After the 4th project I had to tell everyone that HMBill is the real deal. I tell all my friends that if they can't fix it to call Bill. I highly recommend Handyman Bill Can.

Absolutely exceptional experience with Superior Plumbing. Called on a Monday morning to schedule a hot water heater replacement and was able to get booked with the first shift on Tuesday (the next day - wow). Lee was a great communicator, did a fabulous job cleaning up, and overall produced high quality work. The cherry on top was the fair pricing. Cannot recommend Superior enough, and will definitely be working with them in the future.

I've had Malcolm come to both the century old homes I've owned in the past three years. He's prompt, thorough, and affordable! Plus, he's always got a good story! A++

These guys are fantastic! They're friendly and fast, and they do excellent work. I had a burst pipe on the front of the house that I thought would require digging outside to get to, but they located the pipe behind a grate in my basement and repaired it so quickly. An outdoor PVC pipe my husband installed behind the house had burst and they replaced it with a metal pipe plus raised the spigot so I don't have to bend down to use the thing. When they were done they left my home in great shape, too. I can't recommend them highly enough!

As a single homeowner I have always felt comfortable and satisfied with the quality of service I receive. It's hard as a female to trust any diagnosis when relying on companies. Once again I have received wonderful service in a timely manner. The company has a respectable team and their clean. I feel Blessed to have found this company for my plumbing needs.

Not long after purchasing a rental property I was told I would need a new water line. The plumber that I had called did not do that kind of work. I asked him for a recommendation and he told me about Precision Plumbing. I had already called a few plumbers who had already told me the same thing - I needed a new water line, and the prices were, well, well beyond what I could afford. It was also scarey to hear what they had to do.
When I spoke to Fred at Precision, he gave a price that was significantly less than the other quotes. He also sounded as if he knew what he was doing, had the equipment and ability to do the job, including dealing with getting the necessary permits and putting the lawn back together. In short he made a nightmare into a par for the course. I have waited more than 6 months to write this review to make sure I had no surprise problems. In that time I have used Precision for more mundane problems with other properties. Fred is totally professional, co-ordinates well with all of my tenants, comes as necessary - and that means immediately, on weekends and holidays if necessary (like basemenet flooding). He is easy to deal with, effective, and reasonably priced. I am 100% satisfied with him in every way.

I am so impressed by Jerry at Advocate Master Plumbing. I had another company come out and tried to get me for a grand total of $475 to fix a sewer gas smell. I called Jerry and told him my issue. He told me to investigate three areas that the smell could be coming from and he was right! I was able to poor some pine sol down the catch all area of the bathroom sink and the problem was fixed! I will call Jerry from here on out with any plumbing issues I have!

Brent really bailed me out of a jam last Friday afternoon. After several attempts to remove a stuck shower valve, I finally gave up and called Lutz. It was not an easy task but Brent really worked hard to get it done right. Thanks!

On 8-14-2008, I bought a Lennox Heat Pump from Midwest Heating and cooling for $7998. The salesman was Mike Hoit, and I was impressed with him. When the system was installed, the thermostat was put on the wall obviously crooked. I got a level and placed it on the thermostat and pointed it out to one of the installers. He went out to the truck and got his own level. This was a hostile act. The next day there was water on the floor by the air conditioner drain. The installer had swept debris down the drain, causing it to be blocked. I finally had get a shop vac to remove the blockage. On 5-10-2010, the air conditioner was not working. I called Midwest and they sent a technician who did not seem to know much about air conditioners. He was on the phone and said that I needed a new compressor. The service call was $89. The compressor was ordered, and when the new tech (who knew what he was doing) came to install it he discovered that another part was needed. This had to be ordered which took another few days and it was fixed on 5-18-2010. The cost was $756 for labor. Also they charged a $10 fuel surcharge. I chose this company because it was close, and if their truck only got 10 miles per gallon, they should be able to make 5 round trips to my house for this amount. On 4-13-2011, the air was not working on the first time trying it for the year. I called for service, and the tech replaced a capacitor the cost was the $89 service charge plus $10 Fuel surcharge, plus $30 to install the part which was under warranty. This seems excessive for a part which just plugs in. In December 2013 when the temperature was around zero, the hot water on one side of my house was not working. I found that the opening where the Air conditioner lines enter the house had not been sealed, and I could see light coming through. This caused the hot water line which runs along the wall by the opening to freeze.
