Did not feel the were very professional.  It seemed every where in my house the copper pipping was too long and needed shortened.  Expensive.

Honestly, I did not know that Steele Plumbing existed until I found him on Yelp. He answered quickly, and he had my problem fixed within  4 hours of contacting him, and it was not an emergency. I expected the normal 2-3 day wait time for non emergencies, and was very surprised  to have a 4 hour (or so, I didn't time it) fix.
He did a great job, didn't try to up sell to fancier equipment, and finished in a blink of an eye.
It's also nice to support local small businesses instead of the behemoth companies that are taking over the service industry.
I will be using this company for future plumbing incidents. Being a commercial property, there WILL be future plumbing incidents. It was refreshing to use a company who just did what needed done without 3 phone calls to get them there and the inevitable how did we do? follow up call.

I've had some really terrible experiences with plumbing companies all over the world.. They come out they tell you it's gonna be one thing and then it's always something different. You think it's a small fix a little leak and next to you know they're trying to upsell you to do thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. That did not happen in this case. Tim came out Because we had a leaky faucet in the kitchen and I thought I could fix it on my own with plumbing tape next to you know I had a full 4 alarm flood in my house.  I called and spoke to a lady named Sherry who was absolutely amazing confident professional and put all of my worries aside. Tim came out he was fast efficient he showed me what the problem was show me where I went wrong and he fixed it in a Jiffy.  This was hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had I would strongly recommend using these guys over and over again if you ever have any type of issue I would have my mom call on Tim!!!

Fred was great.  Cear communication and very prompt.  He worked around my schedule and completed the work quickly.  No complaints, great experience.

Larry and Steven (Father/Son) possess superior knowledge, experience, and equipment than the chains. What qualifies me to make such a proclamation(?), decades of inferior comparative cabling at substantially higher time and cost.

It's obvious these guys are great at what they do and appreciative of the business, which I'll be glad to give to them should the need again arise. I highly recommend to anyone within their range of travel. BBB A+ rating. You may trust that my first/only experience with Root-A-Way (Woerther Ln. Ballwin, MO. 636-391-1090) was this very evening. It was refreshing to encounter Larry and Steven.

Tom did a great job on a busted pipe at my residence. He was professional, yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do before he did, without being condescending.
Obviously, a busted water pipe requires a quick response and despite a full schedule, he managed get there within a reasonable amount of time.
Anita was very personable on the phone and very sympathetic to my plight. Reasonable priced! Highly recommend!!

Great service. Friendly great guy! Did not charge because he did not find any problem. please patronize this business if you have the unfortunate need.  Ha ha

I am updating my previous negative review after the the manager, Steve, called me and offered a partial refund.  I still have some reservations about recommending them  but I was impressed that Steve seems to really want his customers to be satisfied.  Hence a 3-star review.  My reservation are that I was told they often give free estimates of the work and sometimes charge $150 to come out and diagnosis. In my case, I was charged $150 for a misdiagnosis resulting in 3 extra days and two USP overnight fees and another charge.  At the same time the technician would not honor the discount coupon offered.  So that is my neutral review.   It still reads a bit on the negative side, but the manager is decent about it and will try to make things right so that is worth something.

We've had these guys out for a few jobs since buying our house in Creve Coeur. They got the jobs done quickly and fairly priced - exactly what I'd hope for from my plumber! Will definitely be using them for our upcoming hot water heater replacement and pressure regulator value replacement.

I called Roto Rooter, and within an hour and a half Robert Johnson was at my house and had the drain cleared in one of my upstairs showers. He completely and fully explained what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future.

They did an awesome job and fixed the problem without trying to charge ne to replave everything like the other plumbing companies I called. I was impressed with how fast they took care of the issue and felt like they were very reasonable with price.

I've had low pressure in my home ever since another plumber installed a new faucet in the kitchen. The young man sent by Torrisi adjusted the regulator and fixed the problem. He also cleared a clog in a slop sink, which involved following the pipes through the basement. The water pressure in the home has improved dramatically. Well done.

Also, I received an appointment in an amazingly speedy manner.

My toilet died during the night.  I contacted a plumbing service to have them come fix it (I was unable to get the lines to come free).  The cost quoted to have the inside workings of the toilet fixed were more than the cost of a new toilet and were going to be days before they could get out.  I contacted Halo Plumbing due to their reviews and location.  Nathan was able to come out the same day, between jobs. He had the inside workings replaced and the water line reconnected within minutes. The bill I received was SO reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Awesome job, Nathan! Thank you! Highly Recommend..

Left before the job was finished. Left tape everywhere. Got paint on our brand new carpet. Garbage everywhere.

Terrible place they fixed a tub spout for us.  They rigged it with caulk then when it came off after using it about 5 times they wanted me to repay to have them come out.  I used a different plumber and he told me they had rigged it up. buyer beware!

I called Phil Miller Plumbing and another guy showed up.  Tried at first to tell me I needed $3000 in downstairs plumbing repairs.  I just had two toilets that needed tank kits installed.

I foolishly agreed to $500 for tank repair kits for both toilets.  He did not break the bill down into parts and labor.  A tank kit is $20 at any hardware store.  He was done in less than hour, so I guess his hourly rate is $200 an hour!!  

The company is a rip-off!!!
Will never hire again!  I can see $100 a toilet with the tank kit, but $250!!!  A whole new toilet is cheaper!
