NorthSide Plumbing

I recently bought a home that was rehabbed and have had a few plumbing issues with leaky pipes -  behind the wall in master bath, underneath kitchen sink, and a toilet not set correctly which caused water damage. I do have a home warranty insurance, Old Republic, for things of this nature.  Old Republic set me up with NorthSide Plumbing, a recommended contractor, for them.

For the most part they have resolved all issues, however, with that being said I wanted get an itemized copy of the work done to give to my attorney as my attorney has requested an itemized list of work that has been done on my home because of other problems I have had with this supposedly rehabbed house - the flipper (investor) of the home cut many corners and hid things....another story.  

Anyway, Glen from Northside Plumbing Co, said he talked to Old Republic and Old Republic told him not to give me a copy of an itemized invoice of the work done on my home.  After speaking with 3 representatives from Old Republic, they all stated that nowhere in their notes does it say that they spoke with Glen and that the company that does the work (Northside Plumbing in this case) is obligated to give that to me.  When speaking to Glen, two times he said he would not give me the invoice, that I had to go through Old Republic to get it, and that he would not speak to me again about this and hung up on me.  I called back and he hung up on me again.

Here is something pretty funny ......their website says, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. Really? As a customer of Northside Plumbing my experience with the owner, Glen, has been horrific to say the least. To hang up on a customer twice, be lied to and refused a copy of the work that was done does not match the definition of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOR EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY.

Northside plumbing is a local company with integrity.  They stand behind their work, and I've received a personal call from the owner to make sure I was satisfied with their service.  My kitchen sink works like new, and I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

I called their office and spoke to Glen.  Even after not knowing if they had a tech that could come to my house in such a short time, he, himself was there in an hour and a half of my phone call. We had a clogged toilet, the only toilet in our house between 4 people, 2 of them kids. He was amazing, professional and fixed the issue! We didn't know it was a pencil clogging it! Thanks Glen and Northside plumbing!
