In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

Sent his crew out within a day to do hours going hours of work. At a fabulous price. Brock mechanical is and will be the only plumbing contractors that I will ever have touch my properties. Honest, dependable, affordable. Not my first dealing w them. surly will not be my last! If I can give 10 stars I would!!

Precision Plumbing repaired an indoor faucet yesterday. We have used them for our plumbing for over 7 years. They are always profession, courteous, and their prices are fair. They do business right!

My father in law had two clogged sink drains. Waterwork's owner Mike and plumber Bill were prompt, conscientious, skilled and reasonably priced.

Very professional and knowledgable staff.
Cregger people have been out to my house 2 or 3 times now. The first time, the drains were completely blocked, from the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. The toilet worked fine, and the bathtub drain ran slow, but had been running slow for years. We had several companies inspect the bathtub drain in the past, and all they ever did was snake the drain, which NEVER fixed the issue. So, when I was having sink issues, I didn't even bother to mention the tub.
The Creggar rep came, and took a look at the sinks. He asked where I was having problems, and began to take an overall assessment of the problem. I told him about all of my problems, excluding the bathtub issue. He actually went to the basement to check out the pipes, and ended up asking me about the tub. I told him we were having issues, but that it was an ongoing thing, and I was NOT going to have him snake that drain. (I'd learned the hard way that the process does not work, and would just cost me money.) Well, he looked at the pipe coming from the tub, and stated flat out that there was NO WAY it could have been a clogged pipe anyway, because that pipe had such a large diameter.
In the end, he ended up snaking the sinks, which completely solved my initial concern. He also ended up figuring out that the problem with the tub was the unit that stops the water from draining. Evidently the spring in that unit was bad. Once he changed it out, my tub has drained fine ever since. It was SO NICE to take a shower without standing in water!
Since then, they've installed a new kitchen faucet, and completely replaced all of my old water pipes with copper piping. They were able to re-use some of the existing piping which saved me quite a bit on the price. After getting a couple of quotes, I found Cregger to be quite reasonable on cost. Also, if you are an Angie's List member, they routinely offer $99 for $200 worth of plumbing service (right now they have an offer for $111 for $200 worth of service - which is still a great deal to me.) They are also listed as a 5-star company with hundreds of recommendations on Angie's List. This is how I found them in the first place.
I would have given them 5 stars, except for 2 things. First, when they came out to replace my piping, they turned my water heater temperature WAY DOWN. I was taking cold showers for about a week before I finally figured it out. :( Second, when they installed my kitchen faucet, the guy who installed it ended up routing the spray hose under the grounding wire. I cannot fully extend the hose because of that stupid wire! I'm sure they would have come right back out had I made a phone call, but my hubby told me he'd take care of it. Well......you know how that goes! LOL. Eventually I'll put it onto his to-do list and get on him about it.....
Even so, I have plans to take advantage of the $111 Angie's List special. I know from my previous experiences that they are very competitive, and really do, do a good job with the work. I have a laundry tub in the basement, and need a new pump attached to it. I'll just remember to check my hot water heater temperature after their representative leaves! :o)

Wish I could give more. How water heater failure/small leak discovered on Saturday. As a family of four we convinced ourselves we would be without hot water for at least a week. Until we called ZUBKE, Jeff promptly replied on his way to their supply house and arranged to pick up and install MONDAY morning. Zubke crew seamlessly completed install before lunch. Price was right for service and products provided.

Will never recommend them. The website says 24 hour service and talks all about how they help ppl 24 hours and in emergencies. However, we called on a Sunday needing help that day and no one would call us back. They will never get our business and I would recommend everyone to call elsewhere.

Make sure you keep close watch on the time the tech spends at your home versus what they charge. Just got off the phone, and argued that the tech did not record his time properly, therefore charge me appropriately. You shouldn't belittle and hassle people about their queries when you can't call me back at all. Be respectful since you are in the service industry, so act like it. I will not be calling Hutzel for anything ever...

Jim has done a half dozen jobs at my house over the last 25 years or so, both plumbing and A/C work. I have never had a issue with any of his work, or charges. Guess that's why I keep going back. Local, fair, and quality workmanship.

Don't waste your time. They do not keep their appointments, after which they do not answer your calls.

Had someone from there company come out and check a blocked sewer line. He said no problem we can fix it it 2 days. 2 days go by. I wait all day i call 3 hours after he said he would show up. They told me he had a huge job and they wernt sure when he would be done. I was a bit confused because the plumber told me he would be here by 1 at the latest. So 6:30 comes around and i finally get a call. Hey we can be at your house in the next 45 minutes. I tell him no its not alright, get me tomorrow morning first thing. They said no can due hes already booked. Well i said do you know when he would be showing up? They said no and thats when i said im going with someone else. This is rediculous. I understand all the 1 star reviews now. There not fake oh and the price they quoted to clear the main line 1957.43. In case you wernt sure on the whole Over charges thing. There not lying.
