Top Notch Sewer & Drain Cleaning

We have called on Top Notch for pesky sewer issues twice in the last few years.  The first time a plumber was trouble shooting some issues and tracked the problem to the main line sewer .  He suggested Top Notch and called them for me.  I spoke with the lady who said she could have someone out in less than an hour.  In 30 minutes we got a call from a technician telling us he's ten minutes away.  He quoted rates again and it took less than an hour to clear roots from the line.
More recently a slow kitchen sink drain proved not to be just an under the sink clog but in the line running to the main line in the basement.   Again Top Notch to the rescue.  When I called the dispatcher she asked the technician while on the phone if he could go to my address when finished. 10-4.  Words I love to hear as he arrived in 30 minutes.

Jorge from Top Notch took care of my mainline tree root problem. I get tree roots every year or so it seems, and the guy I used to have do it retired a few years ago. The last few times, I've gone and rented an auger myself and done it, with moderate success. Last time was this summer, and now it started to back up AGAIN! Enough of this! Too sick and tired of hauling that damn machine up and down the stairs, pretending I know what I'm doing... so, a friend recommended Top Notch to me. They were great right from the start. Answered their phone, were polite, and gave me the rates and timeframe right over the phone. When Jorge came, he was personable, polite, and professional. He had my main line augured out in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was exactly what I was looking for in a drain cleaner. Since I know the roots will be back in a year or so, it is REALLY nice to know I don't have to go looking for another drain cleaner. I had two other companies out to unclog our main sewer drain. The first one said it was broken and the second one gave up after an hour and charged over $400. I called Top Notch and the girl in the office was very helpful. Andy was out the same afternoon and resolved the situation in less than an hour! I will never use another company!
