I don't know about the plumbing skills, but the driving skills are awful!  Van license 1LA-137 was on I70 between Little Blue Parkway and Woods Chapel. He was tailgating like crazy. When he was behind me I couldn't see the driver or the headlights - just the hood of the van. He did that to a lot of people. If he had been given a brake check he would have failed. I didn't feel up to having a bad day.

Darrell Denny is one of the Leavenworth plumbers that the locals know to call and trust.  He's done several jobs around my house and does them right.  He really went the extra mile on our sewer line to prevent our basement floor being tore up years ago.  If I had to search for a caveat, occasionally he has rescheduled an appointment because he's so busy.  

Regarding a previous negative review, I personally have not ever been cheated by Darrell or smelled alcohol on his breath.  He's a standup guy.

Prompt service call time. Explained the situation after spending an normal amount of time working on the appliance. Answered all of my questions while being very considerate of me not knowing what caused the problem. I recommend their promptness, attitude and service status as A+!!

My sewer line was clogged with tree roots and they were able to set up an appointment quickly to give a free estimate.  They arrived promptly within the time frame they gave me and even sent a photo in the text of the technician.  ++++ It didn't take long for them to assess the situation and let me know of a special they were having at the time that I could take advantage of.  They were able to get the job done quickly and take care of an add-on with fixing my shower diverter.  These guys were friendly, looking out for the customer and did an awesome job!!!  I will definitely be using them again if needed.  Big fan!  Way to go Mario and Luigi. ;)

Jason at Rescue 1 was incredible! We had a leaky bathtub faucet- he came out gave me options on what we could do and fixed us up with the most cost effective solution to get the job done right! I would never call anyone else for your plumbing needs. A++

I had a plumbing emergency and they responded right away.  Jim came out, snaked my sewer line, explained about the roots that caused the blockage and did everything quickly and professionally.  I paid exactly what he quoted, which was in the ballpark of what I expected.

The kitchen sink backed up while fixing dinner on Christmas Day! I messaged Amanda the next day about the problem and I told her it could wait until Monday. She sent out 2 fellows that were very polite and they got to work right away. It was a big grease clog and it took about and hour of hard work and drain cleaner to open it up. I'm very satisfied. Thank you so much.

I called their office and spoke to Glen.  Even after not knowing if they had a tech that could come to my house in such a short time, he, himself was there in an hour and a half of my phone call. We had a clogged toilet, the only toilet in our house between 4 people, 2 of them kids. He was amazing, professional and fixed the issue! We didn't know it was a pencil clogging it! We had a broken pipe leading into our house. They were excellent in digging it up and repairing it. They were done in one day. However, their customer service is horrible. Our work was done 4 days before Christmas. A month later we still don't have the bill. We have called multiple times in regard to the bill as we are filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. Each time we are told that the bill is in the mail. We were initially told that they only do billing once a month. They do good work. Just don't expect to get your bill quickly.

The original guys that came out were great! Then the issues started when they were supposed to come and actually fix the issue. Lots of communication issues with scheduling etc. Finally called another plumber that will come and finish the job.

We had a hot water tank. Go bad on us. Next level plumbing came out. Assess the problem. We're out within a couple of days. Finish the job quickly efficiently. I appreciate their help.

Left 2 messages on an urgent plumbing problem with the answering service.  4 days later, no response.

I was charged $137 my plumber pushed two buttons on my water heater. Not only was I was charged, the plumber was supposed to look over the water heater and then talk to me about the prices before working on it. he went ahead and pushed two buttons to ignite my pilot light and then said oops I wasn't supposed to do that, I was supposed to talk to you first.  he didn't do anything. he should of let me get that free since there was no service. he pushed two freaking buttons. plumber name and code. Keion # 2745 I want my money back!!!!!!
