Vegas Drain Masters

Mike at Vegas drain masters came out to diagnose my situation quickly and efficiently. He determined Hydro jetting was the best course of action to remove the grease buildup in my kitchen sink drain line. He showed me with his camera before and after difference. I will be calling him for any future drain issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend him. Friendly courteous knowledgeable and fair pricing. he also came out on Thanksgiving to take care of my issue and didn't up charge me and still gave me a military discount....

I'm a pretty handy guy but there are somethings around the house I just hate doing. Mike really did a great job on some plumbing work at our house and most importantly, he saved my back from at least a full week of pain. I would most certainly call these guys again in the future!

If you are looking for an honest fair plumber, give Mike a call!  I called several plumbing companies to install multiple toilets, unclog drain lines, and install a faucet for me and I was astonished at what they were asking to complete the work.  I mean their prices weren't even in the right hemisphere for me.  I came across an advertisement for Vegas Drain Masters and I figured I would give it a shot.  Mike came out same day to give me an estimate.  His estimate was very reasonable and he is truly professional.  He even encountered some unexpected surprises and instead of sticking it to me, he worked with me to come up with a more than fair solution!  He does great work and he's gonna get very popular very soon!  Call him for any plumbing needs if you are looking for a fair and honest plumber!  Thanks Mike!

Beware Beware Beware.

My warranty assigned a sink drainage clog issue to Vegas Drain Masters. Service man came in on time, He has a terrible breath, i had to cover my nose to speak with him.

By the time i (landlord) arrived, plumber is on his way out and told me he snaked the sink pipe but it did not fix the issue and its a major problem as seen by his camera he sent down through the pipe, he also said the pipes requires jetting to fix the issue and gave me a bill of $1675 and further told me he is giving me a discount lol.

What he doest know is, I am handy too. i acted novice so i can listen to all the BS talk withstanding his stinky breath, i am not kidding, i have to look the other way while he is speaking.

After he left, i snaked the pipe and magically water started to drain without any issues. Its been almost 3 to 4 weeks and we have zero issues, so i am damn sure snaking the pipe worked.

What this tells me, the service man (Plumber) intentionally lied and tried to take advantage of us.

Well i am cautioning you,  if you are planning to use this company for your future  plumbing problems. use them at your own risk.

On a side note, i got a quote from another plumber for jetting the pipes and it is $300 , so they tried to cheat me on pricing too.

------ as there is no way i can respond to false response to the claims made by Plumber to my original review, i am adding this additional insight as a response to his false claims ----- asked him for the video evidence and he never shared it with me. Coming to $300 Quote i will upload it shortly so you all know whom to use for future business without being taken advantage.
I am not being silly by saying this, this plumber is a fraud and liar and dishonest person. Look at the estimate he gave me, you will know. Evidence is right infront of you.
I am also going to report this to Couple of warranty companies i work with, managing my rental homes so this guy does not get business , just for his bad attitude & dishonesty. He should have gracefully accepted his mistake of trying to take advantage of me rather  he is trying to further justify his false claims & dishonesty. Once again look at the estimate he provided and you will know better.

We had a severe clog in the main sewer line from the house to the street. Another plumbing company came out and snaked the line without any success. They recommended Vegas Drain Masters and I am so happy they did. Mike was at our home not 2 hours later to run the hydro jetter through the line. He was upfront about why the line was clogged and gave an honest quote for clearing. This is a professional company with the newest type of equipment, Michael's knowledge and honesty was on point to answer our concerns and questions. Mike from Vegas Drain Masters is amazing! I just bought my home several months back and was already having drain issues! I had several plumbers and plumbing companies come out and unfortunately things were not resolved even hours after they came in. Mike communicated quickly, was super empathetic to our situation and budget. He listened and showed me all the different things he performed to get my cast iron pipes cleaned and working properly. Other places wanted to start breaking my floors and put new piping without even doing preliminary work. Mike came in with his sewer camera, all his equipment, and super friendly personality to make sure i was able to have working restrooms and drainage for my family. He makes sure he documents everything for you including pictures of all the steps so you are 100% knowledgeable of all the amazing work he does. Punctional service call . Micheal was able to clear a clogged toilet in minutes . Will use again

Called several plumbing company's, please don't use  Benjamin Franklin, or Yes plumbing, or any of those big companies that steal your money. Had a couple clogged toilets, and I got charged 900 and 800 and another company tried to sale me another toilet. When simply Micheal came out and solved the solution and problem within 10 minutes. Don't need a new toilet and definitely didn't pay close to the other quotes. Gave me a great price, great service. I will 100 percent use Micheal in the future for all my other plumbing needs. Again thank you Micheal for being honest and fair.

Mike was professional, helpful & friendly. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom and he was able to detect the problem and help us fix it. Highly recommend them!

Called 3 other shops and got voicemail machines.  Called Vegas Drainmasters and Mike was able to come over about 30 minutes after we spoke with him.  Took care of our problem quickly and expertly.  So happy with his help that we asked him to take care of a couple more non emergency items.  He ended up coming back on a Sunday to finish everything up for us and then returned an hour later to make sure there weren't any problems.  Really nice guy and excellent work.  We recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation, should the need arise.

Had a toilet making a loud horn noise. Michael came over to investigate after only about 1 hour or less from sending the request on Yelp. He determined it was the fill value. He left to buy new parts then came back 20 minutes later. He replaced the fill value and also the flapper. He tested several times to ensure it was working properly. The toilet flushing sounded normal again. Michael was great and quick with diagnosing and fixing our issue! In addition, also a pleasure to talk to! Will be reaching out to Michael and Vegas Drain Masters for any future plumbing issues!

We had a broken water line going to a holding tank on a property. Mike came out of short notice and took care of fixing the line including getting some unusual parts. He came back multiple times over several days to get the connection exactly right and kept things perfectly clean and packaged with minimal involvement from us. He was courteous, efficient and was minimal impact on our day-to-day lives. Pricing was fair and he was completely honest and above board with no last-minute changes.  Highly recommended for any plumbing work that you have.

Our toilets sounded possessed... gurgling and bubbling! I just knew a priest was going to be needed lol. I contacted Vegas Drain Masters and they came out to my home same day. I was able to look in the my pipes and the explanation of what they were doing put my mind at ease!!! Oh and very affordable!

My home warranty company referred this company, and they gouged me for $100.00 on top of the $65 home warranty fee for a video lookup of the toilet.  They failed to unclog the sewer drain from my back toilet and then said that I needed a video to see what was clogging the pipe; which failed to show anything because the pipe was still backed up and only showed murky water.  They couldn't get the video scope far enough and wanted to schedule a hydro jetting to clear the sewer.  Further, they said they'd email me the video that cost me $100 extra but later said they couldn't because their SD card was full and wouldn't refund the charge.

The service technician/owner was condesending and only wanted to gouge me for further service AND couldn't unclog the drain.  They only went in 25' and said they couldn't go further...they didn't have a longer auger with them and wouldn't further service the problem without a fee that would have been over $1,000.

I later convinced the warranty company to send another company, for an additional $65.00 fee; but I had already unclogged the pipe by running hot water in, letting it slow drain and repeating the process until it was unclogged...they new company did visit, for the normal fee, and told me I had cast iron pipes and the previous technician wasn't a licensed plumber and ran the incorrect auger, which was also too short to resolve the issue, and the previous technician could have broken my cast iron pipe by running the auger head that they used...

The technician was absolutely the worst and most unethical person I've dealt with in over a decade.

Do youself a favor and use a different company.

Michael was prompt in coming to my house and diagnosing the problem. He was courteous, efficent and very clean. When he returned to change out the pipe on a Saturday, he did not over charge me like other companies do. I would be happy to recommend him to my neighbors for any of their plumbing problems.

A real weekend warrior!

We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water and found our water heater leaking out consistently. In need of a quick repair, I started looking up companies in the area. Most were closed or didn't answer the phone, but luckily we got ahold of Mike.

After speaking to him about the issue, he showed up within an hour to diagnose the problem and gave us the price of the job before starting any work. He kept us updated throughout the job and before we knew it, water was flowing hotter than ever!

Mike was very professional and straightforward. He even advised us on how to enhance the longevity of our water system. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Highly recommend this company! Small co., but quality workmanship. I had issues with my drain at my business. I scheduled appointment the very next day he was there to take a look for the problem which he resolved. MIchael D. was very polite and informative, he also is very reasonable to work out the best prices compared to other co. I'm glad I've chosen this co. Honesty & Quality work is sooo satisfying after the job is done....Mahalo Michael.

Very respectful and reliable.  Would recommend to my family.  Had three different companies come out and no one could figure the problem out.  Drain masters came out and fixed my problem in 30 minutes for half the cost as the other companies.

I can not say enough good things about Michael Day and his helper. I called several companies all that said they had Emergency Repairs!  They did not, Vegas Drain Masters did.
Michael and his assistant where early, professional, explained what they needed to do and why. They then went about doing the job as quickly as possible and were very through. Part of our cleaning of the pipes included a camera so that we could watch the progress and see the issue for the future and our maintenance plan going forward.

I called to make an appointment and Mike arrived the same day to give me a quote and even completed the work.  He was very knowledgeable and trained me on how to do regular maintenance on my water heater so I could do it myself in the future.

Michael was amazing , had a clog other plumbers not only charged me a lot to fix but were unable to ever fully clear . I've wasted a lot of money , and mike was Prompt , Professional and actually cleared it fully !! I recommend him highly , he will get the job done. No wait either, he came right out, very friendly and not pushy.
