Keith came out the same day we called him to help us fix a leaking shut off valve and replace a broken main water drain under our house. He stayed late into the evening to make sure it was done and done right. My husband called him the Babe Ruth of Plumbing. We highly recommend him!

We recently moved into a townhouse in Inver Grove Heights that needed some plumbing attention. The shutoff for the dishwasher was completely frozen and it was our intention to replace the dishwasher. The kitchen faucet was also in need of replacement. We also had three toilets we wanted to replace that were badly etched/stained due to hard water. Lastly, the water softener that should have been there to deal with the hard water problem had been removed so we needed a new water softener installed. Being new to the neighborhood, we looked to Yelp to find plumbers who could handle the job. Based on positive reviews, we contacted Keith Nelson Plumbing. They were quick to get back to us and scheduled a visit to assess our needs. Justin came to our home and within a day we had a quote. We decided to go ahead with the entire list of items that needed attention. Justin and DJ spent the better part of a day doing the complete job. They both did excellent work and left the place spotless when they were finished. Justin even did some additional work at no extra charge. We couldn't be happier and will definitely call Keith Nelson Plumbing the next time we need plumbing help.

I had some water heater issues with a brand new water heater (not installed by Keith Nelson Plumbing). I called and Justin came out right away! Turns out, it was a manufacturer defect. He stayed and took out the old one and put in a new one to get me hot water again! Great customer service!

As a repeat customer of Keith Nelson Plumbing I was amazed at his memory of not just the dynamics of the house and the plumbing set up, as well as the area of town and neighborhood but, the restrictions of timing to get work done at this household. I sent a few photos of the crisis we were in this time and within minutes he was on the phone with me with directions to get me out of crisis mode!! This solution worked perfectly as it did not effect any of the service to the rest of the house and I could go into cleanup mode. But, this is not the end of my story. Keith assured me he had an errand to run a short time from when we were done on the phone and he would be happy to stop on by to check to make sure we were secure in our situation. True to his word, he stopped by about an hour later to look it over. Our problem stemmed from an add on system that was installed many years previous and was no longer being used. He offered to take it all out, on the spot, if I wanted, so we would never have to worry about problems with this again. Money well spent for peace of mind!! Thank you Keith for your dedication and care to your customers!

No one likes when crap goes wrong with your plumbing. No one. So, when you're having problems with your pipes, you can't mess around and call some clown to get things done. No. No.

You need to call Keith Nelson.

I won't get into what happened, but let's just say I tried to fix it myself and ended up $&%^ing the bed. A quick call to Keith (on Saturday afternoon!) and he was there within a couple hours.

Great guy, friendly, and didn't make me feel like a toolbag for gumming up the works. He worked fast and did a kick-ass job.

For laughs, he even checked my garbage disposal and made an adjustment there, too. Jesus. I couldn't even do THAT right.

But if you want the best and just an all-around good guy taking care of your plumbing needs, dial up Keith.

Had to replace our water heater right after Christmas. The service was exceptional from the first phone call to the installation. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, no hidden fees, everything went smoothly, and was done professionally. I never would have thought replacing a water would be a pleasant experience, but this time, it actually was. So happy and relieved to have found Keith Nelson plumbing. Will never call anyone else!

Best plumbing service in the Twin Cities! Very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention low rates. I compared prices with many other big named plumbing companies and found that Keith Nelson Plumbing was the best price and they use the best parts and charge low for labor. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing, toilet problems, shower repairs, water heater leaks, re-piping or any issues with your bathroom!

I found Keith when we needed a gas range installed. He was careful to warn us about the possible cost before coming out. By the time we left we asked him to submit a bid for our basement finish project. He and his crew were wonderful - always on schedule, neat and pleasant on the job and helping us make good purchase decisions. This is a great family business.

I replaced a water heater with this company. I was serviced by the new owner, DJ. Friendly and very informative. Recommended against my request to add a drip pan, which would have given him more money but he didn't feel was a good call and explained why.

Pricing was good, they were about 150 less than another bid. My guess is I could have found a little cheaper but I would still go with this company due to their honest/informative approach.

Keith and his team replaced our water heater that also ran our in floor heating and our water softener. Very responsive to all my questions and gave me an estimate on the spot. I'd called 5 other companies and they didn't get back to me or gave me a very late overpriced estimate. Keith gave the best price and didn't play games. They came in to do the job quickly and finished in one day. They had already finished the job when another company got back to me on their estimate. Really nice and professional group of guys. Keith was great! I got a new dishwasher from my mother-in-law and tried to put this thing in myself, terrible life choice. After opening it up and realizing that this was beyond me, I found Keith based on a recommendation from my mother-in-law. He was everything she said and more. Not only was the dishwasher installed, but I had some inherited less than effective plumbing under my kitchen sink, he replaced the turn-offs and a few pieces of pipe that were significantly corroded.

He came in, did not only what I asked, but also what I needed, was way more affordable than anyone else with incredible professionalism. He also took a look at some things in my house like my water heater. He let me know that my water heater looks great right now, though based on age I should keep an eye on it as most water heaters leak between 12 and 16 years old (mine is at like 15). He served me as a person, not as a quick job or buck.
