I have used AAA About Plumbing for both emergency work and standard repairs and have been very pleased. Greg provides excellent service and very fair pricing. He's honest about what needs done and gives good estimates on how long it will take. I told him I hoped I wouldn't see him again, but if I need a plumber, he's the guy I'm going to call.

I called Bopp Plumbing to repair my non heating water heater. They came out within an hour of my phone call. They quickly assessed that it wasn't my water heater after all, but it was the power to my water heater that was the problem. They did not charge for the visit and were very courteous. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and promptness.

I called Petzold construction with a late night sewer problem. They were at my house within the hour. They found the problem immediately and had my pipes flowing again. They are fast, reliable, and very professional. I recommend Petzold construction to anyone who has a problem they need fixed now.

Jeremy came and fix our kitchen sink and downstairs leak and issue in our shower. What a great man. Professional, on time and did a great job! If you have plumbing issues I highly recommend their services.

We moved to another house with a shower that hammered every time the hot water was turned on. Three plumbers looked at the shower but couldn't fix the problem. We paid them to install a new shower head and an expansion tank but neither fixed the hammering in the pipes. Scott Crawford took the handle off and found a broken valve. He installed a new valve and the shower works perfectly. Highly recommend Scott and Crawford Plumbing.

I have been using this company for a few years now. They were recommended by a friend. I had my stack replaced last year and they did a great job at a fair price. They are quick and efficient. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

After several years of flooding in my basement and seeking assistance from multiple plumbers across the area, I finally had someone come out who took my issue seriously. Mike was my Drain Tech and he was the absolute best. Not only did he take the time to really listen to my concerns, he was empathetic as he explained to me what needed to be done. Never in my life have I been so happy about having repair work done in my home. I am really looking forward to gaining some peace of mind. Others literally just came out and did what they were asked. If I suggested something or asked what else I could do, I was always greeted with a stale response.
I'm a big believer that great service comes from a persons sincerity and how they treat others.
Chesterfield Service seriously passed the vibe check. I will definitely be in touch for other things.

I had an issue with a foul smell coming from my sump pump. Two technicians came out and diagnosed the issue. I was charged for their time and was told that the their boss would need to come out and give me an estimate later that day or the next. I waited two days and didn't hear back from anyone so I called them to inquire if there was a mix up. Apparently, I was never on their schedule to have the owner come out to provide me with the estimate. No big deal, I assumed it just was forgotten so I went ahead and scheduled a time for the owner to stop by with the estimate. They told me he would be there on Wednesday between 9am-10am. No one ever showed up and I never received a call about it. I don't know if they are just too busy or don't respect other people's time. I feel like it is just very unprofessional to not call if you plan on not showing up! It's probably for the best since I wouldn't want to hire a company that is this disorganized and inconsiderate of people's time.

Amazing! Called about a minor issue with our bathtub barely drizzling out the hot water. The guy on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The guys who came out the very next day were prompt and thorough. It ended up being a 25 minute fix. We're newer homeowners, so we were nervous trying to find a plumber. Found them highly recommended on Nextdoor. Looks like we've found the one!

We had a blockage in our master shower drain. They arrived when they indicated they would, the two gentlemen that came were kind, professional and so helpful. They would not stop until they had the blockage cleared. It turns out it was a bottle cap in the line. He managed to fish it out, cleaned the line, all in under an hour. I will recommend them and should the need arise, use them again.

Our main drain had been clogged for some time and we kept thinking we could snake it out ourselves. That never happened so we called Sure Fix. Jim was out within an hour and was friendly and knowledgeable and before we knew it, the drain was draining. I couldn't be happier.

Mike and his crew is top notch! Within 18 hours of my water heater dying, he not only assessed the problem, but ordered the new tank, installed it with the greatest professionalism and he should have charged more...the fix and forget it way he performs his vocations is the best I've ever seen. A+++ across the board. Thanks Mike

I hired Turney to replace a broken sewer line located 75 feet from the house. Jenny quoted $1500 - $2500, depending upon whether 10 feet of sewer pipe needed to be replaced or 75 feet needed to be replaced. The job was finished in one day with 20 feet of replaced pipe and a bill for $2,670. The main drain was still clogged with standing water, when Jim finished the job. I can only assume that all the work that James Turney Heating, Plumbing and Electrical does is performed in such an unethical manner as this. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for future repair services.

Simply put, the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. The job was to install a water heater. Negligent and incompetent work led to a leak that damaged the new unit. The owner and sole employee of the company refused to take responsibility for the damage and after cutting a phone conversation short, refused to answer or return any of my calls or e mails. Multiple attempts to make contact over several weeks have all been unsuccessful. No interest or effort was made to stand behind the work, correct the issues or resolve the situation. We had to buy a new water heater and pay another plumber to do the job again. The incompetence, followed by the total lack of professionalism have left us extremely unhappy. Obviously we will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing work, and I strongly suggest you do the same.
