Excellent service! Responsive to messages,  came in even during a bad weather day. Really professional, the work was well done and fast. I'll definitely hire them again.

I spoke with Cody at Mills plumbing and he is polite, friendly, professional and enthusiastic about helping me. He doesnt service the grandview area at this time but he took time to speak with me abt my situation and also recommended two plumbers that might service the grandview area.  Was a pleasure to find this type of service.  Even though Cody didnt do any work for me I would recommend him.

My house in Atchison had a sewer back up. Nobody had reviews on yelp, so I called a few places to no avail. I finally talk to a local and they said to call Tate plumbing.

Not only were they prompt, but they knew the history of my old house in Atchison that I just purchased. Speaking of prompt, they were in my house within an hour. I never thought I would had that kind of service in Atchison.

They did a great job for a reasonable price! They worked us into their busy schedule, twice. They snaked several floor drains, repaired a faulty valve, fixed the leaky toilet, and serviced the backflow valve.

About a month ago, we were having problems with getting hot water to our shower. Jessee was recommended to us and we called him. As another review mentioned, he is professional, friendly and thorough.  When it became apparent that we needed to replace actual plumbing in the wall, he gave us the extra time that day to replace the parts. A neat, clean opening to the pipes was made, and now the shower works perfectly! He also gave us a name of someone who did a great job of repairing the wall, and we were totally back to normal in just a few days.  Excellent service!

My plumber Jason Meyer 0131 arrived on time and fixed the problem with my basement drain in no time at all. He was very genial and left the area cleaner than when he began. I highly recommend.

Called Mortan Man to service a furnace in a house I'd just bought.  The guy they sent made a lot of noise and said it was serviced, so I can't answer to that.  What makes me mad is the guy put a huge Mortan Man sticker over the sticker of the original installer of my expensive new A/C unit, and now I need that information for warranty and I have to figure out a way to peel that shit off and it's not coming off.  WTF?  Why cover up the people who installed my A/C?  What possible use is that to your business?  Besides pissing me off so bad I'll never use your company again?  Good job.  Your advertisements cost you a customer.  What a douche bag business practice.

This company is my favorite for faucets, sinks, and excellent service.

They carry everything imagineable for kitchens and baths.  They carry top of the line brands and mid-level.  I've done a lot of shopping around.  Their pricing is very good and they offer free delivery to Overland Park.  Yes, FREE delivery right to my door, no charge...unheard of with today's gas prices.  (they probably deliver to other areas, too)

The service...the first time I did business with them was over 6 years ago on a kitchen remodel.  I came across this company purely by accident.  I walked in the showroom and was immediately met with a smile and lots of knowledge!  Andrea Love helped me pick out what I needed and delivered it to my house for free.  Here I am 6 years later needing a new kitchen faucet....I call...Andrea is still there.  I am so happy to have her help me.  We did everything by email and phone using the website...the faucet was delivered today...free of charge.  Andrea Love is a shopper's dream sales rep.  She's very knowledgeable, doesn't waste your time, doesn't high pressure sell you, and she's pleasant.  Such a rare find...Pyramid and Andrea!

They just completed several plumbing projects at my home and did a great job. I had a tankless water heater installed, a whole home filter, and water conditioner, and they fixed my outside faucet. They will now be my go-to plumbing company. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were very reasonably priced!

Never do business here without a 2nd opinion. I called them once when sewer backed up...within 20 mins it was all doom and gloom and they were trying to sell me a $10,000 new sewer line (but don't worry, they will finance it for you!). No other options given. I called around and was able to get the line open and cleaned for $250 and have had no issues since in 6 months. Hunter Hamilton took my call when I called in to let them know I was furious with the service and the sliminess of their serviceman. Hunter was very professional and I could tell truly felt bad that I felt like I had been taken advantage of - however, as long as they continue to pay guys like the one who came to my house on commission - the sliminess will continue!!! Beware and get a 2nd opinion always.

Service charge is high and we paid $400 (that was with a 10% discount) to have their tech sit on hold for an hour with Lennox tech support.  Issue was a bad circuit breaker which could have been diagnosed more efficiently. I would shop around for more fair price.

I chose one star because there is no zero star.  They repaired a water leak for us and did not turn off water when they did the work.  Water sprayed onto Air condition system and destroyed computer board which cost $300 to replace.Two days later, the pipe they repaired leaked again badly.  I called them and was told they will locate the plumber who did the work and would send him back but we never heard from them.  I called them a dozen times that day and they never answered my call and never returned my call after I left them a couple of messages.  They used a wrong fitting and it came off two days later.  The water sprayed out on the AC again and damaged the new computer board installed again.  We had to call another plumber to fix it since they never answer or return my call.  A Simple water leak costed us over $800!!
