*THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED NOT REPAIRS* we never made it to an appointment. Choice home warranty also chose this company for a repair request and i really wish they hadn't. I have a toilet that is randomly overflowing which has caused water to leak into my downstairs bedroom. So on 2/10 i call Choice to arrange someone to come out and this company accepted the job with the service date being 2/17. SEVEN DAYS LATER but i still waited for OSP to come out because i didn't want to wait more days for choice to find me someone new. I received an email which said they would be to my home between 11-8. Fast forward to today i get an email stating they rescheduled my appointment for 2/23. At this point I'm upset because I have been very patient. So i place a call to OSP to get some clarification on the issue. Lisa i believe her name was answers. So i proceeded to tell her my dilemma. She stated that they never received the work order but hmmm that's strange because in order to even schedule an appointment the business has to accept the work order submission from choice. So lie number one. Then she asks for my service address and says i never confirmed the appointment but I've never gotten any correspondence asking me to. Then she states lie number 2 she just received the work order and was actually scheduling it for 2/23 not rescheduling it. Lol but mam you just said you didn't have my order first, then i didn't confirm, and now you just got the order. UNACCEPTABLE. I proceeded to explain to her i have been patient and i should have someone out today which was the time quoted by her company. She says there's nothing she can do so i told her i would call choice to find another technician.

I was PISSED.

I call choice and proceeded to run down the conversation that had taken place. They offered to call OSP to explain that they should honor the day the accepted which was today and OSP told them i canceled the order previous to the appointment BUT LADY YOU SAID THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENT ALONG WITH 2 OTHER LIES NOW IM THE ONE WHO CANCELED.. lord so now I'm back to square one  with a stank leaking toilet and a headache thanks to Lisa who obviously had no clue how to take, set, and complete scheduling an appointment. Hopefully the management there hires some better help.

To the owner who is in the reviews,  there's nothing you could say to explain away how terrible the appointment setting process was. I don't care how many paragraphs you write. The lady today was absolutely WRONG and provided trash service with a sweet voice. Maybe you should save all those key strokes towards actual experiences and put them in a letter of review to your reps explaining how you'll be providing better training.

3 stars. I didn't choose this company, the home warranty did. Long story short they came out and did the diagnostic. Water heater will be replaced I have some out of pocket fees. In order for them to schedule an appointment to replace the water heater they need a card on file. I'm so confused. I have never seen this for home repairs. I mean come on. You know where I live.
Now that I see the other reviews I'm skeptical about this company. They have not done the work yet. The technician was great when he came out, that was very much appreciated.
You guys should revamp your policy for making appointments to complete work.

This company came out to our house and the one technician was very rude. As he approached out doorway, I asked if they had masks with them, as the Covid transmission rate in Vegas right now is listed as HIGH. Instead of pausing, he just kept coming into the house with his coworker and rudely said We don't have to wear them anymore, CDC says we don't. He later agreed to wear a mask if we provided it, as he said their company doesn't give them any. I find this to be ironic, because their Yelp page under amenities it says -Masks required and -Staff wears masks. Clearly not.

In addition to the tech's rude behavior, they also left a mess for us to clean up. A wrapper, black gunk, and piece of metal left on our floor. I also don't understand how if it was under warranty, why is there an $85 service fee? In any case, I would not recommend using them and wouldn't call them in the future.

Waste of time and money....
Had a basic backup in the bathroom.
They sent a plumber to snake it, and he said it's a much bigger issue and wanted to charge me over $600.
I brought another plumber and he snaked and fixed the issue in 20 minutes.

I had a pipe leak on the ceiling right above my living room. My home warranty company sent out One Source for repairs. This was the 2nd company to be sent out. The 1st one completely missed the issue, calling it an HVAC problem. When Agustin arrived, he was professional and friendly. He did explain what he would have to do before performing the job and found the problem. He did a thorough inspection and made sure the issue was fixed. I was completely thankful as I had gone through a bad experience with the 1st company.

I came across OSP through my warranty program of Choice. OSP has been to my home 3 times. Each time they have shown up on time and listen to what the problem is. They have to work with Choice, so Choice has their own set of rules. Each tech that has come out has been great! Each time I use my home warranty and it's a plumbing problem I always ask for OSP!

Jeremy Taylor and OSP Plumbing & Rooter will be remembered for taking payment and not doing the job scam guys beware. Told me 9-1. Showed up 1.04. Job never done. Called him he said call the office for the schedule. Ok. Office said 1-5. 5.33PM Jeremy called me. Hey I can't make it. Will be there tomorrow 8-10. Called him 11.13 . He said. I never said that I don't have you on the schedule . He got paid by the first day and said home warranty denied his job. He can't do it. After I read the response it's still your employee who wasted our time.

It looks like every time they come through home warranty they lack skills. They were also sent by my home warranty. One of my showers suddenly stopped working - the handle doesn't work and no water is coming out.
First, the guy thought it would be the water (clearly, not the problem as the water is working everywhere but that one shower). Then, he tried taking off the shower handles (more than what he should have) but concluded they were stuck, so he proceeded to request payment and done he was. I asked him to wait for me to call the carrier and see what the resolution is (I mean, I don't wanna pay for someone to come out and conclude my handle is stuck and not resolve anything). The carrier told me to proceed with the payment because they will send someone else and not charge again, however, the technician has decided to leave. My call took under 5 minutes all in - yes, I understand he didn't want to wait around forever but a few minutes does not seem like such an inconvenience.  I am left with a shower handle that is not working and if I want to proceed with the claim I need to track this unprofessional people down to make a payment to be able to get someone else out who will be able to actually fix the issue.

I also want to add that I recently had an amazing experience with a different company that came for my dishwasher. The first time they came they told me that the issue was and did not ask for any money as they were not able to fix anything - they charged their fee when they returned and actually did the job. I thought that was normal - I am willing to pay my fee but I needed to know what the plan was and how and who will fix the issue (vs just giving an opinion).

I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Update - thank you for your reply, but I asked the tech to give me a few minutes to check the procedure with the warranty company and he left. All in, the call with the insurance carrier was under 5 minutes which does not seem unreasonable to expect someone to wait to understand the process (when he was not able to explain what would happen next and he himself said I need to check with the warranty company). The company said to cover the service because they will make sure the claim is taken care of and I would not need to pay again another fee (which is what my concern was - they would end up sending multiple companies that do nothing and charge a fee every time) but the guy was gone.
I will call today to proceed with the payment - not sure why you are so surprised I had questions about my claim when the guy did not do anything and said someone else will have to come out and was not able to explain the claim process (which I understand is not his job, but you cannot be upset I took 5 minutes to make a call, so I understand the claim process). Happy holidays!

OSP plumbing is one of the best companies I have used out here in vegas. They know what they are doing. Very reliable and efficient. Iv used them for different services and every time they get to the point and fix the problem. I feel like my time isn't wasted because everyone is knowledgeable. Choice home set us up with OSP Plumbing Co and we are glad they did.  Jason who came out to our home to check out our problem was excellent.  He was professional yet friendly.  He went over everything with my husband and explained what our problem was.  Jason made the necessary repairs and   we were extremely happy with his service.   We also had communication with the office staff who were also very friendly and helpful.  we would definitely recommend OSP Plumbing to anyone with a problem and will not hesitate to use them in the future if the need ever arises.

Had a poor experience with this company when their technician Adam responded to a home warranty claim for a backed up kitchen sink.  He looked at sink and made some calls and returned to tell me they denied the claim.  After I paid the 85 service fee.  He had no idea why they denied it and he didn't have time to wait while I tried to call home warranty but for another 65 he could snake the sink and fix it.  I paid the 65 as I needed use of the sink.  After speaking with home warranty turns out he told them it had to be vented thru the roof which isn't at all what he did.   I knew it was strange that warranty wasn't covering a simple sink back up.  Now I know something was lost in the translation from Adam to home warranty.  Very disappointed.

Kind of curious how many of us have been called you people? I've been called that a few times in my life but Yesterday we had a plumber leaving our house and walked out calling us fu**** Hispanics
He was supposedly upset because I took a bit to open the door since I had just taken a shower I was changing myself and my toddler.  The way this man knocked on our door was scary my mom was afraid to open the door.
Please, all I can ask is never to use
OSP plumbing and Rooter. I called to let the receptionist know what had happened and never got a call from a manager to even receive an apology.

Folks I feel the company glossed over what they would be doing with plumbing leak problem ..the language in the.invoice and contract is ambiguous...be very carefully.  Also the plumbers made more holes in the walls then they needed to. It's been a nightmare. We had to call people to patch the holes that we ended up paying for.   Don't get fooled their phone bank people sound professional over the phone but in the end they get you. We were referred to this company by our home warranty co.

This company bids on a lot of Choice Warranty jobs.  That's because they are the worst shysters in business in Vegas.  They get their business through the warranty company and blame their failures on the warranty company.  They do sloppy rude initial inspections,  run up the cost of the repair, lie constantly even telling the customers to lie to warranty company and then figure the most expensive way to repair even running up non covered costs to extremes.  Choice covered and agreed to all their costs so it wasn't Choice that failed.  We tried over and over to speak to someone in authority concerning the method of repair. Best we got was one woman who told us to search the internet for information and another woman who claimed authority as office manager and told us the owner never takes customer calls.  Try yourself, even his rebuttals on Yelp do not include his last name.  It's a secret. In the end, they never showed up on the day of repair with the explanation the manager failed to realize the home was two story and they didn't have ladders.  Seriously, three separate techs came to our home and climbed the stairs to assess the repairs. Do not use these people or get a second opinion before you turn them loose in your home and if they are dispatching Jason LOCK your door!

Again this owner lies...we tried numerous times to find out WHY they needed to access a bathtub valve through an outside wall!  This is our reason for trying to speak to management.  All the tech could tell us was cause my manager says so.  Notice he's so honest again no LAST name.  Even he is ashamed of the work they do

They came via my home warranty company, my pipes
were clogged. They unclogged it 2 days the same problem. They sent a 2nd guy out he claimed everything looked fine. I asked to snake from the main line in front. He said you don't need to gave me a work order paper with a 2week warranty. Later that day
Everything was back up all sinks/toiletsI called OSP, ask about
the warranty sent pic of what he gave me. They never replied. I called repeatedly and text but still no reply!!!
I called another plumbing company the problem was fixed!!!! in 30 minutes!!!! I had to pay $374 but it was worth the professionalism!!! Everything is still working fine!! THANKS FOR NOTHING OSP!!!! YOU GET 0 stars from me!!!!! Had to add a star in order to post this review!! AGAIN 0 stars from me

We recently needed some assistance to power jet our Sewer and Matt came out and went above and beyond to help us. He was on time, kind, explained everything, cleaned up a stain on our sidewalk left by a previous snaking job, and even looked into another issue I mentioned. I can not say enough nice things about his professionalism. On top of great service, all of the customer service reps I've ever spoken to have been kind and helpful. I 100% recommend this company!

I couldnt be more happy with the service received from OSP!
We had our hot water heater take a dump... so i yelped out the job... OSP answered all my questions and gave the best quote ($1200) to replace...
The next morning I called to proceed with service. They were out that day and got the spiffy new water heater installed in no time!
They replaced supply lines and insulated for no additional charges!
I was very pleased with the service - and even more thankful that they didnt try adding to the bill after showing up!
I even asked them to bring a new stand (just in case) - after coming out, they said I probably didnt need to replace it - i did anyway... but the fact that they weren't trying to layer the expense onto the bill was very refreshing!

Excellent company! I had an emergency plumbing leak and contacted this company. They expeditiously gave me an emergency appointment and Jeremy promptly came out and fixed my problem. He brought to my attention another potential problem which if not addressed, would have become a disaster. He went above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things about him and his technical expertise! I highly recommend this company!

This is the 2nd time the warranty company sent this plumbing company out.

1st time for garbage disposal had to come.back same.day, then kitchen flooding and said need pipe snaked he he did.

Issue happened same one when washer connected to drain.

Find out i.had to hire a different company and it was 100% different issue.

I want my fee returned for the misdiagnosed issue.

Has to be 2 reviews as the initial tech is what is getting the 1 star. He rings the doorbell and steps back, I ask for him to place a mask on and Jason (that's the techs name) starts drilling me about what's my medical condition, I'm frowning no doubt, how rude. I explained that my nana is 94 and we all protect her and HE replied with well technically I'm supposed to only wear one if YOU have a medical condition, and asks do you have a medical condition? I'm still shocked because it's clear this guy has zero clue of what he can and can't ask, i say in a pleading tone my nana is 94, to which he says I don't have a mask so if you have one I'll put it on, huffs n puffs and rolls his eye, guys at least 50 acting like a full blown 13 year old. So now I'm thinking do I want this rude, disrespectful guy here? But we need to fixed the faucet. I go to get his mask and my friend calls,  Jason hears me and thinks the call is about him!! My adult daughter hears him shouting at me as he's standing in my front yard and she says...ask yourself why did YOU think it was about you? He then charges up to the door way towards my daughter to which she says WTF is wrong with you get the hell off our property. He literally charged at my daughter as if to intimidate her, full blown rage as if he was going to hit her.
That's when I started yelling for him to get away and he did but drove to the end of the road and u turned to view my home again. The guy is not all there, and no one should ever be alone with this menace. His name is Jason and I give him a 1 star! If the company sends him to your home, record record record. The company did correct this, that's a 5 star exchange that I'll discuss in a different rating but I felt that this 1 star needs to be said for all people home alone calling to get things fixed, call a neighbor or cancel and ask for a different guy. They hire other great people, someone lost a bet with this one.

So we had a pipe burst behind the shower and my man Daniel came out and completely took care of us.    He made sure that he first stopped the leakage also ensured that the tenants were not left without water :) He assured me that he would follow through with the warranty company next and also has a restoration company coming out tomorrow.  Will follow up on the story - so far so great!

My wife and I had to call our home warranty company for a leak occurring under our stand alone whirlpool tub. We were sent Jason who is as professional and knowledgable as they come. He was prompt and professional right out of the gate and took time to explain what was causing the issue we were experiencing with the pump (the source of the leak). He had to return to replace the jet pump and was in and out within an hour and made sure everything was secure and working before he left. If you ever can request Jason with OSP, you wont be disappointed with his work.

RUDE! My home warranty company told me to call them direct for an appointment. When I said that I might be flooded and have a lot of water under the sink and need an earlier appointment, the woman on the phone actually raised her voice at me screaming what do you want me to do!. After the so called supervisor never apologized or tried to smooth the situation laying the blame totally on me telling ME that I was rude. They are horrible people with no customer service skills, unable to difuse a tough situation, but with huge egos. I had worked in the service industry most of my adult life, I believe in superior customer service and in my own business I bend over backwards for my customers and treat each and every one of them like gold. This company's culture is apparently very different. They were sent by my home warranty company and I will do everything in my power to have them excluded from their list of vendors. DO NOT USE THEM they don't care about you or your needs!

We can't tell you anything unless you pay 85$ deductible

Renard arrived promptly and performed tests to assess what needed to be done to eliminate leak.  Very pleasant guy and more important he was knowledgeable  and cautious about resolving the leak.  Quite satisfied.

OSP Came to fix a leak, misdiagnosed problem, came back 4 times, job still not done! This Company is incompetent and HIGHLY SUGGEST using someone eles!

So you reply , and are available after a bad review is written but were not available to discuss situation prior to me getting upset. Sad. Good . Your description is not the situation that happened. Your employee misdiagnosed the entire problem. I never added anything to the work order just wanted the original work to be finished which you wouldn't do. After four trips to the house the job is still not complete. And I have a Fossett that did not need to be replaced. Being a $400 Fossett from the beginning replaced with a $20 Fossett that you replaced and  was not necessary. And by the way I was never a irate, frustrated yes , irate no!!!

Last night (3/7/19), I had a pipe leak in my attic, which lead to a waterfall in my laundry room.
Fidelity Home warranty sent OSP (One Source Plumbing) on emergency basis first thing this morning.  2 gentlemen came (Nick and Sako).

First, my experience with plumbing companies. in Las Vegas has not been great so far.  However it changed today! These guys were CLEAN, ON-TIME, CONSIDERATE (wore shoe covers, not to drag dirt into the house) and PROFESSIONAL!  What a difference from others!
They also fixed the problem, by replacing the leaking pipe, as well as a job that was done by another plumber in the same place.

Another thing that impressed me, (actually it should be something taken for granted, BUT...), they actually brought a ladder with them to reach the attic.  If you think I am nuts by being impressed by that... the last plumber had to pull himself up by the elbows, from MY 6 foot ladder!  Bottom line, Nick and Sako came prepared to fix the problem and they did.

In the future, I will be requesting Nick and company from my home warranty, and will use their services for any other plumbing and reclamation / restoration needs.

If I could give a lesser star I would.  I had to use this business due to the home owners warrenty we selected, after buying a new house.  The technicians were nice and honest.  However the owner and or supervisors are garbage, the first technician took a 30 minute job and turned it into a 5 hour ordeal, to no fault of his own, I don't think he had the prerequisite skills to change out a main pressure control valve for the house.  But, none the less, he turned the water off for the entire night, cut short a copper pipe that was going into the house, then used a shark bite fitting to hide his attempt: not to mention water damage to drywall and paint. At some point the first tech, looking for help, called his Supervisor, the tech was told to leave the job and tell us, the new valve is not correct and i will have to come back tomorrow, to complete the job, which is bullshit, paraphrasing the tech.  Ok, let not worry about a family with no water for drinking, sanitation and hygiene.  I informed the second technician about the shark bite being used by the previous tech, along with the time issues, again he was very nice an took only about 35-40 minutes to complete the job.  But, because he did not have the proper fitting and could not find one. He explained that he had to use the shark bite fitting to complete the job today.  The second tech gave us instructions to call the office, schedule another technician, or he would comeback, Wednesday, to complete the job with the proper fitting.  When I called to schedule the fix, third times a charm, I was told, by whom I can only assume was a secretary, and after she had talked to her supervisor...in no uncertain terms, the job was complete, the technicians had finished what they were there to do and OSP is done, according to its supervisor...she promptly hung up the phone...My suggestion is use these donkeys at your own peril...I have pictures if you want to see them.  I was not polite when I was told to pound sand, and for that I apologize.  I said, to the girl on the phone, so you are telling me, I have to eat your shit job, right before she hung up on me.

I reached out to my home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) for a leak coming from my toilet and they sent out OSP for the repairs. The problem was a faulty toilet flange and unfortunately this was not covered on my warranty.  I absolutely needed this fixed so I called OSP back to have a technician come and fix the damaged flange.

Today MATT came out and did an outstanding job!! Not only did he physically show me what was wrong, he also thoroughly repaired this issue and has it running perfectly!! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, super clean and extra informative!! He even gave me some advice on replacing my existing toilets with brands and model numbers!! He absolutely went above and beyond his job, and probably gained a customer for life!! Thanks so much MATT for all your hard work and expertise on my problem. My wife and I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and your valuable time. I will absolutely reach out to you for all my plumbing needs!!

Really happy with this company! Home warranty referred them as I had a tub that wouldn't stop even though I turned the handle all the way. Jeremy came out, first thing next morning and was super helpful. Even went to get a part for us. The faucet works better now than it ever has....and I'm looking at all my other faucets thinking I need to just replace now before they all break! Will definitely use this company! Always nice to find a good company to rely on.

I had Matt P. with OSP One Source Plumbing come to my house. I had a root problem and was so nervous and upset. Matt was the best! He was so honest and took the time to explain everything to me and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I will always use OSP One Source as long as Matt is there. I have Choice Home Warranty and was referred to this company for my repairs. The technician, Danny, had impeccable customer service & went above and beyond, explaining what services he was performing and for what reason. I've never had a technician actually educate me and teach me what to do to prevent future issues from occurring. I had such a good experience with Matt from my service call (via my home owner's insurance referral). Matt was punctual, courteous, friendly, efficient and he educated me about my toilet and the issue I was having. I appreciate the all around service he provided. I would like to say a sincere thank to this company for such an amazing knowledgeable staff, the scheduling ladies & a professional plumber, Matt. Matt notified me he was on his way, arrived on time, then quickly accessed and repaired two plumbing issues, a toilet and a garbage disposaL  Matt was very efficient with, not the repairs, but also the paperwork. So after dealing with them to fix my clogged toilet I decided to to give them another go with my water main issue where I was loosing so many gallons an hour. They charged me $75 to come out and the plumber did the same troubleshooting I did which was turn off the water to the house and then walk around the exterior. I asked him if he wanted to check the interior and he went in, knocked on a few walls and the floor and said they had to have the leak detection guy come out for an additional $275. It took him less than 10 minutes to do this. Waste of money. The next day the leak detection guy comes out and walks around for awhile and then checks a few spots around my driveway and tells me he can hear a leak under the thick slab in my driveway and that my main water main needs to be replaced. He said the company will send me a quote,which they never did. Do NOT do business with them. Save yourself some money and go directly to thru a leak detection company instead of using this one.  Will never do business again.

DON'T USE THESE GUYS! Been a month and I am STILL WAITING to get my 1 year old Kohler toilet leak fixed. My baseboard is trashed and the ceiling downstairs is stained from the leak. They have been here 3 times already! The first time, they cut two holes in my drywall, but that was not the problem! It still leaked! Of coarse they don't fix drywall! The 2nd wiseguy, Jason, said the leak was from the handle, but it was NOT. He refused to take the tank off to check. The toilet still leaked! The 3rd guy, Matt, was real nice. He finally found the leak by taking the tank off. He said they would have to order the parts. After more than another week, the office now says they will finally order the parts and it will take another 7-10 days to get them!
IT SHOULD NOT TAKE A MONTH TO FIX A SIMPLE TOILET!
OSP IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!

We went through Choice Home Warranty and was assigned to OSP Plumbing. These people are scammers. They basically collect your service fees and do nothing and reports back to the home warranty that the work is complete. Be warned!

I don't know if I'll be able to say enough good things about my experience with this company. I'm a tenant who reached out to my property manager company because I had no hot water at all. They then started an order with OSP, and when I called to ask about payment, Maria was so incredibly helpful, friendly and actually CONCERNED about my situation. She made the process so easy, gathered all my info (and kept saying, I'm so glad you called because all of my info was missing, and they only had the property management info which wasn't sufficient to confirm an appt time), answered all of my questions, and just made me feel so much better about the situation. She is also the reason that I will now be doing this with any maintenance request I have, regardless of what type of service I need, to call and confirm everything myself.

Then when Brittan arrived (at the top of my delivery window - thank you! So I wasn't wait all day), even better experience. He was kind, informative, actually CARED that I had been without hot water, and then treated me like a real person, and not like some girl who doesn't know anything about utilities or appliances. He explained everything he did, why it hadn't been working, what he did to fix it and then also showed me how to trouble shoot it for any problems in the future. And just kept reassuring me that it'd be fixed.

I'm just so grateful to the two of them for really making such a stressful experience manageable, and most importantly, corrected! This is a great company, and I've already referred a few friends of mine and my parents, all homeowners, of their services in case they are ever in need of top notch quality and service. I had a home warranty repair visit from OSP to fix a leaking shower system. Danny was my technician and he did a wonderful job. He was very respectful of the vintage style of the bathroom and suggested a Moen replacement system. He was able to fix the leak and tie in the new system very well to the look of the bathroom. I am very pleased with his work and he was kind and courteous.

We recently had what I feared was going to be a huge and expensive plumbing issue.  Jason with OSP came out and within minutes identified and made the repair. He was right on time and excellent at explaining the problem and solutions.  He did have to cut a hole in our kitchen ceiling, but did it so neatly, we can replace the small piece of sheetrock easily.  I highly recommend this company and Jason.

Last night my water heater went out water everywhere in the garage. I called to plumbing companies they all said it's too late we can't be there just turn off your water and we will be there in the morning I made one phone call to OSP Plumbing this guy named Nick picked up within 45 minutes he had a brand new water heater back of his truck and he showed up at my house at 10:45 PM by 11:50 the job is complete that's the kind of service that I'm looking for water heater looks amazing I'm happy these are my go to guys for any plumbing issuesI will recommend them to everyone these guys were awesome

I was recommended to this company by my house insurance, which the insurance then backed out because of the water heater still having a warranty. Was told I would have to deal directly with the company. I was informed it would take $650 to replace my heater, thinking heater under warranty should be OK. When the job was completed found they did not replace my heater with the same one or close to it. Was it a heater, yes, was it the same caliber, NO - Mine for one had electronic temperature controls and this was old Mechanical controls. And I was not informed of the switch until they were done. Watch them for lack of communication, you can get surprised. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

Hands down the WORST plumbing company you'll ever deal with. The tech appeared to be bored out of his mind while here and also appeared to be farting around on his phone playing games or texting or something. 3 trips out and nothing accomplished so we had to pay another company to come tell us basically the exact thing that OSP tech told us (but did not follow through with our home warranty to get said problem covered.) New company is out replacing our toilet in 2 days and home warranty is covering all expenses. Thanks for wasting our time and money OSP, you're a real piece of.........work.

I want to give less but since they didnt do any work I don't want to judge. I contacted my warranty company due to my water heater blowing out. They sent two guys that looked alike in a regular pickup with no name on it. Anyway I already knew leading into this my warranty company wasn't going to approve the fix due to rust. I told this dude that but he insisted on putting the truth.  The warranty company wouldn't have known the difference. Anyway denied. And now you have no job. Because i have a trustworthy plumber for  $800. Like other reviews here this OSP seem bored.  Won't use them for anything. Pretty sure they've been here before anyway.

I just had a wonderful experience using OSP!  on Sunday Our water heater was leaking ... we called our home warranty, who put us in touch with them. They called first thing Monday morning and was at our home within an hour of the call back. Jason, was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

It's difficult to trust just anyone in the service industry, and that is why I rely on other people's honest recommendations. I found OSP by word-of-mouth from a friend of mine. If you are like me, then I hope that you can rely on my recommendation of OSP Plumbing as your source of service the next time your home has a quick fix, no-nonsense plumbing issue. Jimmy, my service rep, was very prompt in handling our plumbing issues. He was very open with explaining the noisy toilet issue in our guest bathroom, as well as investigating preventative measures of hard water issues from our water softener. OSP is highly recommended by me!

The nozzle on the master bedroom bathtub fell off so I called my AHS insurance who sent over a plumber with the company name of ADVANCE PLUMBING, well let me tell you ADVANCE PLUMBING MY ASS! They should be called ripping off America company, this particular  employee of ADVANCE PLUMBING stated to my AHS insurance that the breakage was intentional and also that there was a leak behind the wall. Well naturally AHS insurance did not want to cover it and if I had not challenged them for a 2nd opinion, which they gave me a very hard time about ( but I stood my ground)I would had been paying over 1,800. dollars because of ADVANCE PLUMBING IS A  CHEATING LYING GREEDY COMPANY. Please stay far away from ADVANCE PLUMBING....ON THE OTHER HAND, I THANK GOD FOR OSP PLUMBING THIS COMPANY HAS EARNED A CUSTOMER IN ME FOR LIFE. This kind man walked into my house with tools in his hands and a big smile on his face I prayed he would be honest I never mentioned what the previous plumber had stated because I wanted to get a true DX, so I showed this pleasant plumber to the bathroom... again he worked for( OSP PLUMBING) he tested everything turned the water on etc. I gave him the nozzle that had fallen off meanwhile he must of seen the stress on my face because he smiled at me and said easy fix within 15 mins or less he was done. Thank God for honest people and mostly Jason honest plumber this young man had no idea how happy he made me mentally and physically I'm a senior citizen and big money is not my middle name lol but I'm sassy as hell and will always fight for what's right. PLEASE WHEN LOOKING FOR A PLUMBER GO TO OSP PLUMBING 702-772-7222 MAY GOD GRANT THEM ANOTHER 500 YEARS OR MORE IN BUSINESS 10 STAR COMPANY! Daniel was kind, courteous, & efficient. I had an emergency because my toilet flooded my downstairs Sunday night. Landlord called warranty company and they scheduled OSP to come Tuesday. I called them and let them know what happened they sent Daniel Monday instead.  Only suggestion is they should provide their employees masks due to covid19.

Matt at OSP plumbing was quick and helpful. Had 2 issues - sewer and leaking toilet that he fixed. He cleaned up the mess which most technicians don't always do and gave useful advice so that we could avoid having the same issues in the future. Even though they were dispatched by my home warranty company, I would call them for plumbing issues not covered by the warranty company. Highly recommend!

Our neighbors irrigation system flooded our living room and we had no idea where it was coming from. Choice home warranty sent out OSP Plumbing and we couldn't be happier. At first Choice scheduled OSP to come out the following day, I called OSP I wish I remembered the lady who answered the phone to give her a shout out as well but I don't sorry. But she already knew what was going on and after a short hold she I formed me that a tech would be there in just a few hours instead of next day. The tech Josh is world class answered all of our questions throughly. His knowledge is through the roof. He advised us to ask the neighbors if they had a water problem after he ran through the whole house and found no leak but a living room full of water. We went over and the neighbor informed us their sprinklers malfunctioned and ran for 10 hours that night and found it's way into our house. Josh then informed us of our next steps and who to call to get the process going. Nick the manager was prompt to call after Josh had left and was ready to get to work, due to Allstate (the neighbors insurance) dragging their feet Nick's crew wasn't able to come out that day to get going. Once Allstate was able to get us our required information Nick had people out within the next hour. That group came in all wearing masks and very courteous and got the damage out and fans going within two hours. They then informed us again of what needs to be done and what will happen next. Again after their departure Josh calls to make sure we were taken care of and if we had any questions about anything not to hesitate to call. After that call Nick called inquiring about everything as well. This company and these guys are very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous to everyone's safety, and all around awesome. Answering phone lady, Josh,Nick, and demo crew thank you all very much for making this process just a tad bit less stressful. Now time to deal with Allstate should be fun (that's sarcasm)

Would never use them again. Technician did sloppy job glueing pvc pipe and then blamed me for the leak, he told me to wait 10 minutes before checking the pipe. I waited 40 minutes and it leaked where he glued it.

I discovered a water leak Friday evening (4/2) and OSP came over Sat morning to my home. Nick and Josh mitigated the damages, got a restoration company over Sunday morning to fix things up. Josh even returned EASTER Sunday afternoon to finish the job so that my family would not have to go a 2nd night without water. Very grateful Patrick 89117

Highly recommend! We had a drainage block from the outside and noticed it early in the morning, I called early in the morning and spoke to Maria who was very nice and set up the visit very fast. We had the visit the very same day. The tech Jason called us on his way to our house and on his arrival here. He was nice and explained what was going on and how to take care of the blockage. He answered all of our questions and all around was very pleasant. My dad was here during the visit and was very impressed. If we have any future plumbing issues, we'll definitely use again!

While doing the dishes I heard water running under the sink and discovered our garbage disposal was leaking. My husband put a claim in with our home warranty company and we were assigned OSP to come out. Matt our technician came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  He agreed that our garbage disposal needed to be replaced hurry to out the claim into our warranty company before 5pm so it would be approved right away (which it was) and installed the new disposal quickly and efficiently. He gave me all the info I needed for my warranty and gave me great info about how to adjust my instant hot water dispenser. I really appreciate the great service and will request this company again.

Guest bathroom toilet started leaking.  Home warranty dispatched OSP and appt was made for Mon.  OSP office called and asked if we would like to move appt to Sat..great!  Jason called before coming and arrived on time, very personable and professional.  Checked out the toilet, explained every step of the way what he thought might be wrong, rechecked everything, tightest a few things and could not recreate the leak.  Jason was very reassuring and very thorough.  He stated should the leak reoccur to contact him or the office directly.  Couldn't ask for anything more.  Very pleased with the quick response time and professionalism by the office staff and Jason.

A technician came to our home to see if he can fix the master bath faucet since the water was just warm.  He claims nothing is wrong with the water heater and could not diagnose the problem why we are not getting hot water just on the master bath faucet.  He claims he needs to open the wall and check the pipes and was going to be $550 work.  After walking around for about 10 minutes and said he could not find the problem, my son googled the problem we were having and was able to fix the problem on his own. These people call themselves professionals, seriously, without any knowledge or even try to solve the problems.
So please do not request any services from this company, they are more to get your money without even trying to fix the problem but creating more.  Very dissappointing!!

I had OSP come out twice, once for a running toilet and once for a leaking shower faucet. Both simple fixes I probably could have learned to do myself on YouTube, but I'm so glad I didn't. I know they're fixed properly, quickly, and efficiently.  Everyone I dealt with at OSP from the plumbers to the receptionist were very polite and knowledgeable, plus they worked around my erratic schedule. I definitely recommend them and will for sure me using them in the future. Thanks OSP!!

My home warranty assigned me to this company and they called me with a long 4 minutes voice mail about appointment. I called back 3 times and no answer finally they called me the following day and confirm my appointment and they said my order was incorrect. I called them back and was trying to fix the problem with the home warranty company. Then after I fixed the problem they gave my appointment to somebody else. That's not fair. I wasted an hour and then they try to reschedule. I won't use their services at all

My toilette was running and also had a frozen pipe. Robert also detected problem with my other toilette. I had  to coordinate with my building to shut off the water. Robert changed angle stop, supply lines, fill valve, and flapper and different hoses. Robert and staff at OSP were professional, competent, communicated well and fixed both toilettes right  away. They were able to come out at a time that fit my schedule, were prompt and very friendly. Thank you Robert and staff at OSP!!!

I was over my moms house for Thanksgiving and the entire mainline piping ruptured. We literally called all over the place for help and no one was as responsive as OSP plumbing and Rooter. Today, we had an outstanding experience with OSP Plumbing & Rooter. Our Home Owner Insurer selected OSP to repair our our Garbage Disposal system which had completely frozen up. The repair technician, Matthew P., came to our home at the appointed time, assessed the problem and worked with our Home Repair Insurance Company to make a decision on replacement within minutes. From arrival to technical assessment to decision and replacement was less than 45 minutes. Matt P was very knowledgeable and took the time to both explain the problem, and the replacement and post-installment maintenance. Great service.

This company was sent out by our home warranty company. I have mixed feelings from my experience. At first, they sent an inexperienced person to assess the issue. This person didn't have the work order submitted back to our warranty company until two days later and therefore, the approval took longer and we lost the rest of the week to continue this repair. In frustration, I called the office to get an update and Kristine helped me with everything that was left unanswered. She took matters into her own hands and made sure to send out an experienced plumber for the repair work. She was wonderful to work with and she even followed up the next day to see if everything was going according to plan. I truly appreciated her customer service and I really hope she can train her co-workers on the correct way to handle customer calls and questions.

We called Osp to come help us with loud pipe banging noises in our house. The technician that they sent out, Joseph, quickly diagnosed the problem and told us what it required to fix. If there were a way to give more than 5 stars, I would. Using Yelp, Nick was responded to me at 10 PM and we had a productive conversation the next morning.  Nick gave a very fair estimate and was very specific in the work he was willing to do.  He also gave me a very good summary of the additional work he is able to do and answered all of my questions.  These days, this is not easy to come across.  Nick and OSP Plumbing is now my #1 go-to company from here on out.
