I got referred to them from my home warranty for 4 problems I had with my house. Not one thing was fixed. Avoid them completely
This is the worst company to deal with!. I had one appointment with them to fix a water heater and they arrived so late (before 8 PM) and all they did was collect my service call and were only at my house for less than 10 mins and I waited almost all day!they told me they need to get back with me because they need to call the home warranty. and of course I did not get a call back. And again, I had appointment with them for a faucet leaks and again they were soo late. I kept calling them to see when they would arrive. Anyway, the tech said he would call me back as soon as he gets a response from my home warranty, did not call me back, I called him and he did not have any care if I was so upset. This is a worst company, how do they stay in business!

Well, I had a sink problem. Every Plumbing company I called, 8 of them, had a two day wait to fix it. By the time I called Boss Plumbing, I was worried it was going to take a while to get someone to have an opening to show up to fix it. Enter Boss Plumbing, good Google reviews and Better Business Rating led me to consider this company.
So I was thrilled that Boss Plumbing had someone available that they could send today.
Javier showed up and fixed the sink trouble in short order.
It took just a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem, and Javier went to work .
In just a short time later, trouble fixed !
Patient, calm, understanding, Javier really knew how to make to customer feel at ease as he went about his work.
Sink is fixed, i'm off to a better day.

I appreciate the service Boss Plumbing provides. Martin was my service tech. He was on time, very polite and made sure everything was taken care of with my faucet. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I give this company a A+ and they will be my first call whenever in need of plumbing services. Thank you for being a honest company and taking care of my needs!! The way my sink was installed by crappy contractors Martin didn't complain about what needed to be done..... I also work in the service industry and I understand the importance of customer service and hiring a trustworthy company and Boss Plumbing is my first choice for all my plumbing needs!! Oh and notice all the bad reviews are because of the home warranty companies that won't honor contracts or pay out what is deserved. Please don't judge on that when reading reviews!! This really is a good company
A late night water heater explosion brought Boss Plumbing to my rescue. I had the pleasure of interacting with two of their plumbers.
Kevin came out at midnight to assess the situation. He was able to quickly determine my water heater was a total loss and got to work making sure the water got turned back on to my house and the old water heater was prepped to be replaced. He clearly explained next steps and what I shoukd expect. This was huge for putting my mind at ease.
Benny came out the next day to install the new water heater. He was efficient and friendly from start to finish. He explained everything in layman's terms. Not having any plumbing experience myself, I really appreciated that. And he was so quick! Wasted no time getting the old unit out and getting us back in the hot water game in a flash.
Boss Plumbing also worked with my home warranty which was everything to me. Thanks so much Boss Plumbing! I will definitely be looking them up for future plumbing needs.

Home Warrantee Company selected Boss Plumbing for my leaking toilets. Benny was professional, had all the tools required, and arrived on time. A return trip was necessary to obtain a needed part, was again on schedule. Repairs, although in tight quarters was efficient as he knew exactly what to look for and how to repair it.
I had a water heater that had become a waterfall. My home warranty company sent Boss to fix my issue. Joe was the tech they sent. He quickly found the issue and called the warranty company for authorization. Unfortunately they declined the repair. That didn't stop Joe from offering me suggestions and assistance. He gave me a reasonable price for a replacement but we also talked about a tankless water heater (i have wanted one for awhile now). He got his boss Jaime on the phone and we were able to come to a price that i could afford AND they were able to install in the same day. Both guys were at my house most of the day, but when they were done i was the proud owner of a new tankless unit. They took the time to explain to me how the unit worked and what the various valves and knobs did.
These guys were fabulous and i would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Thank you for everything!

Jonathan did an excellent job of repairing our shower and saved us money. He was able to make a minor adjustment and the hot/cold problem was fixed. He and his companion were both super friendly, professional, honest, and accommodating. Thank you Jonathan and Boss Plumbing.
I had them coming over to fix a leak, through my insurance co. The guy that came over, Alex, was very polite and very detailed in his work. Unfortunately he could not find the leak (just one of those cases where when you want to show a problem to the tech guy, that problem suddenly is not there...). The company called a restoration co as they saw some water damage on the garage wall. The restoration co found the leak in few min becuase they started the water all over the house. I then called Jamie, the general manager, let the restoration co explain to him where the leak is, and he promised me to have the problem attended to the next morning. And so it was. Great attitude (Alex & Jaime). We need more professionals like them.

I was assigned Boss Plumbing from my home warranty, so fingers crossed! Have to say, overall, I was very pleased with these guys. Granted, it took longer than the standard 24-hours as required by the home warranty company to finally get the appointment scheduled, but once it was scheduled, everything was great. They offered me quite a few timeframes of availability within the coming days, which was great -
no waiting for weeks to get my problem solved. Benny, my technician, was super helpful, efficient and solved my problem quickly. They offer alerts via email or text so you know how far away your technician is before they arrive. I am scheduling another service from these guys this week.
HORRIBLE!! I am happily giving this plumbing service a negative review. Got them through home warranty to fix our water heater they were scheduled to come monday 3/6 between the hours of 12-3 didnt show up til 530pm ok cool things happen understandable. The part that was broken was ordered then said they would come Thursday between the hours of 4-8pm showed up 730pm the part that was ordered was wrong size... ugh .. ok .. fine ..Technician said we had to call the office to put in the order for the part..called friday morning the girl in the office tried to get a hold of the super busy technician to see whats going on.. no UPDATES, finally i call back and the girl in the office says that the technician is trying to get a hold of somebody with home warranty but no luck, that he'll give us a call by the end of the day. End of the day comes and goes and now its the weekend and they're closed..Monday morning comes i call still no updates they cant get a hold of somone in our home warranty which is ridiculous! I call home warranty they inform me that no one has called to give a diagnostic now theyre going back and forth trying to get a hold of our Technician who is super busy home warranty says gives us 24 hours and we'll get back to you. It is now Wednesday 3/15 ive been having to boil water to take showers with a fucking bucket cause the water heater is still broken.. home warranty hasnt gotten a diagnostic and now its getting reassigned with another plumbing service because these guys cant update you and obviously dont care.. so BOSS PLUMBING
Our tankless water heater needed replacement after only 3 years because no one told us we needed to service it every year. I got a quote from a company charging me $250 for diagnostic and $1800 for labor when my whole unit was still under warranty. Boss Plumbing came within the next day and not only did a FREE estimate but said it would only be $850 to replace. Our plumber was Johnathan and he was such a pleasure to work with. He reached out when he got delayed at another job, was very communicative, fast, and gave a fair price. Hopefully I won't have any plumbing needs again soon, but if I do, Boss Plumbing will be our go-to, especially Johnathan.
RIP OFF!! BUYER BEWARE - This company was dispatched by my ho,me warranty company American Home Shield (AHS). The Boss Plumbing Service Technician said I need a new Water Heater and said that the tank had a crack in it and was ready to rupture, quoted me over $800 that's with the home warranty insurance! When I hesitated he started to pressure me into trying to get it replaced that same day or the next morning. When I told him I was getting a second quote,he became indignant saying he was going to charge me anyway!! I called a reputable company (Prestige Plumbing) they said the water heater is fine it's was the hose at the top of the tank, it had a split in it they replaced the hose for under $150, including the service fee. I filed a complaint with AHS and never heard from Boss Plumbing again.

dont trust these people. very poor service,and they dont know what the problem with you repair. they kick my dry wall in and said there is you problem,that's were the leak is. come to find out i call another plumer and he said the leak is from your shower floor pan.come to find out he was right about the floor pan. till this day no leak.never trust them when it comes to a shower leak.they will kick your dry wall in and say thas your leak.
My home warranty scheduled them for 11a - 3p. I called this company at 3p just to find out they weren't coming. I was on the list to call to say they would have to schedule me. Wondering at what time during the 4hrs they could have had the decency to implement proper customer service. We'll see how they'll rate tomorrow. I'm pretty livid right now.

I've used a few plumbing companies to help with repairs to our rental houses in N Las Vegas. Now that I've been calling Boss for the last year I'm not calling anyone else. I find them prompt, expert and not over priced.

Boss had to inspect and eventually replace our water heater.
Water heater died as we were leaving on vacation and between American Hime Shield, being out of the country, and the vendor, Boss Plumbing, there were a lot of moving parts.
Bottom line is it gone done and fairly quickly. Boss was prompt, and Benny took care of the removal and replacement of the water heater.
Their office was able to coordinate with me, my son who was at the house, the home warranty company, and the supplier. Again, lots of parts and it was done quickly.
Great job on the install by Benny.

Called then to replace a broken watwr heater. They quoted me 2200 for a new one. I called lowes and had a new one installed for 1200

Benny came to the rescue with Chuy. I didn't have hot water for a few days, so when my property manager finally sent someone, I was so happy to see them. They were very fast in switching out my water heated & even brought some protectors for my newly cleaned carpet. Our water heater broke and my home warranty scheduled Boss plumbing to do the repairs. I called Boss plumbing and talked to Marivic. She scheduled a technician to come over the same day. Very professional and pleasant to talk to on the phone. Isai, the technician, check the water heater and explained the process when using home warranty service. Upon getting the approval from the home warranty, Isai was on the way with a new water heater the following day. If you have plumbing problems, I I definitely recommend Boss plumbing. This company is professional, reliable, and honest.
Horrible experience so far with Boss Plumbing in Las Vegas.
Had an appointment scheduled between 3 and 5pm on 1/25/2017 via HomeWarranty. Took off 2 hours early from work to be present. Noone showed up or called. When I called Boss at 5:15pm to inquire, their answering service hung up on me the first time. On my second attempt I was told that only their emergency plumber could be reached, however my warranty did not cover that. I was told to call again tomorrow. Then I called HomeWarranty. Same result. Was told to reschedule. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing. Considering cancelling HomeWarranty and never using Boss Plumbing.
This company is legit! Installed a new water heater thru our home warranty, from start to finish Boss was a stand out company! Jonathan our installer is an employee the company should be proud to have representing them! Thank you all!

Another unfortunate experience dealing with my home warranty recommended contractor. They scheduled some tech named David to come. He was suppose to send the cost to my home warranty and it's been a week and still nothing. Run around from my home warranty and boss plumbing. Meanwhile my house is leaking. I decided to call another plumber. Boss plumbing is a waste of time. If you use them you will regret it. Should be more like BLAH plumbing. .l.

We have had a great experience with Boss Plumbing. Our faucets were leaking and our water heater went out and thankfully they have an amazing tech named Estevan there. As a woman I felt very comfortable with him and he explained each step of the way. He's very kind, thorough a cares about getting things done right. We feel at peace knowing Estevan took care of our plumbing issues. Make sure to request for him, you won't regret it!

Trying to hook up a new dryer to an existing gas line. Told us $95 on the phone and got to the house and told us $225 to hook up the dryer. Told me the phone estimate was just a rough estimate but that is pretty rough. More than doubled the estimate when they got in the house when we described exactly what we needed doing over the phone and were told $95.
These guys were fantastic. Jonathan and Angel came on time diagnosed the problem found the slab leak and fixed it perfectly. Jonathan explained everything the were going to do did it. No complaints here from Marivic, Gladys to Jonathan and Angel perfect customer service.
Garbage disposal was I thought completely destroyed until Javier came from Boss Plumbing and less than 10 mins it was up and running. He was polite arrived early made sure he worked with my schedule!! Use Boss Plumbing ask for Javier he was GREAT!!
Benny was friendly and courteous and got right to work and took care of the problem in no time at all. Thanks!

These guys are a real rip off. They charge way too much for the service. They will come for free but then over charge when they are there. Best to go with a company that charges for the first hour and then a per hour cost. If you do it as a per item cost they you will charge you through the nose. I was charged $700 to install 3 sink faucets. Such a rip off, I would never do business with Boss plumbing again. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. Good luck, do your homework, there is a reason they have 3.5 stars......
Omg ..... my family and I had the worst nightmare last night the faucet blew and and the pipe under our kitchen sink leaked so much water we could not stop it we were scared. after calling around I decided to go with boss plumbing the lady on the line was very helpful she understood my concerns and she sent Javier over he provided us with a resolution for our problem he was amazing stopped the leak with no problem fixed the sink completely even replaced certain items I highly recommend this company he was incredible the service was awesome he really went above in beyond this company is amazing ...thank you so much for your service a true life saver.

Unprofessional and extremely overpriced. To start the company gave a window of 8 am to 11 am. The tech showed up at 11:55 am. After he completed his work he charged $125 for a $30 shower cartridge. The tech also charged a $45 service fee even though he was an hour late. Apparently this company likes screwing over not just everyday customers from what I have seen in their reviews. But also retired, disabled vets like my father.

They should be called apprentice plumbing. I called them to locate and repair a leak in my second bathroom. The original technician whose name is slipping my memory came out and said the control valve was leaking down into my living room which he had assured us was fixed. A week later the same area started leaking again and this time David came out and cut a jagged hole in my living room ceiling (which cost me $50) just to tell me the same pipe that his company repaired was AGAIN leaking. He repaired the leak and charged us an additional $150 which I paid with no quarrels. Ten days later the same so-called repair started leaking AGAIN. This time I called and talked to the BOSS Jaime who I told I was going to hire my own contractor who did another job but did excellent work for me prior but Jaime refused to pay an outsider to correct his company's shoddy work. I paid my guy to do the job correctly this time but Jaime insisted that he'd have his guy patch the hole that I paid my guy to cut which I allowed but as far as the plumbing went I wouldn't let boss touch anymore. If I could give them 0 stars that would be a compliment. I'll never use this joke of a company again. I'll post the pics of the soggy mess that they left after the 2nd visit.

Alex replaced the Reverse Osmosis faucet and he did an impeccable job! The Boss at Boss is fortunate to have Alex on his team.
Benny is a life saver! My hot water tank decided to quit. Benny arrived within a few hours (1130pm on a Saturday night) and verified that I had shut it down correctly (thanks youtube). He took all the info down and coordinated with my warranty company to make sure everything was taken care of.

After paying our bill we (the plumber and I) could see the water coming back up. Asked if he could snake it again and here said that he already put the equipment away and that he would have to charge us again. Plumber told us they don't guarantee their work. We paid for a job that was not complete. We recommend not using this company.

This company was dispatched through my home warranty to replace my garbage disposal 3 months ago. I thought all was well but lately it has been leaking again so I called to have them come back out to see what the problem is. The guy who came out told me the metal ring around the top of the disposal is old; they do not replace that part of the disposal when installing NEW garbage disposals because it's not covered through the home warranty. Instead, they throw that piece away. What?????
Why would you install a brand new disposal out of the box, put the old piece back on, and throw the new piece away, because it isn't covered by the home warranty? I don't even believe that to be true! But in the event that it is, if you have to put a piece back on when installing the disposal, why not just put it on?? I'm baffled!
Instead, they're telling me I have to pay $160 to have them come back out to fix the piece that should have been fixed to begin with. No thank you.

Boss Plumping did a great job. Martin the tech was on time, professional and fixed the problem right away. Would highly recommend this company.
I have them good reviews on their customer portal. They were polite not messy BUT when i looked under my sink, they had replaced my double angle stop with a single, and failed to disconnect the source of my original leak. Sadly, the bottom of the cabinet under the sink is soaked. I am sure the landlord/owner of this property would have wished he had hooked up with a property management company that had their own staff, rather than using some 2nd rate home warranty service. Had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. They were super quick to get ahold of me & schedule a time on the same day! I also loved that they sent a text with how far away my tech was when he was on his way. My tech Jonathan was awesome. DO NOT USE! I had no choice because he was sent to me by my Warranty Company. He did not know what he was doing. He didn't even know the house was on public sewer. Couldn't figure it out and simply claimed it was on septic tank and of course it was not. He didn't have proper equipment to clear the main line sewer blockage because he arrived with a 75-foot snake and he ran it opposite way instead of the street side. Then he proceeds to recommend using a hydro jet to upsell the warranty company for which he wanted to charge over $400 to clear blockage something I would have to pay out of pocket. Got a second opinion and the new plumber called Marvin Plumber (702) 286-2889 was able to clear blockage with their 100-foot snake in a matter of minutes. Boss Plumbing has no clue what they're doing! Do not waste your time or money!
The worst group of people I have dealt with from the appointment scheduler to the plumber that came out to diagnose our drainage problem. The plumber that came out initially said we did not have a drain and he needed to remove the toilet to advance the tool to snake out the pipe and would cost $300. Well that was weird cuz we had another plumbing company come out in the past and they managed to find the drain without touching any toilets. He calls a few minutes later and said he found the drain and would just then charge me a fee for finding it. Well wasnt it your job to locate these drains in the first place. Then then told me it would be $50 and later on turned around and told the office receptionist $200 would be charged. He also quoted us $3500 to complete the job. These people are scams! Do not trust them with any work that needs to be done to your home. They have only been in the business for 2 years and yet their customer service is already so poor! Instead of the receptionist apologizing for the mishap, she was rude herself saying they dont want to do business with us either.
This is the second job this company came out to us for and both experiences were horrible. If your home warranty assigns them to you, request for another company. You will b wasting your $45 and end up being charged excess amount of dollars for a job half done!
If I could rate them a negative 10 I would because they don't deserve anything more than that!

Never had work done by them but they drive like COMPLETE idiots. They pulled out in front of me and I had to slam on my breaks. Then they proceeded to drive about 2 miles per hour in front of me while looking in rear view mirror giving me dirty looks. Now if I ever need plumbing done I know who not to go to. Obviously they do terrible work too based off of their ratings.

I used the guys a couple of times. First time the service person was upfront. Told me what had to be done an gave me a quote. We moved forward. Very happy. The second time I called for another Hot Water Heater issue on another property,; well lets just say it was another experience. I didn't want a repair being that the unit was at least 9 years old. I asked the woman what they charged for replacement of a Hot Water heater if I supply it. She said it was under $300. Then someone else I guess was listening in said there would be a charge to pick up the heater and bring it to the property. $100. Kind of steep but I agreed. Meet the installer and he had a few complaints about how the previous unit was installed. Find, he said it needed some sort of sediment filter installed or he would not doing the install. I'm kind of stuck now. He said $60 an I agreed. Never heard that one before and I have a bunch of rentals, but you never know, maybe something new. He told me he would call me 30 minutes before he is done so he can show me and go over the bill. This never happened. He calls me to say he left the property because he was getting too many phone calls. What that has to do with leaving and doing what he said he would do. Normally I pay by check, it is a rental. No, he said he needed my credit card number and said it cost more than double I was first quoted. So I payed. Will I call them again, never.
Technician Jonathan went above and beyond with his costumer service. I been dealing with problems with my kitchen garbage disposal, and Jonathan was very helpful in explaining the problem to me. Jonathan took time and he fixed my garbage disposal perfectly. If you have any plumbing issues this is the company to call, and make sure you request for Jonathan.
If I could give negative stars I would! My home warranty company sent them out to replace my hot water heater. It was almost 2 week long nightmare of lies, incompetence and price gouging. They removed my old water heater, which was under warranty, and then would not bring it back, so I was stuck, since the old water heater was needed to do a warranty exchange.
I also found out they charged me twice what other plumbers charge for the same service, and they lied about he reason. I have had other plumbing work done at my house without issue, but I can't believe anyone gives these guys 5 stars or even 4 or 3...I give them 0, and that is too high!
But yelp won't allow less than one so that's what they get!

Amazing service!!!!! I needed a plumber extremely bad, downstairs bathroom flooded, everything coming up through the toilet, yuck! I had called 5 plumbers, all were booked, they referred me to other plumbers that were booked as well, and then one of them referred me to Boss. Jaime (pronounced Hy-mee) was very helpful and ensured he had a tech in my area. Luis came out, figured out the issue within minutes after he arrived, he cleared the clogged line and even had a reference for a restoration company. Very reasonable cost. I will definitely call them again and will refer them to anyone that is looking for a really good plumber. Thanks again.
Boss Plumbing replaced my main water line May 2020, have been back at least 4 times to repair leaks and even though they gave me a one year part and labor warranty, 8 months later they won't come out to replace a faulty irrigation valve that won't close that they installed! Because they are 'cheaper', remember, 'you get what you pay for!' I'm still waiting on their response to the latest problem, with little hope about now. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice people who try to stand behind their work but I think they need to upgrade their parts suppliers so they don't have to come back 5 times to fix faulty parts that continue to cause leaking and continues to cost me more on my water bill 8 months later! And they claim 'SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
Boss Plumbing is the worst. Good luck, when they don't fix the problem.. they don't call you back, and if you're lucky enough for them to call you back ( it took me 5 times before someone picked up the phone) and if they make a revisit appointment they won't show up. I've told my home warranty insurance company about out this and I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I wasn't forced to give them a star I'd give them no stars. They have the worst customer service in the world. I don't know how they stay in business
Out of the 3 plumbers my home warranty sent out Chris was a blessing.
He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my rental property in order and to make my tenants happy. He came but to check items even on a day off.

I have my Home Warranty with First American Home and they sent Ideal Services to fix some plumbing problems I have and I felt like I was getting ripped off. They waned me to come out with $2500 out of pocket plus they also waned me to demolish my entire bathroom and use their renovation company. I have never felt so violated!!! I honest thought that they were trying to take advantage of me because they notice that I was a single Mom. I hate that company!!! I call my home warranty and I asked for a new company so they send me Boss Plumbing and I couldn't be any happier. The lady on the phone was very friendly as helpful. Luis the Plummer was absolutely amazing and understanding. My plumbing issues are gonne and I had to pay only my deductible. If ever have any problems again they will be my number one choice and I would definitely recommend Luis. Thank you so much for taking my stress away.

We were assisted by Benny whom, although arrived later than scheduled did call in advance to firstly apologize for running late and gave an expected time he would be able to make it. Benny replaced a leaking valve under our sink quickly. He was kind, courteous and professional. What I appreciated the most is that he was wearing gloves and a mask and practiced social distancing the entire time.
Technician not wearing a mask in entering my home, made my family and I uncomfortable especially since COVID cases are rising.
My home warranty sent Boss plumbing to take a look at a leaky water heater. They diagnosed it in a short time and patched it so I had a hot shower the next morning. The next day Benny came out and, with a smile, installed the new water heater in record time. He left the place clean (as clean as my garage can be) and he tested, strapped and verified I'd have a nice hot shower the next morning. I'd recommend these guys and I'd be sure to ask for Benny.

The customer service experience I received was exemplary in many professional aspects: Knowledge of High-Rise plumbing systems and sub-systems, meticulous detail in examination, and, perhaps most importantly end-to-end white glove treatment. Frankly, Jonathan treated me less like a customer, and more like a member of his own family. How can you top that?!

this company is garbage. they don't communicate well when there are issues. they lie to you. the service technician lied in his report indicating he did work that he did not. i don't write on yelp often at all maybe once every few years, but this time, i am not letting this go. it's been a month and i know they received payment from my home warranty company but service has not been rendered. straight garbage.
Benny came out for an issue I thought would be covered by my warranty. It unfortunately was not covered, but the work needed to be done. He was able to fix the issue quickly, and an affordable cost. 33 degrees outside and felt like 25 and Martin came on an emergency basis, was here within an hour, worked outside till after midnight and within an hour had everything fixed! He exemplifies Boss Plumbing's exceptional customer service which started with the after hours frantic phone call. The office representative was also so very caring and helpful.
I cannot speak highly enough about this company, highly recommend them to all and am so very thankful for the blessing of them! Thank you and Yahushua (Jesus) loves you!
I shouldn't waste my time writing about this crap buffet of a company.
Went to my house, tore things up, and then never returned to finish the job.
Worse yet, hired a second plumber and when I told them what was wrong, they fixed it within minutes.
When I expressed what was wrong to Boss, he stated that there is no way that's the problem and proceeded to cut into my roof.
Unprofessional customer service. Extremely disappointed. Stated they returned my calls many times to make it my fault.
I have an iPhone. iPhones show missed calls.
I don't write many reviews on yelp. Most reviews I do write are positive. It takes a lot for me to give a negative review.
This company deserves it.

I was assigned Boss Plumbing by my home insurance company. I looked at the reviews and I have to say, I really wanted to change providers. I am so happy that I didn't! Not only were they courteous, professional, prompt and CLEANED UP EVERYTHING when they were done, they also were compassionate.
Our hot water tank went out Thursday evening and we placed a call to have a servicing done. The next morning we were informed that we were given an appointment slot of 10am to 2pm - SAME DAY, and they arrived just after noon!!! I have never been able to get a plumber out that quickly. When the plumber, Martin, came he was very kind and professional. He assessed that (as we kind of knew) the hot water tank had ran it's course and we needed a replacement. The tank had been leaking all night and was still going. Martin was kind enough to run a loop to prevent the tank from continually loading with water and bleeding it out while we waited on insurance approval and for him to pick up a tank (it was 75 gallons, so I doubt they have them on hand). They called later in the afternoon to schedule an appointment for 8am - noon on Saturday. Martin showed up by 930am and was gone within an hour. He cleaned up everything from his job and again was very professional.
I would certainly recommend Boss Plumbing to any of my friends and family and will use them again.
My home warranty company sent them out for a problem with my toilet. Their plumber Martin came out and quickly found the problem, which resulted in a part having to be ordered. As soon as the part came in they got me scheduled for it to be put in the next day. Martin was extremely professional and explained the problem. He quickly replaced the part and ensured there was no mess or water on the floor. Martin and Boss Plumbing did a great job and I'm really impressed.

I was forced to deal with this company due to a home owners warranty. After the home owners warranty paid for labor and a new hot water heater Boss Plumbing told me I still would be charged over $400. I went to Lowe's and bought the same parts for less than $60. Unreal that they would try to double dip and rip people off. Never trust this company!
We searched for a plumber on the internet and took a chance on Boss Plumbing. Gladys was kind and sent out a plumber. Javier came out and took immediate action. He was friendly and made our family feel comfortable. He is greatly appreciated working hard on this hot summer Vegas day and still smile . He comes across as having integrity and aims to provide excellent customer service. Thank you kindly.
Johnathan just came out and replaced our water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all questions and had some good ideas on hoow to handle the possible plumbing problems at our rental houses . I highly recommend him and his company for their service.

I hired Boss Plumbing for a job.
Day 0 - Made an appt for a hydroJetting Job, quoted $300 on phone and was told to wait 9-4 pm the next day.
Day 1 - I waited 9-4 pm - technician shows up at 3:40pm.
(I) Technician says, sorry the office didn't tell him the right info so he did not have the hydroJet with him. He snaked it 90feet.
(II)Technician says, the price is incorrect. its $375, not $300.
(TODAY) Day 2 - Technician arrives with HydroJet. Does the Job. Leaves without communication 10:22 am.
I call the office and they say the job was done and the Tech left 3 mins ago. Please pay.
I said sure, let me check the job. I fill out the water in my sink, and all the water drops to the bottom. I clean it up and realized the pipes are not connected. I tell the office... the job is incomplete. The say, OK, you are scheduled for tomorrow between 8 and 12 noon tomorrow!
So, here are my complaints -
1) Failure to bring equipment - Lack of communication between office and technician
2) Failure to check pipes for final before leaving the job site and communicating. C'mon! Don't you check your job before leaving the job site?
3) I've waited 2 days and they are scheduling me to wait another day? My time does not matter.

Had a quick and efficient experience with Benny Mendez today with an emergency we had with our shower leaking AND our instant hot water line. Never had this type of honest clean and helpful customer service with plumbing before. This is the second time using him. Needed a replacement pressure valve at home. I got estimates from three plumbers that wanted a small fortune! Boss Plumbing came out the same day and replaced all the equipment including welding new pipes, pressure check, and clean up. Charged me almost half the other estimates! The plumbing technician was super knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. He invited me to watch him work and thoroughly explained each step and the purpose for the PRV and ball valve. I really appreciated his efficient work and expertise. I highly recommend Boss Plumbing!
These guys rock. We had a leak in our kitchen on a Saturday. They came out at 7 pm at night to fix it. They let us know that the plumbing was old and had been discontinued and more than likely we would have future breaks. We went ahead and did a repair only. The next day the main pipe into the house burst flooding the house. Joe with Boss plumbing was there at 6 am on Sunday morning. They ended up replacing the plumbing throughout the entire house in 5 days. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and the amazing job that they did. They worked with our home warranty and were just fabulous all around. They were also very reasonable. I cannot believe the amount of work they did for the price they quoted. Definitely lowest in the area.
Bathtub handle broke, and water would not stop coming out. EEK! Jonathan to the rescue! He had it fixed in no time. He also installed a new shower head faster than I can say my name. Excellent service from Jonathan. I highly recommend Boss Plumbing, and would use them again.

Had a bad PRV causing extreme low pressure, Martin was out and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. PRV replaced with no problems or issues. 3/30/20- I can't say enough good things about Boss Pluming. I had them out for a 2nd opinion for my water heater, BOY AM I GLAD I DID. David came out early on Sat. Morning, Diagnose that my Hot water heater needed to be replaced under Manufactured warranty, but did not try to upsell me unlike Advanced Home Services nor did he try to Lie to me about new codes and regulations that really do not exist. Boss had to wait until Monday to replace it because the suppliers are not open on the weekends. Monday came, and Benny came out. Benny took my old water heater out, and came back with Kevin to installed my New 75 gallon water heater that same day. They did an amazing job and I am VERY HAPPY. I would HIGHLY recommend Boss Pluming, as well as all 3 technicians, to do any work that their company performs. They are HONEST , professional and know what they are doing. Boss will be my first choice from now on, and I will recommending Boss to anyone who may need their type of service in the future. BRAVO Boss Pluming, JOB WELL DONE.

Don't use them whatever you do they don't fix things right nor do they fix things at all horrible company they were to fix things on a punch list and said that things weren't leaking that were leaking costing us a closing on a sale Chris is a horrible technician. They do not pay attention to details also when asked for a detailed invoice it was like pulling teeth to get it from them asked multiple times paid over $1400 for lots of small repairs.

Our pipes started knocking after the first morning flush of our upstairs toilets, and when we turned on the faucets in the bathrooms, water spit out forcefully. We called our home warranty company and they sent out a plumber that couldn't detect what was wrong. Didn't really do anything, so we called the warranty company back and asked for a 2nd opinion. They sent Boss Plumbing. Jacob and Adrian came out and completed the proper inspections and knew exactly what was wrong. The prv valve. My replacement part was discontinued. Jacob and Adrian went to every plumbing store in town to find the part, and scoured the internet. It is no where. They did find a replacement part and modified it to fit my home. They are honest, and knowledgeable. The office staff, very professional and kind. I will always be a return customer because of the great customer service and the knowledge I encountered. Thank you Boss Plumbing. Now I feel at peace.

Needed a water heater that was leaking fixed. Martin came out. He was prompt, and the communication from Boss Plumbing (when he was on his way etc) was spot on. We needed to have our water heater replaced. Some of the items were not covered by American Home Shield. We were skeptical that we needed a permit, but the City of Henderson said we did. Overall, we got a new water heater installed and the old one removed with zero problems. I would say this is a good company to use for sure.

I had spoken to a woman in the customer service dept. about the issues that I had in my home, one was fixing my drainage in the shower and explained to the woman that my bathroom toilet kept running constantly . She said my Home Warranty don't cover that because it sounds like a handle issue.. The tech came out and fixed the drainage and asked him if he could tell me what's wrong with my toilets, he said they are running constantly and need to be fixed and said call your Home Warranty and have them put another claim in and we will come out and fix it. I called my Home Warranty about the situation and referred me to Boss Plumbing in which I was ok with. The appointment time was between 4-7. The tech called me at 7pm and said it will take me an hour to get to your house because I'm in North Las Vegas and your on the other side of town ( East Las Vegas) so I canceled the appointment with him and reschedule for a few days later. The new appointment was between 1-3 and never showed up nor bothered to call. I had canceled my appointment with them as soon I did Boss Plumbing called to ask why was my appointment time from 4-7 was canceled. Why would I not cancel, my appointment was 1-3 and again the tech didn't show up.. I feel tis is the worst company to be referred to and I will not refer them to anyone
Called them to come out thru my warranty company. Choice warranty is a joke as they denied my claim for leaking hot water tank. That's another review. Boss plumbing came out for exactly 2 mins and charged $85. I then told them it's still under manufacturer warranty and I would just have to pay for labor which I thought was fine. The. They tell me they have to charge me $150 to replace the old unit with the new one even tho it's covered under warranty. Scam big time. They would make money off the labor but try and gouge a customer for $150 on an item that's covers. Nahhh I'll pass when another company won't charge me $150. They already raped me $85 for less than 2 mins to take a pic and say it's leaking. Avoid boss plumbing.
Do not use this service . They were sent to my house in which I paid a service call. I had a hot water heater that kept shutting off . I had to keep resetting it. When the plumber arrive I had reset it . He refused to try to fix it because the heater wasn't shut off when he arrived . I provided him 3 times the code that came on when it shut off. He refused to believe me and refused to fix it . They weRe AWFUL! Attitude of Martin was he could care less and just left!! Too many other plumbing companies to deal with these guys!!
My water heater needed to be replaced and I was very fortunate to have Martin do the work. He is professional, knowledgeable and prompt, he is an excellent technician that really knows what he is doing. Thank you Martin. I will continue to use Boss in the future when I have plumbing issues.
Watch out for Bait and switch. I was taken for an agreed amount last year for a simple water line (pipe) repair. I agreed on an amount to start repair and another upon completion. They charged my credit card more than triple the agreed amount.
Javier was great. They had to get approval from the warranty company for a new water heater and we're able to get everything done in one day.
We had a leak from the inside of the water heater. Jacob was awesome. He arrived at our house same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, got approvals from our home warranty, and voila, next day we got our brand new water heater. Jacob is very competent and a pleasure to deal with.
We recently had a plumbing issue so we called our warranty and they had Boss plumbing come out.
Benny came and let us know what the issues were. Yes sadly it was more than one!
He gave us our options and I appreciated that more than anything. He also followed up after the first visit and we let him know the issue was was. He looked into it a little more and called our home warranty to get another service approved which uncovered an even bigger issue which sucked but the fact that he was honest and again gave us the temporary option as well as long term fix. We went with the long term fix which again sucked because of the out of pocket money but he was very professional and very responsive.

$950 for a $200-300 job; To set the tone, I'm so very disappointed I'm writing my first Yelp review.
I own a specialized contracting company and one of our Technicians reached out to Boss for an after-hours emergency; repairing a few feet of 2 schedule 40 PVC pipe, which was done effectively. However, after receiving the invoice and picking my jaw off of the floor, I called and eventually spoke with the Boss' technician, Johnathan and politely asked how he, arrived at $950 for 1-2 hours and $50 in generous materials/supplies? He immediately became unprofessional/hostile in his tone and delivery saying, You should've gotten more estimates. I explained, As a good ambassador to my client I'm unable to bill them back for this egregious (used much softer words) amount. He continued his unprofessionalism style and said, We don't charge by the hour (in this case $475hr including materials/supplies), we charge by the job and have a minimum fee. I responded, We're seeking partnerships with local providers as we have many opportunities and if you're standing behind the $950, this is the last $ Boss will get from us. His response was more of the same. In short, Boss/Jonathan is entirely unprofessional/hostile and essentially admits to openly gouging customers. Service provider behaving like Boss erode the public's perception of hard-working and honest skilled-trades.

We were SO impressed with Martin from Boss Plumbing. He was here barely 15 minutes and completed the shower handle repair we needed with parts sent from Moen. He wore his mask, booties, and knew exactly what to do. We highly recommend him.
I was referred to this company, like a lot of other people, from my home warranty company due to my 2 year old water heater flooding our garage. Plumber came out yesterday within the scheduled window. Told me about some of the fees and I was unsure about them at the time since I assumed with a home warranty things would be covered. Found out they were not but after doing a little research I discovered they were pretty common. Any way here is what Boss Plumbing and Benny did in the last 24 hours.
- Came out on time and did a diagnosis. Informed me of some of the costs.
- Contacted my home warranty company.
- Received approval from my home warranty company.
- Quoted me a price through my home warranty company.
- Showed up during the scheduled window today.
- Benny worked his butt off in the heat.
- Charged me exactly what they said they would.
- Replaced out hot water heater and gave us back our hot water in less than a day.
Not only that, but contrary to what some others have said, each time I called their office my call was answered in a reasonable amount of time. I am a satisfied customer.
First of all Choice Home Warranty assigned them to us.

I explained to my home warranty it was only the cartridge in my valve for my tub shower trim that was leaking .
I even asked if they cover it .
Boss plumbing called me very quickly , I have to give them for that one , because it was emergency , we had no running water. They accommodated us very quickly .
The problem is before they came out , I ask if my warranty coved that , they didn't answer my question they said they would have to send the plumber out.
Which I can understand.
When he came out he told my husband it was the cartridge ,he said my home warranty wouldn't cover it.
He said the work would cost $180 we agreed to it ,
figured he was already there so just let them do it.
Then he told my husband he needed the other $45 for the warranty charge , so now he wanted $ 225 wow just to replace a cartridge
When I called him on it , asked why he didn't give us the total price before he stared the work he just was rude and nasty . Told me it was the warranty fault and ours .
He needs to learn how to communicate should of told us it was $225 before he did the work Not after .
He was very rude
So I still have a no working shower .

Martin is the best, he came out at midnight on a Saturday night to diagnose and advise and then reported promptly to home warranty and just finished installing a new water heater before dinner on Monday, Thankyou Martin!
This company is completely incompetent. It took their plumber Luis 6 tries to fix my water heater....and he still did not fix it! After replacing multiple components on my water heater, he then said that I had no duct work venting my water heater to the roof. So that was all he could do and that I needed a ducting company to come fix my issue.
I then hired a contractor who came and had my water heater fixed within an hour. There was NO duct work issue whatsoever! All they did was replace the thermocoupling in the top of the heater. This should have been caught and fixed by a plumber very quickly.
We were without hot water for ONE MONTH because these professionals could not fix a simple problem that should have taken less than a day to complete the work on.
If you enjoy your sanity I would not use this company. I will NEVER use them again, no question about it!

The office gave me a next day AM appt even though it's a very busy season for contractors around town. Javier arrived on time, wearing a mask and was very helpful. Swapped my water heater out on the spot. Fair price, Not charging me for extras that I didn't need like other plumbers we're trying to do. Answered questions and explained process along the way. We got this company thru our home warranty for garbage disposal. The guy that came by was nice but here's the but! Our appt was 10-2. No communication as to why he wasn't here during that time. I called just before 2 to find out he'd be 30 min. late. An hr later no show no call, so i called again. He was involved in an unexpected big plumbing issue. I understand, but keep me informed. I shouldn't have to call. He showed at 530.
He changed out my disposal, but a few days later we found out that it was leaking. The hose to the disposal was not long enough because the new disposal was smaller in diameter therefore it wouldn't reach.
I called and their VM box is full. Really, for a business. The website says they're closed on weekends. I called monday and no VM again. Called at 8a and wow a VM. Cant they answer. Not very dependable or available. Would never use them again. Kept calling til I got VM. Left msg and no call back after an hr. Was put on hold several times for over 5 minutes the last time was over 10 min before I hung up, unacceptable. Asked for supervisor. If you want a company that really cares about your needs go somewhere else. Too busy. A sup came with a longer pipe. Then another leak the next day. The cross pipe was also too short. So had to wait a 3rd time for a plumber. What if we hadn't noticed for weeks...what an ordeal. They should have offered some kind of compensation.
Jonathan was the plumber who promptly arrived, made correct evaluations and fixed it. all. More importantly, he always had a smile in his face and a pride in the work he had fixed. I have never met any plumber like this: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, responsible, and polite. From now on, I will use just this company. Thank You!
No hot water for almost two weeks. I am at the mercy of poor communication between my home warranty company and Boss Plumbing. This started out with the thermostat flashing an error code. Plumber came out and cleared the code by power cycling 10 times and ordered a new gas valve from Whirlpool to be safe. Water heater worked for 8 hours. At the time the water heater was under warranty for supposedly one more week so the home warranty company had to use the manufacturer's warranty for repair / replacement. I called whirlpool to verify and they told me no it's expired already and we ordered the gas valve as a courtesy. I call Boss plumbing back and they said OK we will order a new water heater because how the home warranty should cover it.
New appointment created for Saturday 23rd to replace water heater. Right before the job the plumber called me and said the vendor Barnett was closed today so I can't pickup the water heater. Not sure why this wasn't thought of... Boss plumbing attempted to go through a second vendor Ferguson and was able to get a new P.O for Ferguson same day but by the time they got the vendor change approved from the home warranty company Ferguson was closed.
Rescheduled for Tuesday because Monday was too busy for them. Tuesday rolls around and plumber goes to pickup the water heater and Ferguson says they have no record of the P.O. (part order). I call the plumber and ask for the P.O. and he gives it to me. I call my home warranty and am on hold for 2 hours and find out what the correct P.O number is and looks like the plumber had the wrong number.
Rescheduled for Wednesday. Plumber goes out again to pickup the water heater. He somehow ends up going to the Henderson store to look for the part. I got on the phone with Ferguson and call their corporate office. I find out that they only deal in hot water heaters from the Valley View location. I call Valley view and give them the P.O. and the guy said oh yep we have the part ordered from that P.O. and we've had it since Monday
I call Boss plumbing back and say here's the location, valley view, here's the guys name, here's the correct P.O. just have the plumber go there and pickup the hot water heater and install it.
Plumber goes to Ferguson and guess what...It was not the right water heater for my house. It was ordered wrong. I called Boss plumbing back and I asked to talk to their customer service manager Mr. Garcia. Dispatcher said let me try and get a hold of him and I was put on hold. She comes back and says I found a water heater that will work for you in our warehouse and the plumber will bring it out tonight.
Plumber gets to my house with the new water heater and takes out the old one and does all the pipe fitting, pushes the new water heater in place and says well unfortunately this model will not fit because it's a power vent and not a direct vent. So now after 3 trips and two weeks with no hot water I'm back to square one.

Boss Plumbing is great! I called a previous plumbing company and their plumber came by 2 times and couldn't fix a broken drain pipe. Martin came and fixed it super fast. Great costumer service. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. Thank you guys

I have used BOSS plumbing numerous times now and EVERYTIME they are quick to get an appointment and know what they're doing. I always request Kevin because he's the best and gets any job done right! He is very knowledgeable with all the questions I have and does a thorough job. Ask for Kevin he is very professional!

Joe from Boss Plumbing came out to fix our kitchen faucet, he did a great job. He listened to our needs and was able to give us what we wanted. Joe is very personable, respected our home, worked very hard to satisfy our needs. I differently would call Boss Plumbing again.
We were quoted first thing on a Monday morning that someone would be here from then till the end of the day. Isaac came so promptly. He was incredibly courteous. He replaced our garbage disposal and did a phenomenal job. Not to mention he had it done very quickly. Highly recommend this company and they should be grateful to have Isaac on their team!

Boss is right. Benny is a boss!! He hooked me up and took care of me. I called to see if it was possible to get an estimate on some plumbing issues I've had with a sump pump/sink in my garage. It's been leaking and I was getting together cash for another estimate I got of $600 to pipe everything. Thank God I called Boss Plumbing. They came out SAME DAY and took a look. They ran some water and looked at the pipes and moved around the sump pump and boom it was working. It must have just been clogged or something. It was fixed, no $600. He does recommend piping the sink again and maybe in the future fixing things up but with everything going on right now saving money is a godsend. Benny, thank you so much for taking care of my and my home. You have no idea how much you have helped me out. I will always use you guys for future plumbing needs.

Can I please give ZERO stars! What a scam of a company. If you see Boss Plumbing come up in your Google Search, keep scrolling. If your home warranty company recommends Boss Plumbing, ask them to find another provider! You will thank me. So.... My experience: my hot water heater went out and I called my home warranty company. They contracted a third party plumber, (Boss Plumbing). When the technician came to assess the unit, he advised there would be a non-covered charge of $409 to modify the ventilation system. I agreed to the charges and paid the company the work was done. During the install, I noticed the workers had utilized the existing ventilation and the extra work was no longer needed. At this point, the worker advised me he would refund me $200 because the installation took longer than expected. Again, I agreed and the service workers left. The next day, the home warranty company contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the work.. I explained the $200 extra charge and was advised that all parts and labor is covered by the warranty. The warranty company then worked on my behalf to obtain a refund for me. Independent from the warranty company, I also contacted Boss Plumbing to request my money returned. Two separate people at the plumbing company refused to refund my money. In short, Boss Plumbing has $409 of my money and also got paid by the warranty company. TOTAL SCAM! Terrible terrible business practices.
Run as fast as you can from doing business with Boss Plumbing.
Be aware: I was given a time slot of 8am - 12pm, but the person on the phone also told me the plumber gets in the office at 8am, debriefs, gathers his stuff, then goes to the first call. It would be about 930a, maybe 10am before they get to you if you're the first client.
Why even include 8a-930a in the time slot if the plumber is not going to make it?
Waiting for the plumber to show up now... hopefully, they don't try to scam me. Should be an easy fix with the kitchen faucet.
Not happy at all with this company. Guy came out cut 4 large holes in my walls. Told me that he would have his drywall company call me, which never did. Every other word out of his mouth was bro,very unprofessional. When he left he called me from his cell phone told me that he forgot to caulk something and would be back at 5. 5:00 came around and didnt hear from him. I texted him around 7 and he said that he would come out the following day but never did, my husband just ended up caulking it and told him never mind.

I will never chose Boss Plumbing again. I found them via my home warranty company for a leaky kitchen faucet. The tech arrived promptly and on Sunday, which was a huge plus. The tech informed me my faucet had a lifetime warranty and he'd contact Moen. The tech did not turn off the water under the sink, nor did he show me how, it was a small leak at that time.
A week later, I called Boss for an update as I now have a significant leak under my sink. I was told Moen hasn't shipped or acknowledged the order. I called Moen and was told as I wasn't the original home owner the warranty was void. It had been ordered but listed me as the original purchaser, not true, so they cancelled Boss' order. Trying to save a buck by lying? not cool.
I called Boss back after I spoke to Moen and they said they'd replace with their $250 faucet or I could by mine for $350. I asked about just ordering the part which seemed like a novel idea to them. 4 days later I call Boss for an update (they never called back on any occasion) and was told the part wasn't available and I'd have to take their $250 faucet or replace mine (motion sensor) for $350. So I google the part, it immediately showed up as available at Lowe's for $19.98. I was told they couldn't locate the part, I guess their Google doesn't work as well as my Google.
I contacted Boss again (my sink is leaking like a sieve at this point, I had to have help over the phone to find and shut the valve off) and asked if I bought the part would they install it? Yes no guarantee, I might still have to take their faucet. The tech came and replaced the cartridge in about 10 minutes and told me they would replace the part I bought so I could get a refund at Lowes. The tech told my daughter I outsmarted him by finding the part. Wow, must be my awesome Googling skills.
I've heard nothing back (no surprise there) about replacing the part so I've called back today and asked about my replacement part. Waiting for a call back now, again. Bottom line, my sink was leaking for 2 + weeks when all that was needed was a $20 part from Lowe's and 10 minutes of the tech's time. I'm on my third week dealing with them over this issue, which should have been a no-brainer. I will never use Boss again
Boss Plumbing is always jumping for us anytime we call. As a property management company, their pricing and estimates are fair and accurate. They do excellent, fast work and we really appreciate all they do for us! Thanks Boss for being so reliable!

Kitchen sink leak turned out to be our disposal. Kevin called us enroute, and was here in under two hours. We were given replacement options. New disposal was installed in minutes. Kevin was friendly and pretty knowledgeable, and we even got our senior discount. Thanks Boss Plumbing!
My water heater broke 2 days ago at night (of course) and my home warranty had Boss Plumbing at my home the next afternoon. Luis was the technician and he was great. Since he came close to the end of business day, he wasn't able to get a replacement water heater but with some expediting calls on everyone's part, we got the home warranty to authorize the job in the morning and he came and installed the new water heater around 2pm. I have visitors and it was the worst timing for the water heater to go but Luis was great at helping me expedite authorizations so that we didn't have to go without hot water for more than 2 days and completely ruin my friends' vacation. Thank you!
I needed a plumber to come out quick. 7 other plumbers said next week. They rushed out, after 5pm and charged half the price other ppl charged. William helped moved the washer and dryer and was extremely helpful.
The tech walked off the job abruptly when I told him that we had requested a different anode to extend the warranty. He said it wasn't possible to do, and refused to wait for me to call the office. He came back later with the anode that we requested. When he quoted me $150+ for a $10-$20 water connector, I told him that we were told that the price was for RELOCATING a pipe. Rather than argue with him again, I paid the bill and called the office, believing they would right the wrong--particularly since we had questioned them about the purpose of the charge before we scheduled the appointment. Had they been honest, we would have ordered the part ourselves. I've been waiting to hear back from Gladys since August 3 when I questioned the bill. Do yourself a favor--get your own work permit to save $100+ off their price and buy your own water connector. They price gouge to perform home warranty work.
My home warranty sent them to my house. I called and scheduled an appointment they were supposed to come between 3-5. Nobody called or showed up to fix my hot water heater.

If I ever have plumbing issues again I will definitely use Boss Plumbing! Our upstairs bathroom was causing a leak in our downstairs pantry. I had another plumbing company come to identify the problem and give us an estimate but they were pricey. On top of that, they made it clear that the price they gave us may not fix the problem so we would have to have them come out again and try something else for another cost.
Martin (and Issac) from Boss Plumbing came today, identified the real issue, showed us pictures before they did the work to show us the crack in the drain pipe (once removed there were actually 3 cracks-which Martin showed us) AND repaired it all the same day in less than 2 hours. Not only that, Martin cleaned up afterwards and got us in contact with a company that could repair our dry wall. And THAT company sent a representative to take pictures of the damaged pantry ceiling while Martin was still there!
Great work, fast, efficient, and the price was fair. I don't usually write reviews but if you have plumbing issues definitely call this company first!
We are new to the area, someone from my husbands work recommended this company. Gladys w scheduling was lovely to deal with. We were scheduled w/in 24 hrs. She provided the tech's name and informed me he would call w/in a 1/2 hr of arrival. 15 min after my window began, Gladys called to lmk that our original tech had an emergency, but she could schedule a new tech, just a diff time window. I accepted. Benny was our tech. He was a fabulous communicator, phone calls and texts. He listened to our issues, solved them quickly, and let us know what to expect from Boss in the future.I highly recommend this company.
They came to fix two toilets and guess what? Both toilets still have issues, in fact one of them is now worse than it was before they came out here. Although our property manager company send someone else out to fix the main one they messed up, the smell they created is still there. I don't know how they installed whatever it was but no matter how much I clean it, the smell won't go away. Definitely wasn't like that before they touched it, especially since the main problem was a leak. Now, no leak just an awful smell. It reeks of their work basically. Not happy at all.
Jonathan & Jeremy went above and beyond the needed service - I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs. They where on time, professional and most important of all, got the job done perfectly.
After reading all the reviews, i prepared for the worst but it never came. They were efficient, on-time and did not have any surprise fees/bills. The last time my water heater went out, it was a terrible long 6+ day process. Well, my water heater was less than 1 year old (defective unit) went out again and i was expecting the same fees and run around but it never happen. I have to say from start to finish was only about 2 days (2 visits, less than 1 hour each)! I will have no problem recommending these guys.
BENNY came out after I called home warranty for a leak in my ceiling at 8pm. Yes it took them a while he explained the process to me and very understandable. You have to remember warranty has to contact them and then an operator contact the technician and then technician drives over. Also I was freaking out over the smallest leak so at first I can admit I was a little anxious and rude. It was just a gasket leak but he made sure to check everything just in case. He went out of his way to show me my main water valve shut off and taught me a couple things about plumbing. Even though I was rude at first he was nice the whole way through and I appreciated that due to it being my very first house. Was super helpful would call again.
Benny from Boss Plumbing was a life-saver! After a main line blockage caused by a broken backflow valve door got stuck in the main line in the garage Benny resolved the problem quickly when another plumber didn't know if he could get the broken piece out and left it to cause another stoppage and subsequently second flood. He was able to reach down and grab it by hand (with protection of course)!

This is the first time my home warranty has sent out a company that truly did not do their job. David came out as soon as I placed the call into my warranty company and immediately said that the wall needed to be opened up behind my daughters shower. He referred us to an emergency restoration company who came out, opened the wall and removed a piece of the garage ceiling as well. It spent 5 days drying. Once they removed the dryers I attempted to contact Boss Plumbing - my messages and phone calls went unanswered for 3 days. When I finally got ahold of them they needed an additional 3 days before they could get David back out here. David finally arrives and after a few minutes he says the shower is fixed. I went up to check it out and it appeared that water was still dripping. The pipe was not sitting flush with the next pipe which didn't look right. He had slapped some green gooey stuff on the pipe and called it a day. I reminded him that the entire wall has to be rebuilt so I needed him to be sure it wasn't leaking. He say's if it's leaking, just call me back. Would that be after I have the wall installed? Luckily, that night, I tested the shower again and of course it was leaking. I hired an outside party to come and fix it the right way. It took an extra 10 minutes but now it's done right and the wall can be rebuilt with no concerns of more water damage.

Poor service. My home warranty sent this company out to fix my leak and the tech that the company sent stated I did not have a leak...He did not even really check for a leak, he just put a hole in my ceiling. Needless to say, my pipe is still leaking. The guy said it was another probIem and we would have to fix it ourselves it was not covered. We spent 300 extra dollars for no reason, this does not include the loss of a days wages for my husband. I do not recommend this company.
I called Boss Plumbing this morning frantic because I had a huge leak come from somewhere in my front yard. Benny, the technician, arrived within twenty minutes to diagnose the source of the leak. He checked the water main and all surrounding areas and isolated that it was an irrigation issue and that I'd have to contact my Gardner. Although it's not in their scope of work he was so professional and made me feel comfortable during this ordeal. At my request, he quoted me on future work projects I have and the prices are competitive. I look forward to working with Benny and Boss plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs!!

I can't say anything good about their service because I made an appointment and they didn't show or didn't call. I have an email to confirm this as well. When a company does that to me they lose my business permanently. Don't make me wait all day and not even have the courtesy to call.
Im very very picky but hands down the company is great. Use them when I had fidelity home warranty and now that I switched to a new home warranty I can still use them.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Boss Plumbing. We recently had a hot water issue with our water heater.. It just wasn't as hot as normal, like where it would normally scald us was just warm, not even hot, and would cool off rather quickly. This company sent their technician, Joe, out to our home. He immediately identified the problem as being a gas valve issue, which needed to be replaced. But because it being a Saturday, and the place where they get their parts from was closing, he wouldn't make it, so he had to set up another appointment to come back with the part to change it out. This company completely worked with our work schedules. Came out after 4pm a few days later, replaced it quickly, and we seem to be in good order now. Joe is definitely an asset to this company. And this company knows how to work with folks' schedules, who also have to work for a living, and can't always take time off for issues like this.. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are supposed to be representing a home insurance company AHS and project themselves as high rise specialists per AHS. They literally couldn't get out, find the parking (went to the hotel next to the condo) then just left and have staff that cant find how to park. They then lied and never showed up the second day and just never got the work done. I am never seen such inability to run such basic logistics like this in quite a while. Yikes.
Boss Plumbing was assigned to me through my warranty company for a leaking faucet. To put it lightly, I have not had great experiences with technicians sent by my warranty company; Isai from Boss Plumbing changed that. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous. To be honest, I was very rude to him at first expecting the same treatment from previous technicians. He showed amazing composure and professionalism towards my negative attitude by ensuring me that he was there to help. In the end, he helped me to solve my problem and drop my bad attitude. Kudos to his great customer service and apologies for my unsavory attitude. Thank you Isai!

I guess customers times mean absolutely nothing... I'm almost afraid to let them do work. If This is an indication of their professionalism and ethics?? I don't want them to come back... Jonathan and Joe came out last week to check out a possible leak in the pipes. They were professional, funny, personable, and kind. Today Jonathan and his crew came out to replace the main water line. I was comfortable with the amount of knowledge Jonathan had and was not worried, but seeing everything get dug up was a little scarey lol. Jonathan and his crew performed above and beyond my expectations. I expected they would be here 8 or more hours, but they were finished in 6 hours or less. (the job included breaking the concrete, replacing the broken concrete, digging up the landscape, then fixing the landscape after replacing the pipes). They left with everything in order. They went above and beyond to do an awesome job! I am very happy with the work they performed and would recommend them highly. I look forward to calling them again to repair any future problems. I was assigned Boss Plumbing for my service call via my homeowner's insurance company and I am thankful for it. They called to set up the appointment in a timely manner. I was able to get an appointment same day(to fix my running toilet). Robert the technician arrived 45 minutes early, was very cordial and friendly and assessed the situation quickly. He fixed it to my satisfaction and was quite personable. Based on my experience with Boss Plumbing, I will recommend them to others and would use them in the future, if I need a plumber.

They took 7 days to install a small water heater for an apartment.
7 days. They even forgot about it until we called them to see what was going on and they had no explanation as to what took so long. And after it was installed, it still wasn't working so they had to come out again.
There's plenty of other companies out there that can do better work.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and don't use this company.

They lied about calling me and leaving voicemail's as to when they were going to show up. I was waiting around for them all day. Do not use this company!!!!

We experienced hot water recirculation problem. The inspection by Boss Plumbing was accurate and the problem was fixed in a reasonable manner. The inspection and the onsite repair work were appreciated.
Suddenly when we were running our water it sounded like Storm Troopers walking through the house, as my husband put it.
Benny came right out and listen and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He let us know he would be back the next day with the parts needed and fix it. He didn't lie, he was back and the Storm Troopers have left the building.
This is the second time we have used Boss Plumbing and would 100% recommend them.
STAY AWAY FROM BOSS PLUMBING!! I had a leak in my Rheem tankless water heater, so I needed a price to repair it. A free estimate sounded quite fair...until I got more than I bargained for. I was quoted $750 to fix the leak (I already had the parts, since the warranty covered them). I said that I would think about it and get back to them if I wanted to proceed. After the plumber left, I turned on the faucet for hot water in the house and only got drops. In the shower, there was no hot nor cold water at all. Somehow, when the plumber worked on trying to figure out where the source of the leak was, he did something which stopped the flow of water. Another Boss plumber came later to try to fix the problem, but he wasn't able to do so. I was told that I would still have to pay $750 if I wanted the leak repaired. There was no accountability for the damage that they had caused. I called and texted the owner, Jaime, but he never responded. I reached out to him again the following day and he said that someone would come by...but of course, no one did. Clearly, I am going with another company and will never deal with BOSS again!
My home warranty company sent these guys out. I had a major leak under the upstairs shower and had a flight out of town in less than 12 hours. They came out quickly, identified the problem, went and bought the necessary part, and made the repair before I had to leave.
The only downside is that they had to cut a hole in my ceiling to access the leak and they didn't have the equipment and/or licensing to fix it, so we had to have a drywall company come out to fix things. (Oddly enough, it was another plumbing company that came out, but they had the ability to do drywall as well.)
My faucet pipe had burst and I was without water for a few days in 115 degree heat. Benny from Boss Plumbing was the only plummer in the area to show up on such short notice and finished what I thought would be a multi-hour repair in a few minutes. He also fixed a clogged shower drain at an even faster rate. Definitely a lifesaver and would highly recommend. 10/10

After having an incompetent service come our home warranty company sent out Boss Plumbing to make another assessment. Very impressed with how Boss is using technology to communicate with it's customers keeping us up to date on the Plumbers arrival. Benny our plumber was very efficient and communicated all of the details to us and the warranty company in a timely manner making for an extremely awesome experience working with Boss!
