same sentiment.

The Right Guys HVAC company helped my mom out with her water heater and our faucets in all of our bathrooms. We had really bad leaking water damage and we didn't know where it was coming from. We got suggested with these guys, and my mom called them the person on the phone was very clear and sounded like she knew what she was talking about. She scheduled us an appointment the next day and everything. The technician that we got his name was Faubert. He had awesome customer service and he started very fast with the water heater but he got very detailed with all the faucets and took his time with those. He finished with like 2 hrs to spare and we checked if everything was good and I had no complaints. Two weeks already passed and I just wanted to see if there were gonna be any problems and they weren't too bad.

Totally the best AC company. I set my appointment and they came on time, very professional. They really are the Right Guys, Serge is very knowledgeable and honest. I like to do business with companies who have our best interest at heart and love what they do. They have earned our business, we will use them always in the future.

Our upstairs a/c unit went out two months ago. We filed a work request with our warranty company and this is the company they contracted. Long story short this company came out three times and didn't resolve the problem. The last time they come out they forced the louvers open for the upstairs unit and said they needed to replace the motor. This is how the unit stands now.  They were scheduled to fix the problem and never showed up(no call no show), so I called them and they said the technician was already there and repaired the unit. I told them I just got off the phone with my wife and she has not seen the tech yet. These guys are liars and grade F techs. DON'T US THIS COMPANY! The right guys should be called THE WRONG GUYS.

They also replaced a programmable thermostat with a basic bone programmable one and the tech acted irritated when I told him I wanted a comparable thermostat.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE WRONG GUYS!

Called American Home Shield wondering OMG which HVAC company are they gonna send me now? Super bad experience with another company last year.  The stars aligned and they sent The Right Guys this time around. Dima the tech showed up on schedule introduced himself and his company and went right up into the attic .....returned to earth bout 5 mins later.  Dima had pics in hand..explained issue told how he was going to fix it and within 30 mins....BOOM DONE.  NO TRYING TO SELL ME ON A NEW UNIT....relays....capacitors..yada yada!!!

What ever you do , DO NOT use this company .
They send you a guy who hardly speak English , and lie !!!!
After he came to my house , I had to take him to see the AC unit .. that means , I leave the house to the garage , then open one more door , then he could see the unit .
He decided that the damage is from my 25 pound dogs who NEVER EVER go there ..
some one need to open the door to get there .
My dogs have a doggy door , pool , and yard .
This guy even told me how to talk to the insurance co ..
big lie .. un professional , and they better change their name to the Wrong guy
Please don't use this company .
And I'll give them -10 on costumer service .

I can't stress enough how important it is to find a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company in Vegas. After my heater broke down in the middle of winter, I called out another company to fix it but after over a week of working with them, my heater was still malfunctioning. On the recommendation of a friend, I then called The Right guys. The scheduling was easy and after explaining that I have a small child in the house with no heat, they came out the same day, even though it was later in the evening when I called. The technician Serge was very nice and very professional. Serge explained that the inducer motor needs to be replaced. He got my unit up and running in no time at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them first next time I have any heating or cooling issues.

Our AC has been giving problems for the last few years. Had other companies come out only to not fix it or keep having to order parts and taking days to weeks to fix. The AC went out again and decided to get a new unit. We called Right Guys and met with Val. He was able to have everything order and installed in less then 24 hours. We have spent many hot nights trying to cool off. Not anymore!! Our house has never been so cold! Thanks Val! Thanks Right Guys!!

I was skeptical about this company's rating at first. It's not great but not horrible. However, after several failed attempts to connect with another lousy HVAC company, I gave these folks a try. My experience with them is 5 stars. Very responsive and accommodating folks at the office and the technician-Edgar was very knowledgeable and thorough. He fixed our HVAC (via Home Warranty) on the same visit. I strongly recommend this company.

If you have a choice, don't go with these guys.

Like many other reviewers on here, Right Guys was assigned to me from our home warranty company. My water heater died. While the appointment was made quickly, it was a nightmare after that. We mad our appointment on a Friday for the next Monday from 10am to 2pm. When that time came and went, we called the company and asked why no one showed up. The responded O yeah, that technician went home early. He should have called you. They then said they could reschedule two days later or the next week. So, not wanting to take cold showers for another week, I chose to ask my boss for time off of work and have them come on Wednesday. They came, diagnosed the issue (the water heater was beyond repair and needs to be replaced) and said they would need to get approval from my home warranty company. Well, it is three days later and I still haven't heard from them on the replacement. I called my home warranty company this morning asking if they had sent in the approval for the replacement, they responded that they had not. So it's a week in and we aren't any closer to having hot water. This company is horrible at communicating and taking care of issues.

After speaking with them today, they were very apologetic and understanding. I spent the day with them and the home warranty company on the phone getting this done as quick as possible. Today is Friday, and the appointment to fix is on Tuesday. While not the quickest, I assume it is the quickest they could get me in. Their patience and understanding, and giving me $200 off my bill, was why I decided to update my review and change its rating.

Totally dishonest company as I've seen in other reviews.  They were sent by First American Warranty due to our AC blowing hot air. Tech was here for maybe 2 minutes and told us it was our compressor and it was covered.  I don't think he ever even took the unit apart. Next day the part was in and were told by The Right Guys that we have to pay 925.00 for uncovered costs and whole unit needs to be replaced.  None of this was ever communicated to us by the tech.  We spoke with the owner who argued with us. I asked for an itemized bill which they never gave me. They actually called our warranty company to request that our service be transferred.  I'm guessing because they knew they were wrong.  We were sent to another AC company (Air Magic).  The tech came out and guess what??  The fan motor needed to be replaced.  That was it.  Our air is up and running.  No out of pocket expense. Be careful. This company obviously takes advantage of people who don't know any better. I still have the invoice from them plus the invoice from Air Magic. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as First American Warranty.

Hired them to replace the back tank hardware in three toilets and they did a wonderful job. No more leaks and weak flushes! Afterwards, we noticed one toilet had a leaky set of bolts and gasket after it was removed and cleaned during the job, and they came back the next day to make it right. No leaks or wobbles, and the toilet is 100% bone dry all around and working perfectly. They call ahead and show up on time, and felt informed, safe, and comfortable with their work. We will always use them for our plumbing jobs! Very affordable too. They really are The Right Guys.

This is a reliable company with reasonable prices. I got a complete AC/Furnace unit from them, and I am very happy with the whole experience. Alex did a great job with the installation. I definitely recommend the right guys.

Called our home warranty company on Monday.
They contacted Right Guys and set an appointment for the next morning.
They showed up as scheduled and Edgar diagnosed the problem and replaced the part.
They were totally professional and took into account that my husband was ill and handicapped and that this repair was an urgent matter.  Thank you for your caring, compassion and professionalism.
