Beyond thankful to Red carpet plumbing!! Our water heater was leaking everywhere and we couldn't find a reliable company to come through. We kept getting pushed back. Finally called red carpet plumbing, they quoted us 2 hours and were there in 2 hours! The water heater needed to be replaced. They had it up and running within 2.5 hours including traveling for the new water heater. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!

If they plumb like they drive, expect blood on the floor. I watched one of their trucks nearly run over a motorcycle when the Red Carpet driver blew past a stop sign and crossed three Lanes so he could turn. Motorcycle honked, I honked, and the red carpet driver showed both of us his middle finger.
Yeah, won't be doing business with this company.

I highly recommend Red Carpet Plumbing and in particular, the plumber assigned to my job, Glenn Gove.  He was professional, well-groomed and personable.  As important, he knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly.  The company is a preferred provider for Southwest Gas who recommended them to me to repair a gas line issue. Thank you for the quick response, the fair estimate and the prompt repair for exactly the estimated amount.

Don't bother calling!! You set an appt and they No Call No Show!
After the appt window closed, I called to see why they didn't show. A woman named Laurie was like Oh yeah. We had a couple emergency appointments that went over. Do you want to reschedule? Reschedule??? How about a courtesy call letting me now this information?!! Instead you say nothing! I waste away my valuable morning and then have to call you to see what the deal is!! Do I want to reschedule? NO THANKS!! I'd rather pay a little more for better customer service!!

Hardly Red Carpet.  They entered my home without asking if they should put booties over their shoes.  Gave me a quote that was $50 higher than 702PlumbAIR, their competitor.  Clint was no ambassador for this company.

we hired this hack plumbing  company  they gave  us a quote,ripped my house apart, stole our money with out repairing what they were called for, and then wanted to charge us approx.$17000. to finish.So to ad fuel to the fire, Bob Wilson the owner comes to see the job and threatens me that he has $20,000 dollars in his legal war chest to fight me if i sued them!!!'Dang!!!!what a way of doing business!  Folks, stay away from this company. Stay tuned will be adding more.......
Here i am adding more,we ended up using vegas valley plumbers who did a great job repairing and couldn't believe the job Red Carpet did.to add more to my rage i contacted the state contractors board.Ron Simon came to see the job and the shambles Red Carpet had left me in. They took the report and pictures. He assured me we had a case and we were going to get our home put back together and that he was going after them.6 months later the contractors board  tells me sorry can't help you.But we did fine them for not pulling a permit!!!!   In other words your screwed! The contractors board is self supporting and had to get their quotas for the month and being able to
fine this company seems to make their threshold.

We had house guests over the holidays, and luck would have it, the guest bathroom shower started spewing water from the knob. I called Red Carpet Plumbing that night and they were out first thing in the morning like they promised. It was Clint who showed up and he had it fixed within an hour. It was awesome!

They showed up when they said they would, provided an estimate, and quickly complete the job! They have repaired 2 showers and replaced a water heater for me. I highly recommend them because they simply do what they say they are going to do - no surprises!

I've done business with Red Carpet for many years. I've had showers repaired, outside faucets replaced, water heaters done and even a main water line leak repaired by them (I didn't envy the team on that one). Each time I have had a professional and courteous experience by a knowledgeable technician and fair price that was discussed with me prior. Its always a gamble when dealing with plumbing and other trades, but I am consistently impressed with every interaction I have with the folks at Red Carpet. They work with integrity and do quality work with honest conversation about what the costs are.

CLINT is the best Plumbing Technician ever at Red Carpet Plumbing!   Timely; Clean; Competent; Courteous; and Trusted.  NOTE.  Ladies, he can be trusted.  He didn't try to sell unwarranted services.  Clint comes highly recommended!  Already notified several neighbors.

Water leak recurring in the middle of the kitchen floor for several days (no originating source ID).  I thought a pipe break under flooring was the culprit, but after some investigation, Clint found the slow-leak from the refrig ice maker (problem solved; repair bill reasonable).   I was so impressed, I found several other potential plumbing jobs in 2 bathrooms.

I was pleased and so relieved to find a plumber that wasnt going to be a nightmare to do business with.
The office gal was so pleasant. They communicated with well & met my special needs. Having hot water is a priority for my home.
They responded so professionally & honest.
I would recommend them. It was a relief to find them.

Don't even waste your time calling them, they will cancel your appointment last minute.
They've done that to me 2 days in row even when I told them I have no hot water.
Very unprofessional, and when you tell them you're not satisfied with their awful customer service,  they do what they've been told to do . Oh waow, too bad we can not leave 0 star.

These guys are awesome. Nobody ever calls a plumber for fun... it's always when the....well..... poop hits the fan. Every time I've called Red Carpet they've been responsive, up front with pricing, and very professional. I like local places who are working to be simply locally good businesses - and Red Carpet doesn't disappoint. Well done.

I cannot praise this company enough.     I have used them 3 times over the last seven years. They are great! They fix the problem, are professional, with reasonable prices. They show up when they say they will. If possible I would give them 10 stars. They are the best plumber in Las Vegas!! Thank you so much for your services yesterday.

I recently made a service call to Red Carpet plumbing.  The service technician, Clint, completed the job satisfactorily but what set  him apart was his follow up on a unusual piece of equipment in the house.  When he told me he would research the issue and get back to me, I thought that it would end there.  To my surprise, Clint did call the next day with the explanation on how that unit worked and why it was configured as it was. Other than being helpful, he had no reason to take that extra time for our benefit and we truly appreciate his effort.

We received a referral from a friend in Vegas who used them in the past. We trusted their referral and asked them to come out and fix a leak that had occurred while we were out of town for a month resulting in significant damage. My husband was already distressed in getting the leak issue resolved so agreed to the excessive price gouging for the work done. We had no idea what a job of this caliber would cost and gave the go ahead to do the work. Our insurance adjuster, along with two other General Contractors we hired to complete the rest of our home repairs agreed the price was excessive, twice as much as they would have charged. Just an FYI to anyone looking for a reasonably priced plumber. Their name definitely fits the high end price tag for services rendered.

Insanely rude. They came out for a gas line install estimate and I told them I only have a gas dryer now but I wanted a gas pipe thick enough to accommodate future appliances, so I wanted 1 and a 1/4 inch pipe which is well over what I currently need. He said I need the btus of all the appliances. I said I only have the dryer and dont know what Ill have/need in the future so I dont have the others. He told me then call someone else because he needed all of them and I wasnt giving them to him then got in his van and left, and this is supposedly their field supervisor delivering their treat you like royalty experience, Ive never been treated so rudely in my life by service personnel. I guess since he was a boss he has the ability to spit on potential customers and no one will blink twice.  Its amazing how I was able to get quotes from goettl, larkin, and Several other local and national chains with no problems.They even measured and had usage charts. This guy wouldnt even take measurements! He had no intention of helping me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Red carpet plumbing  arrived on time and tried to find where the leak in my wall was coming from. It only leaked when my dishwasher draining. The plumber put a hole in the wall, but couldn't find the leak.
Called another plumber that had a leak finder and all the other plumbing equipment. I explained it only leaked when the dishwasher drained. The other plumber found the leak was coming from my dishwasher. No charge. Free estiment .
I'm still left with a hole in the wall from Red Carpet plumbing.

Red Carpet Plumbing came as a recommendation from my mother-in-law and they are absolutely great! I called them at 7 am today and they had a kind, knowledgeable plumber at our house by about 8:45. The only work we needed done was the installation of a kitchen faucet and disposal, but they gave us an extremely fair price since I had already removed the prior faucet and disposal. Our house is over 10 years old now, and is getting to the point where things like plumbing need replacement, and you can bet we'll be calling Red Carpet again for any future plumbing needs! I highly recommend them!

Why is it plumbing problems always present itself at the most inconvenient times? I called Red Carpet Plumbing Sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend and left a message. 7 am on Monday I got a call back and they were at the house by 10:30 am accessed the problem, gave us a very reasonable quote and went to work. We got lucky that our particular problem was not as bad as it could have been and they were done before noon.

Very professional group from initial contact to final payment, it went off without a hitch.  They got us out of a very sticky situation and they will be who I call with the next plumbing problem, because you know there will be one.

Red Carpet Plumbing is the only plumber for me - After buying a pre-owned house and finding some plumbing issues. One call to Red Carpet Plumbing and it has been fixed. Clint came and assessed the situation, told me the cost and within an hour I had the tub faucet fixed and no more leak.
I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family!

I've used Red Carpet several times. The first time being a major repair involving jack hammering up my foundation and cutting into the walls. As you could imagine, that was a pricier repair. When the tech came out and diagnosed my problem, he told me the owner would call the next day with the estimate. They gave me a minimum price and a high price so I was prepared in the worse case scenario. I expected the high price, after all, how would I know? I was pleasantly surprised when my total did not come to the highest price. I appreciate a company with integrity, as the opposite is all too common now. The company sends a thank you note, often with a coupon for future service, after they make a repair. I've referred several friends.

The tech showed up on time as promised (just one hour after I called).  He was very competent, was very neat and left the area sparkling clean.  My wife and I were very happy with the service, the price and the professionalism of the tech and the office.  I highly recommend them.

Hey everyone, a few weeks ago I had Red Carpet Plumbing come fix my roommate's broken seal on her toilet. I was charged $250 for a terrible job I didn't not realize. A few weeks later she complained that it was clogged again, this time I had Service Plus Plumbing come out to take a look a it. They took a snake or a growler (long metal hose) into the toilet and pulled it out covered in wax. Service Plus Plumbing said they actually punctured a bigger hole in the wax seal. They fixed the poor job for $150 and went on their way. I called Red Carpet Plumbing afterwards and went to their front door (which was locked, they didn't want me inside). They really didn't know what to do when I complained on the phone, but to tell them to call the owner on Thursday (this was on Monday). I ended up just emailing the owner with receipts and pictures of the poor job leaving my phone number to call me back. Well... it's been a week and no response. I understand mistakes happen, but not having the integrity to call me back and just taking my money for a poor job is not ok. I am letting you all know to avoid this company.

Office staff was friendly and helpful.  Service Technician (Glenn) was professional and very friendly.  They arrived as scheduled, work was quick and clean, price was very reasonable.  Highly recommend this company.

Thank you to the team at Red Carpet Plumbing. They are fast, efficient and reliable. We had a leak in our outside main water line that was causing our water bill to skyrocket. They made the repairs and saved us a ton of money.

They were about a week ago to fix drains that were backing up, totally disgusting. They came the same day and snaked out everything. Everything seemed fine. Here we sit with drains backing in again a week later. I call the number on the card they left with a 24 hour 7 day a week emergency number, and the number on the  webaite. No answer, no voice mail, no nothing! Gee, I wonder if the'll clean up the  mess!  Ha! Use someone else who is reliable and dependable!

They were recommended to me by some one I trust. I was told to ask for Clint. My bath tub faucet was making a high pitched whistling sounds when I would switch to the shower head. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also fixed another problem. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. I felt the price was fair. He could have said the problem was the much more expensive one, but he did not. Now my shower works great and no more wrong noises when I take a shower. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.

I called at 3:00 pm for a block plumbing line and they sent someone out within 30 minutes and he was very friendly, professional and had my blockage fixed all within 1 hour. I would highly recommend them. Also, they are local here in henderson.

I've used Red Carpet Plumbing now for several years.  Bob and has staff have assisted me with my bathroom remodels, as well as taking care of minor, to major repairs.  Everything from a blocked sewer line, to replacing a water heater.  They are always prompt, professional, and courteous.  The entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, and the timely service is a breath of fresh air!!  If you have a plumbing problem, you should be talking to Red Carpet Plumbing!

Call Bob at Red Carpet Plumbing and he sent a representative over within the hour.  My office has one bathroom and lots of patients.  No time for a toilet to not be working.  RCP was in and out in 30 minutes and I couldn't even tell they were there. Thanks Red Carpet Plumbing.

Had to have hot water heater replaced today. Mike arrived and worked non stop for 4 hours. Job cost detailed and explained. I am very comfortable using this company for my plumbing repairs.

i've had multiple plumbing issues in my house, i made a call and within 1 hour someone came to my house, assessed the repairs and gave the estimate. when i agreed to have my house issues fixed, they fixed it right then and there. i am really happy that i called this company.

My water line broke from the house to the street. Called them, as I have been a customer since 2011. They came and fixed the issue. But, the job was sloppy. They left all the spoils, large rocks on the property. They broke one of my path lights that is along the walk way. They left the house with a drip on the exterior water valve. I called and complained and they fixed the drip and additional large rocks left on the property, the HOA would cite me for an unkempt property. Ran my irrigation system the other day and now that is broken as a result of this crappy service. Now, I spent close to $2400 to fix the problem, but this is not the way to leave a property. Also, I have been going to the nursery to get landscape stone to cover all the failures this company has left on my property.
I am not happy with sub standard work. It is a shame when you become complacent with a customer that you can do marginal work.
All I say is this. Do you love your house? Do you want it trashed after a job?
Well maybe you should seek out another contractor.
