Rick from Advanced Plumbing fit us in for a clogged toilet right smack dab in the middle of the Christmas season.  These people are wonderful and reasonable and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.  They are efficient and prompt.

Best service so far in the area. Had them repair a toilet flange and they were responsive and pleasant. When we needed water heater repair I called them back and they again were responsive and knowledgeable. They call to confirm times and are great to talk to. I will definitely be using them again.

Unreliable and does not stand behind their work. Buyer beware. Incorrectly installed a Zoeller grinder causing the motor to burn up after only 3 months use. After repeated calls and promises to come out I came to realize that it was never gonna happen and had to use another plumber. So think twice before calling Koehne. Plenty of other plumbers out there who will do the work properly and stand behind it.

He was quick to diagnose my plumbing issue. Took care to ensure it was fixed right the first time.   I found him to be honest and trustworthy.

Horrible. Could not finish the job the first day because he did not have what was needed for the job, so had to come back the next day. Then got double billed, because they said he had to come back the next day. He did not do the job required, and fixed nothing the first day but we still got billed for the job. Pathetic! If you are called to fix something and cannot do the job we should not have been charged. Then after i called about the issue i was told that even though he could not do the job he still came out there and if i did not pay the total in full i would be charge the total plus a interest rate of 18%. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Very impressed with how professional & polite the technician was during the examination of the sewer line.

I was having trouble with a horrible smell in my house for months. I had several different service providers come out and try to investigate the root of the odor. I called Inspector Plumber as a last resort. He should have been my first call because he found the source of the smell after only five minutes. We had suffered with the odor for three months. Their service call was reasonably priced, he found the problem and gave us different options on how to fix it. Problem solved. Thank you, Inspector Plumber. I will recommend Inspector Plumber to everyone.

This place is a joke. They installed water heaters at my house. They were under warranty when the heaters started leaking. When I called them, they told me they would get back to me and never did. My wife tried reaching them and they kept giving her the run around...something about the connectors not being covered under the warranty. We are 10 days later and they still haven't sent anyone out to look at the issue. I am calling another plumber and not using these guys again.

I recommend you do the same.

Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend. Greg Goforth came out to my home to look at my hot water heater. He told me he would schedule a time to replace 2 elements that were bad. Never responded to emails or text messages. He only responded to a text message when I told him I requested another contractor w/ a sarcastic reply.  Very unprofessional.
