We have been customers of Focus Plumbing for years. They always are helpful, professional, friendly, and fair with their pricing.
Landon was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining what he was working on and why.
We continue to be very satisfied with Focus Plumbing and will continue using them when we need plumbing services.

Your driver (I posted the photo of his truck) just ran us off the highway lane (South on 215) into the median lane and has no idea because he was too busy on his phone to notice. We are traveling with our 6 month old baby.

Please make sure your drivers are being more attentive. Thank God, my husband has extremely quick reflexes and the patience and stoicism of a Saint.

Is this a scam???

My Rheem tankless water heater was not working so I called Focus Plumbing  to come diagnose the issue. Next day, Landon S., a technician showed up and found error code 11 on the indicator. So, he showed his price list for replacing the malfunctioned part is $341 on top of $69 diagnostic charge.

Since the heater is couple years old and still under a warranty, so I agreed to have it replaced. I addressed to the technician that I need a very precise details on the part that replaced  so I can reimburse the part's cost from Rheem. He accepted my proposal. I then went to the kitchen for less than 10 minutes and came back and found that the part was already replaced. He asked me to check for hot water. I checked and it worked.

He emailed me the receipt indicated the replaced part as ignition assembly and I sent to Rheem for the reimbursement. Rheem advised that Ignition Assembly is too broad and requested the exact name and the nit number of the replaced part. I contacted Joe Pressing, customer service manager, to issue a new receipt detailing name and unit number of the part. He issued a revised paper with a unit number.

I submitted the revision to Rheem and was told that the replaced part costs only $20.

I checked back with Joe and he replied You are not getting charged for the part. That is written on the invoice. Labor is included. That is written down.

I sent an email replied Are you saying that I was charged $410 for replacement of the $20 part?

Surely, I would not go back for their business in the future!!!

Update. My previous review was after speaking with their corporate office in Las Vegas. The builder of my home contacted the powers that be and Focus Plumbing from RENO (Dave) contacted me and was very pleasant and apologized for the negative treatment that I had received from Las Vegas. The plumbing rep in Vegas, well let's just say she definitely needs some retraining or exit papers. Dave from Reno sent out Bryce and Pedro to repair the problem. They were extremely professional and courteous. Bryce and Pedro repaired the problem quickly and correctly. Great service from Dave and Bryce and Pedro from RENO! Thanks so much.

Brandon at Focus Plumbing was quick and professional. I appreciate the same day service and will use them for my future plumbing needs.

He came to fix our tankless water heater, was fast efficient but most of all very friendly. He came during at difficult time for us and made the repair process very pleasant.

Focus plumbing was the Vender for our new Richmond America home. Our home inspector said our water heater was installed with a code violation.  He literally posted their terrible install on his page as a warning of why new home owner should get an inspection. The sink in the powder room was leaking. The faucet was loose and scratched. Their work is sloppy and dangerous.

The only reason I will give them a two star rating is because they did a descent job flushing our tankless water heater. We called the this week to address no hot water in our guest room bathtub/shower. They came out replaced the cartage and said we needed a new tub spout. I personally replaced the tub spout the day before. The bill was $600.00 which is high to begin with. I would not complain except when they turned off our main line they did not open a valve to easy the pressure when they opened it again. This caused my motion activated kitchen sink to blow the solenoid. The faucet was 18 months old and cost $850 new. I called Focus the let them know what had happened but was told they take no responsibility. When I asked for a good guy price to install the new faucet I was told it would be $349.00. I have recommend at least 4 neighbors to them in the past. I can tell you based on the attitude of the service manager we will never use them again. I let them know I would be writing a review and was told GOOD LUCK. Stay far away from these people.

We purchased a Puronics Water Softner system a few years ago and  was told by the rep that Ameritech would service us and just call them when needed. Well that turned into the rudest experience I ever had. The people in California who you call to set up an appointment make you feel like they have no time for you, while the local service tech does not even come to your house, but claims you live to far, but instead sends a friend who did not know what he was doing! Just after I felt cheated into buying an unserviceable water softner, I find Focus Plumbing!
They are reputable company who also takes care of the Puronics system. Yay! (Ameritech sucks)
The Focus Plumbing company are professional, punctual, helpful, extremely friendly and actually know what they are doing! The 1st person who came out was Adan. Very nice and answered all my questions and even loaded my brine tank with the salt. This was free service call to determine what needs to be done. The actual appointment to replace the silver component in the tank was done by Brandon. He came to my door told me how long it would take to get the job done. Again super friendly and very knowledgeable.  
Each time someone came out from Focus plumbing, I received a text message with a photo of the plumber and arrival time. They also wore masks.
I absolutely recommend FOCUS PLUMBING! What a great team!

Amazing company. My husband was my repairman and I lost him 4 years ago. It is so hard to find good and dependable people these days but Mike is amazing.

Silly company. Called to ask for a quote to install a utility sink and a pressure reducing valve on my home. They charge just to get an estimate. Funny how with both homes I own, the builders (Century Communities and Lennar) used Focus Plumbing to put in all the plumbing, and they still won't waive that fee. Guess that wasn't enough business for them. Couldn't even give me a quote over the phone even though on their website they advertise Straight Forward Flat Rate Pricing Will be taking my business elsewhere. Just booked with a different company that won't charge just for a quote.

Adan Ramirez provided great service and was very personable and knowledgeable. I was very happy with his work. I would definitely, recommend him to my friends and family.

Brandon at Focus Plumbing is our go-to guy. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He helped us decide on a water softener and was super helpful in explaining the differences. He was also honest about which one was best suited for us and why. Best customer service hands down.

We've hired FOUR other plumbers to come out and do this job and all of them said they couldn't but Mike came in and did it for way less than we were expecting to spend and without having to rip up my walls/ceilings! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a kitchen facet installed but plumber couldn't install the soap dispenser.  He didn't have a hole cover and left it open and got water all over the bottom of of cabinet.  Then, he accidentally broke my cabinet.  So incompetent I felt sorry for him.  Only charged me 300 for the damage.

As a retired Veteran, it was a profound pleasure to talk to a fellow professional again...both in appearance and demeanor.
To the job...first rate.  Rheem should be proud that they use Focus Plumbing to represent them.  I tried others for this job...no one would touch a warranty replacement the way FOUCS did...NO ONE...everyone else wanted me to get the water heater, get reimbursement from Rheem, etc.,...not FOCUS...they did it all...top to bottom...and it was done right...from the actual pluming work to cleanup.
Adan answered ALL my questions, listened to my concerns, advised me on the best way to do the job AND, AND showed me the PRICING...right out of his book...NO up sell or commission B/S...he gets paid by FOCUS, not on the extras he didn't try to wheedle out of me.  Man, that was refreshing enough these days...believe you me.
I cannot speak for others...but my experience with Focus Plumbing was A-1.

Our home warranty company sent three different plumbers to fix an issue with our tankless hot water heater. They couldn't solve the problem with hot water flow to our tub. Adan Ramirez listened closely and correctly diagnosed the issue as being an incorrect setting. He didn't try to sell us a née hot water heater as one plumber did. I will definitely call Focus first in the future.

We called Focus Plumbing 4 months ago when we had a blockage in our pipes and had a back-up. A gentleman came out the same day, was here about 20min. And the problem was resolved.
Now 4 months later the problem was back but worse. We called Focus Plumbing thinking they were so good last time might as well use them again. They sent a guy out the next day. He was unsure how to handle our situation due to our home being older. It was built in 1964. He spent a good amount of time just wandering the yard looking for a hidden clean out and unable to find one. Then spent over 4 hours trying to clear our line, after calling in reinforcements.  The 2 of them proceeded to break our new toilet in another bathroom with the snake from the master bath. They sent a camera down the drain that had not been cleared and then proceeded to tell us all of our pipes under the house were destroyed and quoted us $25,000 in repairs and left us telling us they had scheduled another plumbing company to clear the line because they weren't able to. They then charged us $700 for breaking our toilet.  saying after the other company came out  and cleared the line they would do the $25,000 job, ripping up all our floors and replacing the plumbing ect....
Next day, no one comes, I call and they never scheduled with the sister company. They forgot. Meanwhile we are stuck with NO PLUMBING!! We hear from a an employee from Focus Plumbing saying they don't want to have anything to do with our job and they will reimburse us for the $700. Which I was glad about. However we have yet to see the refund!
I called and scheduled with the other company. They come out that day and immediately head to the roof and clear the line through the vent. This evidenced to us that Focus Plumbing had no idea what they were doing. The camera also showed our pipes were not broken and line had been cleared. Charged us for their service, at reasonable price.
Focus Plumbing sent amateurs who knew nothing about plumbing to our house to overcharge and destroy our property.

We give Focus Plumbing a five star rating on Yelp, because we experienced wonderful, stress free, and fast service from beginning to end! For over a year we have lived in a home as renters here in Las Vegas. And for the entire time we've lived here our upstairs bathroom shower had very low water pressure and sometimes the water would turn ice cold right in the middle of showering. It was frustrating, to say the least... We finally had enough and then called Focus Plumbing. First, the woman on the other end of the phone line was kind and professional, and she gave me wonderful service by providing me with many available time slots for a service technician to come over. We set the appointment for the following afternoon. Our Plumbing Technician was Adon Ramirez. He was on time, polite, professional and he put his shoes in protective booties just as he entered our home. We found him to be patient, friendly and clear when discussing pricing and that made the process and our experience easy. The work needed was then completed promptly and we are so very pleased with his work. Adon Ramirez spoke very well of Focus Plumbing and appeared proud to work there. His service was exemplary! Thank You for making this plumbing repair issue and process pain and stress free for us.

24/7 I don't think so. I had a plumbing emergency. I called Focus Plumbing and I was told a technician would call me. That was almost 2 1/2 hours ago. No one called me. If you have a plumbing  emergency I suggest you give this company a miss.

We had a small leak from our ceiling that needed attention and Brandon was AWESOME!!! He not only explained everything he was doing, was upfront about need, priority, and cost, but he was extremely personable and had a fantastic attitude and exemplary service. He respected our home and cleaned up more than probably necessary when he was finished. Highly recommend, and thank you, Brandon!

As Legend L. stated as well we moved into our new home a few months ago and FOCUS Plumbing did all the core plumbing as well as the Water Softener hook-ups. Since then they have come promptly (under builder warranty) to fix a couple minor issues and the representative who arrived was awesome and fast to identify and fix the problem.

FFW to today: called to have our water softener (which works perfectly) moved temporarily due to a garage upgrade and they wanted $69.00 just to come and see what they already know is going to happen (reminder they did the core hook-ups and easy install). This fee is BEFORE any labor or work! So, we understand nothing is free, but even after explaining to the person on the phone she was adamant about charging the fee. With so much competition added to the ease of the job that THEY originally did we felt it was a thinly veiled cash grab.

Unnecessary and costs them a future client. We gave FOCUS 2 Stars based on prior interaction as a fair rating.

I called Focus Plumbing to provide an estimate to fix a water leak in my main line. Their proposed cost was extremely high and way out of line compared to other competent plumbing companies. I was quoted just under $10,000 to replace a 50 ft water main pipe between the meter and home/irrigation isolation valves. Their justification for the high cost was the need to relocate a few large landscaping boulders prior to digging the trench. Unlike other companies, the tech on scene was not the estimator. The tech was on the phone and sharing photos with a manager back at the office. When I asked what would be the cost if I had the boulders moved prior to the job, their response was take $600 off the price. Needless to say, I moved on and received three additional estimates, ranging from $3,900 - 6,000 for the same scope of work.

Focus and Brandon save the day.  My shower drain was soooo clogged, there was standing water.  Brandon came over immediately and fixed the problem.  He was professional and congenial.

Luis is awesome! Needed to add a handheld showerhead to both baths. He recommended some amazing Kohler showerheads since the Moen we had did not offer a companion handheld. They came the next day, applied $65 charge darin initial visit to today. He would have installed the showerheads last week but we wanted chrome and those weren't in stock. Installation was fast and Luis really took the time to explain care and maintenance with water conditions as we are transplants from Chicago. Highly recommend!

These guys are going straight to hell.  My 86 year old aunt called them because her garbage disposal stopped working.   They had installed it two years earlier in a brand new home.  They must have been the plumbers for the entire subdivision since their decals are all over the appliances.  They charged her $500 to replace the disposal.  I wish she would have called me but she just called the number on the sticker.  Do not use Focus for any reason.  They prey on the weak and elderly.

I had a real estate license for 10 years and referred 100's of people to Focus Plumbing and heard back from some of them that they were happy. Today I called to make appt. and they said they charge $69 to come out to give estimate and the price they quoted was about 4 times
the price for replacing the toilet tank mechanisms. I explained that when I
had them out before to replace the faucet in master bath they didn't charge me anymore than $100 for labor. The charge quoted today would be $400 for less than an hours work for 2 toilets labor only!!
Sorry I am disappointed that I will need to move on to another plumber!

A Bradford White Defender water heater that we purchased and installed by Focus Plumbing on 11/26/2017 busted this morning.  I called the number they left on the tank after install, and the person answering the phone informed us that it was about a $70 service charge.  The technician showed up without a water heater, even though they knew the size and model before hand (because I had to tell them).  Not sure why I had to inform them of this, must be that they don't have much of customer database?  The technician that showed up told us that it was going to be $916 dollars to install the new one.  This was disappointing, decided to go to Costco for a tankless heater setup.  This may be the solution for people in the Las Vegas area, it appears these things are breaking left and right.

Technician seemed disrespectful, and started accusing us of being upset with him... informed him that we understand that, we are all just doing our jobs... tried to explain that we were upset with the situation as we were under a different impression and he cut me off.  So when we asked to speak to the manager, he refused... insisted I call the 800 hotline, so I did that and the manager wasn't of much assistance either, explained in detail what the warranty does cover.

What we learned, Focus Plumbing has a 1 year installation warranty and our system didn't even make 2 years.  The water heater is under manufacturer's warranty, however if you do not use Focus Plumbing, they will not exchange it for you unless you pay the install fee of $916 dollars (30gal - 50gal + water re-circulating system).  We have a 50 gal. tank and re-circulating system.    We learned when one purchases a water heater, you must also purchase the labor to install it, as they do not sell or exchange them individually, it can only be a package deal (was informed by the manager that this is normal).  Call around before using Focus Plumbing and find out exactly what a 6 year warranty means.  If it doesn't include labor, best to skip it or look at other options.  We purchased this system from Focus plumbing for almost $2200, and it didn't even make two years.  The $916 was firm, they would not negotiate the pricing, however they did offer financing.  No need for that, $2200 was wasted in my mind, should have went tankless back in 11/2017 when this one broke.  

Contacted the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada.  Will also contact all the foreman's I know in the valley for the various home builders to let them know of our experience.  I also let the person know that referred us to use Focus Plumbing of our experience.  This person was very disappointed and after hearing of this, they also will not be using Focus Plumbing again.  Our next stop is the contractor's board.  If anyone else needs to file a claim, one may go to this website:

SUGGESTION: If you are interested in a water treatment system please use the plumbing company provided by the vender. You won't have to worry about unnecessary charges and you are covered with extended warranties.

This team really went out of their way to provide top notch service. I called their 24hr number and left a message regarding all of my toilets not flushing properly. Someone called me back at 7am and had someone onsite by 9:00 am. They stayed on task for the entire day to include the manager coming onsite for support while the responding plumber left temporarily to install a water heater for another customer. He returned as soon as possible, but the manager was near finished with the task. They honored the quote I received at the beginning of the day even though the job took 3x as long as expected.
Most professional and knowledgeable group of plumbers I've ever worked with. I even signed up for their Diamond membership.

The garbage disposal that they installed died after three years use. The operator at Focus says the warranty is expired.  The service call to just to look at it was $69. The technician was pleasant, efficient. Determined immediately that it needed to be replaced. The estimate to replace it was $500!!!! Called another plumbing service - the cost was a third of what Focus wanted!!! In the end, I'm out $69 for the service call, but I'll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid Focus.

I need supervisor to call me ASAP, I have had you guys Sevice my rental many times, my landlord has been ripped off so many times by your plumbers. I know surely they work off of commission which is not a good business model for your clients at all! Firstly, I had a plumber not put the bathtub in correctly after doing a job, then I had him inappropriately charge us for a garbage disposal job that was already fixed that same week when I told him that I just had it fixed and he said let me take a look at it, not mentioning that he was going to charge for taking a look at the job and off he went to look at it, all he did was turn it on! That was done and nothing was wrong with the disposal but we were charged for that! Then we had a toilet issue that you came several times for and never got the job done but charged $365 for the job, then came back today saying that it was cat litter in the toilet when how in the heck could he know and take photos of cat litter in a toilet that had feces in it?! Then show that to the landlord and tell me that he could not discuss the job or show me the photos that he took in my house???!!! He never asked permission to take any photos which is illegal. I contacted my attorney today about him taking photos and him saying that it is cat litter when that is impossible, who throws cat litter down the toilet and secondly I only use sawdust and corn for my litter! I am going to be reporting your company to the BBB and I'm discussing with my attorney about possibly taking you guys to court for libel when there is no way that he would have definitive proof that cat litter was put into a toilet and have photos to prove of such a statement. I need to hear from someone ASAP! I've been living with poop in my toilet for a month! Then the plumber wants to charge again for the job he didn't complete the first or the second time.

Be aware that the 65.00 service fee for coming out DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ESTIMATE FOR COSTS.  I hired them recently and made it clear that I needed an ESTIMATE for costs.  Granted, the technician was timely, courteous, professional, and clean (wore booties before entering,) however he told me I would need to spend several hundred additional in order to get a full estimate of costs.  I ended up going with someone else because I felt that I was misled, when I was assured on the phone that I could get an estimate for 65.00

Adan the representative from Focus arrived at the time promised. After explaining the cost of a water heater replacement, he proceeded to take care of the replacement. One hour later he was done, very clean install and left zero mess behind. Adan is a true professional and a great asset to the Focus team. Thank You Adan for getting me back in business.

Brandon did a great job detecting and repairing a leak in a bathroom wall. Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service.

Had a water heater go out Sunday 4/22 and Focus plumbing was highly recommended. Very disappointed. I called twice on 4/23,  once left a message on a voicemail and the second time spoke with someone but that person said somebody in customer service had to call me back. So I called another company who was out today diagnosed the problem, fixed it and water heater is up and running with a one year warranty on the work. Still haven't received a call from Focus. Definitely won't ever call them again for any plumbing needs.

Focus Plumbing is one of the best service providers in the Valley. Prompt service, professional employees are two of the great things about this plumbing company in Las Vegas. Focus Plumbing never has long hold times on the phone either. Donald was my tech today and he fixed the issue I was having in less than 30 minutes. He put booties on to cover his shoes, and really took care to make sure my house was taken care of in the way that I would. He was careful with his tools and respectful and honest.

My appointment window was from 8-10. Donald arrived promptly at 805 am. When he was finished I purchased the service contact through them which for a small monthly fee covers all Plumbing issues with you home. Really a great company with great employees that go the extra mile for their customers.

Focus plumbing came to my house because they originally did the plumbing in our house. I had a reverse osmosis put in & the plumbing under the sink was completely backwards. The lines were feeding the wrong way. The guy said they didn't do this. He was at my house for 20 mins and took out one tool, a flashlight. They charged me $90. Absolutely ridiculous

This place just charged me $350 to replace an igniter on a tankless water heater that they installed a few years ago. I guess the $2 part was covered under warranty but not the home visit or the $280/hour labor rate. WHAT A SCAM. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

We are exclusive Focus Plumbing customers! And this week proved no different than the past. We had woke to an outside leak on the side of our home. Within the hour Focus sent Jim out in the cold to fix the problem. The job was done quick and correct. They even handled the drywall repair! This is the second time we've used Focus Plumbing. Both experiences have been great. Today, Adan arrived promptly, was very polite, explained what the issue was, what he needed to do, and went over the pricing before he started anything. He was super knowledgeable and though he recommended what I needed to do, I did not feel like he was trying to oversell me or take advantage. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jim came out to my house today. He is honest and knowledgeable and didn't try and oversell me on anything unlike some other companies in the area. I plan on only using Focus from now on for my plumbing needs. Just say no to any other company!

Man did Focus Plumbing earn a medal. It all starts with an AC out in the middle of the Vegas Summer.  The plumbing issue was bad I had to turn the water off to the house...No AC and now no water. The AC took nine days the plumbing was fixed in a few hours. What is amazing is all the new pipes installed in a house that was at least 110 degrees.  Hats off to Focus Plumbing and I also signed up for the Diamond Club. when your last name is Vegas you just dont give 5 starts away.

Bought a new construction house in which Focus Plumbing installed the water heater and the water softener loop. So naturally, when I moved in and wanted to purchase a water softener I called Focus Plumbing. After all, their sticker was affixed to the loop (see pic). First, it took four calls to get anyone to help me. But second, and more important, I was told there would be a $69.00 charge for someone to come out and ensure that the water softener loop was properly installed. I was told by the rep on the phone that it did not matter that Focus Plumbing installed the loop -- I still had to pay the $69.00 charge. Needless to say, I contacted another company to have the water softener installed.

I used them again and Juan Figueroa came out to assist, he was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He reviewed the various options and gave recommendations for the issue I was having with my shower.  I would recommend him and would request him for any of my future repairs.

I have used Focus plumbing 4 times now. I have to say the people that work for the company are great. Fridndly and professional. I will use them again.
So why only 3 stars? Well. I had a problem with a leak. The house has a sprinkle system and I was unsure about the part. So i happily agreed to the fee for them to come out and look at it. Its a fare price.
It was the presure reduction valve. Its a simple fix. A part I could have picked up for under $100.00.  They charged 400.00+ for the part.  I feel thats a little high. + the service fee. So i saved the service fee and 10% by signing up for the membership. Out of pocket about $585.00
Expensive lesson to learn. Check for the parts before calling out anyboby to fix it unless its an emergency.

Jim / Focus Plumbing have raised the bar on plumbing services. They inspected our home and provide the utmost outstanding service. They are professional and friendly. I will certainly look for them for all of our future plumbing needs!

Legend L and the other one stars below should be thankful all they scammed out of them was under 100 dollars!  They screwed me out of THOUSANDS!!!  Just because I live in a nice house they figured I had money and ended up charging me THOUSANDS for parts I found on line for under $200.00!!!  If they can screw someone like that just for having a nice house I wouldn't trust them with ANYTHING!  The employees are very nice, they are just doing (scamming) as they're told to do by the owners!  TOO many other plumbers in town to risk these guys.

Adan was my service technician and was amazing! He was on time, friendly and explained everything to me in detail about the new water softener  and reverse osmosis system he installed! Focus plumbing is my go to plumber because they are the best! Thank you once again!

I needed to have a leaking anti-syphon valve replaced and our tankless water heater serviced.

I called Focus, and set up a time for a plumber to come out.  Jim showed up right on time.  He had a book with pre-set prices for most standard service items, and showed me what the work would cost.  He had everything he needed on the truck and completed the work about 30 minutes faster than he told me it would take.  Left the work areas cleaner than they were when he got there.

If you're looking for honesty, quality, and efficiency, I highly recommend Focus Plumbing.

Went out into garage and found water all over the concrete. The water heater was leaking, it was a Friday late in the afternoon, thought it would be a problem.  Called Focus and was told they would have a plumber at my house in a couple of hours.
As promised James showed up and was very professional, he explained the options and advised that there would not be any after hours fees.
James went to work on my problem and a couple of hours later I had hot water again!
I would definitely use Focus again and I would request James for sure!

I'm surprised there are no reviews about this company, yet!  Well,  I'll happily be the first to praise the good work Focus Plumbing performed on our property.  A few weeks ago, our water bill skyrocketed! When we learned it was coming from our main water line, Focus Plumbing literally came to our rescue.  Joe and Donald was a talented team, with lots of plumbing knowledge to keep us feeling good about leaving them with our pipes.  They were on time, professional, clean(until they got down and dirty with the underground problem,), and left the place looking better than they found it.  In fact, I think Donald found an old copper loose pipe left from a previous plumber years ago, deep in the ground. Crazy.  Thanks, guys for pulling that sucker out! We also found their prices to be fair, even after getting two other quotes.

Adan of Focus Plumbing installed our Water Filtration and Reverse Osmosis system in our home in Rhodes Ranch in Las Vegas.  Adan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he answered all of our questions with accurate and knowledgeable answers.  Adan installed the system on time, and in a very clean and professional manner, and he clearly and intelligently explained the system and how it works to both Liza and me.  Adan is impressive and professional and we would ask for him again for any plumbing job. I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have had Donald out several times over the past two years and every time he has come out he has fixed the problem that same day and had the parts needed on hand. Donald is honest and so nice! Will recommend and I am sure we will be using again... hopefully not to soon.

Do not call the number that is on your water heater. Total rip off. The only reason they have 2 stars is because of response time. They took care of everything same day. WAY over priced. Charged me $716 to replace my less than 2 year old water heater THAT THEY INSTALLED. I tried to ask for a cost breakout and is all they would tell me is that it's a flat rate pricing consisting of a $69 service fee (totally reasonable) and $647 flat rate warranty replacement fee including material, labor, exchange fees, permits and inspections. Well, still have no permit or inspection and they didn't replace the insulation that was around our unit either. They have 180 days to get the permit and inspection and boy do they take it. We're working on day 50 already. What a rip off. Will never call again.

Everyone from Focus Plumbing from the receptionist to the plumbers deserve 2 thumbs up . Not only do they show up within the window time frame they set up but they show up prepared to do a great job . Before digging the trench to lay a new water pipe they payed plastic sheeting on the lawn as not to destroy our yard . They worked almost no stop and did everything from digging a new trench to rerouting the new water pipe into our garage , replaced a corroded shut off valve , removed all large rocks from the dirt before filling in all holes , left our lawn almost as good as before they even showed up , swept our sidewalk and tested everything before leaving . I highly recommend FOCUS PLUMBING if you want your repairs done efficiently . They are not cheap but, you get what you pay for and we got a plumbing company that we trust . Highly recommend focus plumbing! Jim was really nice and very helpful! He gave us some good tips and I felt like he genuinely cared and not just there to get money. Give them a call for all your pluming needs.

Focus is the construction plumber for our development.  We had an inconsistant sewer smell coming from the studivent under master sink.  We complained to builder's customer service rep for almost a year with no solution. We felt that he prevented Focus from fully investigating.  We think we were the first model with a different bathroom layout than prior builds. Finally the owner stepped in and suggested a direct vent to the attic.  Josh was able to rework the plumbing and we are sewer smell free.  The drywall and paint team were excellent as well. Thank you Focus for solving the dangerous problem.

We only use Focus Plumbing because of there knowledge and experienced staff. Plus the quality of there worksmenship is  always an A++.if you are serious about taking care of your home then you need to call them so your house is professionally covered.

Called Focus and spoke to Stacy... told her about my toilet leaking and emailed her with the photos of the part that cause the leak. Next day they send Dennis to take care of the problem, very professional field tech. / helpfulI staff !!!! I highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

rip off, sleaze come to mind. called them out to install a new kitchen faucet i purchased. office told me $69.00 service call , job to install was $259.00+69.00 ?  asked the plumber to leave my home and paid the $69.00 service fee. no need to call or use focus plumbing  in the future!!!
there also more interested in up selling warranty's than being honest!

Had glass clogging my disposal and technician Adan diligently worked to clear the jam. I was impressed by the fact that he put a mat down inside the door and put covers on his shoes! I also appreciated the quick diagnosis and straight forward pricing. Adan kept working at the clog until it was fixed properly. I really appreciated his hard work and not giving up until it was done right.

This company and staff are the Best in Las Vegas.   So very professional., so knowledgeable.

Chris w/ Focus Plumbing came out this morning to help diagnose an issue of a tapping noise in my master bathroom.  He was not only patient with digging deep into the issue also with my 5 year old daughter that really wanted to help (she was the flashlight holder).  Chris was not afraid to reach out to his supervisor with audio and video to help figure out the best way to handle the issue.  I appreciate his diligence and patience very much.

WOW! The only words I could get out of my mouth when I called my husband to tell him how impressed I was with Focus Plumbing. I needed a water heater replaced and was shocked when Juan arrived at my door.  I cannot count how many service people I have had at my door in 30 years of living in Las Vegas and never before have I seen the presentation by Focus Plumbing. Impeccable dress, midday and shirt was finely pressed, promptly fitted clean boot covers PRIOR to entering, not the covers from the previous calls that other service companies have tried in the past.  Very professional, pleasant greeting, and explained everything he was going to do and provided me with a very fair price.  I have two heaters in my home and the heater in question was in a closet accessible from the outside. 4 years prior this heater was changed and the pan underneath the heater looked like it had been folded and unfolded to get it in. Juan explained everything he was going to do and said he would clean up the prior installation.  After completion he called me out to review at which time he presented all that he had done detailing what was corrected. Other than the impeccable work I would not have known anyone had ever been there.  The space was cleaner than ever, no damage, and workmanship second to none.  I happened to be outside and looked at his truck since many service company vans give you an idea of what your work space is going to look like upon completion.  A food service truck should look like this!  The most organized truck I have ever seen and you could have eaten off the floors, I'm telling you it was unbelievable!  He then outlined the work performed on his IPad, had me sign electronically and was off to his next VERY fortunate customer.

Any service company in Las Vegas would do well to drop by and buy these guys a cup of coffee to see how a service company is operated.  I can assure you there won't be another plumbing company set foot in my home other than Focus Plumbing!

My house is 17 years old so lately there have been a few issues...After a few misses I decided to call Focus Plumbing...Their service is very fast, friendly, professional and most of all get's the job done right the 1st time..Pricing was very fair...I would highly recommend Focus Plumbing to anyone from building your own home to fixing emergencies in an existing home to doing remodel work...

Focus Plumbing did all the work for our house when it was being built so we have called them a few times when we had issues. They have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They said they would come between 8-10am and Adan showed up right at 8, got the work done quickly, and explained everything I needed to know to prevent it from happening again. I will not use anyone else.

My water heater just  leaked causing me to take a day off. The water heater was installed in July 2012. However the water heater was manufactured in 2008. The water heater has a 6 year warranty from the date of manufacture. However, since Focus Plumbing installed a water heater 4 years old I only got a 2 year warranty, due to their unethical business dealings. Please be aware of Jeremy and the rest of the company. What a terrible and deceptive way to treat the public. I am also a U.S. veteran. Shame on Focus Plumbing. Do not hire them!

Focus Plumbing is my go-to plumbing company. Jim, is the technician who was able to diagnose the problem with the hot water side of my master bathroom tub, when two other loan plumbing companies could not. Now, we finally get to enjoy one of the best features in the house. Jim took the time to diagnose the problem, order the appropriate parts, then follow up to see that the repair was completed. Thanks to Focus and Jim for following through, where the other companies were just looking for a quick, easy fix, and off to the next job. Plus, Jim put his booties on when he entered my home, and took them off and on as he entered and exited...a real plus in my book.

I called Focus Plumbing for an issue I had where our hot water was coming out as cold to lukewarm water. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will use Focus Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

Fast service but way overpriced. I was in a pinch being out of town and having renters in my home. There was a small leak coming from the master toilet. First of all they have a non-refundable service charge of $69 which is fine except they don't apply it to work if you have it done. I have never heard of this before. Every service company I have used will apply it towards the cost of the job. The total to replace a $5 gasket was $322!! I found this to be unreasonable but they were able to come out the next day and have it fixed in under an hour. Being that I have renters in the house and I was out of town-I was at their mercy.  I will do some more research and find a more reasonably priced company next time.

Focus plumbing is my go to for any plumbing repairs. I have used them for remodels and they are always professional and courteous. They always keep my informed and stay on budget. Even after the job is complete if I have any issues they take care of it.
