For a sewer line camera job. Price was very fair. Technician was on-time, professional, and very good at explaining the issue with the sewer line.  Will definitely recommend and use again.

Horrible customer service. This company installed all of our new kitchen plumbing less than 6 months ago. The garbage disposal stopped working, so they agreed to come and look at it. The technician looked at it for all of 2 minutes, and then claimed that the Moen disposals are not good and it is a bad disposal. It's brand new! And then he proceeded to ask for the $118 service fee for the visit. We have several future projects that will require plumbing and I WILL NOT be calling Arch Plumbing. The greed and lack of customer service.

Had service on my floor drain on Oct 8, 2018. After 2 attempts at snaking, the technician determined the pipes may have offset underground and told me to apply for St. Peter's sewer lateral program. As a last stitch effort he attempted to snake it one more time and told me he was successful, drain unclogged. I was charged $450. Of course either was elated that it was resolved and I didnt have to pay thousand for PVC replacement pipe through the city of st. Peter's. Behold 2 days later, I go to do laundry and after one load the floor drain back up worse than it had before Roto Rooter unclogged the drain. I called immediately to have service setup, as they offered a six-month warranty under the original service provided. I was given a 2-hour window from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for a technician to arrive. Come 7:30 that night, nobody called me for an update or to tell me they had been running behind. I expressed my frustration, they told me they were busy, and that somebody would be out the next day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m..... well it is currently the next day going on 3 and still no roto rooter...would never recommend this company to anybody. Very disappointing service and awful customer service from dispatch.

Sewer line was backing up in my basement. AA Quick was close and has good ratings, so gave them a call around 10 am. Was told arrival would be later that day, but no specifics. Called back about 3 pm, asked for ETA, was told it would be late, around 7 pm. Still no-show by 8 pm. Called first thing next morning and asked for new ETA. Was told within 2 hours. Crew arrived almost two hours exactly and had problem resolved within 30-40 minutes. Quick and courteous.
Some might have given an even lower rating, but as frustrating as it was, losing two days of pay and using up two vacation days, I understand issues arise, temporary staffing problems, jobs taking longer than expected, etc. However, their customer service needs some improvement. Calling the customer when your agents can't meet the timeframe and updating the ETA or rescheduling would prevent customer anger from building and would go a long way in helping customer satisfaction.

I do recommend them for the actual service, just be aware the office support might be lacking a bit.

First Plumber I have used in St Louis since moving here but they were great. Seemed very knowledgeable and pricing fair. I had a sump pump go out during bad rain storm and they had one installed in just a short period of time. I would recommend to a friend.

My kitchen sink had slowly been backing up for the last 2 weeks until it no longer drained at all.  I called at least 3 other plumbing places who either didn't return calls, were too busy, or didn't show up at all.  Very frustrating. (Are they all like this?)  I hadn't heard of Drain Dudes but they had some good reviews so I gave them a call.  Robert, the owner, answered and said he would gladly accommodate me on his schedule the next day and at a time good for me.  He came by the next morning on time and got right to work.  He immediately located the clog while explaining to me what he was doing throughout the process.  Since my utility/washing machine drain and bathroom drains also connect downstream of the kitchen before going to the city sewer system, he trouble shot those as well to make sure that there were no clogs in the adjoining pipes. Patience with his use of his snake auger paid off and he was able to clear what turned out to be 2 major clogs within the system.  I now have peace of mind that my entire household system is clear.  He knows his business and did it at a very reasonable cost.  I'm keeping him on retainer for any future plumbing needs.

This business was assigned to us via our home warranty but I am saving their info and will call them direct in the future. They were prompt to connect with us, arrived on time, and clearly explained the issue and solution. Top notch work.

Crafton did an excellent job. He and his assistant showed up on time and completed the job in only one day. New hot water heater, shut off valve, and  copper pipes. His assistant discovered an active termite colony in the crawl space. He used to work for a pest control company so he was familiar with termites and their damage.
The large job came in under the quote because he didn't have to snake two drains. And it was done in one day versus the quoted two days.
I highly recommend Crafton plumbing.

Tim was extremely helpful in helping various plumbing needs around the house. He was able to unclog a drain, replace a valve for our washer, and spot the source of a leak (was coming from roof and not any plumbing). He was able to do all these repairs in a very timely manner for a reasonable price. He was courteous and wore a mask while doing the job. 5 star service without a doubt.

Contacted Anytime Plumbing through Yelp for an emergency repair. Had a leaking supply line to my toilet and needed help ASAP.  Heard back from Steve with AP and he went the extra mile to get a guy here within the hour! Even though I had already secured another service these guys deserve credit for being there. I would recommend them based on their commitment to service and response. Thanks Steve! We just used Hoffman Brothers for plumbing services because we had a backed up sewer pipe. This happened on a Friday before a Monday holiday (MLK) weekend. My husband contacted other plumbing businesses that were each recommended, but none could come until the following week. He decided to try businesses close to us and when he called Hoffman Brothers, they said they could come out within few hours and they had a $95 special--yay! From the first phone call, they were polite and efficient. They kept calling to keep him updated on their ETA. The guy who came to our house was polite, efficient, and very professional. He fixed the problem quickly and did the camera in the pipe thing and showed us where the roots that clogged things in the pipes were...all this for $95! Great service! Highly recommend!

I take care of most of my own home repair issues, but plumbing can sometimes require tools that most people don't have laying around.  Such was the case today.

After doing a load of laundry, the basement floor was drenched.  I diagnosed the problem as a clogged standpipe. I tried to snake it but my tool wasn't up to the task.

I called the plumber recommended by my neighbor and described the issue.  He said he didn't have a snake sturdy enough job, but recommended the plumber he uses when a job is over his head - Bore's.

The guy showed up pretty much on time, confirmed my diagnosis, returned to the truck to wheel in his snake, and went to work. Thirty minutes later he was done and headed out.  Even cleaned up after himself.

Nothing fancy, but got the job done professionally and quickly. Can't ask for more.

Rude and sexist. They charged me almost $700 dollars, telling me if I chose that option it would fix not only problem A but problem B as well. A month and a half later, they had to come back because the same problem occurred. After the inspection, they wanted to charge me $150 just to add coolant into the AC unit. Even after they had initially said if I paid the $700 the first time it would fix all of the problems. I called and complained and when I said it felt like this was happening because I was a female, Rich ( the man I talked to) laughed and said no i don't feel that way. I do NOT RECOMMEND

Still waiting after calling two days ago!!!! I have a leak that's leaking water in basement and I waited at home 4hrs today and had to call back only to hear they can't get anyone out today. So they weren't even going to let me know!!! Very poor customer service!!!!

When I called for someone to give me a quote, I was told up front there would be a $49 charge for this.  I agreed because I didn't expect the price to be so high for simple job (replace a freeze-resistant outside faucet and install an interior shut-off valve).  I was told the tech (Kyle) would text me in advance of his arrival.  He arrived 30 minutes early with no text.  He spent (at the most) 8 minutes looking the job over.  He then quoted me $640 when other quotes were for much less.  Kyle told me a receipt for the $49 would be emailed to me. I had the work done by another firm for $250 (another quote I received was for $275).
I called Thome later that day and explained that I wanted my $49 refunded because their quote was way overboard.  I was told they would let me know of their decision within 24 hours.
5 days later I called Thome and was told they would not refund my money and that I was being a bully for telling them I would post this review and that they (she) had just emiled me a receipt for the $49 professional diagnostic.

They did not finish the job that they were paid to do was suppose to come back out kept giving day to come back out it was always a no call no show went Mike I on for a month finally paid someone else to do what they were paid to do I have filed a claim in small claim court they got to the point that they want answer phone or messages very un professional
