I had a 15 year old hot water heater that stopped working.  I called Hips at 9 am and they came out within an hour and a half.  First they confirmed that the hot water heater was in fact not able to stay lit.  We discussed options and determined that a replacement hot water heater would be the most cost effective option for me.  I had hot water shortly after noon!

They were professional, efficient and left the area in perfect condition.  I will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I live out of state and needed repairs in my North Las Vegas property.  I had a different plumber come out but was not happy with their diagnosis.  I reached out to Hips and he went out and was able to assess the needs.

His estimate was thorough and his pricing very fair.  He gave great service and I will definitely be using Hips again if needed.

These guys are the best!  Our dishwasher wasn't draining, made an appointment online for a 2 hour window, when they were running late I got a call to let me know they were about 30 mins out.  Nick quickly diagnosed the problem with the air gap, was done in 15 mins.  Asked if I would be invoiced, he said no, they wouldn't charge for it!  Great to know there are still honest hometown companies out there!

We had Hips do quite a bit of work, and it wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed that I have issues. We had them install a gas line, new water valves in the bathrooms, and relocate three water lines in our kitchen. My issue lies with the water lines in the kitchen. They did pex tubing and didn't bother to secure the lines anywhere in the walls or rafters, so when we use hot water or turn the water line off there's noise. We had family over and they were asking why our water lines were so loud when the dishwasher was on. I wish I'd have use copper and soldered them myself. Given the cost I expected better quality work done right. Now that the sheet rock and cabinets are in the noise would be far too costly to fix so we live with it and hope there aren't more issues down the road.

Woke up to a river running in our front yard from gushing water.
Called Hip's Plumbing at 4:30am and spoke to a live person, which I wasn't expecting.
I was notified that a tech was on the way just a few hours later.
Tyler and Cody arrived and went right to work. They located the issue right away and explained what needed to be done.
The repair was taken care of within 2 hours and the water back on. You would never even know the yard was dug up.

Everyone I have spoken with at Hip's has been nothing but professional.

I will definitely be keeping their number to use in the future and my neighbor came over to also grab a card.

Nick from Hips plumbing is an awesome technician.  Professional, personable and reasonable.  

I would defintely recommend these guys, especially if you have tenants.  They'll give you a quote and they are not pushy at all.  Even recommends certain easy things can be done by yourself, but if you need a pro to do it...use them.

These guys are great. Fast, polite and professional.  So far I've used their services twice. The first time to install a couple of toilets. The second time to replace an outdoor hose spigot. Will continue using their services for whatever pops up.

This company is A+ in every way! My 81 year old dad asked me to find the best Plumber in the area and I found these guys. My dad literally said wow I have never used a company this great before. Nick came out and asked what we were looking for, suggested a toilet that fits his needs and went and picked it up and was back in an hour to install it for a great price. Definitely our new Plumbing company!

Hip and his crew are very professional and take pride in what they do. I had a water heater go out and when they came by to look at the issue the team member gave me my options with no pressure on either one. After deciding to go tankless, the process  was simple and was handled same day. Overall I felt very comfortable with them and the job was professionally done leaving my garage where the old tank was even cleaner than before! Highly recommend!!

I had to get my entire shower tile re-done and the installer put me in a situation where my plumbing was no longer lining up with the wall properly. It's amazing how something so small can become such a large problem. Nobody else had the answers except HIPS. They showed up ON TIME for their appointment (which was very easy to make and work with my schedule), were friendly and efficient. Their #1 concern was getting the job done right and that I was happy with the end result. Companies like this are very rare (especially in Las Vegas) and I won't call anyone else for anything plumbing related.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called with an emergency ON 4th of JULY evening around 7:30pm!! Not only was I expecting to not get a response BUT I did!! A full thorough conversation exchanged about my issue that me and my husband decided to do with our fridge waterline and caused a leak everywhere every time we turned the water on, otherwise we'd be without running water. The gentlemen I spoke with was so helpful, & didn't even hesitate on the fact that he would try to help us (*on a family holiday evening) with our emergency as soon as I send my address over. I could even hear in the background he clearly had his own celebration to enjoy himself. Turned out, within those 20 minutes of panicking, my husband was able to fix it after all and we didn't end up having to use his services after all! But I really wanted to be sure I left this review for the kindness of this company just answering my call and even bending his ear of professionalism on such a popular day of the year for us all! Knowing he would've come on our request on such short notice. Based on this reliable feeling of an experience, i imagine the work itself would've been just as great if not better. IF we are ever in need again of plumbing, i already know who we're calling!! I just want to say THANK YOU for that. (& I hope you were able to enjoy your 4th of July with your friends and family despite our call!)

Wow!!! What a great company to do business with. They gave us a free quote with reasonable prices and was able to get our issues fixed within 2 days. There were no alarmism/scare tactics or hard sales pitches like another company that came to quote us.
We had 2 toilets replaced, a damage water line replaced and an old unused water system removed. Jeff explained everything and answered all our questions and then some. He looked at our water softener to make sure we had enough salt in it and explained how we should maintain it. After the repairs they left the house clean and organized, leaving the manuals to the new toilets for us and combined the carboard in the garage for us. I can't say enough good things about HIPs!!! Thank you for making our plumbing repairs easy.

This company is top of its class when it comes to knowledge, professionalism, competitive rates, and communication! I thought I would be able to complete a simple job of replacing my shower fixtures. Mannn was I wrong!

Here's how this timeline went:

Called at 1:40pm. Jose offered help over the phone and to send a licensed plumber over today / same day for a free estimate.

Filled out the appointment application via text at 1:45pm

The legendary, Jeff, arrived promptly at 2:25pm. He saw the mess we made attempting to install this ourselves, and offered to get everything done for us on the spot at over $200 less than the plumber from my home warranty company's vendor. Jeff explained his work along the way as we were curious where we went wrong. He had an amazing energy and attitude where you can truly see how passionate he is about his career, installed everything, cleaned everything better than it was before he arrived!

I'm completely blown away by this company and will refer them to all my friends, family, and clients here in Las Vegas (I'm in mortgage / real estate). After Jeff finished, he helped us with a fridge water line (just closed escrow on this house a couple weeks ago) and also explained how to install our reverse osmosis water system. I will be reaching out next week to have him install this as well.

I just moved to Las Vegas and like others who have just moved here, looking for an honest and reliable plumbing company could be a daunting task.  I went for Hips because of their excellent rating on Yelp and it did not fail me.  From the start, Hips Plumbing had been straightforward with work that needs to be done and at a reasonable price.  I had them install a tankless water heater and it was professionally done.  Thank you Hip and Jeff.  On top of that, the work area had been thoroughly cleaned as if they never worked there.  Also, I had a problem with a gas line to my pool heater and I asked Hip how much he would charge me to repair it.  Basically, he said it's on the house.  Wow, I was elated by his response.  Again, thank you Hip.  So, if you need an honest and reliable plumbing company that would go for the extra mile and not charge you an arm and a leg, go for Hips Plumbing.

I am so grateful to Hip's Plumbing. They were able to promptly schedule an appointment and came by on two separate days to fix all of the issues with the plumbing and gas in the fixer we bought, which had been badly neglected over the years. I have a rental property, and there were plumbing issues I came across in Hip's plumbing based on reviews. According to our renter, they just told me the toilet was clogged until the technician arrived, and there were numerous issues more than just a clog. The technician called and said tree roots found their way to the toilet, causing the blockage and breaking the pipe underneath it. The technician did a fantastic job clearing the roots and repairing the pipe. I've also decided to get a new toilet installed through Hips. They may be better prices out there, but for the quality of work and professionalism, it's worth it. I've attached pictures of the work that was done.

I never expect to have plumbing issues.  But one of my worst nightmare as a homeowner is water damage!  So when I did have plumbing issues I used to call AHS and it never fails that they send the worse companies over.  

So not wanting any more bad experiences, I looked around for a plumber and Hips Plumbing caught my attention.  I decided to give them a shot and a person named Jose answered the phone.  I had set up an appointment a few days ahead because I called as soon as I saw a leak.  They were good as far as seeing if I was available sooner so we can get an assessment done at least but unfortunately I had to work.

So far they've been professional which I liked a lot but the real star of the experience was when Jeff came over to assess my situation and give me my options.  I couldn't replicate the leak prior to Jeff coming over and so when he did, at one point he said something along the lines of bro,  it's completely dry up here.  But after having the water run for 20-30+ mins long, he noticed it had nothing to do with plumbing and it was something else.

I'm excited to have found a company that puts transparency first.  I felt bad Jeff and Hips Plumbing came over without having to do any work on my house.  At the end it felt like I wasted their time.  I wasn't charged for Jeff tearing a hole in my ceiling to look around.  

If you guys need a plumber or plumbing services, call Hips Plumbing ASAP.  Thank you again Jose, Jeff, and Hips Plumbing.

I'm so happy we found Hips Plumbing! My husband and I met with the plumber our contractor works with but immediately disliked the plumber, he was arrogant and degrading to his guys. So without even seeing the estimate we already knew we wouldn't be using him, then I found Hips! Tyler and his sidekick (wish I remembered his name) were always on site when they said they would be and were always responsive when we'd send a text asking what we needed to order for our reno. Our contractor and his electrician were a fail but the plumbing job was the easiest and smoothest transaction of the whole reno. We never had an issue with them in the 5 months we dealt with them. We've now used Hips on our other homes for inside and outside  jobs and will continue to use them. If you're looking for a plumber to use on your reno or on any plumbing job, I highly recommend Hips Plumbing!

I am so grateful to have come across this company. My main water line broke and I did not have running water . Jeff came over to my house explained the problem and the solution he addressed all my concerns. His team that came out to dig up the trench and run the water line was amazing as well. The work was intensive a lot of rock , roots, gravel they had to break my concrete to gain access to my sleeve it thankfully worked out perfectly and they got the job done fast and put my front yard back together filled up the concrete and passed inspection . HIPs plumbing not only came and made an emergency repair of my home water heater, but ensured I received the warranty swap and under bid another local Las Vegas plumber by 50%. The techs were clean, friendly, and knowledgable. I recommend and will be using them for annual flushes of my water heater since I use a water softening unit.  Great job HIPS!

We had a problem with our water on one side of the house getting warm but not hot. Turning up the temperature did nothing. Also had a secondary tank that was solar heated and the room with all this plumbing looked like a science project gone bad.  Had Hips come out and diagnose the problem.(bad valve)  We requested the solar tank be removed and all the plumbing associated with it taken out. It wasn't functioning anyway it turns out, as we had suspected. Needed a new recirculating pump too.  They were prompt, courteous and solved all of our issues.  They left the area spotless.  We do not hesitate to recommend them 100%.   Good communication and prompt service.

Hips Plumbing is the 4th plumber I've used since moving back to town and will be the only company I use going forward.

I've spent thousands on phantom fixes from other contractors, and Hips is the only company who advised against, instead of pushing towards, unneeded, costly repairs.

I used Hips service today and was pleased.  The techs were, Jeff and Eduardo. They were both very professional, like master and apprentice.  I forget who was who, but the slightly older guy knows his craft! He fixed the main water valve in my garage, sink in my bathroom, and adjusted my water heater. I was so comfortable with these gentlemen in my home, I would have them back at anytime! Bottom line..things are fixed, and I feel relieved! Thank you both so much.  I really do recommend this company!

Kudos to this company. They deserve five stars and more. I've used them three times and will continue to use them as my go to plumber. Jose is always available when we call and responds quickly.  Jeff is quite possibly the best plumber I've ever dealt with and his assistant Eduardo does a fine job too. Had a rusted garbage disposal flange most likely due to a different company install; Jeff and Eduardo came out and removed the disposal, replaced the rusted flange with a new one from Moen under warranty and reinstalled the disposal perfectly. The second job involved water backing up into our kitchen sink on a Sunday night. Jeff came out the next day early and found the problem immediately. Just a 26 year buildup of stuff in the main pipe which he augered out completely. Made the pipe look like new. The third job was a removal of our leaking 26 year old Manabloc plumbing system and replacing it with new pex piping and installing angle stops at all the sinks and toilets. I was amazed at how hard they worked to get the job done in less time then I was told would happen. Great job and amazing results. Highly recommend Hips Plumbing to anyone Looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

I saw this plumbing company in yelp with good reviews, so I decided to hire them.  Family owned company, run by Father and Sons.  I highly recommend this company for many reasons.  They fix and reinstalled 3 complicated toilet bowls with handheld water bidets, installed water softener for the whole house and installed a drinking filtration system.  This is not the reason why I am giving them 5 star, having done all that, the company's professionalism, fast response and most of all giving me assurance and safety of their job, makes the company one of Las Vegas Best Plumbing Companies you can relay on.  Thank you Hip and Sons!

I called Hips Plumbing because I thought we
had a water leak. I called on Saturday, Dec. 31. He said he could come out on
Monday Jan 2. I told him I was worried about a possible leak inside the walls, and asked if there was any chance that he could come out on New Year's Day. He's awesome! He came out on New Year's Day. After a diagnostic check, he assured me that the leak was from the landscaping. He was right and my landscaper fixed the leak. Now my water bill is back to normal. I plan on calling Hips Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet. Thank you so much, Hip.

They gave me an open ended estimate. The house has kitek plumbing. It need to be replaced from the street. In 2007 It was supposed to be redone by a nowq out of business company. They just changed the fittings. These guys gave me a price that didn't include the whole house and to the street.Anything that was longer or that could be more labor or material could be charged. Total bull. Stay away

A+ service. I requested a quote to upgrade my water heater, washer and dryer drain lines and secure master shower valve. Jeff responded to my request in a timely matter and assessed my property. He provided honest quotes for each job.

I had discoloration on my kitchen ceiling, which I assumed was from my bathroom upstairs. HIPS came out the very next day (they called to see if they could be there earlier than my appointment time) and cut a hole in my ceiling and confirmed it was the toilet upstairs. They replaced my toilet, and also reinforced the flooring underneath because it had started to collapse due to the leak. I believe they were only there for just under 3 hours. To be transparent, I'm a new home owner and this was my first big issue. So I cannot compare pricing. However, I feel I was charged fairly. The 2 gentlemen who fixed everything were very nice and informative. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I had a shower drain leak upstairs with water going through downstairs ceiling. Hips arrived on time for our early morning appointment (initially tried to assist me over the phone but I wasn't able to get it done due to lack of plumbing skills) and was professional and friendly.  All I needed done was a shower cartridge replacement, but he was quite meticulous in going about this task.  Hips was also nice enough to thoroughly clean a clogged up shower head for me without charging extra for it, which I really appreciated.
Hips Plumbing will be the first company I call should I need any plumbing work done going forward.

Lost all water to kitchen sink. Needed new faucet. Called Hips for help at noon and then purchased faucet. Hips team arrived at 2pm and finished by 3pm. A few weeks ago I came home to my water heater leaking with a huge puddle of water around it. As a homeowner, full time working parent, I was already dreading having to find someone trustworthy and reliable to fix this asap. I had heard of Hips Plumbing previously so I googled them and a then a few others but I went with my instinct and called them hoping they would answer because it was already late in the day. Jose answered the phone and provided great customer service at that time, scheduling me for the next morning. By the way, super easy and convenient being able to enter all my info over the phone. Tyler and Cody got to my residence bright and early, checked out the issue and Tyler explained my options without making me feel any kind of pressure. I made my choice and they got to working, brought everything up to code and left the space looking better than before. They were very professional during their entire visit. I definitely would recommend Hips Plumbing to my relatives, friends and anyone looking to support a small but professional family owned business.

I had them come out originally to have my shower drain looked over because of an odor. I ended up having a cracked drain. Jeff was beyond helpful to understand the process of what needed to be replaced. He came the following day because I worked and couldn't get the drain fixed the same day. We called Hip's Plumbing primarily due to their HIGH RATINGS to fix a few things in our new house.  First time for us since we just moved here to Nevada.  I was shocked that they would be out in less than 24 hours and that there was not a service fee for this estimate on these items.  This was the case whether or not we chose to use them.  Our reverse osmosis water system had issues and our washing machine connection leaked.  In addition, we needed 2 toilets removed and new ones installed along with adding a new water line in our garage for a refrigerator and fixing our non working water dispenser/line in our house refrigerator.   Jeff reviewed all items that needed attention and gave us an itemized estimate for all or part of the work to be done.  Plus, he could get started right then and there!  We chose to hire him on the spot and he began working immediately.  He completed all items and did an amazing job on everything especially the new toilets.  Best grouting and finishing we've ever had.  I have already referred HIPS and Jeff to my next door neighbor who may have already called him, best friends and also yesterday to the Best Buy employee who was doing an installation in our house as he too wanted his card after I raved about the company and Jeff.  You will definitely be hearing from us again should the need arise...  Thank you HIPS Plumbing for being out there and for being so thorough and accessible!

Our kitchen sink was backing up, whenever we showered or bathed upstairs. They came out the same day I called, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate and all repairs were completed the same day! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They even tolerated our obnoxious dogs.

I called best air to have them come out to give me a quote for Shower leak.
and They came out to the house in a timely manner and went over everything with me about the leaks.  The Young Eduardo showed me what i did wrong and explained to me my mistake in doing a DYI . after realizing that ask Eduardo to might as well replace  3 bathroom shower knob cartridges  just to have a piece of mind .  other suggestion by Jeff and he is 100% sure 1 bathroom ceiling leak was cause by a shower drainage ,  i didnt get that fix yet  im gonna get Hips Plumbing as soon as my schdule is available .i hope when i call Hips i get this 2 Guys again  with to fix my shower drainage.  Jeff even promised to give me a discount .  Thank you Jeff and Eduardo .

Today I was completely impressed after I called for service from Hip's Plumbing. Hip returned my call right away and explained that he was busy on a job but asked how he could be of service. I explained that I had an error code on my tankless hot water heater. He continued to help me fix it myself through text messages and pictures. Hip would call and help me through step by step until it was up and running again. Who does that now adays?. I can't recommend Hip Plumbing enough. A great Yelp review is the least I can do. If you need a plumber call hip, he does great work and is reliable and trust worthy.

We had a small leak coming from our upstairs shower into downstairs kitchen. I reached out to HIPS on their website and they responded right away. There was no charge to have someone come out to look at the issue, which was a plus cause I always get more than one estimate. Our tech was Tyler and he was awesome! Being female, I have had techs come out and talk to me like I am an idiot. Tyler was very straight forward and didn't try to up-sell anything. He was able to diagnose the source of the leak and told me that I needed a new shower drain (had 1 company tell me it was the P Trap and another say it was the shower pan). He replaced it in less than an hour and it was fairly priced. Its been about a week and everything is great. Will def reach out to HIPS again and request Tyler!

We had a serious plumbing problem last night (Friday) involving one of our toilets and a water softener. My wife started calling plumbers based on a google search. Either they didn't answer or didn't call back. The one who answered said he would call this morning (Saturday) but did not. My wife took to Yelp and based on so many fantastic reviews called Hip's Plumbing this morning. She spoke to the owner, Hip, who answered the phone himself. A few hours later, our plumber, Tyler Willard arrived.

Tyler was friendly, professional, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. He took a look at our problem and explained to us what our options were and the cost of each option. There was no hard sell. Both the toilet and softener were in bad shape. We were given the prices of all the options: patch them up and repair vs replacement. Tyler was respectful of our financial situation and did not try to hard sell. He gave us the pros and cons of each option. He offered to leave the room to let us discuss this privately (Tyler is a class act) but it wasn't necessary. We love the house and did not want to chance anything bad happening. We decided on replacing them. Tyler left to get the new toilet and he called the owner, Hip, who brought the new water softener to the house and started to install it. They were both here working for about 3 -4 hours. Once they were done, Tyler showed us the finished work and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the results. The work was impeccable. The new toilet and water softener look amazing. They are both clearly of a higher quality then the house originals.

It's hard to believe that only a few hours after calling a plumber as a new customer on a Saturday, we had the problem professionally evaluated and new equipment installed. The old stuff was taken out of it's misery and taken away by Hip and Tyler.

Call Hip's plumbing and ask for Tyler Willard. You will be very happy with the result.

Around 6 pm tonight, 2 of our 3 toilets started overflowing and didn't stop for approximately 10 minutes. Then all of the showers and sinks started filling with water. It was chaos. I called Hips Plumbing and within 20 minutes, they were at my door. They worked around two hours, then bam! All clear.
They were prompt, courteous, reasonable and explained things where we understood. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

We are completely impressed the service from Hip's Plumbing. Our tenant reported water leaking found in our dinning room floor. Hips returned my call right away and Jeff came to our condo quickly. 
 Jeff is awesome! He did excellent job to find the causes of the leaking in the dinning room floor. It is actually by the broken faucet and valve in kitchen sink.  He replaced the faucet and  shutoff valve.  Jeff also gave us a lot of helpful advice for water damages restorations. I feel great pleasure in recommending this plumbing company for the great service they provided me at the time I needed it most. Around 2:30 pm on a Friday we found we had a burst pipe going into the house from the front yard.  We needed a plumber immediately. After a few dead ends looking for a plumber with poor costumer service and no guarantee anyone would make it out to our house the same day, I found Hips!  Saw all the positive reviews and called. I called them because my kitchen faucet water pressure was low and the gentlemen that answered the phone was very helpful in trying to figure out if I had done everything I could on my end to fix the issue. Once he realized it would have to be something they would have to come and fix he scheduled me for two days later. :( I texted him my address as he had asked and asked him if they could come earlier than that and he texted me back and told me they could come in the next couple of hours. I was relieved. Jeff showed up and was very pleasant and even congratulated me after telling him I had just purchased my house. He explained everything after he evaluated the issue. He was able to finish the job in just a couple hours. They are not cheap nor overly expensive but I really liked that I was able to pay with my card since I carry no cash on me. When he finished the job he told me I could call him or text him with any issues or questions if we needed. Its been over a week and my water pressure in my kitchen sink is running smoothly! I will definitely use them again!

I'm a senior citizen living in a trailer park with fixed income and a small emergency fund.  I needed 3 faucets in my 2 bedroom 2 bath trailer and a pressure valve for the outside faucet.  The first estimate I got from another plumber would have wiped out my emergency funds.  Hips' price was very reasonable and it  left me with a good portion of my emergency fund.
Hips Hernandez and his son Eduardo were punctual and fast,  3 hours to install the faucets and the pressure valve.  Hips selected the faucets and they are very nice.

Last night, our water heater died 6.5 years into a 6 year warranty.  I called the number of the installation company and was told it doesn't do repairs. Finding the shining reviews here and elsewhere made the decision to call Hips a snap. Jeff arrived,  we discussed the options, and he began the removal quickly. I called 5 plumbers and I looked at all the bad reviews, I look for a pattern,then I look at the inspection of the problem.Which everyone said it was the main line.Then price,everyone was in the same ball park.So why hips plumbing,trust.He gave me a second option,if I dug it out he would drop the price.He also connected the main line to the meter at the street.which not everyone wanted to do,He replace Shut off valve,sprinkler valve and put in a pressure valve which I didn't have before.Hips is also pulling a permit for a inspection for the city and I'm going to get a discount on my last water bill.The plumber from start to finish was Jeff .He cares about his business and understands that you shouldn't rape your customers,He understands that repeat business is very important and review's are definitely helps.So I'm new to Vegas and I been having a hard time getting trusted,reliable work here .So for me to find a plumbing Company like hips is great.So do what I did,Call other plumbers before you call hips and don't pay for a service call.If they want to charge you pass.You will see that hips plumbing is a trusted outfit and the job will be done right.

Hip is a plumbing hero! He corrected all the plumbing mistakes left behind by a general maintenance company that claimed to know how to do bathroom repairs (e.g., tub drain, shower knobs, faucet, toilet) but really couldn't. My bad luck for hiring that company to begin with, but my good luck for finding Hip's Plumbing to get it redone the right way. In addition to the bathroom fixes, Hip also replaced a kitchen sink pipe that was very slow to drain due to a massive clog as well as a leaky washing machine pipe that was causing water to seep through to the outside wall. Not only is Hip highly capable in taking care of plumbing problems, he is patient with any questions and will show and explain to you what he's doing and why. He even went the extra mile to help me return a defective toilet back to Home Depot at no extra charge! Free on site estimates, polite and professional, responsive communication by text and phone, arrives on time, honest and efficient quality work, wears booties and mask, reasonable pricing, no upsell pressure. From now on, Hip's will be my first choice plumber!

9/2/22 I called at least ten plumbing companies inquiring if they installed under mount sinks. Hips was the eighth call and said they could do it.  I spoke to Jose who was very professional and within minutes provided me with a scheduled date for a plumber to give me an estimate the next day.  Jeff was the plumber who arrived within the 2 hour window they stipulated. He offered a quote for the job and i accepted it. Jeff worked with a sense of urgency and took on a job that our current Plumber was hesitant to accept. Jeff replaced the defective sink within a reasonable time frame, he cleaned the work area when finished and was very knowledgeable and professional. He is also a Master Plumber which is reflected in his workmanship. The sink looks great!! I asked for business cards and saved a pic to my phone. Hips will be the first call for plumbing services. We are VERY pleased with the work that Hip and his team did in converting our water heater to a tankless unit. They also replaced our 17 yo water softening unit which was no longer functioning. Our water heater went out late on a Friday night. I called Hips on Sunday. He was able to come out same day and provide a quote and walk me through the work to be done. We called HIPS for a leak that we have and after much searching, Tyler said the leak was not from our plumbing. In talking, we asked about water heaters, and after talking with Tyler, said ok lets do a tankless.  Tyler and Bob arrived this morning just past 7am and by 430 done! Hips Plumbing (Jeff) responded to my house to change out a shower and bathtub trim kit. While doing this, he discovered that the bathtub faucet was cracked and leaking. Second call for second emergency all caused by tree roots. Everyone should get supplemental coverage for water and sewage lines caused by roots. $5-$10 a month vs thousands. Hip cam over quick and helped us out of a very terrible sewage backup. Great price in general, but especially so considering it was a late evening response call. The man knows his stuff and is not only does great work, he's very informative.

We need a new garbage disposal and faucet  put in and also to connect the pipes because we installed a new sink and a new counter top.  We called Hips plumbing and they came and installed everything.  They were very professional and did a good job.  The only thing is the service was a bit expensive.  They were at my house about 2 1/2 hours and total charges was $735.00 (only labor). I bought all the materials.  I am happy with their work but I thought the service charge is high even it was Saturday.

I call this hips plumbing around June 23, 2020 11:00am and hips Hernandez said that he was able to come around 12:00pm. Actually he came early. He gave me a free estimate. To make story short I let him fixed my water line that it was made of plastic PVC and replaced with a new copper line. Hips hernandez did a great job. He knows what to do. He was straight to the point and give you a reasonable price with 2 years warranty. May god bless this plumber so that he could serve more people in las vegas Nevada. Monday morning I went out my front door and water was bubbling out of the ground and running down the street.  I called a couple of plumbers but they couldn't get to me until Wednesday or Thursday. I called Hip's and he said he could be there at 10:00, he was there at 9:30. He checked out the problem and realized the line from the meter to the house would need to be replaced. I told him to go ahead. He started immediately and had 2 more men to come and dig the new trench for the line. He then went and got the necessary permit from the city and came back to complete the connections. Water was restored by 2:20 that afternoon. They covered the trench and put back my yard to before the flood. I highly recommend Hip's plumbing, they were great and reasonably priced. If you have a plumbing problem and want it fixed right call them.

Hipps will have repeat business from us for their services. Had a leak in our laundry room ceiling . We called another plumber to come out and give us a quote. They were quoting thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs and they wanted to go through our homeowners insurance. Seemed like a bit of a hassle for a leak we just found that morning . Called hipps and Tyler came right on over , found the source , and had it fixed the next day for a fair price. They were straight forward , honest , and gave us options . He also gave us alot of helpful advice . Did not have to file a claim with insurance either . Any issues with our plumbing,  we will be back.

We had a leak coming from our kitchen sink faucet and called Hips.  Jeff arrived later that same afternoon. Not only was our faucet broken/leaky but Jeff pointed out fairly bad corrosion on the piping under the sink.  He replaced the faucet and the piping.  It took several hours and when he was done everything looked very new/clean and professional.  Costs seemed reasonable given the size of the job.  Would recommend Hips to others.

THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN VEGAS. I called Hip and told him I wasn't able to turn on our water supply because there was a major leak under our kitchen sink and our disposal wasn't working. We literally had no water in the house. He told me he would be able to come around 8-8:30pm. He initially tried to get someone to come but there was no one available. Hip showed up super early and started getting to work. What I love about him is he was able to repair and explain in detail what was going on. It felt like I not only got repairs in but also more knowledge regarding plumbing issues and parts. He was honest and the prices were reasonable and great! The fact that he's 24/7 is simply amazing. Our garbage disposal had been on its last leg for quite a bit and completely went out on us a couple days ago so I decided to call Hips Plumbing. My phone call was answered right away and Tech Jeff was out to our home within a couple hours ! Jeff asked what exactly what the situation was and checked out the garbage disposal after diagnosing the issue of a completely shot disposal he gave us multiple options to move forward we decided it was best to completely remove and replace the disposal and we couldn't be happier with the decision. The five stars make sense. This is the first time I've seen a business with a five star rating and it is actually true. We hired hipolito to replace a garbage disposal for us. He is really professional and helpful. We have hired other plumbers in the past and none of them were even as close to their service. Other plumbers don't know what they are talking about. Hip was super helpful, cleaned up, gave us advice and came super fast. Both times we've needed him he showed up in just a few minutes and always answered our call. He is like a superhero the way he comes in minutes! We will definitely use him in the future. Great customer service and great business. They are super helpful and are very kind and honest. After purchasing my new home, finding out the disposal made a ton of noise, I reached out to HIPS after reading their great reviews.  Turns out the sellers installed a faulty disposal which Terry, quickly diagnosed.  I had asked him to return when I purchase a new one, lo-and-behold, he said he always thinks ahead and had a couple in his truck!! He offered to install that one, reasonable offer which I accepted! Hips Plumbing exceeded expectations in every way. After receiving four estimates, I hired Hips to replace a water main line from the street meter to my home. Their cost was average for the job, however, Hips excelled in performance. The work involved trenching across the yard and impacted relatively new landscaping, required removal of pavers, and relocation of large boulders. Tyler described exactly how the work would be done and assured me the landscape would be restored to pre-work conditions. The work was done efficiently and completed within two days. We Had an issue when our water heater were left not re-ignited by Southwest Gas After they installed something For our backyard. After trying on our own to turn it on we Realized that we need professional help. I woke up to find my water heater (which is inside of my laundry room) had a pretty serious leak coming from underneath the water heater. I found Hips Plumbing online, and gave them a call. they were at my house within 4 hours. unfortunately my water heater was leaking from inside the unit somewhere, and needed to be replaced. i considered a tankless water heater, but was told by them that because i am on a well, it probably wouldn't be the best thing to do. Both HIP and one of his best techs were on site together to get me back up and running.

1 - My first point here is that they easily could have sold me a $3k tankless setup (with labor, etc), but they considered my situation, and what would work best for ME! i ended up replacing my water heater with an identical unit.

2 - the quote i received had a detailed explanation of what was wrong, what had to be done, what was needed for the full replacement, etc. They even re-ran a few pipes for me down to my drain, which included a Water Heater pan with a drain pipe so it would never overflow into my laundry room again.

3 - They also found an issue i had been having with hot water going to the furthest part of my house. It ended up being a valve in between some of the piping. they replaced with one that was spring loaded to prevent the flap from ever becoming stuck in the future and allowing the cold water to mix in with the hot, which was the reason for my colder water to that part of the house.

4 - My biggest thing here is that they were out to my house within 4 hours of my initial call to them. THEY DID THE JOB THAT SAME DAY!!! From the time I realized there was a problem with my water heater, to the time of COMPLETED repair (to include removal of old unit, installation of new unit, new valve, reworking the plumbing to and from the new heater, etc) was 8 hours. 8 HOURS from the time I called them, to having a completely new setup. They were very clean. They left my laundry room in better shape then they found it in, and i will be using them going forward for everything i need. EXTREMELY friendly guys!

I had issues with low pressure throughout the house which was impossible to use. Called different businesses around town and all where unable to come out the same day. Saw Hips Plumbing and all the reviews where great. Called Hip and he said he would stop bye to check it out before a service call he had scheduled later on that day. He showed up when he said he would. He troubleshot the water softener and bypassed it. After he saw that the issue was still there he continued until he found the source of the problem. Hip worked outside in the rain fighting mud and water until he temporarily got me working. He then came back the next day to do permanent fix. He's work is outstanding, what I like about Hip is that he's not trying to sell you anything like those big name companies do all the time. He is a straight to the point and let's get her done type of plumber and he does it right. His prices are very fair. I will definitely use Hip again And I will recommend him to family and friends. If you are considering using him, don't look any further and give him a call.

Best plumber I've ever met, and we've had a half dozen in the 6 years we've been living in our 1960's home. Punctual, professional, honest, informative, and legitimately helpful. We ended up needed a new garbage disposal, but he really gave us all the options of what we could with him or on our own. I was most surprised when I told him I wanted to wait a few days to evaluate my options and asked how much for this service call? He said, I didn't do anything; it's free. I was floored. They aren't trying fleece us for money--just charging a fair price for their expertise. I ended up decided to purchase my own disposal because it was more advantageous, but although I could install it myself, I will purchase one and pay the $250 for him to install it. He also answered all my questions about getting a tankless hot water heater. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Hips Plumbing. We need more professionals like this.

Thanks to Yelp reviews, I decided to call Hip today to talk to him about my lack of water pressure. He's a nice guy, and he asked me some questions about the issue I was having. He had Tyler (I think that's his name, I already forgot. Sorry about that!) stop by after he was done with his job in Henderson.

This was a really nice guy who looked at all possible issues (checking outside in the water main, etc) and decided that he was 99.99% sure that a new water regulator would fix our pressure. He said though that if for some strange reason it still isn't working right, he will not leave until he figures it out and we have good pressure. He was surprised that we tolerated the horrible pressure that we had. The price was right to replace it (I had suspected what the problem was based on the symptoms, and I had googled typical pricing). He fixed it quickly and cleaned up nicely, and tested the water everywhere and made sure that no air was left in the pipes.

We had a bunch of questions for him regarding other plumbing stuff, and he answered every one of them with patience and without ever making us feel rushed. He seemed very knowledgeable and he even spotted a tiny, rusty, dried up water stream down the face of our water heater. When he stepped up to take a look, we both saw that the attachments are highly corroded and that water has been puddling up there on top of the tank, then drying out. It was a warning that our water heater will not be lasting much longer. He gave us options with pricing to consider, from replacing it using the warranty on our water heater (it's only 3-4 years old), up to a different model water heater, to a tankless.

He also gave me pricing when I asked about replacing all of our plastic water pipes from the wall to the faucet/toilet with stainless steel. It would include replacing the current push/pull on/off valves to metal stems which turn the water on or off.

Meanwhile we are now up and running with great pressure! HUGE difference, and I am really glad I called these guys. I will definitely call them for my future plumbing needs.

You wont regret calling Hip for any plumbing needs. I had trouble with my shower in a very inappropriate time, around 6pm, and my bathroom is flooding.. after being rejected by some plumbers I called, Hip immediately relieved my anxiety, gave me some instructions while he was on his way and he was at my house in 15mins. Fixed and replaced a bunch of old parts.. The main problem was solved but he didnt leave until everything is good as new even replaced some extra parts just so the shower turns more smoothly a minor problem which I didnt even notice or told him about. Got 1 YEAR warranty too for the service.. Again as I said, YOU'LL BE HAPPY YOU CALLED HIP'S PLUMBING.

This company is amazing.  I have had several plumbers come out for a recurring and very damaging back up and they could not even find the wash out for our house.  I called Hips and spoke with Hip directly - he said he would be here in 45 minutes and he was here in 21 minutes. He is so polite and courteous.  He located the wash out - snaked it and everything is working @ 100 % now and he was so reasonably priced (1/2 of what other plumbers wanted) it was amazing.  I requested several business cards and will be passing them out to anyone who needs his services. When I tried to turn the water back on to the heater, I discovered that stop valve for it was busted and wouldn't re-open. Got a self fix solution and did that. That was when the next stop valve ALSO broke and wouldn't open.

So I went from no hot water, which is doable for a day or 2, to no water at all. Which really isn't.

I called a few plumbers from Angies List and got hold of Hip at Hip's Plumbers who could come over that night. He quoted me $250 to replace the valve, which seemed reasonable considering the urgent call and all.
Once he got done with that, I asked him about the other broken cutoff valve, for the sprinkler system, since he was already here. $125 to do that one, so I told him to do it.

He also installed a new water heater pressure relief pipe (the old one was too short) and hooked up the vent pipe for the new water heater. All for $375. I'm pretty happy and would recommend him.

Hip is awesome! He came early Saturday morning to repair a broken shower handle that my roommate broke. He was very courteous, informative, and his prices were reasonable. When someone is coming into your home to do work it's really nice if you like them and feel good about having them there.  Last week Hipolito came and snaked out a nasty clog from my kitchen sink and my husband liked him and his work so much we had him return today to install a new faucet.  Not only are his charges the fairest I have found but he leaves everything clean.  He took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly.  He was highly recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad to have found him.   I have an old house so I feel good knowing when I have future plumbing issues I have Hips Plumbing to call.

Tyler provided an estimate for a lot of small repairs, maintenance, and upgrades throughout my house. He was very thorough in looking at every item, listened to what I wanted and explained my options. He is knowledgeable beyond his years, and after hearing how his grandfather started him in the trade, I can understand why. Plus, his experience since that time has obviously deepened his knowledge. Tyler also has a great attitude, providing great customer service, giving the customer what they want, and not losing his cool when customers are demanding, as I am all too often. The day the work was done, Tyler arrived with another plumber, Jeff. I didn't have as much interaction with Jeff, but found him to be highly skilled, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to provide the best results. Tyler returned the following day to address any minor issues I found, which he did quickly and without complaint. He also showed me how to adjust my recirculation pump timer, adjusted my water heater temperature, and showed me how I could run the irrigation system, even if the shutoff valve on my house was closed. None of these things were part of the of the job which he just completed. Was Hip's plumbing a little more expensive than some other plumbers? Yes. But, Hip's plumbers, Tyler and Jeff, were honest, hard-working, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I would gladly call them again for all my plumbing needs.

Worked as a Gen. Building Contractor for several years in California and as such used many different sub-contractors in the plumbing industry. Hip Hernandez performed miscellaneous tasks indoors to my satisfaction...He is polite and very neat & orderly. Due to high water bills,  I needed a new water line installed from the meter to the house.  He dug around and found the shutoff valve buried.  He completed the job quickly and when he was done, he put the landscape rock back into position so you couldn't  tell the ground had been disturbed.
  I would highly recommend Hips Plumbing and wouldn't  hire anyone else.

I needed the collapsed sewage drain pipe on the house fixed. It was constantly backing up. Hip brought his camera and showed me exactly what was going on and his solution. He and his son dug up the collapsed pipe and installed a new one.  Although he had contracted to do a jetting of the system, after he replaced the pipe, he saw there was no need to jet the lines. I would never have known this and he could have done it, but he is too honest and cost himself a few hundred  dollars in fees, but he was more concerned with  doing it right and making sure I was happy. He even returned with his camera  a few weeks after the repair to make sure it was draining properly and not holding water,as it had before. If I could give an A+++ I would give it to Hip. The only downside for me is now a lot of other people will find him and It will be tougher to get an appointment !!!

Don't hesitate to call Tyler with Hips Plumbing.  It took us 7 years, 8 different plumbers, 1 handyman, 2 dishwashers, 4 water heaters and 4 different recirculating pumps before Tyler diagnosed, found and fixed our issue for not having hot water at the kitchen sink and dishwasher.  We were extremely skeptical as he will tell you and we honestly didn't believe he could fix the problem.  For being so young, his knowledge and understanding of how plumbing is supposed to work and subsequent talent on the actual repairs is unmatched.  He took the time to use proper equipment, soldered the pipes instead of taking the cheap and easy way out and left the area looking immaculate.  We now have hot water in less than 7 seconds rather than cold water for 2 minutes and then luke warm water after that 2 minutes has passed never actually getting hot.  We would highly recommend both Tyler and Hips plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

We would highly recommend Hips Plumbing. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Very reasonable price.

He was very prompt coming out to give us an estimate and on time to do the work. He replaced 3 toilet float systems, installed 3 sink faucets, installed a shower extender and fixed a problem with low water pressure in a shower.

He was also a lifesaver, coming out promptly  on a Sunday when we had an issue installing a cartridge in the bathtub faucet and couldn't get the water to turn off.

We will definitely call Hip for any future plumbing needs.

I just moved into a new home and wanted to make sure all the plumbing was working well and have the water heater checked out and flushed. Hip showed up on time and got right to work. He checked my anode rod in the water heater and it was pretty much disintegrated so he was able to install a new one and after the flush I was all good to go. Last night at midnight we had a leak from a hose from the wall to back of the toilet., shut off valve would not turn off water and had to be turned off from the outside (which would entail also turning off several other adjacent condos and unfortunately we are also on the second floor.  We called several 24 hour plumbing services,  one was half asleep and most others didn't even answer the phone. FINALLY lucky me was able to reach Hips Plumbing and spoke to Hip himself.  I explained the problem, he gave me a reasonable quote which turned out to be what he said and even charged $10 less than his quote.  

Most importantly he was there in 25 minutes and something that could've become a major problem was quickly taken care. I've only used him this one time, but in the middle of the night you're pretty much at the mercy of whoever answers their phone and price they charge and for that reason I would call him again and definitely recommend him.  Thank you Hip!

Had an after hours stoppage which caused the showers and toilets to overflow. Yikes! Called a couple of plumbers and got answering services EXCEPT for this one. Not only did they answer but he showed up inless than 30 minutes and had the stoppage cleared from the clean out in about the same amount of time. Amazing!!! Highly recommend.

We called Hip to help fix a slab leak under the concrete in our garage. He was on time and thoroughly inspected the area and explained clearly the options that we had. Would give six stars if we could.

We had a leak in our garage in one of the gate valves above our water heater. It was actually the threaded connection from the valve to the CPVC pipe. Very brittle twenty-three year old CPVC pipe. The house has the cheapest builder grade plumbing. Also, the original piping was not done properly. Hipolito knew exactly what to do. He had to re-configure a few things and add in a check valve to make everything right.

The best part was that Hipolito didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Even though the required work was pricey, HIPS rate was very reasonable.

He came right on time. What was nice is that he cleaned up and swept the repair area (nice touch). We are really grateful that we found HIPS Plumbing. It's nice to be able to do business with a small business owner and not a big company.

We will be recommending him to other people for sure, and will definitely call him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Hip is awesome!  I had a water leak in the wall between bathroom and the backyard.  I yelped a few plumbers and Hip got my liking.  He came in on time, cut the wall, found the leak, and did everything as I expected.  Within a half day from the time I called, he got the job done and fixed minor leaks under the sink.  He is my go-to plumbing guy from now on!  Phew!

I have used Hip's Plumbing for repairs and upgrades on several investment properties. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and does quality work. His prices are fair and he is quick. He keeps a fully loaded work van with parts and tools so he doesn't have to run to the store ever 10 minutes like some plumbers I have encountered.

Hips Plumming Rocks!!! We had a problem with the low water pressure around the house and leaking water meter valve after our new fridge and dishwasher were installed. Called one of the Plummer's  in town and able to change the leaking meter valve and suggested probably the low water pressure is from the pipes of the old water softener that we haven't used for years, so we bought a new one and have another company installed it but was not able to solve the problem! So worried tried to go to Yelp for help and called Hips Plumming since the ratings are quite very impressive!!! Hips came in the afternoon, checked it for free and within a few minutes able to solve the problem that we have had for almost a week!!! Thank you Hips for your help!!! Now the water pressure is back and my family is very happy and thankful of this amazing, knowledgeable and kind man! I will definitely use his company again! Kudos to you Hips!

I returned from a month-long trip to find my main bathroom toilet had been running for days (apparently flushed by the person who was watering my plants who didn't notice that it didn't stop).  My water bill was ridiculous.  Then after I was back, the toilet simply quit refilling.  Called Hips after seeing the reviews here.  We set an appt and the day before he called to tell me he would be able to come a day early.  He quickly found the issue with the faulty flush valve and confirmed the shut-off valve in the wall was frozen (great Las Vegas hard water!!).  Both were replaced and everything back in working order in less than an hour.  The total bill for parts and labor was less than the last time I had another plumber here to install a shower head I supplied!!  I'm definitely keeping Hips' number for any future plumbing issues.

Hip was awesome!  There was no hot water this morning but he was able to stop by in under an hour and quickly diagnosed that the gas been switched off.  He was very straightforward and didn't charge me anything for the visit. Highly unheard-of as I've been charged by plumbers for a simple visit before. Will definitely call again next time I need a trustworthy and responsive plumber.

Hip is awesome and it's small, family businesses like this that I love to support.  He's my plumber for life now.  The heating element went out of my hot water heater so call Hip on the Sunday of 4th of July weekend.  He answered and scheduled me for the next day.  I looked at my hot water heater closer and concluded that it would make more sense just replace it.  It was damp and pretty rusting.  So, I already knew he'd probably suggest the same thing by the time he came out.  What shocked me though is the extremely reasonable price.  Two of my neighbors had replaced theirs in the last year and they didn't get the excellent price or work that I did.  Hip was very fast, did outstanding work, and has very reasonable prices.  I've tried 4-5 plumbers since moving here in 2005 and glad I finally found Hip.

It was an emergency and I needed a plumber-had to turn off the water to the house to stop the leak!!  I checked Yelp and called three different plumbers.  I called HIP and sent him photos of the damaged pipe.  He gave me the lowest quote over the phone in comparison to the other two companies. HIP showed up in about an hour and fixed the copper and plastic pipes and fittings in about another hour.  Professional, quick, and confident.  He was also able to answer other plumbing related questions that I had as it was a new house.  He also gave decent quotes on other plumbing projects I have lined up in the future!!  I will definitely use HIP again and highly recommend his service.  Thank you HIP!

Discovered a significant water leak outside the home at around 7pm. Shut the main water valve at the street and called Hip's Plumbing.  Hipolito came personally to check it out immediately. Discovered the main irrigation pipe had a crack at the joint with the pressure vacuum breaker. As the irrigation system was fairly new, he said it should still be under warranty. He showed me how our home was built with two water cut off valves in the garage, one for the main house and one for the irrigation system. So he shut off the irrigation valve while still allowing water to the home. I called the irrigation company and they came the next day to fix the problem under warranty. Here's the exceptional part, Hipolito did not even charge me for a service call even though he diagnosed the problem, took care of things that night, and prevented further water loss while still enabling water to reach the home. I am now a Hip's Plumbing customer for life. If you're looking for an honest knowledgeable plumber, look no further.

Hip Hernandez Plumbing service repaired four service items on my water heater, installed a water softener, a clean-out and drain for the water softener, replaced the washer and dryer machine valves and hooked up all the plumbing and gas connections for the washer and dryer at my home in Las Vegas Nevada.

When Hip Hernandez, first came out to estimate my job, he spent a very long time clearly explaining all options so I could decide between a water purification system or the water softener and reverse osmosis systems. In fact he came out two times in total before I gave him the job and I interviewed two other local highly experienced and recommended plumbing contractor's and decide he was the best I could hire.

Hip's Plumbing is fantastic, really excellent in every category. Let me say, I have worked with a lot of plumbers and plumbing contractor's, as I have owned several homes and current own one now. I've been in the construction industry for twenty five years and spent ten years as a property claims adjuster for national insurance companies, so I'm a pretty good judge of plumber's and contractor's. Hip's Plumbing service is the standard that all plumbing companies should strive to attain in providing customer service and quality plumbing repairs.  

He is extremely honest, knowledgeable, communicates clearly, will answer all your questions, cleans up thoroughly and is very reasonably priced for high quality plumbing repairs. On top of it he has a pleasant attitude and will be very carefully not to dirty up your floors or house. In my opinion, you couldn't find a better plumber or plumbing contractor in Las Vegas Nevada. We had a major plumbing emergency Easter weekend. All of our bathroom sinks, toilets and tubs were backing up, causing overflows and problems with the kitchen sink and laundry. We looked for referrals online and Hips was highly rated.  We called and they were really responsive, fitting us in the next day. They arrived on time with a crew, gave us an assessment of the problems and price quotes to get our plumbing running for the short term, as well as a quote to repair some larger problems due to the age of the home. They were by far the best plumbers we've ever contracted with in the past 19 years living in this house. We decided to go forward with the major repairs because their pricing was so reasonable and they didn't try to up sell us on anything. In fact, they told us what would be unnecessary at this time. Hip and his crew were really professional, knowledgeable and cost effective. We're hiring them again soon to replace some bathroom and kitchen fixtures as we renovate.

Hip's Plumbing, LLC was referred to me by a local neighborhood store after I explained the issue.  I called Hip and he met me at my home within the hour.  He did a thorough inspection and explained what the problem was, what he needed to do repairs, the cost, and the follow-up.  I found Hip to be honest, affordable, accessible respectful and timely.  I had another plumbing issue and called him.  He explained that he was right down the street and would be here in 10 minutes.  It was only after he arrived that I realized that he was having dinner and left to take care of my problem.  I would never expect him to do this but he did and it speaks volumes about his relationship with his customers.  I rate him a perfect 10 and would refer him to all friends and neighbors.  He is an absolutely AMAZING professional.

Hips plumbing really helped me out and saved me money when my water heater igniter went out the other day. He told me over the phone what parts I needed to order and that they were still covered under warranty. Definitely saved me from buying parts and an extra service call fee. Had an issue with low water pressure throughout my home. Ended up that my gate valve was partially closed.  HIP came over and noticed that I had a 1 1/4 inch pipe attached to my valve and he took the time to go to hardware store to get the right parts in order to install a new valve and water pressure valve.   He thoroughly did a great job and now I now have water pressure throughout my home.  In addition, he additionally got my water heater plumbing to spec.  As I see him doing his work, I would noticed that he would  take his and ensure that all of the work he does, he does it right and comply with city codes.  I definitely  would recommend him to do plumbing  work.  He is license and is  a  one owner and price  is  reasonable  compare to bigger  companies.

I recently had a issue with my water line leaking on the inside. I called my insurance and they informed me that it is not covered for being outside my home. I called several big companies in Las Vegas and they all quoted me outrageous prices. I then met hip by chance saw his truck and gave him a call. He was very professional on the phone and informed me that he has immediate opening and within one hour he was at my house. You can tell that he is very passionate and knowledgeable about his buisness. Hip addressed the issue professionally and he goes the extra mile to keep the inside of your home sanitary. Hip quoted me a real good price and began working. Once he was done he thoroughly tested everything to make sure it was up and running. He cleaned his working area the trench he had to dig up make sure he left everything leveled and in a far better condition that he found it. Hip by far has been the best plumber I have ever hired. We bought a dryer that was slightly too big for our laundry room.  Hip responded the same day with a reasonable price to change the gas line so the dryer would push back far enough to fit.  He did quick work and offered a reasonable suggestion for our outdoor bbq as well.  We have a plumber for any future needs in Hip.

Hipolito is a rock star!!! His experience shows through in every thing he does. I bought an old house with old plumbing problems. Hip can actually fix some of those older fixtures that I was told by others they would have to be replaced at great cost. That would have ruined the look of my old house. Now everything works as it should and looks as it should too! His rates are fair and honest. You won't get charged unnecessarily. I am ruined for all other plumbers as Hipolito is the only one I will ever call. Professional, patient, fair and gets the job done right. Awesome!
