H2C Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

H2C came out to inspect my 16 year old furnace. The tech found a crack in the heat exchanger. We went over the options and I decided to have them install a 95% eff. Tempstar furnace. I did shop a couple of other companies and the sales people didn't know what they were doing and the prices they gave were very high. So I called H2C back to let them know that they are right when they say Bringing fair pricing back to the Twin Cities. The install team was out the next day. They were great they walked me through everything from how to set up the thermostat to how the furnace modulates and functions. You have gained a customer for life with the great service I recieved. The service tech used a video scope to examine the heat exchangers and then showed me the many cracks that would lead to carbon monoxide being released. I didn't have to rely on their say-so; the evidence was in right in front of me. They explained the issues with my old furnace and discussed options tailored to my house and needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy an expensive new furnace; their service reps shared information and I made the decisions.

The estimator discussed options and alternatives with me, giving me information to make the decision about which brand to replace my old one with. The cost was very reasonable, and their payment plan helpful.

I had H2C come out to check out my water heater problems, I had no hot water. The tech was really great, although we ended up replacing the water heater, I never felted pushed into doing so. The heater was very old, they said the could repair it, and gave me options and the pros and cons, and let us make the decision. He stayed and toke care of it right away, I know I made him work a bit late the night but he seemed very happy to stay and help. Price was very fair, and the service was outstanding. I will use them again for sure.
