Cary got in touch with me immediately, and within 36 hours, I had a new toilet at a great price.
Don't even bother looking for anyone else, this guy is who you need.

Our shower handle broke and all of a sudden and we couldn't turn our shower off!  We got in touch with Parsons plumbing and they sent someone out asap.  They worked quickly and resolved our issue in no time!  It was a great experience from start to finish.

Cary was very responsive when I reached out for a quote. He gave me a time frame for the next day and arrived within that window and followed my request to notify me before knocking so I could put my dog outside. My leaky sink was a quick fix & they were respectful of me and my home while working.

4/5 because it took a while to get an invoice due to some technical issues and the holiday weekend. Not a big deal but it would be nice to pay the invoice online or at the time of service next time.

They were on par or cheaper than other quotes I got and I appreciated the flexibility to get scheduled next day. I'd use them again.
